Google
My favorite is the seafood tofu hotpot, is very delicious and fresh. I also ordered some dim sum dishes (chicken paws, shrimp rice cake and shrimp roll w/ tofu skin) but they’re tasted okay, not special.

Google
As a guy from Hong Kong, I would say the pineapple butter bread is awesome considering it is in US, the veg in the Satay beef noodle soup is healthy even thou its not usual in a normal one back in HK lol but it still taste good. I love how the ice lemon tea can be refilled and can be “less sugared” as a Hong Kong style of speech lol. The parking is decent outside btw

came for 下午茶 and got good deals on food. the special menu comes with complimentary drink! food was delicious, like the name suggests.

Google
Place is bomb. The crispy chow mein and shrimp chow fun was to die for. Killed it. The beef in chili oil was awesome too.

Google
Low key diner-like...casual. surprising large place considering it's located in a small mini mall on Garfield, just south of Riggin. Food is hearty and one dish we had was chicken and mushroom baked in a clay pot ...the bed of rice in the pot was infused with flavor...and even had crispy, almost burned rice you could peel off...crunchy goodness. Also enjoyed the warm HK-style pineapple bun...though had to dig out the huge slab of heart attack butter inside. Friendly efficient service...got forks, knives, extra napkins easily. Looks like there's a separate breakfast menu. And all the soups look yummy. Have to try a soup or curry next time. Well be back!!

Google
The Chinese name of the restaurant translates to Original Flavor, which speaks to its authentic Cantoneses dishes. It’s a cozy casual place with home style comfy food. Congee and steamed rice flour rolls seem to be popular for weekend brunch. Don’t come if you expect a high-end restaurant.

Google
Authentic HK cuisine. After driving from the bay, I stopped by here with the family to try this place out. Oh man I missed the real taste of a HK cafe. This place has all my favorites.

Google
Pretty delicious! Traditional HK food. Love 煲仔饭、金银蛋菠菜、potatos in curry beef, long time since i had iced lemon tea last time. Remind me of those old times at HK…. We have 6 people, and spent $32 per person, which is not expensive.

Yelp
honestly, a pretty sold place if you want some good family style cafe food. this location doesn't have all the individualized food - more shared. they do have dimsum options as well but the pricing for them are a bit high in my opinion and are okay we ordered the salty egg custard bun - which was one of my personal favorite bc you can't get it elsewhere but after one i was kinda sick of it b/c it was a real specific flavor the XLB were not the greatest and kin of small of an amount for the price the crispy noodle w/ bbq pork was delicious, would get again. i'd come back for lunch - and they have refillable HK milk tea, lemon tea, etc. (not soda tho, it comes in a can) they have shared parking with the plaza, and easy to find parking, the seating is shared if you have less than a group of people, we ended up sharing with another party of 2 bc we had only 2 in our party (was slightly awkward lol)

Yelp
Still one of my favorite Delicious Food Corners, their food always comes out flavorful. They always drench their rice rolls with peanut and hoisin sauce, never has any dry spots. I love their breakfast congee combo options here, locations vary on what they offer. German Style Pork Knuckle- pork skin is always crispy and the meat is tender. I love picking off the bone and tendon that is left is so soft. Braised Crispy Tofu w/ Three Delights- came with celery, carrots and shiitake mushroom. Sauce was a slurry drizzled over top. Sautéed Taishan Broccoli Flower w/ Preserved Meat- was sautéed with lots of wok fire and veggies weren't over done or undercooked. Preserved meat that was chopped up in this dish wasn't too dry and hard. Spicy Eggplant Hot Pot- always so great over rice, eggplant is melt in your mouth soft. Pork chop soaked up all the sauce. Garlic lovers, this pot comes with tons of caramelized garlic. Honey Walnut Shrimp- batter was light and crispy. Mayonnaise sauce wasn't overly sweet. Walnuts were glazed and crispy, pretty fresh.

Yelp
The food at delicious food corner is indeed delicious. If you're craving some home styled delicious Hong Kong style Chinese food, this place just hits the spot. You can't go wrong with anything you order really. This is a true classic and a favorite!

