"At the original Southlake location, Delucca circulates 20 different types of thin-crust pies to diners’ tables in a churrascaria-style parade, including a "Portuguese Pizza" with eggs, prosciutto cotto, and olives; a pie smothered in fontina cheese and sautéed shrimp; and even chicken tikka masala and Mexican elotes pizzas.
