I was craving for vegetables and found this place near my job. The food was tasty, but not as hot as I wanted it to be (the veggies were on the cold side). They charged separate for the meat. The price was a bit high for this bowl of food. There are some tables for two and stools.

The music was way too loud I was barely able to hear what the workers were saying. The food was ice cold and didn’t taste good. There’s so much hype around this restaurant on TikTok and it was just wasn’t good :( . I got the crispy chicken with Mac and cheese with sweet potatoes. The chicken had a strange stale flavor like it was sitting there since morning and the breading was soggy and wet. The Mac and cheese had a strange ginger taste to it. Almost $20 dollars for a singular bowl of mid I could cry T-T

I go to DIG once a week at various locations and this by far my favorite because of the staff and service. The food is consistently delicious and even if there is a line, it moves quickly. I have ordered ahead before but I do like seeing my options in person. Also the tables are almost always clean unlike some fast casual restaurants (cough* CAVA) the value & quantity of food is excellent, and I can’t wait for next Thur to come again!

They have the saltiest chicken ever! My carrots were burnt to a crisp! The watermelon does not look fresh, seems like it’s been sitting there all day. However, the rice taste fine. Never ordering from here again.

I really enjoyed my food here. When I came in they had ran out of kale and I was tempted to leave, but I asked a guy name Andy if there was any left. He went above and beyond making a fresh batch. The customer service received was amazing. Andy was very kind, patient, and professional. I will definitely be returning.

I just have to say, the food here was amazing!!! I came here about 5 months ago and the service wasn’t all that great so i came today to try it out again and i have to say the bowl that i received was amazing, and the female who helped me out was so kind as to showing me the new menu items, definitely recommended 10/10!!

Great location. This was my first time there but I will be absolutely going back. The man (I didn’t get his name but he was working the line around noon August 9th) who helped me was actually so kind. It’s my birthday so it was just a great interaction for my day. Fantastic bowl. Love that there is a Salmon option.

Love this place! It’s super easy and convenient to walk-in and place an order. Ordered the Hot Honey Chicken (which we would definitely get again) & the Spicy Lime Leaf Salmon (not as great). The staff are friendly and helpful here! Docking off a star for cleanliness. Trash bins were overfilling and lots of dirty plates/utensils on tables.

Unacceptable service. Patiently waited in line and was met with aggression by employee. My food plate was uncomfortably tossed and slammed down on countertop. After paying, I asked him for a side of hot honey sauce but employee blatantly ignored me and walked off to continue with pressing online orders.

I had to make an account just to express how spot on the hospitality and the food was. My go to order during is a bowl with rice, carrots, sweets and herb chicken and it was amazing! I stepped out of my comfort zone today and tried the marquii and it was delicious ! I also brought a sandwich for my husband and he loved it! I thought walking in at 3pm there would be super long line but everything moved quick and smooth. The person who attended me was super friendly and walked me through the process, will definitely go here again!

To whom this may concern: Do not waste your money or time!!! The Hispanic manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional and needs to be educated in hospitality. Honestly, I felt like I was dealing with a disgruntled fast food employee. He is tarnishing the Dig Inn brand. I went to him stating that the sheet carrots tasted soapy. Instead of simply asking me to pick another side, he began talking down to me and saying that everyone said they taste fine. Not to mention that he dug his bare finger, no gloves into the tray to try one. I've been to that location on a couple of occasions, and prior to becoming a manager, this person has always been extremely unpleasant. He doesn't greet customers and is very rude. Looks like he's there just to collect a paycheck and not be of service to customers. I also noticed that he was having a 30-minute conversation with a friend and also gave a fellow Hispanic guy a free piece of fish and filled his bowl to the point where it was overflowing. Guess you need to be a man and Hispanic to get good service. I'm not sure how Dig Inn wishes to present itself as a brand, but I was seriously disgusted with my dining experience.

Dig is always a great quick, healthy, and well priced option for food in the city. This particular location is nicely decorated with kind staff and quick service. And I mean this when I tell you: stop what you're doing and try the summer BBQ chicken bowl. It has bbq chicken thigh, potato salad, corn, and a yummy watermelon feta mint salad. It was so delicious and immediately made me feel like I was at a summer BBQ. Run, don't walk! It's a seasonal item and will be gone soon!

