Went for a special occasion. Definitely one of the coolest places on the strip. Well designed classic diner decor, exceptional staff. Menu is quite simple. Had their version of pigs in a blanket and loaded potato croquettes which were fantastic starters. Went with the Buffalo schnitzel main with disco fries and was quite pleased. Even had some rollerskating disco folks cruise through the diner. Prices are not cheap, however it's a neat place to visit for a special occasion. And the bar is really nice and well stocked too.

We love all of the Spiegelworld restaurants and bars, but this is our new favorite! The food was absolutely incredible. Super unique takes on traditionally boring dishes surprised and delighted both of us dining. The cocktails were unique to this venue and were perfect. Our waiter, Alfredo, was the icing on the cake to a perfect evening. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we were well-taken care of—a rarity in this day and age. We cannot wait to return and have already recommended it to many people we know.

The hot dog stand entrance is super fun. The restaurant itself is such a vibe🙌🏻 very colorful, retro, artsy and upbeat. Great service from the bartender throughout the night.👍🏻 Every dish ordered was delicious! The George sandwich with loaded fries, hot dogs in a blanket, and fresh bread with thee most sweet n tasty butter. SO good 👌🏻 nice portions too. The best part is you don't have to watch the show in order to dine at this restaurant. No wait on a Saturday night to sit at the bar. Many people are dressed up in their 70's outfits, alot of fun seeing all the cool styles🤗 it almost felt like going to a 70's diner speakeasy 🕺🪩

This place was so freaking cool! The theme was 1970's - the decor was such a blast from the past! The food was so good; tastes, flavors; really impressed. Had mussels and fries for an appetizer and this is definitely a shareable; portions were huge. Dinner - tried their schnitzel and that did not disappoint! Desserts - banana pudding milkshake & Yuzu NY Cheesecake. The milkshake had little vanilla wafers mixed in; so delicious. My cheesecake had a lemon flavor glaze and it was just the right amount, coupled with the thickness of the cheesecake. My cousin had the Mac & cheese for his appetizer & a burger for dinner - it was so good.

Considering this was the recommended place to go pre-Absinthe show and the great reviews, I was extremely disappointed. The best bit was the staff and the decor. The Baked Potato Croquettes were cold and, as you can see in the picture, the cheese ontop wasn't even slightly melted. It's like they forgot to put it in the oven. The Brick House Chicken was warm, but not very flavoursome with... anything? We could taste chicken and that was it. The Fried Olives were OK, but the pork sausage didn't really work with the olive. We would have said something but needed to shoot to a show, and being British we don't like making a fuss. Also the lighting was really bad for taking pictures, everything just looks washed out.

Fantastic and delicious! I felt compelled to write a review immediately and we’re only half way thru the meal! Claudia was our bartender who was awesome! I had a Gringo Peligroso drink which was off the menu but she recommended…yummmmm. We also had the Midori Negroni which was also sweet smooth and yum. We ordered the Popovers (huge crispy but airy dough puffs) with salted butter and citrus jam (which I’m not a typucal orange jam fan but this was perfectly balanced and delicious). We had the baked potato croquettes and the tuna tartare (so flavorful and refreshing), ahi tuna, shallot, lemon, yuzu, mustard, and herbs…one of the best tartares I’ve had. We also ordered and shared the Steelhead Trout which was moist and tender, the rice around it was impeccable…caper, lemon, white wine, marcona almond (lovely texture addition) rice pilaf. It didn’t feel heavy and definitely hit the spot. For the side we ordered the French Onion Soup Mac which was fire! So flavorful with caramelized onion, gruyere, and cavatappi. We also got to sample the Appletini with Ketel One, electric apple, cinnamon, txacolina, and white balsamic…a great cocktail. This place it top tier! Great service, amazing vintage retro ambiance, feel good vibes…an experience of taste and an adventure of flavor. Dress it down or dress it up. A lively and super inviting place of rich comfort! We will be back time and time again! Love it here!

Wow...what a disappointment. The vibe is not anywhere near the Disco Days. Songs from the 60's playing (Age of Aquarius). Absolutely NO disco over the course of 2 hours. The drinks are pricey, which would be ok if they were delicious. The dirty martini salad was $17 and came complete with old lettuce. The patty melt was super peppery. The vibe was so dull that even the people who came in in disco attire sat silent next to us. Wow, did they miss the boat on this place. Atmosphere was dismal, food was below average and prices were way too high for the product. What a mess.

