This credit union is the absolute worst. First of all, why do I even have to call the credit union to spend my own money? That makes no sense. Secondly, I did call ahead, gave them all the details, and they still screwed it up. The rep increased my limit, noted my account, and told me I was good to go. When I tried to pay, my card was instantly blocked for “fraud” — no call, no verification, nothing. I called back, the rep admitted she couldn’t help, said she’d transfer me, then disconnected me. I had to call back yet again, only to be told my card had been completely blocked and even removed from the system. I explained I had already called in advance, and only after wasting my time did they reach out to Visa fraud to confirm it wasn’t fraud. Then I had to wait another hour just to get access back. This place is incompetent, careless, and flat-out useless. If you want reliability, go anywhere else.

This location just doesn’t compare to the many others I went to, I’m usually in and out when I need notary services. There’s a lot of waiting time no matter what time you come to this location, and the member services coordinator or whatever you refer to her as only took my name I don’t even think she verified if I was a member or not. I’ve been a member for 5 years now. Also, no one looks pleasant or happy to be here. The place is clean and you’ll get what you need just make room for at least and an hour and a half in your day to complete it here.

Usually I could understand a a payment process but they hit me with to $25 dollar overcharges and my account was just in the positives because I didnt Move money over what my acct was just in the positive this morning when I checked and now my acct looking real crazy because of these 2 back to back fees. what would be right of the company is if they took them both off or just give a simple grace period like you might see on the weekend, but no… that’s why Ill rather lose money in crypto market over getting overdraft fees like this

This bank is overall OUTDATED. It feels like it's a family ran bank for an AIRLINE COMMUNITY. My balance and my ACH deposits always take forever. A pic above is all the money to my name because my app doesn't update my balance, nor deposit my check in a timely manner. I'm always in the negative begging to get my account back to zero. It's always waiting for a "specialist" to look at my account, and a specialist is NEVER there. I HATE the app it's so old and looks and runs OLD. No one at the call centers know what they are doing. This just a mediocre credit union, with a HORRENDOUS APP and banking support. I work the night shift at work and literally waiting for a deposit that should already be in my account. Can not wait to switch banks. Can not wait to switch banks

The teller Amor has horrible customer service! She needs to be removed and retrained! She is loud and rude. I will say the branch manager was swift with assisting and apologized for the teller’s poor behavior! What should have been a simple withdrawal turned into a headache. Will not visit this location again!

Horrible inconsistencies from bank to bank. This particular branch is the worst- placing holds after confirming they wouldn't. Very nasty attitudes led by a branch manager who has the nastiest one of them all. Even the call centers can't give accurate information. Taking my business to a more member friendly bank.
