I am faithful to this Del Taco it's close to home. The managers are always professional and serve Excellent customer service. The food comes out fresh and perfect each visit. The price is perfect. Oh yeah..and the restrooms CLEAN! YOU GOT TO GIVE PROPS TO THE HARD-WORKING PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS RUNNING THIS LOCATION! THANK YOU DEL TACO...

It's 7:30 PM, the dining room's already closed for service, and now I'm stuck in the drive-thru for two app orders. Just saw a young guy in a wheelchair try to get in... awful! UPDATE: 2/1/2025 4 AM - Placed an app order and no one is at the store! Lights are on but no one's home. Called the number listed on the emailed receipt, and that's off too. Terrible service lately.

24-hr location at Culver City Metro Sta. takes EBT. My new favorite place in SoCal! Can’t beat the 2 burritos for $8. Tonight I added the 3-Layer Queso Nachos for $3! SO FULL!!! It’s a great value and they have a simple combo burrito like Taco Bell used to have, only it’s bigger and better! The meat is very similar, but the beans are way better and it’s more flavorful. Definitely recommend.

The Carne Asada Cali Bacon Burrito (add guacamole) is one of the best burritos on Earth. Delicious. The meal comes with medium fries and a medium drink, good stuff. This was my cheat meal for the week. It's all about moderation right. But yeah, good stuff. 😋

Between the homeless man passing through every couple minutes harassing patrons and trying to sneak soda from the machine with neither any shirt nor any shoes. The dining area was stuffy and humid and had the most odd smell I've ever had the pleasure of smelling. The place was horrible and I wouldn't recommend it on my worst day.

I had an Uber eats order at 4:00 in the morning. There were three people inside the restaurant one guy parked outside in his car sleep. I waited almost 20 minutes for them to make the order. I tried to talk to them through the speaker no one was responding. I knocked on the window no one responded. I honked no one responded. Mind you there's like three people inside. Finally a white lady with short hair I saw her sitting on her phone near the door. I asked through the door if she can make the order or you know at least update me on what's happening or how long I have to wait. She replied with "we're closed". I put my phone on the door and I yelled through the door that I had an Uber order. She flipped me off and like waved her hand to signal for me to go away. . Mind you Del Taco drive-thru is 24 hours so they should not be closed especially if you accepted an Uber eats order. Why accept the customers order and have a driver come all the way from 10 minutes away. For you to sit on your phone and not do your job? So I basically lost a $23 order. 30 min of my time. Including the time it took me to drive to the location. Plus the time waiting. I had another order down the street. And basically had to drive right back by this Del Taco. Only 10 minutes after leaving. All three were in the front you could see them through the glass window from the stoplight. Making orders and two cars in line. There was no reason for there to be three people on the floor and not one of you could have at least came to the door in that whole time and said hey "this is what's going on or some type of update" If one of them had just explained thoroughly and professionally instead of literally just staring at me through the glass flipping me a middle finger , telling me to go away like I'm some bum. And as someone who works overnight into the early morning if you don't like working that shift if you feel that your job is too difficult to do then maybe get a different job that better suits a schedule that works for you. And don't accept people's orders if you know that you're going to close the store for however long. Or so she claimed. Cuz literally within not even a full 10 minutes of circling the block they were all working all of a sudden. I was literally waiting outside for 20 minutes. And all of them saw me.

It’s deserved a zero. I ordered a green bean and cheese with sour it was so dry with barely any sour cream or green sauce. Del Taco is known for their fries, my fries were cold and not fresh, the little black girl was too cute to get a simple order right I was sorry I did get her name it was today around 9 pm.

Del Taco is a convenient little dine-in fast food restaurant that offers many quick and inexpensive Mexican food items that are delicious.From their variety of tacos and barritos to their quesadillas and more,it is worth a visit to come in,sit down at a table and relax while enjoying the food items that they offer.You will return again for more!

Fish Tacos are good here. I hardly go to Del Taco until recent years when the fish tacos came out. I ordered some here with some french fries, and they were decent. With a drink, they are cheap too. Service was good here, and the place was clean. Id visit here again.

I love watching 2 employees sit inside while I'm waiting for no one willing to assist me at the drive thru. Change your hours if you're not going to help people or pay people who do want to work the hours. Thanks for wasting my time.

