A family-run favorite from Naples native Tony Di Lisio, this intimate spot draws loyal crowds for classic sauces, veal specials, and generous portions. Frequently praised by local food writers and featured by regional media, it’s a downtown rite of passage.

We recently stayed at the nearby Historic Brookstown Inn (highly recommend) and during our trip decided to eat here TWICE in the same week - that’s how good it was. The staff were very friendly and we appreciated the homey “mom and pop” vibes of the place. The food was all delicious and the portion sizes are extremely generous. Recommended dishes include the “create your own pasta” (great value, we always had leftovers), the chicken veggie pasta, the chicken ravioli, and the tiramisu!

We ate here for dinner for the first time yesterday. We arrived early around 4:00 to avoid the evening crowd and sat outside on their patio. The bread and pesto appetizer was some of the best we have had! We ordered calamari and drinks. The calamari was good, but the marinara they served for dipping was the best we have had. For dinner we ordered the daily specials. One was the veal and bone marrow dish, the other was a tortellini with steak and shrimp in a creamy rosemary sauce. Both were very good! We plan to return soon!

Google
Good Italian spot, they have indoor and outdoor seating (covered). Carbonara was good but be sure to order it creamy if that's what you're used to. Huge portions too. Definitely recommend going, inside seating looked cozy too! Service was great, food took a while but we weren't in a rush. I definitely recommend checking it out!

I went in on a weekday at 5:00pm and it was right before the rush. There are plenty of 4 seat tables, but it is a tight fit. The service was great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the host and immediately by the server as I sat down. There are so many dishes to choose from! I went with the Ravioli Dilisio. It was delicious! Their bread was also on point. It's a bit on the pricey side, but well worth the service and food! The only downside of the location is that the parking lot is very tight and limited.

Google
The best Italian restaurant in Winston-Salem! There are so many different options to choose from. The outside dining option is fantastic. The service was top-notch. I can't wait to go back!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for the last few years. The best and the freshest Italian food ever. Leslie our waitress was AMAZING!! She made the experience with her knowledge and kindred spirit. I can’t wait to come back and be in her section. I ordered the Tuscan Pasta with shrimp and Tuxedo cake for dessert. Scrumptious.

Google
Wonderful food, warm family atmosphere, and leftovers for the next day! Be prepared to wait for a table, but it is worth doing so. Facility is a little tight because it is so popular, but I had plenty of elbow room. This is my 12 yr old's favorite place to eat. One of my favorites, too! From salad to dessert, it is delicious all the way through.

Google
This was our second time here in 2 3 days!! The meatballs are fantastic, the desserts are even better!! I don't really want to let others know, because, it will be even harder to get in here for food!! Such a dilemma!

Yelp
Perfect place for a date, or to indulge yourself to a delicious dinner. The attention and service was exceptional, we had such a good time here, their staff was very friendly. The food was delicious, and the place with the dim lights it's so romantic!

Yelp
Best Italian in NC. Not just W-S. Best dining experience I've had in years! I'll always recommend this place. If you want the best margarita in town, have the Italian Marg as it comes or top shelf. Not disappointing Caprese was incredible and both entrees were nothing short of perfect.

Yelp
Went for Valentine's Day. Super crowded inside (as expected), so I was a little physically uncomfortable for a while because of how close the person behind me was sitting. We were initially going to sit outside, but quickly realized the outdoor heaters were losing in their battle against the February weather-- far too cold. Service was slow (also expected given the date, though I noticed some other tables with much more attentive servers than we had). I had to wait for a drink refill for longer than I would have liked on a few occasions. Entrees were alright but not necessarily what we would choose again. The antipasto we started with (and the free bread) was delicious. So was the espresso martini and the tiramisu we had for dessert. Honestly, I would've been satisfied with just appetizers and dessert.

Yelp
I'm so glad I finally made it here! It has been on my list for quite some time now. I met up with a friend last week for a holiday catch up. We arrived at 7pm on Wednesday and were able to sit at the bar immediately. This is a very small, honestly overcrowded place, but helps to make it feel cozy and inviting. Parking is tight, but we both lucked out with nearby street parking within a block of the restaurant. The bartender was nice and gave us time to peruse the menu. For drinks, my friend got a riesling and I tried the festive cranberry martini. We split the toasted ravioli appetizer and each got a pasta dish for our entree. The ravioli was tasty and came with a delicious red sauce. Also, their bread and oil (with pesto) was really good too, and I'm not really a huge fan of bread to begin with! I had the chicken marsala and my friend got the pacheri montese. We both really enjoyed our entrees, great portions, I had enough leftovers for both lunch and dinner the next day! Pretty standard prices, all in all a nice meal here. I'll be back the next time I'm craving Italian again!

