We had a very pleasant experience at this Denny’s! There was no wait when we arrived, and the staff was extremely friendly—seating us right away and kindly letting us know what they needed to do. Our server was wonderful: prompt, courteous, and attentive without being overbearing. The booths were very comfortable, despite a bit of visible wear and tear. We appreciated that the seating didn’t sink in too much and still felt cozy. The overall atmosphere was clean, with tidy tables, well-maintained carpet, and ambient lighting that wasn’t overly bright. Classic booth seating was available alongside standard tables, which gave it a warm, familiar diner feel. We ordered the half order of zesty nachos, and it came out hot, fresh, and delicious. There was a great chip-to-topping ratio, and the portion size was just right for 2–3 people to share as a starter. It actually made me curious about how big the full order must be! For our main dish, we had a steak entrée that came with garlic bread, broccoli, and red potato chunks. Everything was very soft, tender, and easy to chew—something I really appreciated. I ordered my steak medium rare, and while the photo on the menu made it appear a bit more red or raw than expected, it was actually juicy and flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised! The food overall was fresh, came out promptly, and was cooked to our expectations. The only downside to our visit was the humidity inside—it made the space feel a bit stuffy, and my husband was even sweating at one point. However, that aside, we truly enjoyed our meal and the friendly service. We will definitely be returning. It’s a great family-friendly spot and, in our opinion, a better experience than the IHOPs we’ve been to recently!

We were greeted promptly upon arriving. We were seated very quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the French Toast Slam and it came out quickly, hot, and tasty. I waitress was very attentive and brought the check as we were finishing up Our meal. The bathroom was clean and the seating area was clean.

Worst dennys I have met , staff unantent, wrong food sended and Replacement replaced, salt not working , asked for another one no Ona came used the on in the table all the salt came in My plate . Meat not the same as the menu ,hard meat with a lot of nerves , 😒 I hope the manager can inspect their staff , teach them how to smile ask if everything is OK.

Came here with a bunch of friends and honestly, we had a good time. Phillip brought such a good vibe and was friendly and chill Also, we were all surprised at how clean the bathrooms were, which isn’t something you expect at every diner. Definitely coming back and know the new dessert the cookie dough lovers pie was great

Great Breakfast and Friendly Service Came in with my spouse for a quick breakfast and everything was great. The food was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was really clean. Sonya was super friendly and made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back next weekend.

Solid Spot for a Chill Lunch Came in around 2 p.m. and was honestly impressed. The staff was super friendly and quick, and the manager Jamar was actually out on the floor helping-not just hiding in the back. Food came out fast, place was clean, and the vibe was relaxed. Great spot if you just want something easy and no stress.

We had stopped at Denny’s at 2:30am looking for a late night bite to eat. Eunice greeted us with a smile and proceeded to give us a wonderful experience at this location. The one where we live is absolutely horrible so we had decided to give this one a try and we are so glad we did. Eunice was very friendly and got our food quickly and it was delicious. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much Eunice for everything!!!

Breakfast was good and came quickly. Service team was pleasant and attentive. Shana was my waitress. She was excellent. It was “just breakfast” but she made the experience a good one. Seemed like her usual manner as I saw her interacting with other customers. Much appreciated.

Everything was good. The services was top notch and the food was delicious.I definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Food was great our server Christie is always amazing. The environment is pretty quiet and calm love the music playlists. Will always return to this location.

I came for pancakes, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese & onions with a side of turkey bacon, coffee and a glass of water. *** After 47min:28sec*** Seems abysmal and disingenuous at best! My female server noticed this and when I asked @ 29min-" Oh yeah-your order went to someone else " TWICE !!- I counted...I complained/ was not even believed by the female cashier- $ 3.59 for a cup of coffee...CRACKER BARREL IS SO MUCH BETTER... Geez Louise - Do Better Dennys, Do Better...

The environment at Denny's always is inviting and the perfect place for a relaxed meal. Christie was so welcoming and made us feel at home. Great service and a great vibe!

