"At the original Southlake location, Delucca circulates 20 different types of thin-crust pies to diners’ tables in a churrascaria-style parade, including a "Portuguese Pizza" with eggs, prosciutto cotto, and olives; a pie smothered in fontina cheese and sautéed shrimp; and even chicken tikka masala and Mexican elotes pizzas. The pizza parade begins after the eatery serves caipirinha cocktails, charcuterie and antipasto platters featuring meats, greens, and roasted vegetables, plus house-made lobster bisque; diners are invited to eat as many slices as they can for a fixed price of under $20, which also includes five dessert pizzas with options slathered in Nutella, white chocolate, or brie and apricots." - Alaena Hostetter