Yelp
Best part of the meal was our server Helen M. Cherish the great service and attention to detail. We tried 2 of the specials and I posted my receipt if you want to duplicate our awesome meal. I wouldn't change a thing and the price was reflective of what we received and felt right. Fine Italian dining at its best and more than just red sauce. We have been trying to get in here and tonight was the night. No wait, food was fresh and delicious, specials were amazing and they packed your leftovers for you at the end. Go Helen. Hats off to the chefs. This place is getting it right when so many places are backing off from the dinner experience. A must go!

Yelp
It's been over two years since my review but my feelings are still the same. You can't go wrong at di Lisios and it's the best Italian in Winston hands down. I recently got the chicken piccata and it was incredible. My husband got the lobster ravioli Marisco and let me tell you, that's some of the best lobster ravioli I have ever had. I've never had a bad meal at Di Lisio's

Yelp
Best Italian food in the Triad, hands down! I can't believe I'm just now discovering this gem in Winston! Their menu seems like a pretty standard upscale Italian restaurant. I really like their appetizer selections. My first visit here was with a group of Yelpies, so you KNOW we ordered everything to pass around and try out. My favs were the caprese, fried ravioli, bruschetta, and the burrata. You can't go wrong with any of those. For my entrée, I lean more toward the traditional dishes, so I'm a sucker for the chicken parm and lasagna. I got the parm and my partner got the lasagna. Enormous portions! The marina was sooo flavorful and fresh. Heavy on the garlic and basil, just how I like it. I wouldn't be able to choose which dish I liked more, they were both amazing. Pro tip, order a side of meatballs to go (crazy cheap at $7 for 4 huge meatballs) to take home and make subs with the next day. *chef's kiss* Just as a heads-up, it is a small space, very small bar, very intimate. So it's great with a small group 2-4 people, but difficult to navigate with groups. To add to that, they don't take reservations. So plan on either arriving early to beat out the normal rush hour crowds, or just be ready to wait a while. The good news is that there is a Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot that is a good place to drink a beer and eat chips and salsa while you wait ;-)

Yelp
One of my favorite Italian options in the Triad. They make their bread daily, import their pasta from Italy, and make most things from scratch. The bruschetta is amazing. I've never had a bad meal. It's small. There is usually a wait and tables are squeezed in tight. I've never seen parties larger than 6. It is a little pricer than most Italian places - but a great date night spot. My only complaint is the same as a year ago - the daily specials are upcharged significantly despite usually being things already on the menu at a lower price point. Sometimes they won't let you order the regular menu item if it's on special. You're paying sometimes almost double for the chef to prepare it himself. I tend to avoid specials for this reason.

Yelp
I came with a friend for dinner we both wanted italian. He ordered Di Lisio's seafood linguine and I tried the special seafood lasagna. Everything we ordered exceeded my cravings. The seafood was delicous and the pasta sauce was well flavored. I have a feeling this would be one of our top italian restaurants to go to when we're in winston.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing. We have never had anything bad. The restaurant is small and doesn't take reservations so I recommend going early.

Yelp
By far my favorite Italian restaurant in Winston-Salem! It's a small place that screams family owned and they have a a pretty good variety of dishes and seemed to be very amenable to any customizations. The staff were all very friendly and truly try to make your experience tailored to you. As far as the food. You get bread service with an amazing olive oil and herbs dip. The salad and house dressing were both very good. The entree's were very hearty portions and absolutely fantastic.

Yelp
I decided it was time to update my review. My first review was when they very first opened ten years ago. So, also happy 10th birthday to Di Lisio's. I have not lived in Winston-Salem for seven years and my husband and I still talk about how much we miss Di Lisio's. If that is not enough of a recommendation for you to go and try them out, then I don't know what is. My husband never deviated from his beloved chicken parm here. My two favorites are definitely their spaghetti with meatballs and their eggplant parm. Just classic and insanely delicious. I think they are no longer open for lunch, but when they were man was that lunch portion of their meatball and spaghetti dish just the highlight of an entire day. If my husband and I are anywhere near Winston we always make a detour and grab Di Lisio's to go, it's just so worth it. I have yet to find a casual Italian restaurant that compares to the price point and deliciousness of Di Lisio's. Di Lisio's - I miss you. Congrats on the decade of success and delicious food. Cheers to many more decades to come.