Dig is a fast casual restaurant with its core focus on wholesome, nutricious meals. I ordered a bowl with sweet potatoes, beans, and fried tofu. The flavors are on point and the staff are friendly. There is plentiful seating inside for eating in. It's a good spot for lunch and quick meals.

They are constantly making errors here. And not just small ones. We are talking missing multiple entrees from orders and putting incorrect sides. Then the staff gets upset when you call them out on it. This location seems to not take customers satisfaction or precision seriously. I stopped ordering after the third mixup.

I ordered at 9:02pm. For almost two hours the status was "preparing food." Then at 11:09pm I received a notification via text that my order was canceled with no reason or apology. Just simply "Order Canceled". Do not waste your money or time. I placed my order directly from the Dig website. This is not a 3rd party issue.

After the remodel still going strong. Sure, there are other options on the street now, but this location of Dig is great, and really the best choice for good food fare. We've never had an error in our order, we've always been served quickly even during the rush hours. The staff here still goes above and beyond, friendly and professional. Great spot to stop in and grab a bite.

Now, this review is from my toogoodtogo app experience using and eating from DIG as well. Now I have been trying to figure out what is the best deal when using the APP. This is located in Williamsburg and the staff was so nice, and just started to give me everything in one bowl. The young man was so nice and talks to customers with respect. They even ask if I had any allergies to foods. Nice, the question to ask customers, especially using the app toogoodtogo. Now that is Professionalism in the kitchen. My bowl had at least 8 different food items. Yes, they overkill it but that is what I'd love about DIG. This wasn't my first time and I did eat at the DIG and I need to confirm how well DIg serves the community. I'd recommend eating from DIG Good food and good service.

Add a 20% and 25% tip option for your staff! So easy. It's 2023. If you're going serve food this delicious, take care of your people so they stay. Food here is amazing and healthy. Tip your people tho.

I'm back once again. Hanging with my guys over in Williamsburg and ordered something really good. Dig never let me down with something tasty. It's was light and hearty at the same time. Dig for the win. Live, love and laugh - Sha

ordered mashed potatoes with some other sides waited a good amt of time for delivery to arrive...when it arrived they had decided to sub mac and cheese which would be great ....but i am allergic to gluten and so i literally had to throw a third of my meal away. they were already closed when the order arrived so i couldnt call the restaurant. I was really hungry and had i just "dug in" and not questioned why the potatoes looked weird, i couldve ended up in the hospital. I'm pretty livid right now...the other things i ordered were mediocre at best. reckless and careless. this place has really tanked.

I ordered the lime salmon plate at the Willoughby Street location. It is as good as I thought it would be. Management was very nice and extremely helpful. I had an issue with the app and promo code placement but that was on me; I think I moved through the process too quickly to enter it but it would be nice if that selection were more prominent/apparent. That said, nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Ordering from start to finish was fast and accurate. Watching staff prepare fresh food adds to experience. I will definitely return.

I love Dig and been a big fav for a long time. However, tonight I ordered two bowls, with extras, and only one bowl came. I gave the one to my husband and made myself dinner.. defeated the point of take out for me. Both extras came, but only one bowl. Bummer because I wanted leftovers for lunch too. How does one get charged for two meals, but only gets one??

Just off of the bustling Bedford Ave, right next to Levain Bakery and Sweetgreen, Dig is serving up farm-fresh ingredients at convenience. I've been to multiple locations in Manhattan, and the quality has remained consistent. While service is already pretty efficient, ordering online or through the app cuts out additional precious minutes, and point accumulation through the rewards program is fairly quick. Marketbowls consist of a base, a protein, and two side dishes, although three sides as a substitute for the protein is also an option. While some may consider portion sizes to be on the smaller side, I'm generally satisfied by the time I've finished my meal. During my most recent visit to the Williamsburg location, I went with the grilled tofu, farm greens with mint (as a base), roasted sweet potatoes, and charred broccoli with lemon. The grilled tofu comes with roasted onion and pickled pepper relish, both of which ensure that the protein isn't dry and rubbery. The sweet potatoes are a must for me whenever I go to Dig. Their preparation is extremely simple, with just extra virgin olive oil, smoked paprika, and rosemary, but they're still delicious. Similarly, the char on the broccoli is ideal, and the garlic and lemon make the vegetable more flavorful. Certain sides rotate with the seasons - some are a hit, others are a serious miss. However, you really can't go wrong with any of their permanent side dishes, like the aforementioned roasted sweet potatoes. Whenever I'm in search of a home-cooked meal and I don't feel like cooking, Dig is usually one of the first places on my mind.