Judy K.

Yelp
Everything I had was a solid four. Very good renditions of old classics, no surprises and nothing mind blowing but again, all good and enjoyable. All the favorites of your Chinese childhood in one spot - jook, yao tew, HK French toast, wonton mein. Typical service where sometimes you might have to raise your hand but otherwise efficient.

Yelp
Called on a Monday morning for a pick up order coz I was craving for some Congee. All I know was their Pork congee. When I called I requested pork congee. I did not know there are other stuff that comes with it. Associate asked if I want "thousand something..." I couldn't understand what she was trying to say so I just said "sure". She then asked if I wanted combo, then gave 2 options for the side, and then gave the options for drinks. She was so patient and I love how she took time to answer my questions and offer yummy additions. Had she not offered them, I won't be able to taste the yummy milk tea and steamed roll with peanut sauce with my yummy pork congee with creamy century egg. Parking was good too on a Monday morning. But on the weekends, it can get pretty busy due to the popular pizza place next to it. ig/tiktok: @jhennybventures

Yelp
Everytime I visit LA, I always stop by this place for Hong Kong style breakfast! The food always slaps. Classic Hong Kong style food and you really can't go wrong with anything on this menu. The congee is very flavorful and portions are big. Breakfast special also comes with hot milk tea! The atmosphere is very chaotic. They are usually always busy in the mornings, especially on the weekends. If you come with a small party, you might share a table with others. True HK fashion. Service is definitely better if you can speak Cantonese. Staff is pretty attentive but sometimes you will need to flag them down.

Yelp
My family and I always come here for lunch or dinner, but recently my parents and I came for breakfast. When my family comes here to eat, we come with at least 12-14 people. We love it here and always satisfied when we eat here. This restaurant is our favorite out all the other locations and it's not as big as the other but it's enough for my huge family. We usually get a long table or 2 tables to fit us all. For breakfast we got the porridge which was good and a good size for 3-4 people. We also tried the house special fish paste noodles with lettuce and we didn't like that, it was very bland and had no flavors. We also got the steamed shrimp rice rolls which is always good but just missing that sweet savory soy sauce that it usually comes with. And we can't forget the pineapple bun with butter, it's always a must! The butter makes it taste much better especially when it's like half melted. When we come for lunch or dinner, our go to orders usually consist of the fried fish cod, scrambled eggs with shrimp, string beans or pea tips if they have it. The fried fish cod is a must, it's very crispy! We come here very often! It's always an option for us when we decide where to eat with the family!

Dana T.

Yelp
I came here excited for the breakfast and was not disappointed! Everything was so delicious and flavorful. My favorite item was the pork & preserved egg congee. I don't know many places that serve this so was super happy. The flour rolls were also one of my favorite and came with a peanut flavored sauce, which added a nice touch. Overall, I loved this place and would definitely come back to try more items!

Yelp
Quick and delicious Hong Kong food! They have a fast and modern ambiance, making you feel like you are not in LA anymore but in the street of Mongkok. The food was delicious, as the name stated. The service was satisfying. Pro-tip: order the Chinese donuts and eat them with condensed milk. Free parking is available within the plaza.

Sharon H.

Yelp
From the number of times I've checked in here, it's a safe bet Delicious Food Corner is the place to be. I love a warm, toasty, buttery Pineapple Bun (H.K. Style Bun with Butter). They know how to melt the way to my heart. Every dish that I've tried at Delicious Food Corner has truly been... delicious! My family's favorite is always the Stir Fried Sticky Rice. If you love lo mai gai, it's basically the same thing without the lotus leaf wrap. It's a huge plate of my favorite dim sum. For the longest time, I would order Delicious Food Corner on the Toast app and they would offer a 20% discount for my entire order. It was such a great deal at that time. My order would be ready in about 15-20 minutes. They are usually busy on the weekends for brunch and lunch. The staff have always been friendly and kind. The only downside is their small parking lot. When the parking lot is full, it's a tight squeeze to get out. A few times, we had to park on the street. Other favorites of mine: - House Special Filet Mignon Cubes - Soy Sauce Chow Mein - Tofu with Assorted Mushroom - Pan Fried Fish Cake with String Beans - Minced Beef Rice Noodle Soup with Udon Noodles - BBQ Pork with Scrambled Egg (unfortunately the most recent visit here, we found large egg shells in this dish)

Ellen L.

