"Dibs is one of those lunchtime salvation spots in Holborn for when your body cries out for a vegetable at 1pm. It’s a simple salad shop where you’re allotted 10 seconds of queue indecision—halloumi and roasted peppers or falafel and slaw, always a tough call—before being rewarded with something your inner Gillian McKeith will high-five you for eating. There isn’t anything revolutionary going on here but the big, hearty salads and quinoa-loaded bowls all fall around the £11 mark, and there are some tightly packed tables if you fancy skipping an al desko lunch at the office. Plus, the happy mish-mash queue of local barristers, UCL students, and WeWork toe-tappers moves so quick you can be in and out before the urge to check your inbox strikes. photo credit: Heidi Lauth Beasley" - Heidi Lauth Beasley
