We started with the Shanghai calamari, which is a must-try. I love it with the peppers, and we always ask for it extra crispy. We also shared a Caesar salad. For entrées we ordered the New York strip and the lamb chops, along with a side of the Château mashed potatoes—everything was excellent and very well prepared. For drinks, we had the VIP and a Long Island. The VIP is one of their signature drinks and definitely a favorite—if you know, you know. The Long Island was good as well. The staff is exceptional. Matty was our primary server and was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the evening. Doug, one of the managers, also stopped by to check on us and even helped serve our sides, which was a very nice touch and showed great attention to service. Our table was ready right on time, and the ambiance is always impressive. The grand appearance of the restaurant really adds to the experience and makes it feel like a special night out. I treated my mom to dinner here tonight and we had a fantastic experience. The setting is incredibly unique—it’s an old bank, and the historical architecture really sets the mood. Parking was easy thanks to a garage just around the corner. I also appreciated the coat check, which kept the table from feeling cluttered. Our server, Evan, provided top-tier service. He was incredibly attentive, quickly resolving a minor drink mix-up and even sourcing some B&B for me that wasn't on the menu. The food was largely delicious; the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the lobster mac and cheese and broccoli were standout sides. My only small note was that the Wagyu meatballs were slightly overcooked, but everything else—including the smoked Old Fashioned—was spot on. A highlight was getting a tour of the lower level to see the original vault. The history here is fascinating! I’d highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a unique, high-quality steakhouse experience.

Amazing restaurant experience—no complaints whatsoever. Phenomenal service paired with truly exquisite food. Manager Doug stopped by our table and was such a pleasure. Our servers, Ben & Noah, were incredibly attentive. The ambiance and architecture were the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

I went here for Valentine’s Day yesterday celebrating a Galentines with my fav. Girly pop, my sister. We had a great time. Loved the ambiance & the service was great. The food and drinks were also a 10/10. We sat at the bar and baby that’s all we needed. They do a fit check for the dress code so please view the website for the attire (it’s casual). This was my first time and I enjoyed myself.

This place is my favorite restaurant in center city. The quality of the food is amazing as well as the ambiance! The dry aged ribeye is the BEST steak on the menu…don’t even get me started with the lobster mac and cheese😩….Although this is my favorite restaurant, I don’t understand why there’s pop music playing. I can’t get down with the music. The ambiance is giving classical and very elegant. I’m not a big fan of feeling luxurious and eating amazing food while listening to Charlie Puth or Taylor Swift…I think the music choices should feel and be more relaxed and elegant. Overall, perfect place to be especially with a significant other. 9.5/10 stars.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. Its a spacious restaurant with history. Service was good, not exceptional for the price. Limited restroom: we had to wait in line to use the small mediocre decorated bathroom. Food was not exceptional compared to a chain steakhouse such as Longhorns. Disappointed with the breads, appetizers and steaks. Amazed by the tall wine tower. I would recommend to visit for cocktails or drinks.

Loved the ambience as soon as we stepped in. Didn’t make reservations but was able to find a seat at the bar with no issue. This is a repurposed bank. Vibes were nice. Service was very friendly, food was good. Husband enjoyed his ribeye, and I loved the burrata salad. Good wine list and drink selection. Would return

Ben should get 10 stars for his service. He greeted our table right away and was attentive throughout the entire meal. Ben not only knew alot about the menu and wine, he also pointed out interesting things about the building and history of the building. Our meal was wonderful. I gave it 4/5 because my steak was over-cooked on the surf & turf. It still tasted good and the trio was over the top good. Lovely atmosphere! Thank you for making my birthday a special occasion! I would definitely ask for Ben when booking your table reservation!