Yelp
Great food with big portions and fair prices. Staff was also very kind. Highly recommend

Yelp
Delicious Food Corner is the epitome of a Hong Kong style cafe with an absolutely huge menu. Come knowing that there are a million options. It used to be that Hong Kong cafes were places for cheaper eats and low-key places to chat with friends, but now the prices are basically the same as higher end places. The food was very mediocre. It wasn't anything special except comfort food for a more nostalgic time. Parking is pretty tough on the weekends. The restaurant sits in the middle of a tiny square with very little parking. And it's off a busy street (Garfield Ave), so you may park a little further and walk in.

Yelp
TLDR: The closest you'll get to tasting Hong Kong breakfast from half a world away. Meatball congee: Thick congee with traditional garnishes that really hit the spot. The thickness of the dish allows it to maintain the temperature for a longer period of time. It encapsulates the taste demands of older Chinese people of hitting that happy medium of good flavor but not over-seasoning it. HK Fried noodle: Simple ingredients with a straightforward taste. It comes with the congee, and I love how the taste is so close to what I had in Hong Kong. HK Milk Tea: They nailed it. I'd say it tastes exactly like how Hong Kong does it, but I'm sure you already knew that by now. 5/5 Service: I'm surprised that the staff here actually make an effort to check up on the guests. Restaurants like these ignore guests unless called upon. Bonus points for the establishment Ambiance: It's your upscale Chinese cafe. Clean surroundings but you already know that they're probably hiding the less desirable visuals behind the counter. Noise levels are what you expect from people talking to each other at their own tables. No complaints from my end.

Yelp
Arrived on a Sunday around 1 pm and it was loud and pretty packed with people. But we only waited about 15 minutes before we were sat at a couple of bar seats! It took a little bit of work to get the attention of the servers to order but food was quick to arrive - Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings and Calamari (4/5): decided to do the combo to try more! the chicken wings were super juicy and flavorful but the calamari was not well seasoned - I recommend just getting the chicken wings!! - Sizzling Beef Stirfry Udon (4.5/5): delicious chewy noodles with super tender beef - really good with the chili oil they had on the table but maybe a little greasy - Steamed Flour Rice Roll w Chinese Donut (5/5): super silky noodle around crispy donut in a hoisin and peanut butter sauce. nostalgic and yummy I honestly could've eaten another - HK Iced Milk Tea (4.5/5): perfectly sweet and creamy and only $2.50!!! Overall great experience I would love to come back to try more rice rolls and the congee!

Magda N.

Yelp
Food is always solid. Our server lady is helpful and nice too. The black pepper udon never disappoints. Chewy with a hit of black pepper. Spinach with thousand year egg is very delicious. Refreshing. We got the fish hotpot and it was good too. Garlicky. Disappointed with the sweet n sour chicken. First, they brought out pork instead. I think they know it was wrong, but they wanted to check with us if we wanted to take it anyway. Nope. So at the end it came out way later once we were kinda done eating. Now the flavors are ok, but the breading sucks. It's all over the place and most of them are just breading and no chicken. We get this fairly often at the rosemead location and they're good.

Yelp
Omg, an authentic HK eatery at last! The food is amazing and legit- one bite and I feel like I'm back in Hong Kong. Authentic HK Breakfast: They have the legit HK breakfast set complete with macaroni options and HK pineapple bun with butter, etc. They serve rice rolls until 2:30p. Unfortunately I live too far to come in time for breakfast. But the food here are so delicious it is worth the drive. Authentic HK milk tea: for those of us who have lived in HK before, we know the difference between HK milk tea and the milk tea in boba shops. It's just not the same and this place does it justice complete with the condensed milk jugs that accompanies your HK style milk tea. As I had hoped, their beef chow fun and wonton noodles are tasty and legit, but what really blew me away was how tasty and crunchy their fried chicken wings were. It is now a staple every time we come. Man, the more I write the more am tempted to move to Monterey Park just because of this restaurant.

