"Right next door to Maci is a whole different kind of neighborhood sandwich shop — specifically an eclectic hangout with a top-notch bar and a rooftop deck. Come for the focaccia wraps called dimerolls and the fava bean hummus with puffy pita fresh from the oven; stay for the excellent, not to mention extremely well-priced, cocktails laced with homemade liqueurs and shrubs." - Josie Sexton, Eater Staff, Ruth Tobias

Great hangout with eclectic menu of stellar food. Fun atmosphere with choice music and friendly staff provide for an ideal setting.

Google
Fantastic service and great food! Our server was engaging, helpful, and struck the perfect balance of being friendly/chatty without being too overbearing or always present. This was some of the most authentic and genuine service that I've received in a long time. We could tell that he had a passion for both the restaurant's food and cocktails, and was happy to make some spot-on recommendations. I tried the meatloaf sandwich with a side of macaroni salad. The sandwich was incredible--instead of making a traditional sandwich or wrap, they take their bread and flatten it/wrap it around the ingredients to make a wrap-style sandwich with traditional bread. It's a very cool way to set their sandwiches apart as being unique, and isn't a technique that I've encountered previously. The macaroni salad was one of the best that I've ever eaten. I'm a sucker for a traditional macaroni salad, but Dimestore's shell-pasta-with-fresh-herbs combo was a welcome and delicious riff on a classic dish. Honestly, I would come back just for a side of this. My friend had the cheeseburger at the recommendation of our server who RAVED about it. She was extremely happy with her choice and confirmed our server's enthusiasm. The cocktail menu is filled with fun, inventive, and delicious options, and finding $10 cocktails in Denver makes this place a huge draw. Between the awesome server, great food, and fun atmosphere, I'll definitely be back! Almost every dish on the menu looked like it would be a great choice, and I want to try them all.

Google
How is this acceptable for a side when ordering a sandwich , I would rather not even offer it and just stick with some potato chips. There was no bacon on the salad, I was only able to taste vinegar, lol I can’t get over the size of it lol also the potatoes were undercooked, it was bad atleast it made me giggle, the sandwich is also not a baguette ? Idk not impressed maybe I just ordered the wrong thing… It’s a no for me dawg

Google
Delicious!! I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and it was very delicious with the sauces on it, and the bread was buttery and soft. Sides we ordered the bacon potatoes, pasta salad and the housemaid chips. All delicious. The potatoes are a vinegar flavor, vs a mayo based which I was grateful for! The pasta salad was great, with perfect amount of crunch and included fresh dill in it. Housemaid chips, were so good, I wanted to take some home -- sea salt and vinegar !! Ordered a seasonal cucumber drink that was tasty as well -- ask what the special cocktail is

Google
What a great lunch. The bread on the Mediterranean vegetable platter was so good. Need to go back in the evening to try a cocktail.

Google
The food is excellent, every time. Have tried several different sandwiches of theirs, and each one has a perfectly balanced flavor profile with quality ingredients, and is very filling and satisfying. The cocktails and shots are awesome as well - mixed quite expertly. Staff is friendly and welcoming, and they’re great about accommodating food allergies.

Google
I LOVE the sandwiches here. The steak and cheese tastes like a flame grilled steak chopped with chimchurri and cheese, vegetable muffalata is so good and the tuna is also absolutely delish. Craveable. Service has been good both visits 🙌

Jesse Goldsmith

Google
Sandwiches were super dry, pretty sure my Cuban was missing the sauce, the ham and the swiss cheese. It was just pickles and overdone roast pork. Servers suggested “chicken strips” for our 4 year old, but it ended up being a breaded and fried chicken breast that was cut into strips after it was cooked - not the most egregious crime, but it was absolutely unseasoned and also very dry/overcooked. The sandwiches were large, and that’s about the only nice thing I can say.

David J.

Yelp
The Food was soooo good. Bread and butter was unreal. Rolled sandwiches were a new experience. Delicious.

Yelp
This spot has been on the list for a while and we finally made it in on a Saturday around 5- plenty of seating at the bar so we made ourselves at home. Service was quick and friendly and the drinks were whimsical and delicious! Just look at the glittery sparkling drink! Ziggy stardust was the name and happy fun vibes was the game! We had to try some bites as well so we split the Italian Dime roll and the croquettes- super yummy! What a great spot, will be back for sure!

