Denny's

Stopped by in the afternoon and was immediately seated. Only one other pair of people there. After waiting a bit our food was delivered and it was exactly like it was pictured in the menu. Good service and staff were friendly.

Stopped in for breakfast and it was so delicious! My waitress,Araceli, was very friendly and checked in regularly to see if I was ok. It didn’t take long to be seated and served. Everything on my plate was hot and tasty. Other than feeling a little chilly, everything was great!

Maxim gave me mashed potatoes after 11 PM. He gave us great food and service!!! Javier was really great to us, he had a funny sense of humor, made the whole table laugh!! We enjoyed our time at Dennys so much, thanks Javier. Great food too, I love my cinnamon pancake :)

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Denny’s location for over 8 years, and the service has consistently been exceptional. Every visit has been met with outstanding customer care. A special shoutout to Araceli, one of the servers, who truly elevates the dining experience. She always goes above and beyond—offering helpful suggestions and guiding me through menu options to ensure I’m happy with my meal. Her friendly attitude and attentiveness never go unnoticed. This level of service is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

This Dennys wasn’t as busy we got seated and welcomed right away. Our server was Maria, she gave us very good service. Always came back to check up on us. The food was very good. Looked bigger than I remember. Coming back again soon.

Michelle was our server and she was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was also very attentive to our table and making sure our coffee cups were full. Service was a 10/10!

Expensive, poorly prepared meals, prejudice, lazy gossip staff, rude management, and liars beyond belief. Don't eat here unless ur their friend or VIP.

Best waiter I have ever experienced. Maria was the sweetest, she knew exactly what I wanted and even gave a great alternative when I requested an item no longer served. She was efficient and had such a lively character, will request her in future visits.

My experience at this Denny's was amazing! I went one night to satisfy my breakfast cravings to where I was seated right away, there I was greeted by a beautiful young server named Yadira. She was very helpful and quick to take my order as well as making sure to check up on me. She is a very nice girl and had the upmost experience as a server, all in all I had a great experience will be coming back again!

Food wasn't the greatest I've ever had but it was really good. Went in on December 8 , party of 7 I believe our server name was Aldo, very attentive. Friendly approachable, bilingual. Great listening skills and efficient. He had 2 big parties at the same time we were there but did not lack his customer service skills. Great job

Haven't been to Denny's in a while and this one was nice and clean and was playing diner music. On a Sunday morning; it really wasn't busy and we got seated rather quickly. I ordered the Cali Club with seasoned fries and a side of ranch and a strawberry banana smoothie. The club had a tomato mayo which was very herby and gave the taste of a veggie burger, which I didn't mind. The seasoned fries were on point had a nice crisp to them. The strawberry smoothie was extremely sweet. Also ordered an Oreo shake but didn't get the tin which I was looking forward to. Only con is that staff didn't check on us, and we had to flag them down most of the time.

The ommelete not as nice as in others Denny's that we have been there such as in SF and Pleasant Hill... here they cook the ommelette too dry............. .......... .......... ..........

I was here on this Dennys and my first time here they over charged me we have a meeting of 5 people and the only thing we got is coffee y one chocolate and one soup and my bill was almost 100 dlrs they charge me and when I notice I went at front desk and I told them that was a over charged at the moment they fixed it. Another time I when with my wife and next to us was a lady with 2 kids they do the same thing over charged her she spoke with the waitress and apologized and she say sorry I give you the wrong bill now I have to pay... I left a 25 dlrs tip.... So be careful with this make sure you not to overcharged you they try to do when the people are busy or is a big family please check and check your bill before pay

I have ate at this location many times during the morning for breakfast. But I came today in the afternoon because my daughter that is 6 years old really had to use the restroom. And I asked the person at the front if they could let my daughter in. And they rejected us. They said that only customers can use the restrooms. Like I said I have came here many times and I still can NOT believe that they didn't let a 6 year old girl into the restroom knowing she could have an accident. I don't like leaving these types of comments like this but SINCERLY this has to change!!!! I will only really get mad in these types of situations!!! I really hope a top tier Denny's manager reads this to change there peoplee!!! Simple things to change which isn't difficult to changee...