Sinny S.

Yelp
I did a to go order with them. They were very helpful and very fast. Parking was hard to find. When I brought the food back to the hotel, they were still good. They have utensils when requested. I will find the time to dine in next time I am in town since I love their menu choices.

Shay C.

Yelp
The food was equivalent to their San Gabriel and Arcadia outlets, but the service was so much better. The staff was welcoming, polite and didn't rush you like some other staff at typical Chinese cafes. Didn't realize this establishment was closer to montebello so was quite a distance but definitely worth the drive based on staff courtesy

Jennifer H.

Yelp
This is still one of the best HK Style breakfast in town. Congee, rice rolls and wonton noodle soup. I don't know what else can you ask for. You cannot not order the dong ying yeurng (iced milk tea and coffee) one of the best morning drinks to go along with your breakfast meal. I enjoy this place a lot because it gives me a comforting meal vibes. The staffs are nice and they are very quick as well. I would definitely come back, but would suggest to park on the street instead of their parking lot as it can get packed and difficult to move out.

ra l.

Yelp
Authentic HK style Chinese food at reasonable price, convenient location with generous portions. Had their egg/beef chow fun with gravy. Good flavor and not too salty. I added some soy and vinegar to my liking. Basic dish done right I found delicious. Friendly attentive staff and clean place. Their menu has many other items I will look forward to trying. It's on the south end of Monterey park so you don't have to drive too far in SGV to find authentic Chinese food. Will come back for more and more often

Rong F.

Yelp
Rating is for the Lobster noodles. Services is always great! Lobster Noodles/龍蝦伊麵: I was so excited to try it out! But then I'm totally disappointed...the lobster was not fresh at all, some lobster pieces went bad the smell and the taste. Noodles was not flavored from the lobster, if any flavors. Will not order it no more. Their breakfast menu is still my most flavor. Services is always great, especially Jayson.

James W.

Yelp
Great Hong Kong Style Cafe with some excellent Cantonese style cuisine. Everything from the standard noodle dishes to scrambled eggs and shrimp to porridge and spam in Ramen. Get your freshly made rice noodle rolls with your favorite fillings or simply go old school and ask for dried shrimps. Don't forget the milk tea!

Katherine S.

Yelp
Authentic Hong Kong food!!! Got here on labor day right when it opened at 9 and ordered items on the breakfast menu. - The pineapple buns come super warm and the outside is really crispy - tastes very fresh and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend to enjoy them while they are hot! - Also ordered the dried vegetables with pork congee, which comes with rice rolls or fried noodles. The portion is huge! The congee is warm and very flavorful - the pork is tender and pairs well with the dried vegetables. - If you think the rice rolls is just a side - think again! The rice rolls has little dried shrimp in there and the sesame sauce is soooooooo yummy!!! - Hong Kong style milk tea - really only one word describes it, authentic!!! Love that it's not sweetened but you can add condensed milk or sugar if you want to. They also have afternoon tea menu that looks amazing - will come back and try those! Inside is pretty cozy with a couple bigger tables (so you might need to share the table with other parties). Service is amazing here as well! There is a small parking lot right in front of the restaurant!

Tonny V.

Yelp
The place is located in a plaza, so the parking is easy to find. It's a big restaurant with plenty of tables. The service is pretty good; attentive and fast. I like the breakfast here. I normally order the congee and beef rice noodle rolls. They are good.

Trinny T.