My husband has been dying to try Diner Ross since they announced their opening; I finally took him last weekend for his birthday dinner. This was a great meal with exceptional service in a diner that truly transports you back to the 1970s. The music selection was also on point; not too loud though so it was easy to still have a conversation. We loved how much this diner felt like a true speakeasy. First entering Disco Show in the casino, heading up the unmarked blue stairs, then walking through the lively disco show to the hotdog cart / hostess stand. The energy was electric and we loved it all. Our waiter, Alfredo, was super friendly and informed us of some of their popular cocktails as well as their specials. For cocktails, I had the Wallbanger which was perfectly crafted and great for sipping. My husband had the Mancuso Margarita; he's not typically a margarita guy, but he absolutely loved this. We started with an order of popovers with salted butter & jam. At first we were like, "Eh, this is okay", but the more we ate the more addicting it became. For my main dish, I had the Steelhead Trout. The fish was cooked perfectly and the almond rice pilaf complimented it so well. My husband had the Fancy Meatloaf which was hearty and delicious. He practically licked his plate clean. Since it was my husband's birthday, they surprised us by bringing a slice of chocolate peanut butter cheesecake. Absolutely divine. Everything was fantastic and we will absolutely be back!

I absolutely loved Diner Ross! A) Big Fan of hers B) food was BUSSIN (at least) Came on a Saturday night with co-workers after making a reservation earlier in the week! Decor: 70s themed of course - even down to the cocktails and mocktails. Definitely insta worthy Drinks: The LSD was to DIE for! Refreshing, slightly creamy and tasty! HIGHLY recommend. Food: Started with popovers - which I've never had before but were definitely good. Its just bread though. Its GOOD bread, but just bread. I'd recommend ordering only if you can share bc they are THAT big. Came with butter and orange salted marmalade which was pretty tasty. Not the biggest fan of orange marmalade though. For the main course I had the fancy meatloaf and babbbyyyy. It did not disappoint. I'm not a big gravy fan but damn if this wasn't some of the tastiest gravy I've ever had. They weren't lying about it being really good! Meatloaf was tender, juicy (not falling apart) and was the homiest meal I could have ever imagined having at a themed out spot such as this. NO regrets! Service: We had the sweetest, nicest, most informational waitress that did NOT disappoint! Shout out to Mikayla! You made our night on top of the drinks and food. There is a disco themed show associated with the Diner that we didn't go too but there were a few people rolling around on roller skates as a quick entertainment while we dined which I loved!

5 stars and shout out to the bartender, MATT. He listens what you like and can customize your drinks. He is very attentive, friendly, and professional. Love MATT's off-menu specialty passion fruit colada (light on alcohol when he knows I don't drink). It's refreshing and perfect with the taste of coconut, very enjoyable even I am not an alcohol fan. Very nice vibes and spacious inside, I actually prefer the bar seating, no wait and with good views and services. 4 stars for the food. A hit and miss menu. The streak fries and ribeye are good. Popover is as good as the ones in BLT. Tuna tartare, you can pass. The foie gras (it's more like jam and cream) is flavorful but too fattening. The fried Olivers are on the salty side, a bit too salty. The bone marrow (the BOSS) is a bit dry.

Fun place! To be short, go for the show and environment, not the food. Don't get me wrong, the food here is fine but not what makes me recommend this place. If you want a unique experience in a cool old school vibes diner with people roller blading around, then this the the place. The server we had was good too, but nothing out of ordinary or expected of a strip restaurant. I wanted to try something special - so naturally got the mushroom risotto. It was good - definitely better than what I would have at home. I liked the uniqueness to it however did seem out of place when looking at the rest of the menu. We also tried the dirty martini salad and it was excellent. Never had anything like that ever. Like I said, go here for the experience because it's a fun spot! Food was as expected but wont blow you away.

The bar offers a full menu to customers. Most people prefer a table for comfier seats but the bar stools provided just the same. I ordered Steak Frites and as the restaurant is a diner, I had lower expectations. Well I was very wrong to think that way because it urpassed my expectations, and so here I am enthusiastically recommending it! A friend also ordered the rib eye and I was told that was excellent as well. The vibe is fun and takes you back to the 70s.

Went here in a Friday around 7pm. Plenty of seating available and definitely had a late 70's vibe. The music tends to be loud so if you remember where you were when you first heard any songs, you might agree. Because I heard they charge extra for mixed drinks, I stuck with a beer. I ordered the trout and an aside of green beans. The trout was perfectly cooked but after a few bites, all I tasted was salt. Ditto for the green beans and the risotto. I would try this restaurant again and order something else.