So Del Taco was my favorite fast food spot, it still is kinda but I have not been going to fast food places like I used to. I was going so much it was just unhealthy. I still go but not 3 or 4 times a week like I used to. Del taco was definitely the spot I went to the most. I was going to be near by for a bit so I figure let me put something in my tum tum and Del taco was right here. I always order the number 10 which to me is still the Macho Combo, they've changed the name but I refuse to. The girl at rhe counter seemed to not want ro help and as long as I was standing there and she saw me, she helped a lady that literally just walked into the door. I told the lady and she ignored me. So I remained calm and when the girl at the counter helped me it was like she didn't want to be there. I used to work fast food way back in the day and I was overly too happy to help. For what they make now you'd think you'd get a better attitude. She never asked if I wanted it for there or to go and she gave it to me to go and I just took it too the table and ate there. This will probably be the last time I ever come to this location. Also what the hell is happening to the food, I fel like I'm paying more but the food is shrinking.

Rarely do I ever have to complain about fast food but jeez what is it with these fast food workers and being in a rush to close the window. They didn't even give hot sauce after asking for some. I mean how hard is it, it's fast food..... I worked as a line cook and server for high fine dining restaurants. This is fast food...... Half the battle is already done. And yet you can't even remember how sauce. They even left the food already coming out of the wrapper. The drink had literally half of ice. Unbelievable. Next time buddy, instead of being a rush, you had a simple job and you couldn't even remember put the hot sauce in. Not that hard

It's 4 am a I'm writing this. I just came to this restaurant and I saw that their lights are on. The store is supposed to have their drive thru open 24 hours a day. I waited for several minutes and there was no one there to take my order. I continued to drive to the window and didn't see anyone working inside the restaurant. If they're not busy enough between 2 am and 5 am, maybe they should just turn the lights off and close the store. Then I'll know not to bother coming here.

Worst manager to ever exist. I went in line just to order and I asked the manager to do two separate orders and she cussed and screamed at me over the intercom. She said that I screamed and cusssd her out. She also refused to take my order through the intercom

Eh.. this place reminds me of Taco Bell but a knock off version. They have a really extensive menu but I wasn't impressed. I got nachos (they made it wrong and gave it to me with fries instead), veggie burrito, and cheese quesadilla. The burrito wasn't well made- I got mouth fulls of just one topping so it wasn't spread out like I'd like. Sauces come in mild medium and hot but to me, medium and hot seemed similar. Probably will go to Taco Bell next time I'm craving a burrito!

I love the cheese quesadillas. They have the best. I also love the strawberry lemonade with real strawberries.

The drive through is not 24/7. I visited the location around 4am and was waiting for almost 10 minutes. There was another vehicle behind me as well. I saw a Hispanic Male with black medium length hair with a headset on his head. He did not look towards the drive through window for pick up and walked into an another room.

Pretty reliable Del Taco. They normally have a line but it moves pretty fast. In a busy plaza lot.

What a mistake. Took 7 minutes to take my order. 20 minutes in all, and they totally got my order wrong and charged me for things I didn't get. Way to go guys.

Okay, so, I want to start off by saying that this is my ride-or-die local Del Taco. Not only is it located in the perfect spot for my commute to and from Tuesday band rehearsals, but the workers are super friendly and their primary menu items (especially their tacos) are generally quite good. That said, I want to note that I've had issues with consistency at this Del Taco. I rarely get the sauces that I request at the pick-up window (I think I've gotten ketchup in the bag approximately 1 out of every 6 times I ask for a few packets), their fries are either perfect or VERY soggy (no in between), and their produce isn't always great. Again, everyone is always friendly, but I've grown rather frustrated by the fact that it's a craps shoot every time I come here. Otherwise, it's your standard Del Taco in terms of ambiance and appearance!

What happened to this place? Seriously, I've eaten at Del Taco my entire life, but I think I'm finally done. Is this because Jack in the Box owns Del Taco now? At first, it was just noticing that the burritos were significantly smaller. Then they failed to include my quesadilla that I ordered. I don't eat very much fast food, but I will go to Del Taco and In-n-Out. I think that I'm done with Del Taco though. I even went so far as to call the phone number on the receipt and submitted a grievance w/a photo of the receipt with corporate and they never responded.

Good tacos just a bit slow on the drive through. Personally I like Del Taco more than Taco Bell. The prices are basically the same but Del's ground beef just taste better.