Yelp
DFC has always been my go-to spot for a delightful Hong Kong-style breakfast. Even though it's quite a distance from my West LA location, I find myself daydreaming about visiting this place every single day. The highlight of my breakfast experience here has always been their mouthwatering rice rolls in peanut sauce and delectable chow mein. While the chow mein doesn't quite live up to the flavor I remember from three years ago, it still offers a satisfying taste that keeps me coming back. The nostalgic charm of their toasts and Hong Kong-style breads never fails to put a smile on my face. Each bite is a delightful combination of crispy, buttery goodness and a soft, fluffy interior. Service at DFC has remained consistently fast, ensuring that I don't have to wait long to indulge in my favorite breakfast treats. However, I must note that parking can be a challenge, especially during busy times. Luckily, I planned my visit wisely and arrived at 11AM on a Friday, when most people were at work. This resulted in a pleasant check-in experience without the usual parking struggles. In conclusion, DFC holds a special place in my heart as the ultimate destination for an authentic Hong Kong breakfast experience. While the chow mein might not be as flavorful as it used to be, the overall quality and fast service make up for it. And let's not forget the pure joy that their toasts and Hong Kong breads bring to the table. So, if you're willing to venture a bit farther and embrace the tasty delights DFC has to offer, you won't be disappointed. Just be prepared for parking challenges during peak hours.

Yelp
I've tried the Rosemead location for this restaurant chain, but it's my first time here at their Monterey Park location. The food and service are definitely better here. It wasn't busy when we arrived. So plenty of parking spaces and no wait. We ordered two of the Sizzling Beef Udon w/ Black Pepper and the Hong Kong Style Pineapple w/ Butter. The udon was flavorful and tasted good. Will definitely order this again. The pineapple butter bun was disappointing. It was very dry and lacked flavor. Will not order this again. They have an afternoon special menu from 2-5 pm. Will have to come back to try this.

Ana T.

Yelp
I came here to get some breakfast. They open a little later than other places for breakfast. They share a small parking lot with several other businesses, so good luck finding a spot when it's busy. Interior is nice and has enough seating. Service was quick. I got a bowl of cuttlefish ball noodle soup. It was filling and was a good portion size.

Stephanie H.

Yelp
Great food and great service! It was so nice to see the staff talking to customers as if they were family. The staff were quick and attentive. There may be a wait when you come, but it's so worth it! The food came out super fast and I loved every bite of it! It felt like an authentic Hong Kong cafe that served all of your favorite canto breakfast dishes! I'd come back for more

Khoa N.

Yelp
Our favorite place to have breakfast whenever we're in town! I'm glad to report that the quality has been consistent every time I come here (twice a year). Parking gets filled up fast on weekends after they open. It's hard to beat hot and tasty porridge to start the day. You can't go wrong with any of the meat option. The portion here is huge, I'd recommend splitting the porridge combo so you can order other side dishes. The fried noodle is my favorite side dish to go with it as it's crunchy and seasoned nicely. If you order the fried doughnut to go with the porridge, do note it does take a while. They compliment each other well, but there's a chance you may finish your porridge before the doughnut arrives 10-15 minutes later. Shrimp dumpling comes with a large shrimp inside and was delicious. I was not a fan of the HK style shrimp wonton as the soup was bland, and the noodle texture was not as chewy as I would like. If you happen to be in town, do give this place a try!

Erica F.

Yelp
I have been coming to this place since 10 years ago. I always love their food as they make very good Hong Kong style cafe food. I often came here for a meal when I am home sick. One big improvement I have been noticed was the services. Ever since the ownership was changed the quality of service the service made a drastic improvement. Staff was friendly and attentive. I did not support this place because I often felt being disrespected, but I decided that I will come here more often because my negative feelings is gone and food was awesome! I always ordered: coffee with tea, dry vegetables and pork bone porridge, pineapple bun with butter, and Chinese donut with rice noodle roll. These are the most authentic Hong Kong style cafe food!

Linda L.

Yelp
If you want a cheap, delicious meal, come here! This is a cozy Hong Kong style cafe and they're most known for their congee. I ordered a combo of a fish filet, side of fried noodles, and a hot milk tea, all for $14.78! This was enough food for 2 ppl to eat. After 15 minutes of ordering on the phone, the food was ready and packaged, and still very warm! This is a fairly busy place, and the parking in the plaza isn't the best. There's also some street parking as well in the front. FYI I thought the hot milk tea was unsweetened but the condensed milk sunk to the bottom, not mixed at all. Stir it in before it fully cools down.

