Sandwiches, craft cocktails, rooftop patio, and market

"A sandwich shop offering unique, inventive sandwiches not easily found elsewhere, earning a devoted local following." - Ruth Tobias

"Right next door to Maci is a whole different kind of neighborhood sandwich shop — specifically an eclectic hangout with a top-notch bar and a rooftop deck. Come for the focaccia wraps called dimerolls and the fava bean hummus with puffy pita fresh from the oven; stay for the excellent, not to mention extremely well-priced, cocktails laced with homemade liqueurs and shrubs." - Josie Sexton

"A rooftop patio is just the icing on the cake of this LoHi hot spot — a combination fast-casual eatery, full bar, and neighborhood market that’s at once quirky and au courant. Al fresco people-watching couldn’t be more fun than with a drink like the Limoncello Spritz in one hand and a “dimeroll,” or flatbread wrap, in the other." - Eater Staff

"I'm seeing a value-focused deli coming to the increasingly high-priced LoHi dining scene: Dimestore Delibar, which Chef Tim Dotson—known for most recently creating dishes expertly paired with the drinks at the Family Jones Spirit House distillery and restaurant—and Chris Fuentes (formerly of Tacos Tequila Whiskey) are opening in October in the Boulder Street space that previously housed Low Country Kitchen. The concept will operate as a deli by day (open 11 a.m. to midnight overall) offering $10–$12 sandwiches made with house-smoked meat and fish and selling convenience-store grocery items, then transform into a bar and restaurant at night with creative small plates for $12 and under, beers on tap, and $9–$10 cocktails; the space will feature both rooftop and ground-level patios." - Paul Albani-Burgio
