How have I never been here?? We walked in to a welcoming staff who explained how the menu worked, and we were ready for a pizza party! Nikki talked us through the process and made everything so easy. She is a superstar!m with a bright smile, and she makes a mean cocktail.
The meatballs were perfectly seasoned with a generous amount of yummy sauce I squirreled away to dip my wood-burning-pizza-oven crusts in. The lobster bisque had a perfectly creamy texture, and the flavor was decadent!
Every pizza we tried had a unique profile, and they have thought of every combination you could dream up. My favorite was the Honey Soppressata!
But the dessert pizzas! Just when I thought I couldn’t eat anymore pizza, the Dulce de Leche came into my life. It was so creamy and the toasted coconut had just the right amount of toasty goodness.
Brody served each pizza with flair and a smile. The manager, Chloe, shows genuine pride in what she does and connects well with the guests from the moment they walk in the door.
Being in this business, I walk in looking for hospitality and connection, something I want to come back to and see the staff and share the experience with my friends. I will be back for sure!