This experience was fabulous. We came for Philly's Restaurant Week and it was such a success. We chose to do the fixed price meal. It started with the honey butter bread which to be honest we weren't expecting. This bread was incredible and we finished it so fast. Both appetizers were delicious. The short rib out performed the crab cakes but there wasn't a single bad thing that we tried. The butter cake was phenomenal. As for service, the staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience dining here. Bonus: go downstairs to use the bathroom to get a peak at the old door to the vault that is still there.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Del Frisco's in Philadelphia. My mother and I were visiting from Washington, DC, and stopped by expecting the level of hospitality this restaurant claims to represent. Instead, we were treated in a way that felt humiliating and discriminatory. We were not allowed to sit or even properly discuss seating with the staff. Rather than treating us like paying guests, the situation escalated quickly and security was brought over to confront us. As two Black customers who were simply trying to dine, the entire interaction felt unnecessary and deeply uncomfortable. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or targeted when walking into a restaurant. The way this was handled left us feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Restaurants at this level should prioritize professionalism, respect, and equal treatment for all guests. I hope management seriously reviews how situations like this are handled so other customers don't have to experience the same treatment.

This is an upscale steak house, in a dramatic setting in Center City. We sat at the bar to wait for our entire party, and were warmly greeted by the waiter, had a great glass of wine and a drink. The wine list isn't enormous but it's long enough and the choice I had made me quite happy. We had a large-ish party of seven and the table was so large (round) that in the space with the music and high ceilings, conversation across the table is difficult. Also, I was seated near a pillar but the staff crossed behind my chair in a narrow spot constantly, so my chair was frequently bumped. At one point a waitstaff member was leaning on my chairback, chatting with the neighboring table until I glanced at them. I'm funny about getting bumped so this was kind of annoying. The appetizers: I wasn't "wowed" by the cheesesteak dumplings (thought they were a bit overcooked) nor the yellowtail crudo (too small pieces to get a taste of the fish.) Skip those, I'd say. The sides: we shared creamed spinach, lobster mashed potatoes, fries and asparagus. The mashed potatoes were amazing. I didn't care for the spinach but others enjoyed it. The steaks: really good! Medium rare was spot on for everyone who ordered medium rare. The waygyu filets were something else, I sampled my dining partner's. I had a strip steak, bone in (I like a bit of chew in my beef) and it was highly spiced with salt and pepper (steakhouse style, so expected.) I like a bit less of the pepper but I was overall very happy with it. Ambiance: really dramatic. Cost: it's high, but I'd say the beef quality there commands the premium. Service: our waitperson was very attentive, but the passing behind my chair was not good form. I tried to move the chair in a few times, and this was not noticed. Summary: if you want to impress or just celebrate grandly (or know you'll get a great steak) highly recommended.

Cheesesteak dumplings were delicious! Never had cheesesteak this way and did not disappoint! Cannot wait to come back for a proper meal. Staff were all top tier with stories to share!

We ran late but got treated like queens!! This was my sister's annual birthday dinner and we had a time! The Eagles clinched the East and Jake Paul had his jaw snapped in pieces, so there's that lil bonus! as for the dinner itself: thank you to Chris and the entire staff of folks who helped out with this major dinner night! You could tell there were 4-6 huge parties going on, all the bars open, and every TV in the place showing the eagles win the NFC but everyone was kind and friendly. i wasn't a fan of the gigantic pillar they sat us at seeing there were tables on the ground floor nobody was at, but least it wasn't by the bathroom! as for dinner, we had one small mistake with my sister's meal but we got swarmed by every single staff to fix it. our delightful server rang in a pork chop and not lamb chops and all hell broke loose with the staff. the manager came over, the assistant manager, the bartender hell the guy who does valet came up to check on us. perfectionists much? dinner was outstanding! this being my first time having waygu 'wagg-ewe' as the philly folks call it. cooked to perfection. my sister finally got the lamb chops and she was eating them like it was her last meal...so needless to say also delicious. my bestie got the salmon considering she has an allergy and limited on seafood choices. also cooked to perfect. this was first restaurant i have ever been to that gave us a choice on how to cook all the proteins! everything was moist and well seasoned. we did start little trend--trendsetters if you will-- we ordered tequila lemon drops! that's like the birthday tradition! lemme tell you!!!!! they make them RIGHT! by the time i got to the 3rd one i forgot about my sister not having her meal and so did she! the stand out dishes of the night: the tuna tartare, the chateau mashed, and the tequila lemon drops. just superb. thank you to everyone at del frisco's so a fun experience and amazing meal!

