Spectacular Napolitano pizza! Authentic Italian style! Delicious. The place is spacious with tons of parking and seating. Staff is super friendly! Montez spent 20 minutes with our four year old showing him how to make pizza and they had a blast. So nice! If you like Antico in Atlanta or have ever been to Italy, you will love DeSano Pizza Bakery!

My husband and I went for dinner Saturday after getting a good recommendation from an Italian living here in Charleston. I was talking about how we could not find authentic pizza here like we found everywhere in Naples. She told me about DeSano's so we went that night and we were so glad we did. As soon as the pizza arrived, before taking the first bite, that wonderful smell and look told the story, and we were not disappointed the entire night. The manager checked on us several ties and brought us 2 small cannelloni for a complimentary desert. The staff was dry friendly and the service was great and the good came fast. You can bring in your own bottle of vino to drink without a corkage fee, even though they sell wine and beer. We will definitely be back. I found their prices reasonable and was impressed in the quality of their ingredients that they fly in from Italy weekly,

Wow!!! Absolutely amazing Italian style pizza. Everytime I traveled to Charleston I told myself I'd try it, but kept putting it off. This time around I made it a point to go there and was not disappointed. I shared the Margherita pizza and the taste and texture was just something you can't get at many places. Had I known this pizza was that good, I would have gone here more often. It is a must try for those who haven't before!

Best Pizza in Charleston, Period. My favorite is the Capriciosa pizza <-- You won't be disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of parking around the building unlike many restaurants downtown. I recommend this place to everyone.

We went one afternoon and ordered a few pizzas. They were amazing. One girl in the group had been to Italy and said she felt it was right up there with traditional Italian pizza. We also tried there Gelato and Cannoli's. I personally loved the cannoli. They had to make the filling right there because they were out. It was so delicious. I am sure it's even better after it has had some time to sit. We will be back. :)

Me and my wife Laura had the best Pizza, italian ice and dessert cannoli at Dasano Pizza Bakery today. We met Montez the assistant manager who recommended the food we ordered. He gave us lots of information about the wood fired ovens and the fresh ingredients. The service was outstanding and so is the food. If anyone is in downtown Charleston, South Carolina don't miss out by not going to Dasano Pizza Bakery! !!!!!! Me and my wife decided to become regular customers at Dasano !!!!!!

DeSano's helped me remember what pizza can be. I'm from NY originally and this place is legitimate. It's not just the old world ingredients. It's not just the brick ovens. The lack of sugar in their pizza allows that beautiful, salty quality to shine though. Immensely delicious and satisfying. Eat at DeSano's and be reminded that pizza is so much more than quick and dirty take out.

If you know Antico in Atlanta, you're in for a treat. They use the same ingredients, roughly same menu and even the same floor plan. The staff hasn't always been the best here, but lately they have seemed to figure it out. Not sure why, but it's BYOwine and no longer beer. They sell beer wine too. Perfect spot for large groups to chow down on some pizza.
