Where to Find the Best Cacio e Pepe in Miami, Florida | Eater Miami

"Nestled in Miami’s charming Morningside neighborhood, this unassuming restaurant might be mistaken for a private residence at first glance. But looks can be deceiving: the cozy establishment serves Italian cuisine in a quaint and intimate atmosphere, including the fan-favorite spaghetti cacio e pepe." - Amber Love Bond

Osteria Baiocco - Review - MiMo - Miami - The Infatuation

"From the outside, Osteria Baiocco looks more like a sorority house than somewhere to get surprisingly great pasta - it’s a big brick building with white columns that quite possibly teleported here from Georgia. Inside, though, there are all the hallmarks of a neighborhood Italian spot: copper pans hanging on the wall, servers in white button-downs, and wine stacked to the ceiling. The space might be quirky, but the food here is straightforward and delicious. Start with the I fritti romani, a crispy little sampler platter of perfectly fried things like zucchini flowers, cod fish, and a tomato rice ball. Then move on to the fantastic pasta - the gnudi di spinaci e ricotta are delicious little spinach and ricotta dumplings and we could probably eat about 300 of them." - Ryan Pfeffer

Came to celebrate a birthday with the family. The atmosphere is beautiful. I felt like I was back in Italy. Such a cozy, romantic environment. The pizzas were amazing. We got the Margaritas and the Beatrice. Exceptional service from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Extremely attentive waitress. I would recommend this restaurant as your next stop…whether you are a foodie, want to impress your significant other or want to spend quality time with your family. Also kid friendly. I wish them success.

Hands down the best Italian food in Miami! The atmosphere is unmatched in the city and if you are looking for a great date night, birthday, work event, or just grabbing a few glasses of wine, then Osteria 56 is a must. The comfort of feeling at home while you are out is rare nowadays, so highly suggest making your way over there !

Osteria 56 is a very cozy restaurant located in a beautiful house. They have indoor seating and a lovely patio with tables outside. Food and service are really good and the prices are extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend this place for casual, laid back dinners.

We had a great night, food was on point, we tried pasta, fish and appetizers, all fresh and tasty. Service impeccable by Cristian. Good music, not too busy for a Tuesday. 5 starts

Osteria 56 is the kind of place you want to keep as your little secret, but it deserves to be known. Run by the owner himself, an Italian who clearly pours his heart into every plate, this restaurant delivers the best Italian food I’ve had in a long time—without the fluff, fake pizazz, or gimmicks you often see in “trendy” spots. The dishes speak for themselves: simple, authentic, full of flavor, and clearly made with love and respect for tradition. The atmosphere is warm and unpretentious, exactly how a real neighborhood Italian restaurant should feel. You’re not distracted by over-the-top décor or Instagram-bait presentations—just honest cooking that makes you feel like you’re in Italy. This place deserves to thrive. I truly hope more people discover it and support it, because restaurants like Osteria 56 are rare gems. If you care about real Italian food, you’ll fall in love here.

Great place! The owner, Pino is amazing and super nice. Gina our server was extremely friendly. The food was great and fresh. It is very hard to find places where you feel welcome in Miami nowadays and this was the exception. Would come back for sure

Real Roman cuisine made by a Roman chef. Italian owned and mostly Italian staff. You won't see chicken parmigiana or marsala here. This is the food of Lazio with a few Tuscan dishes: homemade pastas including mezzi rigatoni alla Amatriciana, tonarelli alla carbonara, coda alla vaccinara (Roman style oxtail), fried zucchini flowers stuffed with anchovies and mozzarella, lamb ragu, and several other authentic dishes. The carbonara is the best I've ever had, better than the incredible renditions I've had throughout Italy. The food is consistent and downright fantastic from the appetizers to the homemade desserts. Extensive list of reasonably priced wines. Service is relaxed yet attentive with excellent Italian hospitality exuded by the owners and manager. Atmosphere is very Italian and on a Saturday night, about 75% of the patrons are Italian. Simply the best place to enjoy authentic Roman food and wine in Miami. A real gem.

Google
A great location inspired to a traditional Italian restaurant. You can find the original Italian taste there, with fresh and selected ingredients, but also with a remarkable attention to innovation and details. Extremely good service, I would highly recommend.
