Desert Sage

I've been living here for 10 months . The apartments here are nice in my opinion. Maintenance is super responsive and gets things done quick. Whenever there is a change or something going on, Danette notifies all residents via email or those little papers they put on your doors. Danette goes above and beyond to help out her residents she’s so sweet and always has a smile on her face thank you for making us feel welcome to this Appointment Complex! I gave this place 5 starts because it is a very nice complex, and they do their best to maintain things and keep communication open. It's pretty quiet, the people are nice and no one really bothers you out here. It's a lovely place to living in . I have enjoyed being here since I moved in.

Rachel is very kind and helpful when you’re in need to get things done around the complex. You also have good customer service and makes sure the buildings are looking good and worked as it should. Both of you lady’s deserve a raise.

Hi, so I've had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Rachel M. who was a Great tour guide for these apts that I am Highly interested in Moving into Asap. She was very Informative, Nice, and answered every question that I had a concern about at the time and I'm sad to see her go. I wish her the Best of luck with her New endeavor and hope to come across her in the near future. I don't know, but you should look into it!! They say that they check for background on residents. But they don't pay attention who really lives in the apartments. The guy that shot and killed my son lived there with his grandmother. He has felonies, him and the girlfriend lived there. Of course that they moved out before the apartment got swapped by the police. I the worst thing is that they don't know how to have any empathy for people. After my son passed away, they haven't allowed us to have no candles nothing that has to do with my son. I got asked by the manager to remove everything or they were going to throw it away because "reputation" of the apartments. I lost my son!!! Because someone didn't do their job correctly. But look around there. There's always alot of trash, people sometimes live behind the apartments in cars, rv's and they are worried about reputation. But don't have empathy for a mother that lost her son to have her mural, because reputation. Do you really want to live in a place where they don't have feelings

Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Infested with roaches, multiple attempts to report the roaches and never resolved. My daughter got sick from the infested bug apartment, diagnosed with asthma and allergy to the roaches. Once I finally moved out. Got charge over $1k in fees. Kept my deposit and still sent me to collection for stuff that doesn’t make sense. Reached out to management and never got a response about all the charges. Most of these photos were the week of move in.

I couldn’t wait to write a review. Danette girl you are the absolute best!! She made moving into my apartment so easy. Thanks for working with me and my husband and answering all my questions. Such a warm welcoming spirit. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. Beautiful pool, and my favorite is the 24hr gym. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Helpful and very kind. Thank you Mike I really appreciate you with maintaining the property clean! Very quiet and friendly neighbors. What more can i ask for. Thank you to the amazing people in the office. Im so happy to call Desert Sage my home!

Met with Rachel, very understanding in my questions and answered them perfectly definitely recommend coming and seeing the apartments look really nice!

This is a great complex to reside in not only other a handful of amenities like the 24 hour pool and workout room and let’s not forget about those packages that arrived by Amazon around the clock, which makes the dropbox super convenient. The landscaping is kept up well. The management is also very friendly and very helpful and flexible with all of your needs. So if you’re looking for a suitable place on the east side, this is it