Both of us had the Berry Waffle Slam and coffees. Decaf was cold, tried twice. Server was nice, but the food delivery was amazingly slow. There were 5 couples on our side of the restaurant and we all waited a really long time. Food was still served cold to lukewarm at best. Bacon and sausage links were not greasy at least. Sausage links are so tiny they look smaller than vienna sausages from the can. Floors and tables are clean. Dining area looks decent. You teally need to serve food hot to the table.

Not the greatest meal today at Dennys. We stop hear sometimes when traveling through BWI. Today we were at Arundel Mills and stopped for breakfast. My meal was disappointing with burned toast and cold eggs. I didn't say anything because I needed to get home and didn't want to wait any longer. Ambiance....its Dennys; it has a little, we need to clean better vibe. $40 for breakfast for 2 people. Not a deal. I gave them an extra star as our server, Sonya, was attentive.

Stayed next door and walked over for dinner. Place was empty but clean. Service was excellent. I ordered sirloin and eggs, was one of the best meals I have ever had, everything was cooked perfect and awsome flavor. I would of put that steak up against any steak chain. Still thinking about it days later as I write this.

Horrible experience. Attempted to order coffee and orange juice but it was no orange juice. I was told the truck delivery wasn't complete so I couldn't get it until then. Okay fine. No silverware or napkins were left at the table. After asking the waitress told me they were all dirty. Smh. After a while our food came out. My steak was well done when I requested medium cook. My eggs were undercooked. Finally got my utensils and they were plastic. How do you eat a well done steak with plastic utensils. Be for real. I told the waiter I need an actual knife. She said okay I'll wash one for you. What?! Okay. I will never come back to this location!

Went old school the other day with breakfast at Dennys. All I can say is the place looks old on the inside. They need new carpet & seats. The breakfast wasn't all bad, but not like I remember it. The pumpkin pancakes were good. The coffee is really expensive for some reason $3.39 a cup. The service, let's say I only saw Christine twice not counting the time she took my money at the cash register. The average slam is now $10+

This time was not so good thought I was coming for kids eat free on Tuesday but was an hour early ... food taste like the grease was old ... a waste of $28

My wife and went in for breakfast. Place was not busy at all. Two waitresses on duty. They did everything they could to ignore us. No greeting, no menu's. They were just in their own little world. Long story short, we waited about 35 minutes with no response from them,so we left. I'll never go back there again.

Ms. Rachel is ALWAYS welcoming, present, prompt, willing to assist. She knows the Denny's business all around. Because of her I am a repeat guest, and also have observed other repeat guests who look forward to seeing her. Ms. Rachel THANK YOU for making Denny's Linthicum a warm, caring, home environment.

Great time and what a saving grace in a dark and stormy evening. Wasted and wayward wretches may find respite from the dark and the storms. Shawn was an amazing server and a friendly face needed, along with copious bacon and cured meats. All in all a winning experience.

So we decided to have breakfast here. And I must say it was a great experience. The food was delicious I had so much I wasn't able to even touch my chicken tenders or fries. I was only able to eat my onion rings and Mac and cheese. If we come back to Maryland I'll be sure we make a stop here. I didn't get the waitress name, but she did a great job. Kudos to her!!

I am a regular Denny's customer in 3 locations. This is the ONLY bad experience I have ever had. "Cray" the manager was awful when I complained about a missing item (BOGO Grand Slam offer), which I noticed after I left today. On the phone with me, Cray blamed the online telephone service (which I had to use to get the BOGO offer since the mobile order system wasn't taking the offer code), he was not helpful, and he simply said it was not his fault, basically saying too bad. Cray's communications and customer service were poor and he hung up on me. What a horrible representative he is for Denny's, especially as a manager. Such a shame because my family loves Denny's food and this is the closest to my house.

It was ok just that they got my order wrong I ordered a sunny side up and they gave me scrambled they also didn't give me my toast I also ordered potato never came but the waiter was nice and I think she was trying bc there was only 1 person and tons of costumers

Cane here for a late night dinner and got some food. It was ok. It's like the the worse brother to ihop. The burgers were dry. Only thing that kinda redeems it is that the service was good. The ambiance feel like a subpar diner. Overall it was ok, don't think I would reccomend

I have made the mistake of going to this Dennys on Melon road because it's close to where I live, but the manager Rachel never disappoints and provides horrible service and a nasty attitude. She often refused to take phone orders at night and told me that even though the restaurant was COMPLETY empty, she couldn't seat us for at least 25 minutes because the cook just got an order for 25 sandwiches. She was also very nasty. I don't care how hungry I am never going to this Dennys again. They need to get rid of her!!