Yelp
I am floored, and more than a little disappointed in myself for waiting this long to come to Di Lisio's for an Italian meal. My goodness, if I had known just how good the sauce is here, how substantial the portions are, and that it was absolutely worth a half hour drive every single time... I would have gone so much sooner. The truth is, my favorite Italian spot closer to home has fallen off lately, and while I hate that... it has sent me on a quest to find the new go-to spot. Well, it didn't take me long. This is the place. My wonderful foodie friends took me here for my birthday celebration, and being the foodie types we are, of course we ordered a huge variety of stuff. The appetizer spread could barely be sustained by our table space as we loaded it down with calamari, mussels, the Antipasto Misto, fried ravioli, burrata, and bruschetta. While everything was delicious, I felt the Antipasto Misto, the burrata, and especially the bruschetta stole the show. The olive oil they use is wonderful. I need to find out the brand for my own dipping! Now, while my tastes run the entire Italian gamut... I have a rule for my first trip to any place. SHOW ME YOUR LASAGNA AND MEATBALLS (if they offer them as a side). Thankfully, you can indeed get a side of meatballs. More on that later. First of all, I am ready to annoint this some of the finest, if not THE finest red sauce in all the land. Taste... rich in tomato and garlic flavor, perfect thickness, just a touch of sweetness. Just set me up with fresh bread and this sauce, and I am so in. Now, on to the meat lasagna. The portion is a big big square, enough for leftovers, as any lasagna should be. It's baked and covered in more of that wonderful sauce. There is a spot on meat to cheese to sauce to pasta ratio. It was even better the next day. I adored it. The side of meatballs. Holy cow! You can tell a lot about the place by how their meatballs are constructed. This side was 4 BIG meatballs, about the size of a racquetball each. You love to see it. A beautiful blend of beef, pork, bread crumbs, spices, and a few nuggets of cheese throughout. I had a pair leftover because I was just so full, I cut those up into a meatball hoagie with more mozzarella for lunch the next day... Wow. If I lived close, I would be ordering sides of meatballs like it was my job, and just buying fresh bread for sandwiches. Killer. I will get some to go every time I go. You can count on that. Best of all, complimentary tiramisu for my birthday! I was given the choice of any dessert, but I'm generally always going that route. Somehow I fit it in, and it to, was wonderful. Espresso forward taste, correct texture, lightly whipped layers. I will be back here again, and again, and again. WONDERFUL. BRAVO! BRAVO!

Yelp
This place is always lively and filled with happy people who enjoy the service, the quality treatment and the overall food. The dishes are so delicious. The customization speaks to my heart. The wine and beer selection is also lovely.

Yelp
Great service and loved the lasagna!! Small cozy atmosphere. We got there early for dinner and the place filled up quickly. This will be our go to place for Italian food!

Yelp
Hands down the best Italian restaurant that I've head the pleasure of dining at! We've been at least a dozen times since moving here in 2018 and our experience has always been extraordinary. Bread service is delicious with olive oil herb mixture. I've gotten either fettuccine Alfredo with chicken or veal parmigiana on all of my visits and it's consistently amazing. Their drinks are so good! Love the lemoncello martini and wine list is extensive. Service is always top notch!!! Attentive but casual professional! Ambiance here is like a mom and pop Italian restaurant with a classier vibe. Tables are a bit close but I think it adds to the overall vibe of the place.
google avatar

Yelp
Let me first start by saying that Tay was without a doubt the best part of our experience here. If she doesn't wait on me, I don't want to go!! She was fabulous, made awesome suggestions, and took such good care of us. There were a few issues that I had while here. 1) IT IS SO LOUD. I think some fabric in the restaurant would help absorb some sound. Curtains, rugs, something... it is just very loud. 2) My mom ordered the chicken Alfredo dish. I can't remember what it was called but pesto was the last ingredient listed and we both assumed it would be a drizzle or small garnish. The dish came out green, loaded with pesto. She ate it, but it gave her terrible indigestion. 3) I didn't LOVE the lettuce mix in the salad. I could have done a different salad and it would have been fine though! My entree was absolutely delicious! Scallops were cooked perfectly and the risotto was sooooooo good. The Fried Mozzarella was amazing! I could have eaten the whole plate, but I shared!! They have a pretty good wine list and we were so full when we left. I do recommend going, but I recommend asking questions about the dishes, and you should def sit in Tays section!!!

