11 Great Places To Write Your Next Screenplay - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Perfect For Writing: A sexist Michael Bay trilogy, or Wild Hogs 3. This place is a holy temple to the sensitive bro. You can walk amongst the handcrafted motorcycles built in-house, gaze at the walls of surfboards, and then grab a quick latte and bowl of granola to eat on the back patio while you crank out a movie where robots and sharks team up to save the world. 2 billion dollars await you." - brant cox

"COVID-19 Update: Open for pickup and delivery. It's easy to miss Deus when driving down Lincoln Boulevard as it looks like a garage—albeit a pretty slick one—rather than a sweet coffee shop. This is fitting, since you can buy a custom-made motorcycle, a leather jacket, and a latte in one fell swoop. Seating is limited, but the outdoor communal table and indoor charmingly lived-in couch, coupled with an awesome soundtrack, get the job done. COVID-19 Disclaimer: We are working hard to keep our listings as up to date as possible (deliveries, outdoor dining, etc.), but given the evolving nature of local COVID-19 restrictions, we recommend double-checking the information in this guide with any business you plan on visiting. Also, please note that we have not vetted any businesses listed within our guides for their compliance with applicable safety regulations."

Great place, great coffee. Friendly staff. All you need really. Definitely worth popping in to take a look.

Google
Finally got to visit here. A great place to stop by if you love coffee and clothes. There were surprisingly more tables and seats than I expected, with a few tables in the backyard. It was quite laptop friendly, too. It has its own parking lot at the back.

Deus Ex Machina’s Emporium of Post Modern Activities in Venice, CA, is a unique blend of a high-end motorcycle and surf culture store combined with a cozy café. This eclectic venue is a haven for enthusiasts of motorcycles, surfing, and stylish apparel. The store offers a wide range of products including men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. The café opens at 7 AM and features a warm, inviting atmosphere with varied seating options. The menu includes Levain toast, paninis, pastries, and fresh fruit. Often hosting community events and art exhibitions, it’s a perfect spot to enjoy coffee and socialize. During my visit, the atmosphere was enhanced by lively Brazilian music, which perfectly complemented the laid-back yet enthusiastic vibe of the place. This combination of retail and café creates a dynamic and welcoming environment where like-minded individuals can gather, shop, and enjoy quality food and coffee. It’s an ideal spot to start the day, blending shopping and socializing in one of Venice’s most vibrant locales I highly recommend Deus Ex Machina for its unique fusion of style, culture, and community spirit. It’s a must-visit for anyone in the area, earning a well-deserved five stars. 2 wheels down 🏍️ ✌️

Google
I placed my order through the website at the beginning of February. Today is April 7th and I still haven’t received my package. I contacted Customs and only received one reply—after that, I never heard back. I trusted the website when I made my purchase, believing it was a reliable site, or at the very least, that it had dependable customer service.

Google
I had driven by this place a million times and always wondered what it was. There was clothing in the window, but also sold coffee? Turns out this shop actually belongs to an international brand. This location sells their clothing, and has great coffee. Plus, there's an outdoor section that's super cute. We had iced matcha green tea lattes that were delicious, and sat inside at one of their worktables with our laptops. We'll definitely go again!

Rose Hulcher

Google
Super cute place with nice drinks and great quality clothing! FYI they no longer serve food!

Google
I come here almost every week. It’s such a beautiful space to work in, the staff is friendly, and the coffee is always delish.

Google
Lulu is the best barista in the land! Thank you from a grateful Aussie coffee snob with high expectations - so happy

Yelp
Loved this store! You get a small free coffee if you check in through Yelp. The coffee is actually really good and it's something I would come back to get . The parking lot is small but you can find a spot if you get there earlier in the morning. The service is very down-to-earth and the environment is very relaxed. I could spend hours there just sitting on my laptop if they had some chargers - this is probably my favorite place to get work done so far. There is a sale inside the store right now where you can get 40 to 70% off select items. The organization isn't the most intuitive but the person at the front desk can definitely help you and will walk you through what they have to offer.
google avatar

Saphace A.