Kirsten B.

Yelp
We were unable to eat here because all tables are high tops. Not disability friendly.

Meghan W.

Yelp
We stopped into dimestore on a whim, when our original reservation elsewhere fell through. What a win for us! The service was wonderful, and everything we ordered was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. My chicken Parmesan sandwich hit the spot. I loved that not only did it have marinara, but pesto as well. my son's burger was served piping hot with lots of cheese! And OMG, the salt and vinegar chips.

Sam J.

Yelp
Such a neat place! Super friendly staff. Food and drinks came out fast. The inside has a unique flare with stainless windows and plant decor. The Kebab bowl was delicious! A friend had one of their sandwiches which was also tasty. Will be back!

Chris S.

Yelp
Can we get more of the quality sandwich craft-personship like this place ? Wow. Simply bomb.... This place is great, service was thorough and fast for the quality of product they produce. I got the Chicken Parm and it reaffirmed why I love pesto. Cheese was all over the sandwich and was amazing. The chips included obviously were great too and very fresh. I was so satisfied I bought the Italian sandwich as well to take on my journey. Make sure to come by this place!

Richard J.

Yelp
Really really great bread here. The bread and butter came with really great olive oil, pickled onions for some sour balance, and crisp salty country ham Sandwich was good but I was hoping more flavor and balance from the fatty meats, vinegar/dressing, and salt level. Love the ambiance and great service. Def coming back but want to try the burger I saw

Alisa J.

Yelp
Had an awesome experience here! Food was awesome and so good. The burger was delicious and was a huge portion. The potato salad was good as well. I had the roast beef dimeroll and I loved the concept of the sandwich. Such a delicious sandwich with a good meat to vegetables ratio. The chips were also great. I had the 2+1 drink which was a solid martini that was very booze forward. Definitely need to be a martini fan. The smoke on the water was cool and definitely Smokey. Get this if you like Smokey tequila/mezcal drinks. The service was a bit slow but friendly. They serve different drinks upstairs vs downstairs which I found odd. The bathroom was clean. They also sell goods downstairs which I thought was cool. Highly recommend!

Christi C.

Yelp
This place is amazing! I thought maybe the dimeroll came from another region, but it's actually just the brilliance of the owner when he noticed the insides of the sandwiches he was testing to put on the menu kept falling out. His solution was to roll the focaccia bread out to make it thin, and then wrap it all up together. The results are delicious and genius! I had the Kalua Cuban Dimeroll, and my fiancé had the chicken parm on baguette, add mushrooms. Both were phenomenal! The Cuban has flavorful chunky pork, and the pineapple sauce is a perfect addition. The chicken parm had thinly sliced cutlets fried to perfection, and it had just the right amount of marinara. Usually my fiancé gets extra sauce on the side, but didn't even need to. The potato salad was interesting.. I like that it wasn't drowning in Mayo, and had a nice flavor. Just not sure how I feel about cold potatoes lol .. lastly, GET THE CROQUETTES!! These were so good, crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside. The ambiance is super cool, I loved all the little details that make this place welcoming and unique. They even have a little market, and we ended up buying (ANOTHER) bottle of hot sauce 10/10 recommend coming to this awesome place!

Yelp
Visit this spot on a rainy day. Wasn't sure what to expect, but based on my fellow Yelpers I couldn't go wrong. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people around 3pm in the afternoon. We sat in the corner and ordered what they're known for, the sandwiches! I went with the classic Italian Dimestore roll and my steak and cheese for the boyfriend. They had outdoor seating, but it was heavily raining and windy. Would be a nice when the sun is out. The host took our order pretty quickly, but it seemed like it took forever for our sandwiches. Or it could be because we were hungry lol. It was 3 after all. My sandwich was absolutely delicious! Generous amount of meat and it was just the perfect combo. The roll was different. It looked like a square sandwich bread, sides cut off, and then toasted. Not complaining, I loved it. My boyfriend liked his sandwich, but it was a bit too heavy for him. It's like a foot long steak and cheese. I took a bite, it was really good but I'd have to agree that it was a bit heavy. I wouldn't have been able to finish half of that. Heck, I couldn't finish my other half! I brought it home for dinner. I re-heated it in the air-fryer and it actually tasted even better!!! I shared it with my boyfriend and he agreed. A few days or a week later, we had ordered two of the Italian Dimestore sandwiches delivered and devoured it at home. I can say that we will definitely and always be back!

