This credit union is the absolute worst. First of all, why do I even have to call the credit union to spend my own money? That makes no sense. Secondly, I did call ahead, gave them all the details, and they still screwed it up.
The rep increased my limit, noted my account, and told me I was good to go. When I tried to pay, my card was instantly blocked for “fraud” — no call, no verification, nothing. I called back, the rep admitted she couldn’t help, said she’d transfer me, then disconnected me. I had to call back yet again, only to be told my card had been completely blocked and even removed from the system.
I explained I had already called in advance, and only after wasting my time did they reach out to Visa fraud to confirm it wasn’t fraud. Then I had to wait another hour just to get access back.
This place is incompetent, careless, and flat-out useless. If you want reliability, go anywhere else.
