My very best recommendation. A perfect combination of wine and tasting menu at Weinbank.
Extensive yet precise wine list with a strong accent on France and local whites. Their wine cellar is more of a cave of wonders.
Menu is also very good, the chief likes rich combinations of sour, salty, umami and sweet on one plate, this opulence is so satisfying. Focused dishes are also very good. What can one expect from fish with fennel purée, fennel oil and fennel? A kind of diet food for a case of digestion disorder? No, it is light, delicate and fitting surprisingly well to white fish. Crêpe Suzette was a wonderful end of evening, the menu had French touch like the wine list