This is the worst del taco worst service ever there is always about two or three people working and they take like 15 mins with only two cars in the drive thru. Today I asked for extra sauce on my fish taco which they told me it would be .30 cents more a taco I said was fine and in the end I got no sauce at all on my taco and still got charged. Great customer service at the window server Johnny was excellent l just love Del Taco although the driver through windows were extremely dirty unfortunately looks like there lacking a janitorial cleaning the area is excellent the food was fantastic prefect l wish they were able to keep the facility clean

You don't have to leave but you can't eat here. Lol! I use to come here now and then but in the last month or so they shut down the eating area so they only have food to go. I'm taking the train so I am on foot. The employees eat in dining area but it's roped off from customers. I am guessing MF no one wants to be responsible for cleaning it so they just rope it off. It's better that I don't eat junk food but every now and then I have a craving. Oh well. I won't try again.

I don't think I've ever stepped foot inside this Del Taco, much less eaten here. I always go thru drive thru or get delivery via Postmates. I've prob eaten the food here about 10 times in total, but it's the closest Mexican drive thru place to me. They have a vegan/vegetarian menu too. Lately, I've been having a nachos and breakfast burrito craving for some reason so I've ordered from here a couple of times recently. I like their chicken rollers and their nachos. The nachos have 2 sizes and I always get the small one. The cheese is white in color. I can never eat the whole thing in one sitting so end up microwaving the rest later and it's still fine/pretty good. I also save the chicken rollers for later and also heat those up, which they are yum. They have a dollar menu so the food can be really cheap! They also have great hours and are open on a lot of holidays.

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of their amazing employee Cheridy/Cherity (sorry I forgot to ask the spelling). What I thought would be another sad experience at a fast food place turned into an experience that honestly snapped me out of my funk. Cheridy had the BEST energy and talked to me like a real person. Our interaction was about 10 seconds, but there was something about her voice that instantly changed my mood. Del Taco, yall need to give her a raise. And if they don't, Cheridy should go work at In n Out where managers can make $100,000. Quality employees deserve appreciation and a wage that matches their value. Thanks again, Cheridy. People like you make the world a better place.

If you don't want to to wait 30-40 min to get your food go to a different location. They make you wait at the speaker for maybe 10-12 min before they take your order and then it's another 25 min in line. This is absolutely one of the slowest locations I've been to.

If I could put a Zero here I would. I am visiting from out of town ro visit my mom and went to have dinner with her and my nephew and an employee Josh rudely said that it was 9 -!: that they were closed and that we had to leave. When I responded and asked him why didn't he do a courtesy call he just very rudely and dry said , " That the schedule was on the door". I will never come back here again. The worst case of it all my mom was trying to find closure with my nephew since he has been homeless and recovering from drug addiction. It went from a Family reconcile to being rudely chased away.

Stopped here after 9 pm Thursday night to get small snack. Got in line, which wrapped around the building, past the order screen and up the the alley. Waited in line 10 to 15 minutes before I finally gave up. Line did not move one inch. Went someplace else with better service. This place needs to work on their service

The Beyond eight-layer burrito (27 g of protein - what?!) and Beyond avocado tacos (12 g of protein!) were beyond my expectations!! I'm so happy that Del Taco is serving plant-based meat options. Plus you can easily customize the Beyond options to make them fully vegan versus vegetarian. It has been surprisingly hard to find vegan burrito options in this town, and it's going to be really convenient to have Del Taco there for a quick fix. My only complaint is that the area felt a bit sketchy at night - it's on the corner of a busy intersection, and it seems like there were many people loitering around or cutting through the drive-through on foot and also hanging around the back lot. I will have to come back during the day and see how it compares.

Avoid this location!!!!!!! If you do patronize this location....CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! Last two visits they've shorted us our order. Simply not acceptable. Shame on me for not checking my order and holding up the cars behind me. Never coming here again. Over it. To the franchisee....enjoy banking the extra couple of bucks at the expense of hard working families. F U!

Mid day Saturday burrito smells like cat urine, an wrong drink sometimes but earlier in the day on weekdays mostly, nicer ppl food done right ...

Cancelled my order without explanation ... so go ahead and make me keep typing but I don't care because I never got my food delivery

This location is messed The heck up! They have like two people working at all times so you end up sitting is trapped in your car for an hour, not exaggerating! I will never come back to this location again total waste of time.

