On Saturday I dined at Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine, and it was one of the most unique and fun dining experiences I’ve had. It’s a rodizio-style restaurant, but instead of meats, you get an endless parade of freshly made pizzas, delivered straight to your table.
The meal started off strong with appetizers: Wagyu beef meatballs, a fresh arugula salad, and a rich, creamy lobster bisque sauce, a perfect warm-up for what was to come.
Then came the pizzas, and WOW! the variety was amazing. They had everything from the classics like pepperoni, Margherita, and four cheese, to bold, creative options like steak with garlic, spicy salami, buffalo chicken, BBQ pizza, mushroom and spinach, and even one with corn. Honestly, they were all packed with flavor and served hot from the oven.
And the desserts pizzas? Absolutely worth saving room for. They brought out options like Nutella, dulce de leche, banana with cinnamon, and one with guava and cheese that was surprisingly delicious, sweet, creamy, and totally unexpected in the best way.
Even though the place was busy and fully packed, the service was amazing. The staff was friendly, super attentive, and the flow of pizzas never stopped. I never had to wait or flag anyone down, they kept the experience smooth from start to finish and the vibe was modern yet cozy.
Whether you’re a die-hard pizza fan or just want to try something new and exciting, Delucca is the place to go. Come hungry because there’s a lot to love here!