If I could give this place a 0 starts I would. Grace the waitress really nice girl. On accident she dropped soda all over out table and my phone was on the table table causing it to get wet. Asked to speak to manager and he acted like he has no idea what happens and didn't even apologize. I asked him if my phone stops working for u bring it here oh what do u do and he said they are not responsible for personal damage. I said how is that of you was the one that damaged it. Very unprofessional Jaime Mendoza really bad manager and his customer service is the worst.

Server Araceli, was super nice and attentive. Was a pleasure to have as a server:) she came to checking on us making sure we didn't need anything. Our food was served quick.

Ordered in and had pancakes, so by the time they arrived they needed to be reheated. They were just basic, convenient if you aren't able to deal with morning rush...delivery is a cool option.

Delicious food. Good service from waitress Alessandra. The place was very clean along with the beautiful outdoor plants. The parking lot was very clean. Especially enjoyed the Rock N Roll music!!

First I like to share my experience today me and my parents were assaulted by the homeless people that hang out outside the establishment. People continue to feed them so they hang around, dangerous to go there. Next the food was served cold the order was delivered 1 item at a time. I guess what we spend is no longer a value to the establishment I will never come back to this place.

bad customer service waited for our food AN HOUR drop my dr pepper . served other people that came after us early before us . taking long for one more food, didn't take orders well overall this Dennys sucks !

This is by far the nicest location I've been at, I went in last night and the manager Veronica was very attentive and made sure our experience was great. Great service and definitely coming back!

Absolutely horrible location, the waitress had no idea what was going on. The manager was absolutely horrible not to mention the fact that she lied multiple times about the discount that she was going to provide to us after failing to open the QR codes on the mobile app never coming here again and don't recommend anyone to come here either as you will experience terrible service.

I had a great experience with Veronica and Danny. They made sure I had everything I asked for and more. The food was served hot and perfect. I will be coming back for sure.

Manager there wouldnt give me the 20% coupon once i went to go pay. Lied to me and said it only gave me $10 off but never even scanned my coupon. Im very good at math and 20% off of 211 it shoulved actually taken off a little over $40. Very unprofessional besides she kind of rude.

Great service from Danny the waiter and Danny the night manager. Always checked up on us if we needed anything like drink refills or how was the food. Highly recommend to come.

DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give this place zero stars I would . I came in with my friends after a long week and we got a pancake slam, I found a HAIR in my food. So I just politely handed our server the plate and notified him about what happened and asked for new food. He ONLY brought out new pancakes and nothing else. No eggs , bacon , or hashbrowns (the main food we ordered ) . I have worked in restaurants for five years and at any restaurant ever, this situation would've been resolved with a comped meal and new food. I didn't even mind paying for the food. Despite the fact that I was grossed out, all i wanted was new food! I understand that it's a dennys but i know what the restaurant standards are here in california and this does not meet them at all. ALSO i asked for a hot water and the server brought out a cold water just with no ice. i am very frustrated and will never return . Our servers name was Maxim.

tl,dr: Like any other Denny's. In a decent way. Likes: - Polite, helpful staff. - Delicious food. Didn't get sick (and I kinda have sensitive digestive system). - Comfortable seating. - Denny's collabs w/ T-Mobile, so occasionally you can score some free yummy pancakes. Non-likes: - Denny's always took 10-20min to bring out my party's food, I thought they were racist. But now I think that's just how Denny's is. Other parties have to wait a while too. So expect to sit and wait 10-20min for your order. I had enough time to review Braille, Morse, and the lyrics to "I've Been Working on the Railroad" and "She'll Be Coming Around the Mountain When She Comes". - Kinda understaffed. I waited a few min to be seated, even though there were only a few customers. - Homeless ppl are lurking around the outskirts of the parking lot at night. Unfortunately, the seating inside this Denny's was far from the windows and prevented me from keeping a watchful eye on my car. - Expensive. Even with the free Cookie Dough Pancakes ($5.99) from T-Mobile. - Staff don't make much eye contact with me, but prob cuz I'm eccentric. Btw: I'm surprised people walk in here to order to-go. They also end up sitting around for 10-20min. I suggest ordering ahead (via phone or app), so you can pick-up and go immediately. But that's me. Being efficient and progressive are obligatory. I paid: $14.79 Philly ChsSteak Omelet + $1.49 add avocado + $9.3% tax = $17.79

The service I received from Salvador was fantastic. The restaurant is clean (has an A rating from the county), and the food is good. I've been to multiple Dennys throughout my life from Texas, Vegas, New York and California, the food at this location is better than most. It gets busy here on the weekend, so if you're hungry and have a little bit of patience it's worth the wait.

