Always a nice time at Deep Red. Dave & Spencer are amazing and have a very well curated, yet approachable wine selection. They’ll always point you in the right direction if you’re not sure what to order or which bottle to take home. They also let you bring your own snacks if you’re wanting to stay & have a couple glasses there which is killer! I’ve been to a couple of their classes and events and they never disappoint. So glad to have them in the neighborhood! 12/10 would recommend.

Amazing establishment. Love the decor and it feels so cozy. Nice neighborhood spot to enjoy a glass of wine. Owner is super knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me pick out a perfect bottle to share with my friend who isn’t always easy to please.

Wine bottle shop and wine bar - small space with a perfectly curated selection. A beautiful interior with ultra friendly staff who were happy to guide us to our choice. A unique option for the area carrying wines ranging from ~$20 a bottle to $70+. Glasses range from ~$10-$15. Bottles at the time of writing were frequently from women/minority owned winemakers. Seats are first come/first serve, and no food on site. Strongly suggest swinging by, easy five stars.

We had five glasses between the two of us this evening. Educational and delightful. If you want an approachable, clean, light night out this is a great spot. If you know wine or … don’t (like us) this is a place to learn about the regions sampled in their offerings. The design is well thought out. The curved drywall, door arches and lighting fit well together. The color scheme is inviting. They have a grab and go option for bottles. Some small snacks offered if you’re having a glass “to stay” at the tables or Bartop.

I had a wonderful experience! The servers were very knowledgeable about all the wines and everything I tried was delicious. Great atmosphere too. I love the subtle horror theme. Can’t wait to go back!

Great neighborhood wine shop - thorough selection, knowledgable staff, and amazing vibes to grab a casual or formal drink. They also have non-alcoholic options! Definitely a go-to when in Avondale!

Nice chill wine shop on Milwaukee in Avondale. My husband took our baby here for happy hour while I got my hair done across the street at Mane Refinery. So pleasant and great addition to the neighborhood.