Great place to get a well balanced, healthy meal that tastes good and is reasonably priced. Usually get the half rice half salad (you cannot choose kale salad for your half salad) which charred chicken, carrots, broccoli, or brussel sprouts. Definitely try the garlic tofu aioli, but any of the sauces are great.

So happy that this Dig delivers to me in east Williamsburg. I used to eat at Dig all the time in midtown pre-pandemic and I'm so happy I can order from a Brooklyn Dig now that I'm working from home. Dig tastes so healthy and fresh and reminds me of the kind of healthy and fresh meals I used to eat every day when I lived in California. I love that Dig has such good ethics. I feel like there isn't another chain even close to doing what they're doing. I love them and will be ordering from them more this summer. I love the herbed chicken with the rosemary vinaigrette on a bed of farro with a side of kale Caesar salad and Mac 'n cheese! I mean, doesn't that sound amazing?! It is. And it's so affordable.

Came in on a sunday evening, so wasn't really expecting much, but it was still around dinner time and they already ran out of like 1/3 of their hot sides. That's not really a big deal but the food they did have was WAYYYY too salty. like, it was barely edible. We got two bowls to take home; one had cauliflower that was heavily salted and one had salmon that I couldn't even finish. I know fish tends to be salty but this was overboard. I had to toss half of it and just eat a bowl of cereal for dinner instead to wash the saltiness out of my mouth. The kale and meatballs were good enough. I know restaurants go heavy on the salt to make up for the flavor, but this was definitely overdoing it. Please cut down on the amount of salt yall use.

Well I think they read my review from two weeks ago! A thousand times better than last time. Got the herb chicken and was much flavorful, food was nice and fresh. Now I'll be a regular lol

Good wholesome fast casual food. They make solid nutritious and delicious meals that are extremely filling. I love the charred vegetables. The sauces are well balanced.

I usually avoid posting negative reviews for a single incident but for sake of the public this review describes not one but several recent experiences with this location: understaffed, overworked and often very late. The Williamsburg location often has staff shortages. They appear to be unpredictable, I often get my order on time and often quite late. There has been several times in the last couple of months when my order was 10-15 min late. On my last trip it on May 17 it was 30 MINUTES late - this was indeed my LAST trip here, I doubt I will come back. For the half hour I was waiting for the order, which I placed online 2 hours ahead, I watched several employees with their heads down (work, work, work!) and a manager running around and absolutely loosing her mind, overwhelmed with the number of orders she was dealing with and a small crowd of drivers and customers demanding their food. When I finally got my order I noted to the employee that it was half hour late and he rudely responded: "We are busy, right?!" Seeing the chaos in the kitchen I frankly do not blame him for rudeness - these are not happy people making your food. This is a recurring issue at this location and Digg Inn does not seem to care about it. The company overwhelms the kitchen with orders, working their employees to death and aggravating customers with lateness. I see a new manager here almost every week - it seems nobody lasts. Have mercy on these folks and avoid the waits, get your food elsewhere.

I always liked them. Great customer service. Delicious salads. Even today, when they made an error in my order, they fixed it immediately and let me keep the erroneous order. This is one of the best places to eat a salad especially in terms of quinoa and their golden beats.

This dig inn location is well lit with beautiful plants and a large seating area. The cashier and server looked to be a model. i had my bowl with a faro base along with the chicken thighs potato salad , some other items etc. but i was really curious about the mac and cheese so i paid for that as an additional side i zero complaints the food was fresh and satisfying. i am not sure when i will be back to this location. a meal will cost up to about $15 dollars so it can get pricey. it is nice as a treat when one deserves a healthy satisfying meal that seems similar to a home cooked meal.

The chicken tasted way off and I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Sadly had to discard. For $14, I wish I'd gone somewhere else. Not worth it.

Would give zero stars for customer service. Ordered a family order, half the order didn't arrive. I called Dig and the guy on the phone just put the phone down without explanation and I sat listening to their personal conversation for over 5 minutes. Now I am calling back and nobody will answer the phone. Disappointing and tough for my group who waited over an hour for food.

