(4th and final update) Im moving out and encourage no one to apply to this roach ridden scam show. Seriously accusing my child of grafiti thats been on the playground for YEARS instead of actually taking care of the graffiti.(shocker they threatened to charge me if he's caught doing it but I guarantee they wont remove any of the art since its been there so long anyway!) My child now feels uncomfortable even hanging out in the one section they are allowed to be children on this property. The bare minimim is done and youre going to get charged the most. Over $300 in other fees on top of an already overpriced base rent to live in a hole where you can hear your neighbors talk while you kill roaches every 10 minutes. The updates in my 3rd update now no longer exsist. They lasted maybe 8 months. Its a shame cause this property has potential but is continually poorly managed. (3rd update) The new management has made some real improvements that I really appreciate. The hot tub and gym now have 24 hr access, the gates in the back are finally useable, the maintenance team is efficient and knowledgeable, polite and actually fixes things correctly! The gate now has a camera, and security is new to the property. I really wish my start of my lease began with this PM group, but im very happy they are here now. I went from wanting to move to wanting to extend my lease. Thank you to the new team. I really appreciate the positive changes. I plan on leaving my other negative reviews but have changed my star rating from a 1 to a 5, so everyone can see the drastic difference from what this place was like to how it now is........(2nd update)! Every time the property manager closes out a work order that i put in, I am sent an email asking to rate the work. None of them have been completed! When I give my rating it simply brings me here to leave a google review. So I guess Ill just keep updating here. Even worse, the one semi fix they made while waiting on a part of course failed on a Saturday so we will have an active water leak in the home now on top of everything else. )(UPDATE -Replying and asking me to email you about these issues just makes your company look ridiculous, I have already been emailing you asking for a resolution only to be ignored!!! Its how i got the information that you have no maintenance manager!) INCOMPETENCE is really the only word I can think of. Who approves a tenant a good 10 weeks before move in but can't even give them an apartment that is move in ready? Plumbing leaks, scalding water, electrical outlets not working, paint job so bad there was paint down the bathtub drain. All of my drawers that came with the unit are unfunctionable. Roach eggs on the walls. The property manager I've been in contact with via email has been apathetic at best about the whole thing. They do not have a Maintenance Manager so idk who exactly these Maintenance fees are going to. Over 1600 for this unit. Kinda put off that I literally came from a trailer park and had whisper glide drawers but I move into an apartment that is objectively supposed to be nicer and is nearly double what I was paying only to have moved into a place that was half put together. I cant reccomend moving here. I've been putting off my review but since I've been here for a whole month. The Property Manager Cierra doesn't seem to care that they let this happen, then I guess I don't care If you see what a "move in ready" unit looks like.