This is a newer concept restaurant/bar/show in the Linq alleyway strip. Looked very promising - 70s retro disco style place with retro furniture, artifacts, servers, menus and studio 54 style. Food (3.5/5) - comfort food type menu - Fancy Meatloaf - wagyu, mashed potatoes and gravy. Not sure about the wagyu part tbh... it was a bit of an odd tasting piece of beef, with ok mushroom gravy over mashed potatoes. - Green Goddess Wedge Salad - smaller sized portion, decent mix but pretty average Goddess dressing. - Cherry Paloma Cocktail - was pretty good - liked the mixture and taste. Service (3/5) - it was a bit slow and not super attentive given it was not busy at all when I went. Get the sense some of the staff is newer and still feeling them out. Atmosphere (4.25/5) - it's a good layout and I could see it being a good place for groups. The neon lounge when you walk up the stairs is pretty cool and could be fun. You can also buy tickets for the show if you wanted to grab dinner before or afterwards. Overall (3.5/5) - it's a promising place and might improve with time. Sounds like a good place to hang out with a group for some drinks in the lounge.

Ate at Diner Ross three times since I loved it the first two! The last time was not like my first two experiences, hence the three stars. I went with different people and got to try some other items not pictured, but will mention. Favorite starters: mussels, steak tartare, then surf tartare (salmon). The mussels were honestly SO tender and extremely flavorful. The leek sauce was so delicious, I used my spoon to eat all the sauce. Steak tartare was a close second. Excellent quality meat and the freshly shaved horseradish was a nice touch. Their sure tartare will be the daily special. First time I had it was with salmon and I much prefer this version. Tried the tuna the third time and it just wasn't as good. Plus the wonton chips were overcooked the last time. Favorite mains: trout, meatloaf, and buffalo chicken schnitzel. Cannot recommend the trout enough! Perfect portion, delicious risotto, and crispy fish skin. What else could you want? The meatloaf was an excellent surprise. Initially ordered the chicken and had to send it back since it was so dry. Thought the brioche stuffing would save it but each piece exploded with oil, it was genuinely inedible so the meatloaf really saved the experience. A friend had the buffalo chicken schnitzel and it was massive so got to try some! Had just enough heat and was done quite well. Favorite dessert: chocolate mousse on the second visit. It was PERFECT. More on the dark chocolate side plus it was a nice, thick mousse. Unfortunately, when my friend got it on the third visit, it was more like a sad pudding consistency and it was too sweet. The apple pie shake was pretty good and I loved the chunks of apples you get at the bottom! Skip the yuzu cheesecake unless the recipe goes under massive revision. The blueberry pie was also disappointing since it was congealed like jello with loads of blueberries in it. Not sure if it should've been warm when served but I didn't finish it and didn't want the leftovers. Overall, it's a fun theme restaurant that really transports you to New York in the 70s, not that I was ever in NYC in the 70s, but this is definitely the vibe. Everything was so thoughtful from the decor to the silverware, it truly is something to experience. Price wise, it's expensive even for it being on the Strip. Glad I went and tried all the items. I'd recommend this place if anyone wants to try a unique diner experience, but don't see myself going back for a meal any time soon.

Solid choice. I've enjoyed 2 dinners at Diner Ross and I got to try some really good stuff! My absolute favorites are: * Fried olives stuffed with sage, pork sausage, brioche, saffron anchovy aioli. * Surf Tartare: firecracker, cornichon, horseradish, caper, mustard, salted egg yolk * Mussels and fries: PEl mussels, saffron, leek, cream, french fries * Filet mignon I got to try more than what I listed but these are the ones that stood out to me. The fried olives are perfectly fried and savory, the tartare melts in your mouth, the mussels are NOT overcooked, and the filet mignon was cooked just how I ordered it. There's tons of great options and I'm sure I'll be back soon to try more!! To drink, I ordered the Cherry Paloma - el tequileño blanco, agricole, grapefruit, cherry squirt, vanilla, black pepper. I enjoyed it and I'd order it again. For dessert - the blueberry pie was my pick!! 10/10

Wow...what a restaurant. Just recently opened a week or two ago, this wonderfully themed restaurant transports you back in time to the simple, nostalgic era of the 70s. The decor, the furniture, the mood lighting and best of all, their playlist (think Steely Dan, Stevie Wonder, The Supremes, Thelma Houston etc)...anybody who's longing to go back to the simpler times will enjoy dining here. Located at The Linq casino level...you can't miss the entrance! It's like a disco ball...literally. As you pass by the disco ball (perfect for social media pictures) and enter through them doors, the entrance looks like a dingy NYC subway...but head up the stairs and check in at the hotdog stand for Diner Ross. Reservations recommended. Dinner menu is kind of small but still plenty of options. We were here to grab a small bit to eat before going to the 9:30 PM DiscoShow. So we shared the following: -Baked Potato Croquettes. LOVED IT. I'm a sucker for anything potatoes so this was right up my alley. Although I wish the temperature was a bit hotter. The potatoes inside the croquette almost tasted cold. They need to monitor food temps better. -Pibbies (basically your pigs in a blanket). Also really enjoyed this. -Grilled George- it's basically a chicken salad in sandwich form. The bacon was crisp and cooked to perfection. Loved the smoked flavor too. This comes with a hearty portion of french fries. In addition to food, I ordered a Sesame Street Fever mocktail. Thank you for having a small section of alcohol free drink concoctions because not everyone drinks for one reason or another. But for those who loves alcohol...definitely check out their drink menu. Their cocktails all sounded really good! Service was attentive throughout the night from all staff. We are locals and will definitely plan to make a return visit. I want to try their Disco Fries which comes with gravy, caramelized onions and cheese and I'm eyeing at their Blueberry pie/Mango Sticky Rice Pudding. Everything we ordered that night will definitely order again (just please make the potato croquettes hotter temperature). What a vibe!

