A Brazilian Pizzeria Brings A Parade of Pies to the Design District | Eater Dallas

"At the original Southlake location, Delucca circulates 20 different types of thin-crust pies to diners’ tables in a churrascaria-style parade, including a "Portuguese Pizza" with eggs, prosciutto cotto, and olives; a pie smothered in fontina cheese and sautéed shrimp; and even chicken tikka masala and Mexican elotes pizzas. The pizza parade begins after the eatery serves caipirinha cocktails, charcuterie and antipasto platters featuring meats, greens, and roasted vegetables, plus house-made lobster bisque; diners are invited to eat as many slices as they can for a fixed price of under $20, which also includes five dessert pizzas with options slathered in Nutella, white chocolate, or brie and apricots." - Alaena Hostetter

We celebrated 2 birthdays without announcing it to anyone. My husband & my niece had a birthday dinner. The salad was interesting! It was lemony & kinda bitter, but good. The water was refreshing & always topped off. The wait staff was great. We had a good waiter, Matt. The pizza was interesting with a lot of different flavors! The meatballs was my absolute favorite! They tried the lobster bisque & liked it. The Mexican corn pizza was my favorite pizza, there were many others that were good. The lemonade was refreshing. The desert pizza was a big hit for my birthday crew, especially the chocolate one. I didn't try any desert pizza. I was full after 5 slices, my birthday crew was there on a mission. The restaurant was cold temperature, great place to try new food.

We save this place for special occasions and it always provides! The atmosphere is so special from the warm welcome, the walk to the table, dim lighting, wood, glass, excellent service, extraordinary food and fine music. We love the variety of pizzas that cannot compare to anyone. We came across this place by ‘accident’ and are so grateful we did. Don’t make the accident and not go - go! My favorite was the salmon pizza!

DeLucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine in Southlake is a must-visit. The unique rodizio-style dining is a game-changer, offering a continuous parade of incredible, wood-fired pizzas with fresh, flavorful toppings. We loved the specialty pizzas. The cocktail I had was fantastic, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. With a great salad and attentive service, it's a truly unique and delicious experience. Nikki behind the bar and Brody were amazing and made the experience.

How have I never been here?? We walked in to a welcoming staff who explained how the menu worked, and we were ready for a pizza party! Nikki talked us through the process and made everything so easy. She is a superstar!m with a bright smile, and she makes a mean cocktail. The meatballs were perfectly seasoned with a generous amount of yummy sauce I squirreled away to dip my wood-burning-pizza-oven crusts in. The lobster bisque had a perfectly creamy texture, and the flavor was decadent! Every pizza we tried had a unique profile, and they have thought of every combination you could dream up. My favorite was the Honey Soppressata! But the dessert pizzas! Just when I thought I couldn’t eat anymore pizza, the Dulce de Leche came into my life. It was so creamy and the toasted coconut had just the right amount of toasty goodness. Brody served each pizza with flair and a smile. The manager, Chloe, shows genuine pride in what she does and connects well with the guests from the moment they walk in the door. Being in this business, I walk in looking for hospitality and connection, something I want to come back to and see the staff and share the experience with my friends. I will be back for sure!

Great concept! Much more than just a pizza restaurant, Delucca’s is a dining experience. The continuous offering of a variety of pizzas was unique and fun! The food was delicious with high quality ingredients and the service was top notch. The price was reasonable for the amount of food. You are missing out if you don’t try Delucca’s!

I have usually had a positive experience at Deluccas but today’s experience has completely put me off ever eating Deluccas again. I ordered 3 pizzas off DoorDash and have 3 hungry kids post swim waiting for their pizzas. None of the pizzas - and I mean NONE of the pizzas - had any sauce/pizza sauce on it? One of the pizzas didn’t even have the ingredients we ordered and paid for. After escalating this issue we were not offered a replacement nor a refund but a measly $12 on a bill of over $70. By the looks of it, it seems delucca needs the do$h more than anyone. Sad to see a once good place turn into this

Tonight was the first time trying Delucca. The staff was awesome Ben and Danny was amazing. The manager I forgot her name said she would wait for me to pick up my food because I was 30 minutes away, they closed at 9pm. I ordered my food at 8:31. The pizza 🍕 and spinach dip was delicious. Next time I will dine in with family and friends. Absolutely delicious 😋! A new favorite ❤️! See yall soon! Tia