We finally decided to stop in here to try, since we usually go to Barclay Prime or Butcher and Singer (both of which are phenomenal places). We started off with the lobster bisque which was actually really delicious. It is usually too salty for me, but Del Frisco had it on the spot. It's rare for me to find a lobster bisque that doesn't desiccate the life out of me after a few spoons. The Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras with Strawberry-Balsamic Glaze, Toasted Brioche & Crispy Onions is amazing. I am typically not too crazy about sweet and savory, but this was a very flavorful combination. The Alaskan King Crab Legs were also delicious. Perfectly slice for you where all you have to do is use the fork and pick it off the shell as if it were a plate. No fingers or messiness involved. The steak and lamb were also prepared well. It is not as flavorful as I was hoping, but that is subjective. Overall, the food is great. It is the service that brings me to give Del Frisco to 4 stars. It is very average service for such high end dining. Our waitress was nice, but also very unprofessional. We felt like we were getting pub service. Her outfit (some fine fishnet stockings with short shorts) and demeanor was just not fitting for a setting like this. We are also not here to have random small talk. Another thing about Del Frisco... Earlier this year, I called a few restaurants to see if they can host a surprise birthday party with a pre-fixed menu and let me say this... Del Frisco's is not the place to go - so I didn't. It was about $80 per person and the pre-fixed appetizer is either a lettuce wedge or a salad. Butcher and Singer on the other hand, you can choose from shrimp cocktail, crab cocktail, crab cake. They were not being very accomodating either.

I made an early Christmas Eve / Anniversary dinner reservation for our family of three at Del Frisco's for 4:00 PM, right after I got off work. I was tired but I wanted to celebrate with my family. When we arrived the restaurant was mostly empty, which was expected. Most people don't choose to dine that early but I personally enjoy an early dinner without crowds. Our server, Cameron, was outstanding. He was attentive, had a beautiful smile and was genuinely pleasant throughout the evening. He shared his favorite dishes with us and checked on us consistently. We began with the caviar service, which we were told was $160, though we were billed $175. Despite the discrepancy it was delicious. We also ordered salads, calamari, thick-cut bacon, lobster mac and cheese and a tomahawk steak, everything was prepared perfectly and was delicious. The only hiccup came from management. Because the restaurant was fairly empty at that hour, it was easy to notice everything happening around us. We observed the general manager repeatedly walk past our table while checking on every other table. Initially, I wasn't going to say anything but it bothered me. When he passed by again, I stopped him and asked his name. He said his name was Doug. I asked him if he was there to check on guests' experiences he confirmed that he was and immediately apologized for not checking on us as well. At that point, there wasn't much more to say but .... sometimes it's important to remind businesses to treat all guests equally, regardless of race, gender or perceived perception. Doug appeared a bit flustered as he walked away. Shortly afterward I saw him speak with our server and then with another general manager, Darrell. Darrell promptly came to our table after his conversation with Doug. Darrell introduced himself and asked about our dining experience. For context we have dined at this location many times and even hosted our son's graduation celebration here so we are very familiar with the restaurant and how management typically engages with guests. Doug's lack of attention was the exception, not the norm, but Darrell made a genuine and valiant effort to address and smooth over the situation. Overall, despite the management misstep, we had a great evening and enjoyed our meal and time together.

Very cool place in what was a bank previously. Dark and very intimate interior. Service was good and the tuna was very average. But the Lobster Mac and Cheese is unreal.

I was blown away at the vast and grand dining room upon entering the restaurant. High ceiling is an understatement. Despite it's size, the space still has an intimate feeling. We sat in the main level. There's also a second level and a lower level. If you don't get seated in the lower level, be sure to go down just to see the vault dining room. Apparently, the building was formerly a bank. We tried the "bacon" appetizer. It was a tasty cut of pork that did not resemble what I know to be bacon. The wedge salad was also good. Our ribeyes were seasoned to perfection, but mine wasn't cooked to the temperature I requested. I just rolled with it though. Service was good all evening. They even threw in a small dessert treat for our anniversary dinner.