Yelp
I thought I already left this review so I hope it's not a duplicate! Came in Thanksgiving Eve around 8 and wasn't greeted by staff that seemed to be hanging out around the bar. We asked if we could get a table. They were hesitant and checked and then said yes. I guess they don't sit guest even though they're open until 9. The waitress made us feel rushed so we should have probably took the hesitancy as a sign and left. We were still actively eating and she tried to bring us boxes but we refused. Mainly because the food wasn't good so we didn't want to take it. Our salads, bread, and calamari appetizer was good. We got a pasta dish to split and added grilled chicken. The chicken tasted like rubber and not freshly made. The cream sauce was watery like they added water to it to stretch it out since it was the end of the night. While I've usually had great experiences here this one makes me not sure if I will return anytime soon.

Yelp
We ordered takeout on Friday evening, it took 40min, but it was a happy wait. I saw most dine-in guests left with a go-to box, that told me about the portion. Surely it did not disappoint. We tried seafood diliso, and tuscana with veal. Di Lisio's did not give us whoa or one of its kind surprise, but its taste, the dish portion, and price tag, it is unbeatable. It is the type of restaurant that is down to earth and has been in the community for years. When I was waiting, I can tell Di Lisio's is supported and loved by locals. Will come back with bigger group, tried more dishes, enjoy their wine list.

Yelp
We read such good reviews but that was not our experience. The service a great and the restaurant is cute but the food was very salty. I would not eat here again. My husband ordered the fish, I had the risotto, other orders included the lasagna, soup, spaghetti, and chicken Parmesan. No one was happy with their meals. No one finished their meal and no one wanted the leftovers. Very disappointed.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants in town Di Lisio's never disappoints. Always 5 star service and food. My pictures aren't the best but I ordered the stuffed salmon. Salmon stuffed with crab and served with sautéed shrimp and garlicky spinach. It's my go to when I don't want pasta. We also ordered the lobster tail dinner special that was also stuffed with crab and served with prawn and spinach. All beautifully plated and delicious. The restaurant is small and open but as an ex New Yorker has the vibe of your favorite neighborhood Italian place in ny. There is an option to sit outside in the covered walkway as well. Full bar and a great Italian dessert selection. Consistent and delicious.... Always a great choice!

Yelp
So so. Not great. There was a massive line when we got there so had to wait. Not sure it was completely worth the wait. Pasta was ok but a little more cooked than I like it
google avatar

Angel B.

Yelp
I came by for a quick appetizer and I had been craving calamari for a couple days and let me just say it did not disappoint it was perfectly cooked and served with a freshly made tomato dipping sauce it was exactly what I was looking for. I also ordered the bruschetta and those were also amazing the bread was perfectly toasted yet still not hard to bite and perfectly seasoned tomatoes. The service was great as per usual and I just love this place its small and intimate perfect for date night and truly the best Italian food in town. There's a parking area right in front of the restaurant and as well as across the street. I would definitely recommend this restaurant can't wait to be back.

Patricia M.

Yelp
One of my favorite Italian restaurants around. Love every pasta, the sauce is a perfect mixture of sweetness, spice, and flavor!

Yelp
Back again. Same incredible people...same incredible food. Also had the fried mozzarella....amazing! A must if you love Italian.

Yelp
I can't believe it took me two years to visit Di Lisios! It was always one of those places that got recommended and we finally got the chance to try last weekend. It's tiny but it makes it really cozy and special once you sit down. They do get quite busy on the weekends so be prepared to wait - but it's worth it. It's classic Italian American food so there are lots of pasta and seafood classics to choose from. One of my favorites of the nights was the salmon Tuscana which included a large portion of fresh salmon, over Angel hair pasta that was tossed in a pesto, Parmesan, sun dried tomato sauce. The sauce itself was really garlicky which I loved and the portions are quite large so we had lots of leftovers. For our appetizer we got the Burrata which I would order time and time again. It was topped with fresh Proscuitto, pesto, freshly shaved mozarella, and balsamic glaze - YUM! Such a fun date night spot!

