The 10 Best Lunch Spots In Holborn - London - The Infatuation

"Dibs is one of those lunchtime salvation spots when your body cries out for a vegetable at 1pm. It’s a simple salad shop where you’re allotted 10 seconds of queue indecision—halloumi and roasted peppers or falafel and slaw, always a tough call—before being rewarded with something your inner Gillian McKeith will high-five you for eating. There isn’t anything revolutionary going on here but the big, hearty salads and quinoa-loaded bowls all fall around the £11 mark." - rianne shlebak, jake missing

Dibs - Review - Holborn - London - The Infatuation

"Dibs is one of those lunchtime salvation spots in Holborn for when your body cries out for a vegetable at 1pm. It’s a simple salad shop where you’re allotted 10 seconds of queue indecision—halloumi and roasted peppers or falafel and slaw, always a tough call—before being rewarded with something your inner Gillian McKeith will high-five you for eating. There isn’t anything revolutionary going on here but the big, hearty salads and quinoa-loaded bowls all fall around the £11 mark, and there are some tightly packed tables if you fancy skipping an al desko lunch at the office. Plus, the happy mish-mash queue of local barristers, UCL students, and WeWork toe-tappers moves so quick you can be in and out before the urge to check your inbox strikes. photo credit: Heidi Lauth Beasley" - Heidi Lauth Beasley

Love this place. The bowls are banging (and huge) and you can pretty much tailor whatever you want, to however you like. Fresh, tasty and healthy (unless you go for the pizza, which is also cracking btw). The 'Dibs bowl' is my go to.

Chicken Parm Fold, absolutely delicious and perfect for when you want to treat yourself. Starting eating it down the street and 2 strangers came up to me asking where it was from, eat with your eyes and try it

Very fast service and the salad was large enough, fresh and flavorful. I had the spicy taco and it was just the right amount of spicy! Loved it 😍 will definitely come back!

Delicious salad to go - ordered on the app and was able to collect on time. Lots of different ingredients and flavours. A bit on the expensive side but delicious!

Excellent lunch spot. Been here many times would highly recommend. The guys are super friendly, I was dropped my food by accident and they made me another one for free. Thank you guys!

Two different occasions and two great experiences. The bowls are so filling and amazing. If you're vegetarian definitely try the falafel. But there's lots of meat options as well especially if you're on the gym hype and more than anything else it's great value for money. The staff are kind and also generous. Will continue coming here for my lunches.

A real gem in Holborn! A friend and I were wondering around looking for somewhere to have lunch and stumbled across this place. I'm very pleased we did! The attendant suggested we have the folds as they were unique to Dibs. I had the falafel one and my friend had the chicken one. We had the meal deal. I'd recommend the parmesan and parsley fries ;) They were absolutely delicious!! We got there at 11:30 and were served straight away. By 12:30 there was quite a queue for the business lunches.

Quite popular in this area and always a long queue during lunch time after 12. Fresh ingredients and you can creat your pizza and salads by yourself. Friendly staffs and clean, bright dinning space with reasonable prices! Would love to try their breakfast and folds next time!