A few of my friends have told me to check out Double Eagle and now I know why. The restaurant is very nice and super cool at the same time. The service was great and the meal was delish. My only complaint is that it is a little loud in there so it was difficult hearing some of the people in our party. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I plan on going back!

The food was delicious and super hot. All around the experience was a 10/10. Our server Ben was incredible. He knew all the fun facts about the building and the city of Philadelphia.

The entire experience was so special!Probably one of the top 10 meals in my entire life! Ben is a fantastic waiter. He knew so many interesting historical facts about the building and downtown Philadelphia. I will definitely come back again when visiting from California.

It's been a long time since I've been here and surprisingly it hasn't changed much, not even the menu. It's still a beautiful restaurant, with good food and good service. Colin was great, and so was the manager Joel. The VIP was a lil more sweet than I remembered, and I wish they still had the butterscotch cheesecake with the pecan crust, but the steaks and lobster mac were on point. I'll be back--in another year or two lol 10/10

I was lucky enough to get to try their sister restaurant before it closed down in Philly and it was fantastic! The service was wonderful and our steaks were cooked to perfection. The hummus alone was 10/10. That's how I KNOW the steakhouse must be even better and I will be going again soon!

I've dined at the Del Frisco's in Denver, which was sadly such a vastly better experience than the Philly location. Aside from the cool historic building it's housed in and spiral staircase wine vault, the experience was poor. We checked in and immediately dropped our coats at the coat check. We waited for literally two full minutes for the coat check person to return to give us a tag. During that time, the host was ready to take us back but had to wait for us to receive a tag. Why not just give us a tag as soon as you take our coats from us? The place was LOUD, like a dance club, and the poor acoustics of the place didn't help. I don't understand why someone would want to eat a nice meal where you can barely hear your companion because it sounds like you've gone clubbing. We're then seated at a table literally next to the bathroom (see pic). My partner and I look at each other as if to say, "you've got to be kidding, right?" I asked the host if there was an alternative and she said, "don't worry, it's just for the staff." Confused by the odd response, we sat down and she walked away. Next came this guy who literally threw rolls onto our table as he ran away (the bread bowl spun and wobbled as it finally came to rest, I'm talking THROW). Our drinks (her cocktail and my club soda) didn't come with any lemon wedges or straws. Just glasses of liquid. We ordered the Yellowtail Crudo-- about a half dozen or so of the tiniest, paper thin pieces of fish I've ever seen (each piece hardly more than 1 inch long). For $29.00, I could have gotten 3 times the amount of fresh Yellowtail at a good sushi bar. We almost complained about the paltry amount but just crossed our fingers that the salads and entrees would be better. My partner got the burrata and tomatoes. The tomatoes weren't very fresh-- they were mealy and didn't come with any basil or anything to bring the cheese and tomatoes together. My steak was medium rather than medium rare and her swordfish smelled and tasted fishy. It clearly wasn't fresh and probably a day or so away from being spoiled. She only ate a quarter of it. We ordered a baked potato but asked that it not have all the "loaded" toppings (all we wanted was some butter and maybe sour cream). Apparently they interpreted that as wanting a cooked potato that looks like it had been angrily torn apart by the chef (see pic). The waiter saw this when our food arrived but said nothing. When we called him back to the table, he admitted it didn't look appealing and returned with an intact potato with butter. $16.00 folks. The "best" part of the evening was the line of 9 people waiting outside the customer bathroom (recall we were told the bathroom at our table was for the servers). It felt like I was waiting for a porta-potty at an amusement park (the person exiting the bathroom warned, "it's a mess in there"). With its deafening music and big screen TVs around the bar in full view of the entire dining room, Del Frisco's Philly feels like a high ends sports bar trying to masquerade as a high-end steakhouse. Charging more for your food doesn't make you good. It makes you a poor value. If I'm spending over $300 on a meal, I expect much better food and an ambience and experience worthy of a fine dining establishment. I don't sit next to the lavatories on a plane, let alone a nice restaurant! Philly has too many good restaurants to ever have to come back here-- go elsewhere.

Amazing experience. The food was excellent as we expected, however, the service was over the top. Gabe and Jade were over the top professional and personable. They truly made our experience so much better than just going out to eat. AND, Doug gave us a private tour of the historic building. Such a great night out!