Verlina W.

Yelp
Beef chow fun was excellent. Come between 2 to 5 pm to get free ice tea or coffee or red bean ice

Mia Y.

Yelp
We've been here many times. Clean place, great food for decent prices. The food is alway perfect and freshly made no matter what. However, service can be an issue sometimes, especially when they are busy. Usually, we come during the weekend. To be honest, when they are busy, there's much of service. We were here again on a Wednesday. The server was super friendly and patient. He got us seated quickly and took our orders. If you are big on service, stop by during weekdays would be better. If you just want some great food, you can definite visit them whenever. Overall, it's a great place for casual breakfast. Highly recommend it.

Alicia L.

Yelp
Really solid dinner spot! I was quite taken aback at food prices because they seemed a bit higher than other local Chinese/ Hong Kong restaurants in the area but after ordering, realized that they are justified by the very large food portions. The menu is really big! I tried the pork and eggplant hot pot and the Singapore vermicelli noodles and both were great. I'm guessing they are probably quite generous with the amount of MSG they use in their dishes but flavors and ingredients are balanced overall. This is definitely a family style restaurant I would say. Table sizes are mostly 4+ and we were able to eat a whole second meal as a party of 2 with just 2 dish orders. Try it out!

Joyce N.

Yelp
I haven't been to Monterey park location for a while since there is another delicious food corner in Rosemead (closer to my house). I looked at Yelp and realized this location has afternoon tea special starting at 2pm, which is not the same as Rosemead location. Therefore I came to have lunch with my mom at 2pm so we can take advantage of the specials. Food: 4.5 stars (everything we ordered is good except I wish the wonton soup is more flavorful, but my mom loves it tho) Service: 5 stars (service is excellent, all the employees are very nice and efficient) Price: 5 stars (with $12.95 max you get food and drink. I think the price is good comparing how expensive everything is nowadays). There are more food I wanna order from the special menu but too bad we can't try them all. I would definitely come here again!

Peggy C.

Yelp
Suuuuuch a satisfying breakfast spot that really fills you up with good food. We came here for the breakfast specials and each got a porridge (my personal favorite is the pork and egg) with a side dish and coffee/milk tea. I've been to the location on Valley as well, and this Monterey Park location seemed even MORE overly generous with the portions - our side dishes of the steamed noodles and fried noodles were absolutely overflowing. They are extremely busy and the staff is doing their absolute best without stopping at all, but you may need to work a bit to catch their attention. But absolutely worth it and I will come back to try more items on the menu! They had ads for weekday lunch/afternoon specials that all looked enticing. There's a tight private lot, and plenty of street parking.

Marshall Lewis ..

Yelp
I'm in a significant amount of pain as I write this. I ordered the chicken and abalone congee. The congee was fine, the chicken was fine, but the abalone was as hot as a blowtorch. It only lightly brushed my lower lip, but I still got badly burned, and spent the rest of the meal applying ice. The kitchen should not be serving food that is so hot that it injures the customers.

Lisa D.

Yelp
Bustling spot, so parking is extremely tight and service is just a little chaotic. Loved the shrimp steamed rolls and shrimp fried rice -- very generous portion of shrimp in the rice. We also enjoyed the congee, but protein portions in that seemed more like scraps.

Suzanne K.

Yelp
Ambiance: bustling Hong Kong style breakfast place. Lots of people coming in and out, some people waiting outside. Seating area is modern and clean. Very lively! Food: Variety is amazing and authentic. We really enjoyed the pineapple bun and rice noodles. Price was very affordable, the two of us were so full and we even had to get a take out box for our noodles. It came out to 40 bucks. Service is just like any other Chinese restaurant. Don't expect fine dining service, haha!

Margie S.

Yelp
Goid food with good prices and great service. They always have a table for us even on the weekends during peak hours. Small parking lot so may need to park on the street. Definitely recommend

Thomas L.

Yelp
Power tip: took advantage of the afternoon tea specials, after a nice morning hike. Both the minced pork rice with egg and the beef chow fun were very good. The Hong Kong French toast was also interesting. Service was extremely efficient.