Kim V.

Yelp
I mean, doesn't the picture say at all? They don't typically have their chicken Parmesan sandwich as a dime roll but since it wasn't busy when I went in the afternoon, they accommodated my request and it was so worth it! I can't wait to try all the different kinds of sandwiches

Jeff M.

Yelp
Our first time here and wow, so glad we came. The service was fast and friendly and the food was fantastic. I had the reuben sandwich and Lori had the Mediterranean plate. We both loved what we got. You need to come here.

Lauren H.

Yelp
From the atmosphere and fun staff to the amazing food... this is absolutely a must. The dimly light bar and old school hip hop jams offer a chic vibe with really great ambiance. Our waiter was so cute and had no problem helping us make a decision and even coming up with new pairings. We had the Smoked Chicken Salad sandwich, Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, and those POTATO CRÓQUETS!! Oh those potato cróquets were the best... floating in a cheese fondue. We even had house made drinks... the Ginger Beer with fresh ginger and a Cranberry Black Cherry shrub soda. Highly recommend for a date night, girls night, or after work activity! On the way out I was even able to grab some cough drops from the dimestore to keep from running into a convenience mart.

Audrey O.

Yelp
Great ambiance, and delicious sandwiches. This is the best sandwich I've had by far in Denver. I got the Italian dime roll and my partner got the chicken parm. Honestly, the Italian dime roll is as better in my opinion. So so good. Found our #1 deli spot.

Izzy O.

Yelp
The Cuban and the potatoes were both delicious! We went on a slower afternoon and sat on the patio, service was really quick. Oh and the watermelon cocktail was great too. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I'm surprised it wasn't busier when we went.

Jay L.

Yelp
The cocktails are great. the Smoke on the Water is a riff on a Paloma using mezcal and colored with activated charcoal. delicious and looks cool as hell! the Bloody Marys look like they use fresh pressed juice from heirloom tomatoes. also delicious. the food is also good. the meatloaf and Cuban sandwiches (both rolls) have a ton of great flavor. service was slow. but worst of all was the semi-hostile greeting. we walked in at 10:57 for our 11:00 reservation. as we approached the counter a server walked past us and said only "so I guess we're open now" clearly a snarky admonishment for us arriving before 11:00. if we didn't have another couple driving in to meet us we would have turned and left to avoid further irritating the staff.

Renaye V.

Yelp
Holy moly! The best sandwich I've had in a long time! Everything is so so fresh. The meatloaf was super flavorful. The potato salad is exactly what you would hope it would be, a little tangy a little creamy. Just perfect! Let me tell you if you don't get the fritters you are missing out, they are the best thing on the menu. The cheese they are soaking in will make you cry. I was dipping everything in it. The people working there are 100% about customer service. I was impressed. I love the little store when you walk in, you can help yourself to a soda or a candy bar. They just add it to your bill. My son had a lemonade, it was made fresh at the bar! Everything we had was top notch! I can not wait to go back.

Tony M.

Yelp
Smoke on the wall drink. Always go next door but food was amazing scratch kitchen and owners are amazing. Not enough great things to say. Get the croquettes their fucking delicious. Service is great

Stacey L.

Yelp
I was with my friends outside of a bar one night discussing sandwiches, when a lady near us chimed in and said Dimestore is THE best sandwich place in Denver. With her testimonial and these amazing reviews, my husband and I decided to go for lunch later that week. My husband got the meatloaf dimeroll with housemade kettle chips and I got the roast beef dimeroll with pasta salad. We enjoyed both the kettle chips and pasta salad as they were very fresh, great texture, and not too saucy or salty. We were less impressed with the sandwiches as we felt like the sandwiches both had too much going on in them, and ended up being way too salty due to how thin the bread was. Let's talk about the bread - maybe it's a personal preference to have extremely thin bread with tons of filling? But my idea of a great sandwich also hinges on the bread being great, instead of it being treated only as a vessel to hold together the meat and toppings. That's what these dimeroll sandwiches felt like - the texture was like simple white bread flattened and then used to roll together all the sandwich fixings. Another thing that threw me off was that the menu indicates focaccia, when it was barely thicker than a tortilla. The restaurant was overall cute and had a full bar too. There were also some sandwiches and burgers that were served on alternate bread that maybe would have been a better ratio, but the dimeroll sandwiches are their main offering and it just didn't do it for me.