Yelp
Had my birthday dinner here today with family and friends. It could not have been better. 2 of us have been before. The other 3 were newbies. To say that they were blown away by the food and service would be a understatement. Our server Kaylan was fantastic. Never felt rushed and always had everything in a timely manner. This is my go to place for celebrations . Or a random week day. 10 out of 10. Love you guys!!
google avatar

Sharron S.

Yelp
I ordered take out as usual...ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! We got Lasagna (of course!!!) and a couple of orders of eggplant parmesan!!! wonderful!!! My husband had to try it tonight!!! BEST EVER!! Tony the chef has "the special touch"!!! We are having a birthday party for our adult son tomorrow . Can't wait !!
google avatar

Harry N.

Yelp
The fried ravioli is to die for (not pictured..because we inhaled it before photos). The bread is warm and fresh and comes with this delicious garlicky pesto. The amici pasta is creamy with huge pieces of shrimp and good sized chicken. Also get the pesto with the splash of cream. A really wonderful family restaurant - intimate atmosphere, friendly staff, and the owner came around to say hello to all the guests personally! Will be coming back again.

Yelp
Went for our wedding anniversary. HUGE portions. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was super attentive and sweet. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
I read a Yelp review that made me instantly choose De Lisio's. I walked here from my hotel across the bridge. It was easy to find and very welcoming. I enjoy sitting at the bar and Helen was the bar tender that took care of me. I started with a draft Peroni and the warm fresh bread with pesto sauce. I followed that with a bowl of 4 huge meatballs with Parmesan and homemade red sauce. There was a lot of love that went into those meatballs as well as the red sauce. I ate 2 meatballs as an appetizer and saved the other 2 for when I got back to my hotel. I usually don't choose Italian when I am out of town because I enjoy my walking tours. Tonight was the exception. Outstanding meal and I have not even got my entree of seafood risotto.... Stay tuned. The seafood risotto did not disappoint. It had plenty of shrimp., clams and mussels and had a great flavor. I met Tony who owns the place and I could not be happier to give a great review for an outstanding family owned and run business that is the best "not" kept secret in Winston. Cheers!
google avatar

Cathy G.

Yelp
Looking for Italian resto? Try them, food wise very good. Their appetizer was good and good for 4 people. Their bread was good too. There's only one thing that I was upset about. Before I ordered, I asked this waitress if there's any carbohydrates along and she said yes ( mashed potatoes) however when my order came there's no mashed;( ... ambience is nice but too dim for me and inside is small.
google avatar

Raymond N.

Yelp
If you enjoy Italian cuisine, this is the place to go in Winston-Salem. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. The menu is extensive. The service is very friendly and attentive. My wife and I enjoy our frequent visits.
google avatar

Barbra M.

Yelp
We've been making trips to Winston-Salem for a few years, and just tried this place for the first time. We are so sorry we missed it in our previous visits. They serve amazing traditional Italian food, plus some unique dishes. We started with Tropical Martini's made with Malibu Rum, Peach Schnapps, pineapple juice and grenadine - delicious! For appetizers we had meatballs, homemade fried mozzarella and their special appetizer for the night - caprese arancini (tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, balsamic and pesto topped with pesto filled rice balls). I was amazed that we got 4 good sized yummy meatballs for $7!!! Crazy! The fried mozzarella was perfect. I wasn't as big a fan of the rice balls, but my family liked them. For entire, my husband ordered the Italian trio of lasagna, chicken Parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo. Each separately would have been enough for a meal! The portions were huge and the recipes authentic and tasty. My son and I tried the special, which was stuffed crab shells, with lobster ravioli topped with lobster and tomatoes. We loved the lobster ravioli and the topping. The stuffed crabs were a little heavy on breading and light on crab for my taste - but still tasty. The dessert offerings sounded amazing, but we had no room. I really want to go back and try the strawberry Prosecco tiramisu. Our server, Helen, was welcoming, helpful and efficient- a true professional. We loved our evening there.
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
Sometimes you're just in the mood for Italian so when this feeling strikes you gotta go to a real Italian place. This certainly hit the spot with great mussels in marinara to start, cooked just right in a nice little pool of red sauce. Fresh bread and some olives complimented the creamy lobster ravioli. Just the right size wine menu with some reasonable options to quench your thirst. And why not finish with a nice slice of tiramisu, sweet and scrumptious for sure. Our server was attentive and friendly too. Keep your phone flashlight handy as it's a bit dark inside but nice and homey too.
google avatar

Stephanie P.