Yelp
I had no idea they had coffee here. I had heard of them as a clothing store. While a lot of people were sitting with their laptops, it's actually a fun vibe. Mostly to look at their merch and the motorcycle in the middle of the room. So tried an iced vanilla latte while my sister got chai and my cousins got a coke (LOL) and a cappuccino. Prices aren't listed for the specialty drinks. While we waited for our drinks, we browsed around the store. Good quality clothing! A lot of fun things you can buy here, like stickers or sprays for stuff. Didn't look to closely at much but the clothes. Parking is kinda tricky. It's tight and there aren't enough spaces. I'm sure we could've found parking on the street.
google avatar

Gabe C.

Yelp
Cute little coffee shop, perfect for a quick bite, Coffee date or mid day pick-me-up. Yummy coffee selections. I enjoyed the blueberry muffins with an iced vanilla latte.
google avatar

Mor S.

Yelp
Probably the worst matcha you can get in Venice. Not only that but it was overpriced. Will not be coming back. Please take a look at the picture of the matcha I ordered. It is all milk and no actual matcha for $8. What a ripoff for low quality matcha powder! My girlfriend ordered coffee and didn't like hers either.

Yelp
If it's vibes you want, it's vibes you'll get! An avid motorcycle rider, I've followed the Deus brand for sometime and was psyched to finally check out the shop. Had a latte, with a surfer friend, and got a few tees and a sweatshirt and really had a fun time just hanging. Parked in the back and felt like everyone was helpful and friendly.
google avatar

Matt D.

Yelp
I enjoy going here on Sunday mornings when group riders meet up in the parking lot before leaving. Coffee is always good, cruise around the parking lot looking at cafe racers, maybe walk through the store to check out new Deus clothing. It's always been a positive vibe and enthusiastic people bonding over their love of bikes.

Yelp
Deus Venice is the epitome of cool and trendiness, seamlessly blending a fantastic coffee shop and cafe with a stylish clothing store. The staff exudes warmth and friendliness, making you feel right at home as you peruse the impeccable selection of goods. This unique establishment is a true gem, offering an unforgettable experience that perfectly marries coffee, fashion, motorcycles and ambiance. A visit to Deus Venice is a must for anyone seeking a taste of the effortlessly chic lifestyle that defines this vibrant locale.

Yelp
Gorgeous coffee shop, brewing up yumminess, with friendly, fanciful staff. They are fabulously pup friendly with an abundance of treats and water bowls in an incredible, outdoor patio In addition to the coffee shop, this is a Beautifully stylish, both chic and fun clothes with incredibly helpful team of stylists that will ensure that you find the perfect, most handsome outfits.

Yelp
Awesome vibe. I will return if I am in need of some inspiration. Can't wait to check out d stores in Japan n Australia.

Yelp
Deus Ex Machina does not disappoint, on a major thoroughfare, saturated with commuters on Lincoln Boulevard, this motorcycle enthusiast hideaway serves up drinks at full throttle! Not for the faint of heart, the cinnamon bun latte is sure to perk you up, a refreshing twist on the classic latte, this drink, coated with nutmeg, ginger, and (by my design) oat milk, served iced, was transcendent in its presentation and taste. There is eye candy displayed throughout the establishment with merchandise ranging from surfboards, clothing, and motorcycles, to classic retro posters and paintings. The baristas are knowledgeable, warm, and friendly, wandering bohemian characters were anchored to desks using Wi-Fi, conversing, and in some cases, even shopping throughout this revved up space. Deus Ex Machina is a great pit stop on your next ride through Venice Beach.

Yelp
Nice place to grab some tasty coffee and teas. They serve food as well. A good amount of seating indoors. Plentiful seating outside as well. Staff was very friendly. I asked for a towel to wipe down a table and they were quick to do it for me. A good amount of motorcycles and a couple interesting cars on a Saturday morning. Thanks to Mr Sun for the natural warmth.
google avatar

Allie G.

Yelp
We stopped in to Deus Ex Machina for coffee and a quick breakfast, and found it pretty busy on a Saturday morning. Thankfully, the line moved quickly! I got a Honey Bee Latte and an Avocado Toast and my boyfriend got the Superfood Iced Coffee and Smokey Chipotle BLT. We grabbed a table while we waited in the outdoor patio area, which was very cute and dog-friendly. The coffee took a while, but the food took significantly longer, so I don't recommend this place if you're in a rush. We both enjoyed our drinks (mostly me, the Superfood Coffee was just okay), but the food really stole the show. I absolutely loved my Avocado Toast, especially with the sun-dried tomatoes. The BLT was delicious too, and we did not leave hungry. Would return!