Julia X.

Yelp
This place was really good! I'd never heard of a "dime roll" sandwich before and since google only showed me actual metal dimes in a roll when I tried to look up what it was, it seems like they invented it! HIGHLY recommend the Italian dime roll. I also really liked the pasta salad side. The potato one is good, too, but very sweet and tangy. We tried a couple others (roast beef, cubano) and they were all good, too (~16-17$ for a dime roll and side). The pineapple upside down cake was also tasty and perfectly caramelized and had a great texture, but was a little too sweet for me. They also have a great drink menu I'd like to try next time, and if you ask the server they do also have tasty non-alcoholic drinks available like the strawberry-raspberry shrub (5$ - aka a refreshing soda). Portions are generous! Since they have so much seating, we didn't have to wait at all even during peak lunch and dinner hours. The food also came out really fast! Definitely a good spot if you're looking for a nice lunch. Ambiance-wise, it has a very cute interior with retro vibes and lots of seating. Although the outdoor seating is nice, once the food came we started getting attacked by wasps, so would recommend sticking indoors.

Tony T.

Yelp
Great little Sandwich shop that has some unique bread. I got the kaluha cuban pork dimeroll and it was great, but the meat was a little dry. The bread was crunchy and the meal was filling along with great flavors, but I couldn't get past the dryness

Christine H.

Yelp
Their sandwiches are very filling here. It reminds me of Potbelly's but a more fancy version. Their toast rolled sandwiches are made very well. Their kalua Cuban dime roll sandwich is delicious. Their smoked and braised pork shoulder is really good. Their sandwiches comes with a side. We go the pasta salad as the side and it was alright. I would suggest fries instead. We also got the Yukon potatoes and it was so good bc it was served fresh and hot on a cast iron plate. It comes out sizzling and it is very crispy and the seasoning and aged Gouda adds a nice flavor to the potatoes. So good. Highly recommend. Service was great and our waitress was super nice and sweet.

Matthew M.

Yelp
Amazing sandwich shop in Denver. Sandwiches appear like wraps when first presented, but it's actually delicious bread around the outside. Great venue with indoor & outdoor options. Waiter was excellent, passionate about the food and gave us some great recommendations. Both the Italian and Meatloaf sandwiches were delicious. Side of chips was a great pairing. Will definitely be back to try the other sandwiches in the menu, highly recommend!

Robert S.

Yelp
Fun vibes here and a great eggplant sandwich! Highly recommend coming here in a group during your next lohi outing.

Megan H.

Yelp
I had the roast beef dimeroll today and it was sooo good! The "roll" of bread is so much better than I expected. It's soft enough that it doesn't cut the roof of your mouth, but not boring bread either. And whatever beyond roast beef that was on that sandwich was damn delicious. I chose the potato salad side. Next time I'll opt for the homemade chips - which I tried and preferred. I really want to come back to try the Cuban dimeroll! Cute space too. Rare to find a sandwich spot with cocktails and a dine-in atmosphere.

Jillian B.

Yelp
Came here with my partner last night after a long day of work and traveling after the recommendation of a friend. I am SO glad we did! We each ordered a beer (he got the pub beer, I got the sour) and shared 2 sandwiches. Sandwich-wise, both that we ordered (Italian dimeroll and steak and cheese) were delicious - I'd say my favorite of the 2 was the steak and cheese. We also got the salt and vinegar chips which were probably my favorite side. The cocktails looked good, so I'm hoping to come back to try them (and more sandos)!

Christa R.

Yelp
Our server was awesome: so nice, helpful with the menu, great recommendations. Very casual but modern vibe. Starting with the hummus is the move. The 10 cent whiskey drink on the menu was very well made. Tried the lamb kebab bowls and Italian sandwich. Great for sharing.

Suzanne F.

Yelp
Great spot with awesome food and service. The staff are lovely and the vibe is extra cool. Denise totally rocks!!!!!!

Cassidy H.