The table wasn't clean, they gave me an extremely dirty cup for my water. The waitress had very poor service, she wasn't the least bit nice. I had to ask for things more than one time. I asked her for an omelette and instead of the sides I just wanted sausage gravy. She told me she would have to charge me extra for it. I couldn't even eat it. First of all, it wasn't even sausage gravy. It was white gravy that they just added sausage too and the biscuits were so disgusting that I couldn't even eat them. My omelette, the Swiss cheese tasted like it went bad so I could barely eat any of my omelette. At that point, I just asked for a manager because I could barely eat any of my food, the manager never came. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Denny's and I will never go back to the Denny's ever again in life.

Our waitress Mrs. Eunice H was amazing. She took great care of us!!! She's an absolute gem! We'll be returning just because of her. Thank you so much for taking care of us tonight and thank you for your service to our country.

I came to Denny's with a large group late and night, and we were some of the only people on the restaurant. The servers were so kind and accommodating, even with our large group! I think it was a bit difficult to manage though, because they mixed up our orders quite a bit and forgot items. The wait was also incredibly long to get our food, but that was to be expected with a group our size (12 people). The food itself was okay. I got the chicken strips with fries and garlic bread. The chicken strips were what you would expect, but the garlic bread looked really sad and tasted very dry. I didn't have very high expectations coming to dennys, but the servers were very kind which made up for the mid tier food and long wait!

Ordered food online and it showed the tracking of my order. It said the order would be done at 8:20. The tracker said it was done at 8:25. I was at the restaurant to pickup my food and was told it wasn't quite ready. After 15 more minutes I asked about my food and was told again 15 more minutes again. The lady at the counter was really disrespectful to the other employees and customers. I asked for a refund and couldn't get one. Finally got my food almost an hour later than what I was supposed to. Other people were waiting just as long and they couldn't get a refund either. I really like Dennys food but this is the 3rd time we had an issue but this time was my worst experience at a restaurant. I will not give them anymore business. If you want Dennys you should go to a different one.

Really appreciated the work of the manager ( Karrie), server (Christie),and cook ( Rachel). They did everything to welcome me, serve hot coffee, and my simple breakfast ( poached eggs that many other places don't cook well). I appreciated the clean restaurant and the smiles. Andrew, another worker, is a very friendly and courteous part of staff.

This restaurant is really good. I liked the prices and I LOVED the customer service experience that Jamera provided me, she was so kind and helpful, she understood when I told her what my budget was, and provided me information about the menu with kindness and empathy. Thank you Jamera. I also loved the food it was a very good portion. I loved the ambience, good music and I saw the supervisor making sure everything was ok and talking with customers asking if they were ok.

Terrible food not happy at all work service after ordering thru Uber eats they didn't answer the phone so I could get a refund or another order

We had Christie this morning as our breakfast server. She was awesome. Our food was served Fresh and hot, and our beverages were kept topped off. Most importantly, she was taking care of her others customers in the same way. This was a very pleasant dining experience. Sondra

The most outstanding and delicious breakfast I have ever had at a Denny's. This Denny's location is elevating breakfast/brunch and it is definitely worth a try. I also have to shout out the exceptional service provided Christie! Christie was simply amazing because she was extremely attentive and made the dining experience a once in a million.

Eunice was absolutely amazing. Denny's make sure you take good care of her! Send her on a nice vacation and give her a good raise too!