Where should I start. This is my go to Del Taco. We usually frequent this location at night between 9pm-midnight. Recently we have been serviced by Johnny. He is very friendly, accurate, fast, efficient. He makes sure he greets you with enthusiasm and courtesy. He makes sure you have all your food and he repeats your order back without you even asking him too. Great great customer service and hot food. To the Manager and Del Taco team please makes sure to take care of Johnny properly. We appreciate a happy and professional staff. Johnny is definitely an asset and wonderful addition to your organization.

I only occasionally eat fast food, and this was my first time at a Del Taco. The employees who man the location were exceptionally nice and helpful, as they answered a couple of my questions. I figured, now that I'm vegan, I'd check out their new "Beyond Avocado Taco" made with the plant-based "Beyond Meat Crumbles." Btw, a shoutout to Del Taco for giving us a vegan option! The Avocado Taco consisted of a crunchy taco shell, vegan meat, one slice of very cold, tasteless avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and spicy green and/or red mild salsa. The meat was blended with tasty Mexican spices and had great flavor. There's no way anyone would think it was anything but real beef! Good work! Overall, their taco is a great option for people who love Del Taco. The side of black beans were good, albeit they were filled with waaay too much salt. Would I eat there again? Most likely not, because I'd rather opt for organic, GMO-free, healthier ingredients. And there were no vegan cheese options, cilantro or limes. Chipotle or Tocaya Organica are more my style.

Had itching to celebrate Taco Tuesday! 3 for $1.49 and ice coffee, only drive thru...no worries

They have a big sign, two of their classic burritos mix and match two for seven but if you order the beyond meat option that will charge you a dollar $80 extra for each one a total of $3.60 extra which is a complete rip off, I even asked no cheese no sour cream that won't credit you when you take something off but if you put one item extra that will charge you and outrageous extra amount it will cost you almost $12 for two of their classic burritos seven layer with beyond meat. Come on Del Taco how was the your first customer of beyond meat in Orange County with your test store now you have become so greedy with your pricing for your vegan option with beyond meat that I am boycotting you and I will let all my followers know as well. Think about it I'm getting a seven-layer classic burrito I'm only substituting the beyond meat I am taking off cheese I am taking off sour cream I am taking off the Special Sauce yet they want to charge me $3.60 extra

Had 2 great epic burritos. Thank you del taco staff . I loved my Cali bacon w/ asada & loaded queso w/ chicken. Tons of flavor & good portions. Satisfaction achieved!

Place still closed to dine in. Near train station so convenient but unable to enjoy food.

Fri Oct 2nd 2020 Dont call and expect an answer. I called this del taco 10 times and the manager thinks thier shift doesn't have to answer phone calls. Unprofessional Called to give request a critique be passed down to the kitchen staff after I had received ((2 slivers of avocado)) in my not so epic "avocado" burrito. But since they are too good to pick up the phone here's the review on yelp instead.

I make it a rule to never come to the Westside for any reason. However, tonight I found myself emerging from a vortex of post-work exhaustion into the driveway of Del Taco in Culver City. The shift leader, Gregory, is an absolute dream employee and I was very lucky to be served by him during my harrowing journey back from work. I was starving (not literally, but close enough) and he made sure my order was perfect and made me question (briefly) my hatred for west LA. 5 stars are not enough for Gregory. And by the way the new Beyond burritos are, in fact, BEYOND delicious.

Just like so many others, I drove here specifically to try the new Beyond Meat tacos. There's currently only two Del Taco locations serving these in California and this is one of them. I ordered one vegan and one vegetarian taco priced at $2.50 each. They both tasted very good and I would definitely buy them again. Kudos to Del Taco for being the first Mexican fast food restaurant in the U.S. to offer a plant-based meat substitute on their menu.

If you want to make sure that you get your customers' orders wrong 100% of the time, this is the restaurant for you. I have never experienced such a high level of inconsistency so consistently before. The only good thing I can say about this place is that you will be constantly surprised by what you ordered.