Otto L.

Yelp
Looks like 2 years ago, I went to the other location but left a review here. Fast forward to 2022, I finally hit this place. Warning: get here before 9am (before they open) for breakfast or brunch, or else you would have to wait. Parking is very small. All in all, this is the place to be if you want some authentic HK cafe food.

Young P.

Yelp
Came for lunch and I was very impressed by the food! Very delicious, service was great, and really enjoyed the overall home vibe of the place. I love the wings at this place! Super juicy inside, and very crispy on the outside. Spicy minced pork over rice with egg was on the money too. Very flavorful and portion was great. They have so many different dishes I'm going to have to come back to try some of their other stuff!!!

Christine H.

Yelp
Visited for lunch last Saturday around 1:00p. We must have missed the brunch crowd because we were able to get a table for 5 right away. We tried a couple of menu items we haven't ordered here before and all were tasty. The chicken curry was pretty spicy so if you can't take heat then it's better to request it mild or without spice. The house special rice vermicelli actually had salted fish in it but it was not too salty or overpowering. It was good. The pork belly was just how we like it. Glad to have found another restaurant that makes it well. The rice roll with the Chinese donut was not oily and had a good crisp texture. Some drinks we ordered were iced coffee, iced lemon tea, and iced milk tea. Drinks had free refills so that was great. They are on the sweeter side, so next time I'll ask for mine "less sweet". In summary, my family had a very yummy lunch on Saturday!

Yelp
Was introduced to this place by en ex coworker who was from Hong Kong. Ever since, when in the mood for Chinese, it has to be Hong Kong Style Baby! Protein of choice, filet mignon, and it's so amazingly well made here. Noodles of choice, crispy noodle beef chow mein, please. The gravy in the beef, forms this exquisite pairing of noodles, vegetables, and beef. My favorite of all time! We complete the meal with Ying Yang Rice. Never seen it anywhere else, please try it. It's definitely a must try. Will always come back here. The service is always on point and the location is right down the street from the newly made top golf facility.

Yelp
OMG!! First time here!! The food is delicious!! I love love love their Congee!! I order the Pork and Preserved Egg Congee(Chefs Kiss), my hubby ordered the Chicken Congee...he enjoyed it too!! The donuts and the Steamed Shrimp flour rolls...yum!! Price was decent and portion is great!! Service is nice!! Only bad thing is parking, hard to get out, it's because location is in strip mall ...but it has nothing to do with their restaurant, so I still give 5 stars! Oh! I love the big tables too, plenty of room!! There is even seating for party of one! We are totally coming back! Oh yessss...they live up to their restaurant name sake.

Yelp
Parking in this plaza is extremely limited and difficult. If you can walk or take an Uber, do so. You can try to find parking on the street. The 1 lane parking lot has 2 driveways. It seems people are going into the first one and out the second but anything goes here. I'd go in the second and out the first so I can go back into the second if I needed to but then you'd might go against the flow. The place isn't big so there's a wait. They have a section with stools for single patrons, which useful for people who come alone. The staff is very nice. They speak English well, Cantonese, and Mandarin. They are attentive. As a Chinese restaurant, I don't expect service. I would get up to get a napkin or to-go box, or whatever because most Chinese restaurants don't have quality customer service. However, this place was different. They immediately asked what I needed when I got up looking around. So, that's great. They also came to check up on us once (enough to show they care and not too much to be annoying). The food was great, if you know what to order. We ordered the fried chicken wings and squid appetizer, chicken chow fun, sizzling beef udon, beef noodle soup, house special fried rice, and the HK style bun with butter. All were delicious. The chicken wings and fried squid were flashed fried so it was hot and crispy but I think they needed to change their oil. It was still tasty though.

Yelp
If you're looking for authentic HK cafe style food, this is the place to go! This is the go-to place for Chinese breakfast too. Fried Chinese doughnut and congee are great here and are must orders. The service is quick and efficient and friendly. Parking can be a pain in the private lot so we usually park on the street. Be prepared to wait if you visit during peak dining times.