Went during Restaurant Week and had a great experience. Ask for Carlos. He provided excellent service from start to finish. He was very attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Will definitely return!

We stopped in for drinks at 4:30 on a Friday. Sat at the bar. Service was fine. Our waitress was very nice. We came from Sky High bar at the Four Seasons which was very fancy. Also sat at the bar at Four Seasons BUT my hubby was asked to take off his hat at Del Friscos, lol. Really? He was allowed to wear it at the Four Seasons. Just odd. Meanwhile I had flip flops on which was, apparently, fine. Appreciate the dress code police but we'll pass next time.

We have been here for our work party for years, we spend a great deal of time and always enjoy. What happened?? Food was ok! Not fantastic as in years before, service wasn't good. Barley got a drink (and usually we have a lot of drinks) Waited and waited! We didn't get a pre ordered appetizer till we were there over and hour and 1/2. The shrimp cocktail was room temp with tails on and shrimp was not deveined! then took 1/2 to get salad and another hour till the very over salted steaks came out. My server never checked on our food, to see if everything was ok, at the end the waiter want to know if I wanted it wrapped I told him it was inedible. He said he would tell his manager, no one ever came to say a thing. Very disappointed

A restaurant to go back to! delicious Perfect Xmas Cosmo Buttered rolls and Lobster bisque as an appetizer Followed by perfectly cooked Atlantic salmon and a side of broccoli rabe. I topped it off with a buttered pound cake a la mode! Our waiter Mike Herrmann was a gem! Suggestions to try were ordered by hubby & son, they devoured Oysters Rockefeller, an incredible Calamari, a shared Cowboy steak for two!! They shared the mouth watering Crème Brulee! I know cause we shared "tasting" superb TY

Amazing service - our server was on her game. A younger waitress (maybe mid-20s, if I were guessing), she knew how to explain the menu and make the party feel welcomed. Great overall service! The restaurant itself is beautiful, old, bank/insurance building right in Center City. Dark (probably for purpose), and nice. A large bar for cocktails and socializing. The food was very good, and the prices were fair. It wasn't like they are charging $100 for an 8oz filet, the prices were reasonable for 80% of the the meats/entrees, IMO. The cocktails were a bit expensive, but to be expected. Overall, a very nice place where you can have a nice entree, glass of wine, and a side for ~ $125, pre tip/tax.

We chose Del Frisco's to celebrate my mother's 65th birthday because this restaurant holds a special place in our hearts, my husband and I were married here 10 years ago, and our family knows how much we've always loved it. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. Our server, Mara, was inattentive and unaccommodating from the start. The service was so poor that it interrupted our conversation and actually became the main topic of the evening. At one point, the children's entrées were brought out while the table was still full of dirty dishes from the appetizers. Only after I said something to the manager did the server begin to make an effort, but by then the damage was done and our server took the feedback personally. She would look at us from afar and keep walking, so we assumed the manager decided to take over our service. What should have been a special milestone dinner felt more like dining at a casual chain restaurant (think LongHorn Steakhouse) rather than the high-end experience we've come to associate with Del Frisco's. Honestly, we probably would've enjoyed ourselves more there, and at least the bill would've matched the service level. On a night that was meant to honor my mother and revisit a place filled with happy memories, Del Frisco's fell short in every way. We'll remember this dinner, but sadly not for the reasons we hoped. We won't be back.

Warning to anyone considering this place It's been over two years since my visit, and to add insult to injury, the restaurant acted like someone would follow up with me -- but they never did. That lack of accountability speaks louder than words. On the night of my visit, I had a reservation for a special evening with my wife. We showed up on time, but were left waiting 24 minutes while others who arrived later were seated within minutes. The waiting area was filled with confusion and half-hearted apologies. When we were finally seated, our server was distracted, unfriendly, and dismissive. At this price point, I've had far warmer, more professional service at casual spots that cost a fraction of the price. To make things worse, the sampler we ordered included a lobster tail that was rotten -- the smell alone made it inedible. When I politely flagged this to our server, his response was a shrug, "whatever you want," and then he rushed away like we were bothering him. What makes this whole experience even more unacceptable is that I was led to believe someone from the restaurant would follow up. They never did. That tells me they don't value their customers or care to make things right. I've shared this story with at least 25 people already and will continue to warn others until I'm acknowledged. If you're considering this restaurant, think carefully -- my experience was not just disappointing, it was insulting.