Yelp
The drip coffee is really bad and burnt will not come back with so many good coffee shops are the area. Not cheap for shitty ass coffee Bathrooms are disgusting.

Caitlin F.

Yelp
Shout out to the guy that helped me out this morning!!! Walked in looking like a tornado, working insane hours this weekend, little sleep, desperate for help. I said, "I should know more about coffee but what will get me through now to 1am." I got a whole breakdown and was given a red eye. let's just say we are ALIVE and ready to slay. Thank you! Wish I got their name!
google avatar

Yelp
I've been wanting to come for the longest time. Finally made a ride out to this coffee shop/ Moto store. I was not disappointed at all. The coffee was pricey but flavorful, the breakfast sandwich was surprisingly good for a moto store! Left with two items and will be coming back.
google avatar

Derek G.

Yelp
Other than ALWAYS being out of Ham & Cheese croissants, it's a nice place. Always a crowd on the weekends. Every now and then you'll catch a really unique bike rolling in. Hot spot for group ride starts.
google avatar

Becky L.

Yelp
Came here for coffee, cappuccino actually which we knew was good as we had been here roughly a year ago. The cappuccinos are really good (although currently served in paper coffee cups due to COVID) I haven't tasted their other selections. Currently some breakfast type offerings, danishes, avo toast and alike. We had the avo toast served with pine nuts & sun dried tomatoes however the actual toast wasn't very toasted but that's just me ‍ Deus is a very cool spot, very hipster-like, with some indoor & outdoor seating some with shade some without Parking can be challenging although they do have a free parking lot. While your there be sure to shop a bit as they have their own clothing line consisting of T-Shirts, button down shirts, sweatshirts casual clothing & assorted other items~
google avatar

Gillian L.

Yelp
Delicious breakfast sandwiches using quality ingredients. Why not? I had a delicious avocado toast and my partner enjoyed an egg/cheese/sausage sandwich on an everything bagel with a crispy hash brown patty in the middle! He said it was "hefty".
google avatar

Rob W.

Yelp
Cute spot, not a ton of options but just enough. Service was stellar, I had a mini injury and asked for a bag of ice, received, no questions asked. I had the bagel with lox, which hit the spot, as ordered. Outdoor seating attached to a store.

P_J_ B.

Yelp
There merchandise is cool looking and the t shirts I got on sale. But their customer service SUCKS! I emailed 3X to see about getting an additional discount code applied to my second order and I heard jack from them. They have an email address that I think no one reads. I even left a voice mail. Total joke.
google avatar

Dmitry V.

Yelp
This is not a review of a restaurant, but rather an observation of a disturbing pattern. LAPD started using their driveway/parking to ambush drivers, making left from Lincoln to Venice. Everyone knows how congested Lincoln is southbound, and how poorly that intersection is designed. Here are pictures of a brave officer, risking to hurt its neck (constantly turned right) in order to give out another ticket. Shame on LAPD. Attention to business owners - don't let them use your lot for this.

Aaron C.

Yelp
Service here is next level! LuLu really went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. The vibe here is great and tea is hella good

Yelp
- Locale Destination - It's on Lincoln Blvd and Venice Blvd in Venice. At the corner across street from the gas station. Bike/surfer shop has a coffee place right next to it. Ambiance: Simple, modern, open outside seating area for coffee guests. Service: very quick. Menu: very small but they do offer quality. Some sandwiches, chia pudding , good coffee, some bottled/canned drinks, some pastries. Parking: very limited and small. Carpool or street park a few blocks from it. - Gluttony Expedition - Cappuccino: espresso has a fuller body, smooth yet still had some aftertaste of ground beans a bit. It's slightly less overall quality than "Blue Bottle", but high quality, for sure. Froth milk was a good quality. Super ok BRekki: toasts and bacons were very crispy and boiled egg in it. Brilliant! Great! Smokey chipotle BLT: nice kick of spiciness. They do make a good crispy sandwiches here! $15. Avocado toasts: nice contrast with sun dried tomato and pickled onions. Great avocado toast! Cream Danish: $7 for just ok Danish. When flour became so expensive?! A pasty for $7 is just ridiculous. Almond bites: Gluten free one-bite-side cake, was pretty good! - Conqueror's Deduction - Location is pretty bad - Very limited parking and street parking in this area is sorta hard. However, they do offer good coffee and great sandwiches! I like here! I like here so much and came here again next day. The cappuccino wasn't as good as yesterday. I think barista today wasn't good. Yesterday was a lot better.