Cockroaches everywhere. We left early tonight 8/6/23 halfway through our meal after not one, two, or even three but FOUR cockroaches were above us on the ceiling. When we left we went to tell the manager at the front who did not apologize, did not give ANY discount and made us pay full price. This is a violation and we let her know this as this could affect the business overall (having live cockroaches flying and walking around) and she said it's fine because "it just happens". This concerns me now as we are half our food before realizing the situation and who knows what the kitchen looks like. We will all be contacting corporate tomorrow as we find it disgusting. Other customers walked in and screamed because there was one by the front desk and the manager saw the cockroach walking by the front desk and stepped on it and asked an employee "to just sweep it up". Anyways, thought everyone should be aware of this and avoid this location for quite a while.

starting from the service to how delicious the food is excellent every time we go even though we eat outside, waitresses are still very attentive

I've been coming here for years and have gotten great service from Laura and Jesus in the past , but today the service from Juan was absolutely terrible. The skillet my friend got was burnt on the bottom and cold on top and the pancakes and sausage her daughter ordered came cold. The fries we all got were cold as well. Our other friend ordered a steak medium and it came well done but still cold somehow and unseasoned. The ambiance was the same as usual. I'm pretty upset with how this all went since it's our favorite spot.

The issue with this place is that they never take accountability for their wrong doings... They respond to every review with the same message! Manger never reaches out to at least apologize, I mean why would they right because when I spoke to the manager in person he literally just laughed. Staff here are mean and rude, not all of them but the majority are its disgusting. DO BETTER!

Been there a few times. 1st horrible! But decided I give them a second chance! HORRIBLE!!! I sat there for 45min before they even went to the table to ask what you want to drink. 15 min later they bring your drink. Well it was an 1 1/2 hrs just to be served!!! And it wasn't even busy that morning! I don't recommend it. I will never go back, horrible.!!!!

why can't i leave zero stars lol on 12/26/23 at 11:30am we were seated for over 20 minutes and no one even took our drink order. the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me to take my complaint so yelp will be the only one to hear from us.

When you come here ask for JESUS as your server, love coming here, he is always on top of it and gives you multiple food options if you're feeling indecisive. Awesome customer service...

To start off I've never had a bad experience at a Dennys before so this is a first. We were seated but no service at all we sat at our table for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged us no one smiled no one apologized we had zero interactions aside from being sat. A couple that came in after us was already getting their order taken and drinks served. I will stick with IHOP from now on. I get if they are short staffed but at least let guests know it will be a minute. I would have been more understanding.

Horrible!!! Don't come eat here especially for your birthday if you want a nasty vibe!!! The manager HAIME was horrible and giving me and my friend attitude!!! He was rude asf he was also giving attitude to 3 ladies that were at checkout as well!!! Go somewhere else!!! The managers attitude is disgusting!!!!

Me and my husband love coming here, the food is good and our waitress Stephanie was super sweet! Definitely recommend coming here.

Ok so first of all the service was terrible and the food took waaaaaaaaaaay to long to come in I think it was 40 minutes. The food was very cold and the taste like they shoved it up a salt miners ass and served it on my plate. The only reason it has two stars is because of the Slam burger which also was cold but it was really good. This was my kids first and last experience here because this is unacceptable. I hop could never. I literally made this review like 2 minutes ago and I find something else wrong. THEY USE TAP WATER and normally I wouldn't mind that but their tap water tasted like bounce that ass it was so gross. I also saw like 2 cockroaches and they got their food quicker than ours. I change it back to one star because not even the slam burger can save this place.

My server was Araceli, was quick to get our drinks and our food. Calm atmosphere, not very full in the mornings.