Yelp
If you're in the mood for a truly excellent sandwich experience, then look no further than Dimestore. The bread on the sandwiches is divine - perfectly toasted and with just the right amount of chewiness to complement the delicious fillings. Speaking of fillings, the sandwiches themselves are top-notch. Each one is generously filled with high-quality ingredients, making for a truly satisfying meal. And while the prices are on the higher side, the sandwiches are large enough to share or save half for later. And for those looking for a bit of fresh air, the rooftop is a fantastic spot to enjoy your meal with a view. I highly recommend this sandwich store for anyone looking for a truly excellent sandwich experience. While the prices may be steep, the quality of the food and the large portions make it worth it.

Jamie R.

Yelp
Man oh man, this place is my kinda place. Great food, dope music, chill environment, the staff was on point! We had such an amazing time, then to ice the cake they treated us to a tour of the upstairs area. This is definitely a spot I will frequent because they get all the points.

Cassandra R.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick drink on a hot Thursday afternoon. Such a cute spot! It has a vintage meets modern/eclectic feel and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. I got their frose and it was delicious! Not overly sweet at all and so refreshing. My friends ended up with their spicy watermelon margarita and enjoyed it too! Definitely worth popping in for a quick drink - they serve food too (and it looked great) but we didn't order to be able to comment on it.

Matthew B.

Yelp
Maz (I hope I got that right but probably not) was fantastic, provided exemplary customer service and the drinks were awesome! Will be back for sure! Sincerely "foil guy"

Anidas L.

Yelp
My favorite sandwich shop in Denver! Their rolled sandwiches are amazing!! The meatloaf sandwich is so hearty and the Italian is everything you want it to be. The restaurant is adorable and in a perfect area of town. I always recommend people to go.

Mel S.

Yelp
*Outdoor and indoor seating available* Came here after dinner for some drinks to end the night during a trip to Denver in August. Fun menu with a variety of types of drinks. You can also let your server know what type of drink you're looking for (I.e. a tequila-based drink with some citrus) , and they'll create something for you. I ordered a margarita with tajin, which was tasty. Relaxing place for pre or post-meal drinks, or just to hang out since there's plenty of seating.

jackie w.

Yelp
This place is super bomb! Their sandwiches are stuffed! It's a pretty inconspicuous place and we would've never gone here if it weren't for our friends who took us here. The food isn't fancy, but they aren't afraid of big flavors. We had the shared the veggie plate to start and everything on there was a flavor bomb. The houseware pickles are truly some of the best I've ever had. I had the Kalua Cuban Dimeroll and my boyfriend had the Italian. Those things were HUGE and about 80% meat. I could barely finish a half. I think two people can easily split and appetizer and share a dimeroll and be decently stuffed. Definitely a great lesser known casual spot in the area!

Louis N.

Yelp
This place is a gem in the heart of LoHi. I actually live across the street and tried this place as soon as I moved in. Great place for lunch or dinner - dine in or takeout! It has a great atmosphere - super trendy, but casual. We ordered the sushi dime roll which was delicious and different. It was essentially a sushi burrito! The chicken parm dime roll is the real winner at this place though. The sauce is super flavorful, and has the perfect balance of chicken, sauce, cheese and bread. I've also heart great things about the Italian sandwich (but haven't tried yet)

Julia L.

Yelp
Solid sandwich spot in Denver! Their popular rolled focaccia bread (the dimeroll) is toasted just right with a lovely spongey and fluffy texture--the perfect base to a delicious sandwich. You must try their Italian Sandwich!! It's your classic Italian deli meats paired with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. If you like poke bowls, give the Spicy Tuna sandwich a try too. This one was a unique option I was happy I got to try!

Aundya A.

Yelp
Loved their Steak and Cheese sandwich. It traveled well for a to go order. It was extremely tasty and flavorful.

Brenna C.

Yelp
Absolutely LOVE the signature dime rolls - they are the perfect blend of a sandwich and a sushi roll! I can't get over the bread quality and how perfectly it matched with the food. The service was great - Thomas was a treat to chat with and he provided great suggestions! Unfortunately their rooftop space was closed for the season when I went, but the patio was very comfy with casual lighting - they have both fairy lights and ceiling lights to accommodate. Would highly recommend for something tastefully different yet familiar at the same time!

Nikara M.