Yelp
This will be the most wasteful review of a business you've ever read. I know nothing about motorcycles, and I sure as heck don't drive one. I also think I'd be a terrible passenger. Truth is I'm a 100% poseur* when it comes to this place, because all I have to say is they do a really decent flat white here. The $4.11 was worth it. *poser/poseur, different spelling, same meaning.
google avatar

Jill M.

Yelp
Good coffee and nice outside area with some actual parking spots in Venice! Good place to meet a friend.

Chris H.

Yelp
Very cool vibe in there. Its nice that even though the patrons are a bit on the trendy side, the staff is still very cool and not snobby. I always enjoy my lattees and flat whites here. Good baristas and good bakes to go along with them as I enjoy the Venice sun.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a place where mysterious , inquisitive, emo, rugged, good looking "older" guys go to be introspective, write Brandon Sanderson-esque novels, and question life. Yes, this place is home for that guy. If he has a faithful Great Dane who sits loyally at his side while he works on his literary masterpiece then, that would be perfect! As for me: I'm a girl. I went by myself the first time and felt a little out of water next to the guys, dogs, and motorcycles. On my next visit, I brought my husband with me and he was thrilled by the place! On that visit, the friendly atmosphere was the same as the last time but it seemed a smidge elevated - probably because I felt more comfortable within myself. I also noticed lots of families and kids dropping in! The quality: I had a double espresso with a spot of oat milk. It was....extraordinary....exquisite. I could not fault it. It was delicious. After I had their espresso, nearly three weeks prior to my second visit, I began chasing that espresso dragon and nothing came close. I went to at least six other spots trying to compare flavors! On my second visit, I ordered the double espresso again with a shot of MCT oil and some almond milk. Of course, it was incredible. Seating: There is indoor seating that merges with an outdoor patio I guess this will have to be my new Saturday/Sunday morning spot!

Yelp
Just the coolest space, and such a unique LA spot. We came after lunch on a weekday and this place was poppin. Literally almost every seat was taken with people working/studying on laptops. Cafe was cool with many food and drink options. I had a flat white and it was of good quality. The store is also really great. Great T-shirt designs & the material they use for them is thick & washes well. We picked up a couple shirts while we were in. So many things to look at in here, from the art- to the surfboards- records- cool vintage bikes...everything.
google avatar

Nora F.

Yelp
Overpriced and overcrowded. Would recommend as a great spot to be "seen" in Venice. The lack of clear order/waiting areas makes for a big jumble of people standing around bumping into each other. That and there seems to only be one trash can for the entire place?
google avatar

Kislev A.

Yelp
Came for a regular coffee and got intrigued and ordered a Superfood Coffee instead. I finally got to try this! Superfood Coffee - was made of Vittoria Espresso, Laird Superfood Creamer, MCT oil. I was seriously afraid I was going to waste my $ on something I couldn't drink but I was pleasantly mistaken-- great tasting coffee! I really cannot talk about the health benefits since I don't drink enough of this to see any effects on my health. Deus Ex Machina is always so busy by the way...

Cody M.

Yelp
I went in here to get a coffee one day, which was $7... and I see later on that these fools charged me $21! The coffee's cool and all that but just check your statments if you go here, just a fair warning
google avatar

Zach H.

Yelp
Awesome Venice neighborhood spot for coffee. Their hot lattes are great. The store also sells merch and other bike items. Cool atmosphere and outdoor patio in the back.
google avatar

Gregg L.

Yelp
I've driven passed this place a million times and for whatever reason today was the day I decided to stop in and check it out. Really nice layout in the back of the building for the coffee shop. They offer espresso-based drinks and what looked like batch coffee, but I did not see anything about pour overs or specialty coffee cocktails. Either way, everything looked very high quality behind the coffee bar. Staff was friendly and quick to serve me. My espresso itself was a very dark roast and not my favorite flavor profile for an espresso. Was closer to a shot from Starbucks than some of the other shops who have artisan beans in the area. I still enjoyed it, but would come here for the atmosphere more than the coffee itself. Pro tip: enter the parking lot from Lincoln so you are facing the right way.