Araceli fue la que tomo mi orden y pedí algo del kids menú para mi sobrino, ella en ningún momento me dijo que la bebida de el bebe era extra! Al tiempo de pagar me dice el que me va a cobrar que no que es aparte y le dije que ella nunca me había dicho eso, viene la grosera de Araceli y me dice yo en ningún momento te dije que hiba uncluido, y le dije señora cuando yo le pregunté puedo escoger cualquier bebida para el y usted me dijo que si cualquiera es su responsabilidad de decirme la información correctamente y bien grosera me dice "yo no te tengo que decir nada si tú no me preguntas" le dije pero si usted trabaja aquí es su responsabilidad!!! Y le dije esta bien no le dejaré propina... y me dice "me vale no me interesa tu propina" pedí hablar con el manager, y le expliqué lo qué pasó el manager no hizo ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA nadamas le dio risa ni una disculpa ni nada!!! Le dije que dejaría un Yelp review y por eso mucha gente no le gusta ir a este Dennys. La verdad muy mala actitud de los dos. Y también hablaré a corporate!!

If I could do no stars I would the manager Javier is absolutely disgusting and so rude and disrespectful. My two-year-old daughter was served rotten milk and instantly vomited all over herself and table so I tasted my son and her milk and it was rotten manager came out rude and basically telling us we were lying and that, he checked the date and it was not expired. I explained to him I knew it rotten milk taste like we were gonna stay and eat but how rude and disrespectful he was we left. I was so angry that he basically brushed us off and said we were wrong obviously, I know it brought him milk taste like and smells like he is disgusting. How dare him I will never go back to this establishment I have never been treated so bad anywhere in my life. He is a horrible person he should not be in charge. Even the workers were kind and respectful I don't know how he got that job.!!!!!! Definitely zero stars

Walked into 60 degree temperature of restaurant. Asked if there was any warmer spot. When no I walked out.

I had their cheeseburger lunch special. It was delicious. My burger was a little under the waitress probably got it fixed and it ended up being delicious. The price was good. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean. I was very pleased to see. Did he still doing a great job?

this is my first in this Dennys and I'm astonish by the great service of our waitress. her name is Grace . today our family decided to go for dessert and enjoyed the Pumpkin Pie. I would highly recommend coming to this Dennys anytime of the day.

Service here sucks took almost 30 mins to bring us our cup of coffee. They need to hire more waiters. There's tons of people waiting to be seated but they don't have enough employees.

A 3 star would be high for a normal Denny's, so this one gets a 2... out killing some time and hadn't had dinner yet. It was so late this was one of the few places open. Figured some basics couldn't be horrible..... Walk in and everyone was staring straight faced, felt like and old '80's rock video or some sort of hostage scene in Montana in the local diner. Good news, everyone was just miserable waiting for service. Took forever to take our order, Cobb salad (no cheese) and bacon and cheese omelet... One guess, yep, cheese all on the salad, pointed it out, waiter said..."Oh". Next, the bacon and cheese omelet...think the cheese on my salad was supposed go in the omelet, barely anything cheese related on this omelet, bacon technically was a positive appeared they took a whole pack of back and cooked it down to put it inside this thing, but with every bite and no cheese bacon just fell everywhere, this was more like a Om-let-down! I know Dennys, what should I expect, unfortunately, better than this. I feel bad for the employees here, but it does feel like they took this job expecting not having to do much for a paycheck and didn't realize occasionally they would have to move.

First time at this location. Everything was closed and this was the last and only option. The serve was at snail speed. Wouldn't recommend it. We were only 2 at a booth. Ordered at the same time. Took longer than what it would normally at a Dennys, or any other restaurant to be honest. I kept looking over my shoulder to see what was going on. I saw that the plates were just sitting there for a while. The server noticed I kept looking. She finally brought one item out, so I was just sitting there watching my guest eat. By the time they brought my food my guest had half way eaten his food (which I saw she sent it back because it was probably cold and I saw her putting it on a burner and adding water to it so that it could sizzle). I know it's Dennys and I shouldn't expect much; but the Denny's off 17th and Tustin is phenomenal - go there. Wish I did that instead.

Overpriced and the food gets u sick I'm the restroom across the street the staff is not all that friendly

This place sucks i walked inside spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. I has ordered a lumber jack slam online. When I got home I found out they did not add any syrup on the side for my pancakes and the white toast I had ordered wasn't Added. The ham was as dry as a hockey puck !!! Very disappointed with this establishment never going again.
