Sophisticated chophouse chain serving steak, seafood, sandwiches & cocktails in a trendy space.
"Walking into a fancy steakhouse alone in the middle of the day and ordering the biggest steak on the menu is certainly a power move. Del Frisco’s Grille in Center City is the place where you’re going to want to make that happen–and you’ll feel like a partner at a law firm or an off-season Phillie while doing it. The crowd here generally consists of out-of-towners wanting a ribeye after making it through PHL and executives talking about their IRAs over cheesesteak eggrolls, but you’re basically retired for the day anyway, so you’ll fit right in." - Candis Mclean, Alison Kessler
"Three martini lunches don’t really exist anymore, but if they did, Del Frisco’s Grille would be a great place to have them. The large bi-level space is full of booths, a massive bar near a wine wall, and is usually full of people from area law firms. It’s a steakhouse, so you can expect dishes like jumbo shrimp cocktail, lobster cobb salad, and a selection of dry-aged steaks. Whether or not you order martinis, very few places in the city say “power lunch” like this spot. " - Candis Mclean

"The Del Frisco’s Grille — the more casual chain in the Del Frisco’s family — going into the ground floor of the hotel won’t be open for a few months at least." - Rachel Vigoda