Vegan beyond meat tacos! What else is there left to say? This places rules! So so so so so delicious

Because Del Taco is hands down my favorite fast food chain. I like of the chains of course but the convenience and speed and probably because I get the same thing all the time makes Del Taco my favorite one to go to. One other aspect I quite enjoy is that most of the locations are open 24/7. Since I have my regular 3 meals a day plus snacks and especially midnight snacking meals I want to go to a place I know will always be open. Del Taco is that place for me! I love all the other chains as well but Del Taco will always be the one I know for sure that never fails to have a place open for me. Love you guys!

We always come here the service is always on pint, Also the young man working right ow is a hero, promotion or pay raise expected. Seriously, especially in these times legitimate service should be properly compensated.

I can't lie, I love fancy restaurants and I love Del Taco! This is for sure my guilty pleasure. Anyways, I love coming to this specific location. They always get my order right and are decent. They also are one of the few around that carry the vegan and vegetarian beyond meat tacos!! Try them here!!

Very clean store and a nice staff, Del Taco serves California Style Mexican food which is freshly prepared and tasty. I always go a the Macho Beef Burrito very tasty .

My boyfriend went to that location on Robertson in Venice to get us some food to go and they wouldn't allow him to go inside to get food to go it's only drive-through it's absolutely positively absurd every other location is open for dine in except for that one never ever again so if you ever go to that location and you want to go inside to get physical don't bother because they won't let you

FYI: Love their chicken avocado bowl. It is so worth my $5. Love their strawberry lemonade! So good! My sisters and I love Del Taco. They have great deals and the food is so good. When I come here I usually use the drive through. Now that I think of it. I don't make any line when I use the drive through. There are never any cars when I come. I have used the dining area twice. When I want to eat here there is always one or two people ahead of me. I think people just like to eat in the dining area at this location. The cashier was very nice and I noticed she helped everyone right away. The dining area was very clean too. Our order was quick and it was hot. We ordered so much food and they didn't take forever like most fast food places. We actually went to go sit down and it was done in about 5 minutes. We all ordered separately and they came one after another. I really like this location. The table we got was big and we all fit. The only down side was the restroom. It was a little messy, but at least it had everything you need.

Likely one of the absolute WORST fast food experiences of my entire life was experienced at this restaurant, this past week. It was a late weeknight/early morning so sure you might expect some delays but not nearly an entire hour sitting in the drive thru line without any option to exit. False imprisonment much! I began texting a friend and sent them a pic at 12:59am, I was in the way back of the drive thru line maybe one car or two had moved by then. Again it's late on a weekday (Thursday to be exact) so I give them grace, having worked in fast food. I'm still like 5-6 cars away from the window at 1:26am. This is when I see the employee clear as day through the front door/windows preparing food with his mask clearly down on his chin. Not even like the 'smart' ppl who only cover their mouth and not nose. Seriously, this man shouldn't have had a mask on period, absolutely pointless and way to have a safe environment for fellow employees and patrons Robertson DEL TACO, Culver City. So at this point not only am I pissed because this wait is insane but come to find out the sole food preparer is NOT following food safety procedures. I had it. I end up getting to the drive thru window at 1:45am, yes that is not a typo, nearly an hour to when this journey likely began. I get my order and leave at 1:47am. You would think that this was where the nightmare ends, it doesn't. I end up looking at my food and it looks like dog food, as if it were prepared in maybe 10 seconds if that. It literally looks disgusting, inedible, ingredients are not spread out. Complete garbage, utter waste of time! The ONE redeeming quality from this visit was that the drive thru worker was properly wearing their mask. Don't believe me or this story, need proof... I've attached two images.

I enjoy occasional visits to Del Taco, but recently witnessed a security guard hit a homeless woman with a pillow. Yes, she'd been asked to leave and she wasn't being quick about it. I understood his frustration. But I would ask that Del Taco get their security some training about how to better handle the situation.

Ordered 10pm. Nobody in line at the time. I ordered a Epic Steak Burrito combo. Drove up to the window and paid. Another car pulled up behind me and I watched them finish bagging my order, leaving it on the counter to make the other order behind me. They made both and put them next to each other on the counter and gave me THE OTHER BAG! I got home and noticed my burrito wrapper had an X on it indicating a special custom order? I bit into a Burrito to find CHICKEN FINGERS and Lettuce in it!! WHY DON'T YOU GUYS GIVE THE ORDER TO THE CUSTOMER RIGHT WHEN YOU FINISH IT? WHY DO YOU PUT THE SAME LOOKING BAGS TOGETHER AND GIVE THE WRONG ONE OUT???