Yelp
Great quality food with amazing service! Had a nice outdoor patio area with plenty of indoor seating as well. Tried a few things on the menu and was really impressed with the roast beef sandwich. Excited to come back and try more!

Amy D.

Yelp
On the Eater 38 Denver list (as of June 2022). 2-2.5 stars overall, but rounding down. I love sandwiches/wraps, and couldn't pass on an opportunity to check out a "dimeroll", which I thought used thin slices of focaccia, resulting in a different style of wrap. Unfortunately for me, the type of dimeroll I ordered didn't seem to use focaccia, AND they also forgot my pasta salad! I've seemed to have bad luck recently when it comes to incomplete take out orders. I actually checked this order before leaving, but forgot to look for the pasta salad (sighs). In any case, onto finishing the rest of this review. They were busy but not crowded when I picked up my order around 5:30pm on a Saturday. It was about a 15-20 minute wait for takeout when I placed my order through Toast. In addition to having food to order, they also had a variety of different candies and snack items available (some unique and some not). There were also some fancy cheeses available in the refrigerated display at the deli counter (the goat cheese submerged in olive oil looked amazing). My order was mostly ready when I arrived, and I had to wait a few minutes for them to box my dessert since there was a last minute swap (the menu on their website and Toast wasn't up to date). I ended up trying: -Italian Dimeroll (Mortadella, Salami, House Ham, Capicola, Provolone, Giardiniera, Tomato, Smoked Aioli, $14.75, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=RcfB-_UiZwgqozDuEtxevg&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg): Ok overall. Instead of the focaccia, it seemed like they used a couple pieces of thinly toasted bread to wrap around the deli meats. The ingredients all seemed high quality and very fresh, but that was it. Also, since the bread they used as a "wrap" was dry, it scratched the roof of my mouth when taking bites. This was worth trying once, but I wouldn't get this dimeroll again. -Strawberry Pie (w/Graham Cracker Crust, Fresh Whipped Cream): I had actually ordered a slice of their death by chocolate cake, but their online menus weren't updated. I decided to take the swap to the strawberry pie instead, but this was super disappointing! Also, I had paid $9 for the cake, which was already on the higher side price wise, and this strawberry pie was not worth $9 in my opinion. The strawberries were cooked and looked unappetizing since they lost their red color, and they were small and shriveled looking. The slice of pie was already falling apart when I picked it up, and completely fell apart in transit (I didn't bother taking a photo). The taste overall was fine, but very simple- strawberries, graham cracker crust, whipped cream. I wouldn't order this again. I rarely complain about prices, but was really disappointed in the portion sizing here. My friend ordered their roasted cauliflower dish, and it was 5 pieces of roasted cauliflower for ~$13. They also ordered the grilled short ribs, and it was maybe two strips of short ribs for ~$16? I get inflation is happening, and the short rib pricing could be fair; however, $13 for 5 pieces of roasted cauliflower is a little too crazy for me. Their staff was really friendly, and I'm bummed I didn't like the dimeroll I tried. I would come back if in the area and try their smoked chicken salad dimeroll, but am not in any hurry to head back. They did have a huge outdoor patio seating area that looked really nice, and indoor seating was also available. As a plus, Little Man Ice Cream is only a block away! Parking in this area can be difficult- there are street parking spots, but they are competitive to find.

Yelp
We kind of stumbled across this place accidentally and were looking for a chill place to grab one last drink before we headed home. The outside isn't much to look at, but we saw an upstairs patio that grabbed our attention so we figured we would give it a try. The patio is spacious and though the view isn't particularly incredible (it's surrounded by high rises so there's not much to see), it's the perfect place for a cool evening outside! Their cocktail menu was pretty unique. Most of their drinks use "shrubs," which none of us had ever heard of (they explain it on the menu), that make their drinks a little different than most. I ordered a whiskey sour-esque drink known as the Deadwood. I LOVED it! My friends got the House of the Rising Sun Sangria and the Rhubarb Tonic Spritz. They both loved theirs as well! Service was good, from being seating immediately to getting our drinks ordered quickly and our bill right when we asked for it. Overall, I would love to come back to this place and would bring friends here if I lived in the area!

Athena W.