Shadi ..

Yelp
Everything about this coffee shop is appealing except that they have no outlets. The decor is nice, lots of seating, and the music is actually background noise so you can hold a conversation. But no outlets for laptops or phones? Cool place to grab a quick coffee but not a place for working on your device unfortunately.

Nicholas N.

Yelp
Food was decent Coffee was average Price was overrated Experience: crowded and not in "awh" for the prices of the clothing, they were way too over priced and the motorcycle "gear" was not even close to being actual protective gear for your hands (gloves) to your jacket (minimum price of 130) Coffee bean is Better unfortunately:(

Marion F.

Yelp
It's cute, open air, good selection of food. However the WiFi wasn't working well when I was there so may not be the best if you need WiFi
google avatar

Alexandre K.

Yelp
Dope spot, cool staff, and quick bites to eat that are super filling. Came after a morning of paddle boarding with my friend. She's from LA and has seen this place but never stopped by. We both loved the shop inside with the cool motorcycle gear. The cafe in the back has this tiny but somewhat big parking lot that's super efficient and set up well. The cafe has coffee of course and a few snacks and pastries. Looks like we would have needed to arrive early to score some sweets as they totally ran out. I think there was maybe 1 chocolate chip muffin left. Food was prepare so it was fairly quick to heat it up. Don't expect fresh breakfast people! This is just a quick stop shop. Would totally come back just to show some more friends this cool concept. Or if you wanted a spot to work right now they allow that and it's pretty shaded- so it's just a nice area/crowd.
google avatar

Ashley C.

Yelp
This is a very unique shop - clothing, coffee, and cafe! It was on our list to visit since my husband is a motorcycle owner and likes this clothing brand. The clothing is definitely on the pricey side but they do have a great selection of a little bit of everything. There is even a nice outdoor area to sit at. The tables seemed a little close to each other but they were still all full so I guess no one had a problem with that. We ordered coffee on our way out. The superfood coffee was interesting. I've never had one so I don't know exactly what that's supposed to taste like and there wasn't a description either for anyone not familiar with what that is, but it was definitely a different type of bitterness from a typical latte. I was turned off by the customer service as we waited though. While we were looking at the menu and waiting to order, there was a customer asking about his drink, and the barista said that he handed it to him. The customer said he didn't get it and the barista just responded "well I did" and looked very annoyed continuing to make other drinks. Another barista walked by the counter and noticed a drink sitting near the register on top of the menu and the customer realized that it was his. I noticed after the customer walked away the baristas were talking about it. It was obvious the customer missed it somehow but I didn't like how the first barista handled that situation, and maybe they should stick to the designated pickup station because the drink was a bit hidden just sitting on top of that menu page. I've been in the customer service industry and sometimes you have to bite your tongue and kindly handle that situation in a nicer way.

Yelp
It's s fun place for a coffe and hang out but - Heads up: a single shot espresso here is $5.75 which seems kind of steep by any standards ! Disappointing that they drive local folk away with these insane prices ...
google avatar

Petunia S.

Yelp
A few years later and this place has gone to sh*% Depending on who makes your coffee, you will experience burnt milk, and over pulled coffee. Unfortunately there is about 1 employee who makes decent coffee. There is no difference between a latte or anything else. They used to have decent coffee but like I say for the price and the area there are about 10 better coffee shops. Their too cool vibe has finally caught up to them. Coffee is not worth it what so ever. Vote with your dollar

Daniela R.

Yelp
Nice patio, clean store, dog friendly, nice workers, great price for food for what you get. The guy that works at the Cafe with the long hair is so hot
google avatar

Ziv S.

Yelp
Ah Deus - I discovered you my first week of moving to Venice last summer. The open air (you were one of the few cafes with abundant outdoor seating ;0), the vibe, all the friends I met. If only you improved your beverage and food game. I always told people "I come for everything except the coffee". The coffee they use is a few steps above Starbucks (that is not a compliment). Apparently they signed a really horrendous contract that locked them in to buy the burnt, roasted coffee for several years. I hope management takes me up on my offer to use the powers bestowed upon me by the CA bar to see what options they have to get out of it. Food from Bondi Harvest you used to have was tasty; whatever is being served now, less so. Still love your vibe, still love the people. Seduce me back with better sustenance.