Yelp
I love Di Lisio's for both dine in and carry out. The food is delicious and a great comfort food. The staff is always very friendly. I tend to pair my meal with a glass of wine but my fiancé loves cocktails. They had a great cocktail list for a little Italian restaurant so we were both pleased!
google avatar

Barrie P.

Yelp
We had a wonderful dinner for our anniversary. The food and service were excellent. We started with the appetizer sampler because it had my favorite Italian appetizers on it. The calamari was perfectly cooked and I loved the brushetta and caprese. For my entree, I had veal with eggplant. It was really delicious. The veal was tender and the eggplant was tasty. My son loved his spaghetti and meatball. For dessert, I had their chocolate cannoli. I would order it again. It was chocolaty and crisp.

Maggie R.

Yelp
Nikki is the best waitress. The food was beyond amazing and the portions are huge. Please come between 5-6:30 to get a seat. No reservations here.
google avatar

Sarah W.

Yelp
A tiny little honey pot for Italian! We sat outside and it was a lovely day. Food was delicious, service was great and can't wait to go back to try more!
google avatar

José B.

Yelp
I have never been to Italy, but eating here sure seemed like I was sitting somewhere in Italy and having some fantastic food! We had the meat lasagna and the crab ravioli, and to drink, we had the original Margarita. And everything was excellent, from the service, food, and drinks. The only downside is I had to give one. It is dark inside the restaurant, and the tables seem to be close to each other, so you can hear the conversation of the other guests even if you do not want to eavesdrop since the tables are so close that you don't have a choice. If you don't mind being close to other customers, the food will make you feel like you are in Italy.

J T.

Yelp
Our water tasted strange and the waitress said they had used the same pitcher for sweet tea and no one had washed it out properly. Linguine sauce was extra oily and our stomachs hurt. This is our favorite restaurant so I wasn't sure if there was new staff?

Madelyne M.

Yelp
Amazing service! Wait that was expected to be 45 minutes on a Saturday night ended up only being about 20. They have parking and indoor and outdoor seating. Very cute ambiance. A little dark and loud inside so we sat outside and it was quieter. I got the fettuccini vodka pasta with chicken... it was 10/10! Pinot grigio was also very good to pair with the pasta.
google avatar

Elisabeth M.

Yelp
I know there are other Italian restaurants nearby, and I know they are good, but nothing beats DiLisio's! The marinara is one of my favorite things in all the world and I never regret getting eggplant rollatini with spinach, sub marinara. Ever. The meatballs are fantastic and as a side are the best deal in town. The owners are lovely people and make eating in their restaurant extra special.

Curtis E M.

Yelp
The food is always delicious and more than enough to take home. Prices are great and the service is always spot on. Those of you that know me know that I am a food and Service kind of guy and these people blow it away.

Gary Z.

Yelp
I visited for the first time last night. The food was very good and the service was friendly. The restaurant is relatively small, but seems very well run. The staff worked well together and kept things moving, but not rushed. I live in Greensboro, but this is the best Italian food I've had in the year I've lived here. I'll gladly drive to Winston-Salem to have this again!

Yelp
Staff is always super friendly and accommodating here. There can be a bit of a wait so come before you get hangry ;) almost all food is made in-house. Location is Ty med away and very romantic little restaurant. They now have outdoor seating with space heaters!

Yelp
Great atmosphere, friendly waiters and the owner made rounds to talk with people. Sold selections on the menu. It felt like you were Italy.

Yelp
So good. As a New Yorker who lives down south, their food hits the spot. Just as great Italian restaurants should, they give you a portion worthy of multiple meals for a great price. The staff (especially the bartender)) are sweet as can be and the food is of great quality. I have been twice when in Winston and I would absolutely recommend it. I spoke to a woman working at my hotel (also from NY) who said she thought it was the best Italian in NC. Even the oil mixture for bread is memorable. Thank you for giving me a piece of home.

Food service and ambiance are all outstanding. You can't go wrong with any meal you choose. Authentic Italian! Love the owners. Everyone makes you feel at home.