Yelp
Holy buckets. This is what sandwich dreams are made of! I love the way they wrap their sammies. Idk if their bread if different but how the heck do you flatten it and wrap it around?!? Tell me your secrets!! We grabbed two Italians and ate them the next day. Shame on me for waiting a day to eat it. The sandwich is frigid HUGE. We really could've split 1 Sammy between 2 people. I was sooo full after eating a 1/4 of it. I ended up retoasting the sandwich which made it perfect. If you eat it hot and fresh it's probably perfect. Filled to the brim with delicious deli meats and your choice of sides. Im a chips person so I love their salt and vinegar Probably more salt than vinegar. We also got the pasta salad which I felt indifferent about. Great, friendly staff. I'm sad we didn't enjoy their patio!! We will be back to sit down and enjoy the hospitality.

Yelp
Our new favorite spot! My favorite sandwich so far is the Smoked Chicken Salad Dimeroll. We're slowly trying them all. Also, they have sugar free Longdrinks, which they add a bit of lime juice to-- so refreshing. On Sundays we found that they have Redzone on, and it's super chill. The ambiance and staff are great, and the product is awesome. Going for my birthday this weekend!

Yelp
I had the best Philly cheesesteak of my life at the Dimestore Delibar! I hope to go back to Denver just so that I can go to this restaurant again! The cheeseburger was also delicious - it's really does taste like a better version of the McDonald's Bic Mac. If you're in Denver don't miss out!!

Yelp
A good lunch We were heading to a different place for lunch and found a rather long line. One in our group started checking around online and found an available reservation at the Dimestore. As a visitor to Denver I am finding things different than back home, including needing reservations most places. It was a good Plan B, the Dimestore is a good place to eat. They have cylinder shaped sandwiches - lol. The place was pretty loud with music playing and people talking when we arrived. We settled in and got our drinks. There was a delay in ordering food, one server thinking another took it, but once that was realized apologies were given and things moved along nicely. I got their Italian and it was rolled up in what they call a Dimeroll. Wrapped in paper, it looked really good. I also got their housemade salt and vinegar chips. For my food, vinegar was in short supply. I didn't taste in with the chips and even asked the opinion of others at my table. I was told by a local it is usually pronounced, today it was not. My sandwich, while still very good, also lacked the liberal amount of oil and vinegar usually found on an Italian. I wondered if that was intentional so the wrapping paper didn't get soaked. Anyway, we really did enjoy our visit, glad we were able to get in for lunch.

Yelp
Tim and the team went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriends surprise party was seamless and so much fun! I rented out the rooftop for my boyfriends birthday and had ~23 people. Tim worked with my budget and created an amazing menu of specialty high quality cocktails and plates to suit everyone's needs. They were accommodating to some of my special requests and helped me decorate the upstairs patio before guests arrived. All of the food and drinks were presented incredibly and the service was amazing. Having our own bar to order from was awesome and they took care of all the cleanup afterwards. They truly care about you as a guest and are flexible to find a solution that works for you financially while still making the party super fun! All of our guests were wowed with the food and drink selection and loved the urban rooftop feel. I was already a happy customer but this event sealed the deal in terms of creating a loyal customer for life. If you're looking for a great space to host a party or just a casual lunch with delicious food and beverage, Dimestore Delibar will deliver well above your expectations! Thanks so much for the amazing party and planning such an amazing event for us, it was a true highlight of the year and made it so easy and stress-free for me as the host!

Yelp
They have plenty of indoor and outdoor dining options and a bar to top it off. They specialize in sandwiches, but have some tasty looking apps on their menu as well. HOUSE MADE POTATO GNOCCHI - The pesto was delicious and not overpowering. It was a delicious dish full of flavor. The gnocchi was fluffy and perfect. CHICKEN PARM on BAGUETTE - Super cheesy and delicious! The pesto was the perfect addition to the dish. The chicken was on the crispier end, but still great and filling. Each sandwich also comes with a side. The pasta salad was good, but not life changing. MEATLOAF DIMEROLL - The meatloaf wasn't great. I'm usually not a meatloaf fan, but this won me over. The combination of jalapeno slaw and hoisin sauce really made the sandwich amazing!

Yelp
Stopped by dime store for a quick lunch and has the steak sandwich with chimichurri which was the best I've had in a while. Everything on the menu sounded good and even started off with the croquettes and fried tomatoes which each had their flavorful sauce. The shop reminds me of a traditional deli with a modern twist to it, check it out if you're in Denver.