I came here tonight and leaving disappointed. Ordered the porterhouse for 2 and there was so much salt on the steak that we couldn't finish it. It's normal to put salt and pepper on the steak but not this much. The desert was creme brulee but in name only. It was pasty and thick not even close to creme brulee. Melting sugar on top don't make creme brulee. I been here before and my last experience was great. I took a bunch of people here for a Christmas party but this time it wasn't even close to being good. The other thing, they put us in the basement level. It's not the same as the main dining area. This place is expensive but my complaint is about the food. For the money I expect excellent food. Someone should taste the food before serving it because if they did they wouldn't be serving it. I'm giving them a 1 star rating because the place is expenssive and the customers deserve better.

I came here during restaurant week with my friends. I opted for the $60.00 menu while my more affluent friends indulged. On this special menu I ordered the meatball (I wasn't a huge fan), an 8 OZ Filet, and a desert. My friends ordered a huge seafood tower. I tired the oysters and they were great. I ordered my steak medium. It was amazing. Del Frisco's puts a layer of seasoning on their steaks. At first glance I was like this looks burnt. But at first bite I was like, this is a premium steak. Service was amazing. The place is so large. They have a lot of Realestate. Will come back again to try the regular menu. Oh, I forgot, the table bread is so good. So soft, warm and tasty. (Not sure why this place is a 3.7 on Yelp. It's amazing)

We went for a birthday celebration last evening and everything was exceptional, from the gorgeous setting to the delicious meal. Our server Jared was attentive and was so helpful with the menu. We were definitely well taken care of! The meal was exquisite and ranks as one of the finest dinners I've had out.

The best thing honestly was our server. Young guy from Maryland originally that knew everything about the building. We listened to him for probably 10 minutes point out all the historical architecture within. Sound deafening curtains made by NASA. He also told us about all the movies filmed there. I did not know that Unbreakable was filmed in there. Then came the food. We got oysters, lobster bisque, cheesesteak egg roll pops, peppered bacon and cocktail shrimp for starters. The bacon was the best thing. It was spicy and cooked to perfection. The cheese steak pops were different and awesome. For dinner I got truffle fries and short rib. It did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. Desert was a butter cake and sorbet. That cake...... geeze. It sure is nice to be a paper salesman.

The building!! The architecture is unbelievable, built in 1924, the pillars are huge and beautiful. So much history and the server was so knowledgeable about it all. The food was outstanding. I had a strip and it was cooked perfectly, the sides were delish! Creamed spinach, potatoes au gratin and asparagus were all great. The desserts, I don't know how to describe, between the warm butter cake and the chocolate mousse cake, I wish I would have save more room for dessert but it was all Just too good!

We came to Del friscos on Christmas Eve for an elevated food experience. We ordered the following: 2 16oz rib eyes, 1 sea bass, 1truffle twice baked potato, dynamite shrimp, king crab roll, and the mushrooms. My favorites out of the above was the dynamite shrimp- crispy and a good sauce with a slight kick. The sea bass was also very good. I liked having a fish option instead of steak. The steaks looked cook properly to the requested temperature. Our waiter was personable and did a good job. I took a star away because it was a very good experience, but didn't knock my socks off. Would I go back? Yes absolutely. Would I recommend? For sure.

I thought this place was beautiful inside! The manager stopped by near beginning and end of the dinner! We got wayyy meatballs to start. An LIT and a glass of wine. The meatballs and break were amazing. The sides are family style! We spilt everything! The filet medallions were amazing!!! Soft and easy to chew! The mashed potatoes, perfect. The scallop, shrimp, and crab cake were delicious. The Cesar salad was yummy too. The lobster Mac did have some shell pieces but at least you know it's fresh lobster, besides that it was good! The service was great as well!