I've been ordering delivery for lunch to my Williamsburg office in the day's I actually come in. With all the closures due to the pandemic I have to say how grateful I am that this healthy option is still available. The delivery has beaten the estimated time of arrival each time and I never have to pay extra for this service. Also, Dig has been feeding the front line employees in hospitals throughout NYC for the past two months and if that's not worthy of a shout-out, nothing is. Thanks for being awesome, Dig.

the dig inn in Williamsburg is trash I called 10 times to tell them no glaze sauce and they didn't answer and that put extra sauce on my food !!!

NYC's favorite, locally farm sourced chain restaurant has finally extended its footprint beyond Manhattan. With growing demand for simple, wholesome and healthy options, Dig is undoubtedly well received in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The same freshly made, seasonal menu served in city locations is now available to locals without having to cross the bridge. There is seating inside this establishment enough to accommodate about two dozens of dine-ins. It is also one of few select locations that opens for business 7 days a week till 10pm. Coincidentally, it would seem that Dig's buddy, Sweetgreen, has also made it all the way to WillyB as well, and situated comfortably next door. These two appear to be inseparable no matter where they go. Well, the more the merrier and it's always good to have more options... especially when Levain Bakery is next door too! Yup, that's my 3-course meal right there.

Wow! its so good! And wow to the potato salad being vegan!!! And the pesto! And holy! The aoli is vegan too!

Arguably my favorite DIG location in all of the boroughs. This spot has a huge amount of space to dine in, a relaxing vibe (compared to other locations in Manhattan), and an extremely friendly staff. Weekly special dishes are always inventive here; the chef will surprise you. I like to come during the odd hours of the day if I'm working from home and bring my laptop and I never feel like it's too crowded. Williamsburg is filled with healthy options, but only at DIG can you get this quality of food and service!

Stayed right around the corner from here while on a work trip and wanted an easy, healthy meal after a long day. There was a bit of a line but it moved quickly and was worth it. The food was delicious and all the veggies were fresh. Would definitely eat here again!

Came here wanting to try something healthier but wouldn't be lacking in flavor. This place did that for me. I got the build your bowl. Got brown rice, Roasted Portobello Mushrooms, Maple Cauliflower with Chickpea Crumble, Herb Roasted Chicken. Oh and can't forget their Housemade Sriracha and garlic aoli

Nice, hearty and relatively healthy option for fast casual in Billyburg. They do not skimp on portions! The marketbowl is the best way to go since you can fully customize with a boatload of options. The bases include greens, farro, or rice; and there are about a dozen market sides to choose from. You can't go wrong with their charred brussels. Their sides are also classically seasonal, which makes for exciting and fresh options throughout the year. We had a small issue where after picking up 3 marketbowls, we realized one bowl was missing the protein, which definitely ups the overall price. We called this store to let them know, and without hesitation they apologized and refunded us for the bowl missing the chicken. It was a great gesture, and I appreciate when matters like this can be resolved quickly. It makes me much more likely to keep coming back. I dig itt!

So not only did the delivery take forever but the food shows up looking like straight trash. I literally just paid 20 dollars for total and extreme disappointment. Food was cold and just thrown in the bowl. The delivery person didn't read the instructions I left them either.

Came here for lunch for the first time yesterday. A friend of mine raves about Dig Inn and their sides. I ordered: Base: brown rice Sides: roasted carrots and roasted broccoli Protein: salmon The sides were SO good. The roasted broccoli was my favorite. It was garlicky, crunchy, fresh and seasoned perfectly. The carrots were great too and perfectly roasted. The brown rice was a littleeeee bit hard but it was good. The protein was delicious and such a good portion. Cons: I wish seating was a bit more comfortable and less "stylish". I also wish there were more drink options. They didn't even have bottled water :(. Other than that it was a really good first impression. I want to try their cold sides (kale salad and turnips) and I would also love to try their roasted sweet potatoes wedges.

After drowning ourselves with Tequila/Mezcal drinks at a Korean rooftop last night, I felt like shit all day. My unforgiving stomach left me feeling bloated and full for the majority of the day. In an attempt to do an extreme diet makeover, we drove down to this location only to avoid Manhattan. We created our own bowls. I chose salmon for my protein and Broccoli and Cauliflower as my two sides. For extra $2, I added Cesar Kale salad. Alex got the chicken with brown rice, broccoli and macaroni + cheese. I found everything fresh, flavorfully delicious and friggin healthy! Portions might seem small at quick glance but I was wrong because it was super filling. I packed my leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Because of pandemic, its pickup and delivery only. Very clean interior. Friendly customer service. What more can you ask for? Tip: I used my LevelUp app & got $5 off!