Upon entering your NOT greeted. There were only two waitresses on duty that day. When I got up to the desk I was greeted. After sitting down in a booth. I could easily tell the booth had heavy wear and tear due to the springs being shot in the seat. The waitress gave me a menu and I ordered water. Upon getting the water. It definitely didn't tasted filtered. Tasted like straight tap water to which I found out later on the receipt. Upon ordering the food. The waitress was friendly but never smiled really so it started to feel very depressing in the place. Definitely didn't have a diner feeling. After ordering I noticed the waitresses don't wear their mask probably when in the kitchen. **SEE PICS** Also while waiting for the food. You could easily tell something was wrong. One of the waitresses was yelling to the cook "Listen I need you to cook the food throughly this time" the food can't be like the undercooked wings yesterday. Five mins go by and someone complains and once again more yelling to the cook "This food isn't fully cooked. Put it back on the grill". After that my food comes and I could easily tell it was a rip-off due to the small omelette size as well as the lack of even a decent portion size of meat inside the omelette. After tasting the food. The meat was barely warm and the overall omelette tasted like total crap. Discarded most of it. Ordered French fries and got home fries. Even though it was a simple order. The order was still wrong. The employees are somewhat friendly. Definitely not professional though. Also the overall environment is a complete mess. Dim lighting with a mildew smell in the place which was the smell of vomit in the mens room. **SEE PICS** , The vomit looked like it had been there since yesterday and was making the entire place smell after a while. The overall place as well as the silverware was nowhere near clean **SEE PICS** The noise level was normal except for the constant complaints from the waitresses to the cook. Lastly. This place lacks proper ventilation really. After a few minutes. It started becoming very humid and the vomit smell was overtaking the place. Overall. This place is a MAJOR DUMP. Called the health dept right from the parking lot. I've never seen a place this bad in Hanover before.

I had a horrible experience in the restaurant first off utensils were dirty. They were horrible looking so we asked the waitress to bring another set of utensils. They were still dirty. she brought the food out to the table. My pancakes were uncooked. I don't think I'll ever come back to Denny's restaurant again. I've never had this experience before at Denny's. I gave Denny's a one star.

Terrible service. Our waitress took our order & then went on break. We had to flag down the hostess and tell her 2 tables had been served who were seated after us & it had been 40 minutes since our orders were taken. Our waitress finally appeared from the back, went to the heat lamp where my skillet was languishing & had to have them rush my husband's order which had been served to another table. By the time we got our meals, my potatoes were soggy & the rest overcooked. My husband's sausages were cold, and our waitress never once checked on us after serving us. We told the hostess & she was going to relate our experience to the manager.

Love taking my family to Denny's. The food is affordable and delicious. Sabrina and the service team were extra attentive to my elderly mother with the small to u on a like opening a door-that means a lot.

Possibly good food but they are short staff I had to wait 50 minutes for my food, Don't think will come back, since don't have 2 full hours to eat.

Online order for pick up at 1:30am. No cook. No manager. No refund. Would give it zero if I could. Felt sorry for the server who had to break the news to everyone. The manager should tip him out of his own pocket for being the only one who showed up.

We left after waiting for almost 40 minutes with no service. We arrived at 11:25 and got sat at our table. We never got water or coffee or any service attention from the hostess or the waitress. Everyone else who came in behind us got their order taken and got immediately served. One time during that the waitress acknowledged us and said "I'll be with you as soon as I can". 20 minutes later, still no service. 30 minutes later, still nothing. Awful customer service, plain ambiance, and we never got food let alone water in the first 5 minutes. There is no such thing as ignoring your customers when you see them walk in and sitting at one of your tables in the hospitality industry. It was an awful experience for us.

Clare was awesome! Plus fast friendly and a great price! In fact, everyone was providing great service. The 15% discount being an AARP MEMBER is a blessing

I had just came home with my family and I'm highly allergic to pork and me and my family ordered 2 cheese burgers with no bacon and I also put it in the comments no bacon highly allergic to pork my son is not doin well at the moment will be going. To Take him to the doctors and I've also tried to contact the store and was not handled at all lady ans the phone and Said there was nothing she could do this is so unprofessional and rude to the customer I can't believe how I've been handled I'm so upset to how this was not taken care of and calling back to the store to be told nothing can be done

Service was fine and friendly, our server felt bad about her response to our requests, the space seemed clean and well kept but every time we asked for something it was not available, your buisness is food how can you be out of broccoli, mushrooms, spinach , & onions? What kind of omelette are you intending to make?