Yelp
Deus Ex Machina is such a cool and trendy spot. Its part coffee shop, surf shop, motorcycle shop, clothing store, and sometimes there are dogs inside there. Isn't that the strangest combo? It totally works though! I love this place! It is a true Venice beach style gem. My husband and I stumbled upon this place when we were in the area and it was raining. Everyone inside was extremely nice! The staff and even the other people sitting around were sweet and nice. We even got to play with this guy's dog. It was magical! We ordered the breakfast burrito and the breakfast plate. The breakfast burrito was so good! It was full of yummy creamy eggs and cheese. Yum!!!! The breakfast plate was a little strange at first, but once I started putting everything together, it ended up tasting delicious. We also ordered some cold brews which were perfect! Not too bitter, but lots of caffeine to help fuel the rest of our day. Love this place! Highly recommend!

Er3yn G.

Yelp
I came here on a recommendation from a friend and left feeling hot and cold. There's a tiny parking lot so don't bother and park in the resIdentials. Coming on a Sunday was very busy- I recommend taking your coffee to go. But hopefully you're not in a rush because it wasn't clear where the line began. So many people were standing around waiting for their coffee to be made, I just kinda got stuck in the back. When I finally made it to the register, I began my order and the barista walked away in the middle of it. She came back minutes later like nothing had happened and I began again. Pretty poor service. Of course my order came out wrong. After waiting 15 minutes! I don't understand how you can have five people working and everyone's coffee took longer to make than it would to make an entire meal. I still never got the coffee I ordered but I did end up having a nice vanilla latte. I was able to squish myself onto the couch with three other people. It was cozy but since it was raining I could enjoy most of the seating outdoors. I enjoyed my book in a really cool motorcycle shop with descent music and everything you'd expect a Venice coffee shop to look like. Love the decor!
google avatar

Stacy N.

Yelp
Best avocado toast/sandwich I've ever had. I didn't realize how big this thing was going to be. You actually get a full sandwich. The pickled onions and sun dried tomatoes gave this sandwich a great balance of acid and sweetness. The bread was toasted perfectly. They have tapitio packets which I love! I had a espresso over ice with some heavy cream. The coffee doesn't disappoint. The attached shop is very cool. Great start to vacation!

Matt B.

Yelp
I really want to rate Deus Ex higher, but I'm not too thrilled about it. Although, the name is awesome and there's definitely a cool factor with the motorcycles on display. - 5/5 Ham & Cheese - 2/5 Lavender Latte - 3/5 Maybe I'll go again and try some coffee, although I doubt it has anything on Philz.
google avatar

Matt S.

Yelp
My favorite coffee spot on the west side. The people are friendly and the general crowd it attracts is very cool, and it's a great place to sit for awhile and work. The staff remember your name, help you shop, and they're super kind towards any/all dogs. You'll always find me here on any given day watching the motorcycles and classic cars that roll in.
google avatar

Rusty S.

Yelp
Great vibes open air cafe/ patio in the back - check. Cool clothes and accessories by a variety of designers - check. Helpful staff that doesn't bug you - check. Parking(!!!) - check. Random motorcycle shit - check, I think it's their main thing. Check this place out but not on the weekends bc I want a seat. Also on the weekends they turn off the WiFi so people have a place to chill, Outstanding, extra credit. Final Score: 6 out of 5

Patty C.

Yelp
Picture it Venice 2022, There's a guy sitting to my right looking like a perfectly coifed young Patrick Swayze. Just then another guy rolls his brand new electric bike on to the patio (lets just say he looked like a young Keanu cause who doesn't love a good Point Break reference). Just when I was expecting Patrick Swayze to say "Duuuuude"... a swoon worthy Australian accent breaks the lightly salted air. IT WAS A MAGICAL MOMENT. They had a quick conversation and then the Patrick Swayze doppleganger was off with the gallant mount of his one wheeled skateboard. ALL THE PICTURES OF THIS PLACE ARE TRUE TO FORM. So you know the vibe and it doesn't disappoint. I grabbed an $8 cappuccino and it was good but go for the bikes, merch, people, and the vibe. You wont regret it. And if you see Australian Patrick Swayze...you will know you are in the right place. LOL