I've ordered here a few times for pick up. Seems most folks picking up are from Uber Eats delivering. Last time they couldn't find my order but I personally found it sitting on the table by the utensils. Today I go to the pick up counter, show my order from DIG app and the African American woman says with an attitude 'I can't see your name'. I don't work for DIG technology. If you wanted my name on top of the app, tell corporate to program on the app or simply ask...nicely. While waiting I saw them bag an order that looked like a family meal and put it on the pick up counter. I went to the side of the counter just to look if it had my name on it. I then hear in a loud nasty voice 'you can't be behind here. You can't be in the kitchen'. Mind you if you were a customer coming from the where you order you'd be exactly where I was. Not in the kitchen and certainly nowhere near the cash register. She well knew I was simply waiting for my pickup. She could've just said 'your order should be ready soon'. She then proceeds to get the pole with the rope and puts it to the side of the counter. The way it's positioned really didn't do anything since customers need to past into the dining area. I felt like I was being accused of attempting to steal pickup orders. The order came soon after. Everyone has their standards and to me the entire experience would've easily been positive. Just simple suggestions such as. 'I'm sorry I can't see your name. What is it? I'll check on your order.' 'Sir I'm sorry but you can't be anywhere near the pickup counter. It's policy. I know you are still waiting on your order and it should be ready soon'. So simple if you ask me but rather than risk getting another gust of attitude, I won't be back.

I love some dig inn. I remember first moving to New York City and seeing the well advertised baby pink bags wondering where it came from. Once I was filled in, I tried it for myself and fell in love. This is the perfect place for a healthy filling meal. I was first introduced to the grain farro here so I get it all the time now. With loves of greens and veggies, while their meat is tasty sometimes I skip past it and get an extra veggies because their veggies are just that good. If you haven't gone I highly suggest it and they let you sample anything you're not sure about.

This place turns eating healthy into a cakewalk. Only ordered on Doordash a couple times, having tried the meatball, roast chicken, and salmon bowls. My experience is purely based on having the food delivered and doesn't account for i.e. decor or customer service. That said, this place is AWESOME. The roast chicken is tender and deliciously charred, even eaten cold out the fridge the next day. The meatballs are big and flavorful, and the spicy marinara on them is likewise very good. The sides are likewise fantastic and inventive - the faro, cheesy cauliflower, lemon charred broccoli, mint and mixed green salad, cashew kale salad, and roasted seasoned carrots are all absolutely fantastic. The portions are very generous, both for meat and veggies, and at 14 dollars a bowl for a meal-and-a-half, I'm really happy with the place. I really wish I could give a 4.5 review, because the only thing I've disliked is the salmon. It's nicely charred with crispy skin, but it's so dry as to be essentially inedible. I want to like it because the place is so great and it's healthy, and maybe it's juicier in person, but the only thing on the menu I wouldn't give two thumbs up is that. Don't let that discourage you from eating here though - the variety and quality of the rest of the menu means you could eat here every day without getting bored.

This location closes way before the advertised time (10pm). Very misleading! If you're not going to let customers in at 9:45, your hours should say you close at 9:30. Simple!

Great customer service but for the love of good health why are y'all using soy!? And soy in the salt!? At least give the option to not have the food and dessert come with soy. It's no good for the body.

Food is fantastic , staff is great. Nice local healthy fast food. My wife and I prefer this on a non-cooking night. Price is reasonable and the food is well portioned. It a chained restaurant but again it will not disappoint

The chicken was so good the broccoli was okay some my sweet potatoes wasn't done and the rice was very hard i would only go back for chicken

My goto place for the past two years and I'm finally writing to say yes this has been the longest relationship I've had with an establishment that makes me feel warm and fuzzy. The consistency and taste has been 100 percent since day one, of course all establishment they have had some interesting people on the cash register but the taste and options keeps me coming back for more.

Great tasting and fresh food. Food is worth the 5 stars for fast casual, but what really got me was the service. My order was accidentally messed up given a rush at the store. I called them up and the manager made it right without hesitation. As for the food - The chicken thigh is better than the chicken breast but both are great options. Best broccoli in bk and although they could be crunchier the sweet potato is slammin(g).
