Easy delivery experience. Seems like they just built bathroom facilities for drivers......it's right across from the warehouse towards the middle of the parking lot

It has been over 7 hours since my truck was unloaded. I arrived on time and followed all the necessary procedures. This delay is causing serious disruption to my schedule and affecting my service time. I request your immediate attention to this matter.

Our delivery was at 7:30pm. We arrived early and got a dock right away, but they finished unloading us the next day at 2:40AM. They took over 7 hours to unload and charged over $400 for lumper. -------very slow.

First off, broker had the wrong delivery time, so that's on them, but when I tried calling this warehouse to confirm or find out, no one answered. These places are so ridiculous!! And why is it usually only grocery warehouses! Normal freight can figure it out, but grocery warehouses are awful! They waste drivers time and energy! I get them not wanting drivers to show up super early, but have a way we can contact you so we can verify stuff because the brokers usually have it wrong! And since we don't know until we get there, then we get turned away and have to drive x amount of miles to the truck stop. So stupid.

They are nice people but very slow to unload. Was almost an hour early didn't get a door till an hour after appt time. Never got a call or text saying i was done.

05/13/2025 Arrived at 4.45pm for a 5.00pm appointment time , got a door right away, live unload, finished in 3 hour and half, 24 pallets, 40k, capstone lumper fee was $225. Nice clean Bathroom.

I was for 2 years but am not a vegan anymore but I have stopped eating eggs because of cruel practices like battery cages that severely restrict the mobility of laying hens. I have raised a lot of chickens and I know they are smart enough to count to 5 and recognize up to a 100 faces, aa well as remember how those people treated them and pass that information to the flock. If chickens were vengeful and ruled the world, your CEO would be confined to a coffin-sized cage for going back on his promises to sell cage-free eggs! Please reconsider your stance. Till then I will boycott your stores abd i hope others will join me. I attached a picture showing how battery cages being just the size of a piece of paper.

This place is your lost day. Huge queue for check-in from the very morning And then at least 5 hours of waiting And they don't pay for downtime.
