Discovered a new top notch cocktail bar in Centro Madrid (Devil’s Cut) … exceptionally skilled mixologists! Had to try the Jamon Iberico Fashioned (Jamon infused Old Fashion) truly amazing!! Highly recommend!! Next cocktail was smoke gets in your eyes 😋

I was genuinely surprised (in the best way) when I realized this bar is opened by Shingo Gokan—just like The SG Club in Tokyo, which I was lucky enough to visit before. The vibe here is fantastic—chill and welcoming. As soon as you walk in, they greet you with a small cup of sherry, which is such a nice touch. The bartenders are top-notch: super attentive, skilled, and friendly. We were having such a great time. Absolutely loved it!

First time in Spain and found this place the vibes were wonderful and the service was great. I have been to the Martinys location here in NYC and Angel Share so it was pretty cool that they had some of the cocktails from the Angel share menu

Visiting Madrid again. It’s my fourth trip! I have found a fantastic cool yet relaxed cocktail bar. Lovely bar menu which melds Spanish, Japanese and American small plates. Bar manager Nestor, Joachim, Javier and Frederick (love the cowboy hat!) were absolutely lovely and made my husband and I feel welcome. Music was fantastic. Will come back here many more times. Thank you, gentlemen!

Wow wow wow. The best. Truly up there with the best bars. World class. We’ve never done this, but while on holiday for a wedding we came here 3 times in a week! Consider it fate that we decided it looked like a great stop while randomly walking by hoping for a nice little night cap. Nestor and all the staff are so warm and have a no-fuss approach to hospitality. They make it look easy, but they know their stuff. The menu is fantastic, especially to get a feel for their style but also this is the place you want to put yourself in the bartenders’ hands. Go bartender’s choice after your first round. The space is also perfectly lit, clean, and the music is well balanced and rich. Bathrooms are also a good tell of a solid place run by people who care, and these were clean and well designed too. Nestor tells us that old bottles from the basement were found from previous tavern’s life and luckily someone had the appreciation to save them. They are on display as if you are in a museum and though you can’t partake in drinking them (they are either too special or undrinkable) Nestor was kind enough to pull many rare bottles down. Truly antiques. By the end of the first night we made friends with our neighbor at the bar, and decided we needed to bring our newly married local friends and by the third time and last night of the trip we made sure we alll got together here for our last stop in Madrid. ❤️

Angel's Share used to be my fav bar in New York back in 2019 and was so pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this place that has its roots there! Drinks were well balanced as expected and it wasn't too crowded - perfect spot for a night cap

Unique cocktails and amazing atmosphere. Khun Tommy’s with mezcal, pineapple, coconut, lemongrass and Tum Yum spice is one of my favorite.

Shockingly good cocktail bar rocked away behind a dark doorway. Nestor (I’m 99% sure) was so hospitable and a world class bartender. We ended up going in back to back nights, bring in some friends from Madrid on the 2nd night. Highly recommend