The food was amazing!! Our drinks were delicious, and our server Mike Herrmann was awesome!! The building is stunning!! Highly recommended.

We decided to come here for the first time during restaurant week, and we weren't impressed. The ambiance inside was nice, and they were able to seat us early, but once the waiter knew we were ordering off the restaurant week set menu, the quality of service changed. Once we made our selections, we really didn't see our waiter anymore. The food was brought, and water was refilled by staff (not our waiter), but it wasn't very welcoming. We only saw our waiter again at the end to get the check. We like using restaurant week to try new spots with the hope of discovering new favorites. Safe to say this place won't be on the list. The food was just alright, pretty on par with a regular steakhouse.

Perfection, every time. Ben was amazing! We always enjoy our time at Del Frisco's, the ambiance is unreal.

What went well? Everything. Food was five stars. Service five stars. Ambiance was amazing. I would dine here any day. Great place to celebrate an anniversary or birthday.

We had the best waiter! Ben was very efficient and shared the history of the location with us! It was our first time there and he made it very lovely. The hostesses were not as warm and friendly but Ben more than made up for it. The food was excellent.

On the day that I ate here, I was doing a sort of restaurant crawl around the city to places I had never been before. This was my final stop and the place where I had a full dinner. My girlfriend suggested it because while I had never been before she had been several years ago through work. She spoke highly of this restaurant so I was excited. First off. The building itself is awesome. It's a massive and an old historic bank. Just experiencing the ambience of this place is cool enough. Downstairs they have this awesome room inside of a vault that I noticed when using the restroom. The main dining room has these massive pillars with high ceilings. It's a really a site to behold. That being said I have to say I find myself disappointed. The food was fell just in the mediocre range for me. The lobster bisque I had was good and the bread they gave was also good, but the problem is this is a steakhouse. The majority of judgement comes down to the steak. My steak...really wasn't very good. I wish I was exaggerating but it genuinely tasted like they dumped an entire bottle of pepper on my steak. My girlfriend informed me she had forgotten to ask for light seasoning as the signature rub of this restaurant is apparently to just cover the steak in pepper. The desserts we had were good but nothing special. Our drinks again were good but nothing out of the ordinary. Funny enough we had not one but two managers come over and ask how everything was going before we had even gotten our meals. Wish they would have showed up after so maybe I could have actually given some feedback. Another problem I had was when we first walked in they had a sign up that showed the dress code and everything. We were well within the guidelines but it was like 15 degrees out so my girlfriend and I were both wearing warm beanies. We understood that hats weren't allowed in the restaurant, but within 5 seconds of us entering the restaurant one of the guards or hostesses told us that weren't allowed to wear hats and we needed to take them off immediately. They literally didn't give us 5 seconds to take them off from the getting in from the cold. Really rude. I can't say I won't ever be back here because I like the ambience. But I will definitely only come for a drink at the bar. The food wasn't worth the price and the steak was quite frankly a huge disappointment.

I held a 34 person networking cocktail hour and dinner at Del Frisco's and I can't say enough about the professionalism of the event. Victoria was so proactive and flexible, she helped me choose several items ahead of time which made the service efficient and my guests were all delighted. By the time we sat down, we already had our seafood towers at the tables and the rest of the evening was just as efficient. Ashley was our bartender and our server was amazing too! The food was delicious and I received a ton of compliments from all my guests. Thank you for making our night perfect! PS - i had a bad experience at a restaurant previously with an event, so this one going so smoothly meant a lot to me!

A great experience with a business party of 15. We enjoyed a great appetizer selection of seafood towers, fried calamari, Philly cheesesteak pops and a shrimp dish. All of the entrees were very good. The service made this experience exceptional. Ben was our lead waiter and he was great. He offered great menu suggestions, was engaging and shared history related to the building for this location.

Service and food is fantastic here! I absolutely love this place! I came here with a friend before a show and we were both able to eat and make it out in time for the show. Thank you to the bartenders for their excellent service and to the chefs for making such amazing food and the ambience is spectacular!

Stunning ambience and a delicious meal. Ashley S was lovely and made sure my birthday celebration was special with a champagne toast and birthday dessert!
