3.5 Stars - Here's the scene: I ordered takeout from Dig on a Thursday night, after rush hour. I ordered from the app which was fairly easy to do and picked it up. The inside looks like an average "Build Your Own" fast food restaurant, so no complaints there. There were a good amount of workers behind the counter and only one bag at the ready, which was mine. The cashier, who seemed annoyed that I was there for some reason with one AirPod in her ear, gave me my bag rather quickly and I started my walk home. There was one person sitting down eating in the restaurant as I left, so they weren't overwhelmed with orders or anything... when I got home I realized they forgot to make one of the three bowls I ordered. Absolute bummer. In hindsight I should have looked in the bag, but it sometimes just slips the mind, right? I called them when I got home and they refunded me right away (for some reason not for the price of the entire bowl, .59¢ less than the price of the bowl which irked me but whatever). The refund was fast, so I guess glass-half-full that was an easy process. I had the Crispy Chicken Kale Caesar, it was pretty good!! Just an unfortunate experience, really inconvenient for my bowl-less friend. I will most likely go back so I can try it again because the food was good and it was fair for the price. It easily could have been a one-off situation (I'm optimistic!!).