I enjoyed the speakeasy experience heading into the diner. Both times I've visited, I've enjoyed the staff, the snacks, and the overall ambiance of the place. I'm hoping to return for the full disco experience sooner than later!

Decent option for those with tickets to the Disco Show. I thought the price point was a bit high for what I'd describe as an attempt to upscale diner food. For example they charge $22 for half an ounce add on of caviar to basic potato croquettes. The ambience and service makes up for the overpriced decent diner food. The place was very authentic, I felt like I'd traveled in time to the 70s. There are so many photo ops and both the employees and majority of customers dressed up in 70s disco gear. I'd probably eat somewhere else and come for the show if I had to do it again. However decent and super convenient option for those with tickets to the show.

If you're heading to Spiegelworld's DISCOSHOW at The Link, Diner Ross is a must-stop for dinner to get the full 70s experience! The whole place is decked out in disco vibes, so be sure to dress up and snap some pics - the lighting and decor make everything look disco fabulous. We tried the Brick House Chicken, and it was perfect - juicy, well-seasoned, and came with a brioche stuffing that gave total Thanksgiving vibes. We also had the Fancy Meatloaf, topped with what they call "really good gravy," and they're not wrong! The mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery, just the way they should be. If you're going to DISCOSHOW, Diner Ross is the perfect spot to start your night in 70s style!

Fun spot! Great music playing while you enjoy a good meal! Party of 8 all of us really enjoyed our food brick chicken, meatloaf, mussels with fries and old fashions definitely will be back! Shout out to our waitress Britney!

Decor is amazing. Loved the subway noise on the stairway up. Service was fine. Server forgot part of our order but comped the part she forgot. The popovers were amazing!! The steak frite was chewy but the fries were good. Loved the French onion Mac and cheese.

Finally got to see The Disco Show and eat afterwards at Diner Ross tonight! Amazing! Such a great time and the food was incredible! Congratulations to Ross Mollison for winning Best New Show and Best New Restaurant! Everyone in our party had a blast. Please support these amazing venues and their equally amazing performers and staff!!

Cool place. Nice environment and the food is good. Wait staff was excellent. They took care of anything we needed.

Started to see the IG press for a "diner style" restaurant on the strip with cool NYC vibes and I signed up immediately. The joint has not been open too long and is on the higher floors of the Discoshow building presented by Spiegelworld right next to the Linq Hotel/Casino. I had zero idea that this place was associated to Spigelworld so was a tad confused on the day of reservation but let me assuage on a couple of fronts. The joint is serving up good eats, fun vibes, solid prices, and fun for all (even young ones like toddlers who are able to enter) so come ready to chow down. The joint is up a flight of stairs and go through the "bar gauntlet" as there are bars on the various floors. This spot is right next to the hot dog stand.... Yep you heard me right but it makes it really easy to find at the top of the stairs towards the back left when you see the hot dog stand. The moment you step inside, it feels like a diner but upscale/classy/cool like you are part of the "it" crowd. They have booths/bar spots/ and regular tables and love the attire of the wait staff and the entire diner vibe that they nailed out of the park. The Service was top notch from greeting all the way through completion of the meal. The menu is broken down by smalls, appetizers, salads, mains, "wink wink (i.e., sides), dessert, classics, steak and then a few other one off items. After perusing the menu, decided to go with the recommended bartender hibiki old fashioned, and the pibbies, French onion soup mac, buffalo chicken schnitzel and the fried olives while rounding out with the funnel cake for dessert. The old fashioned drinks were good (maybe a tad sweet) but loved the fusion twists to it. The pibbies were good old fashioned pigs in blanket with the mustard sauces. Spot on the money although I was hoping the Wagyu may give it a punch above the typical belt. The fried olives were actually freaking amazing. Loved the olives, loved the slight spice of the sausage and the flavor compound, and loved how it was lightly fried. Delicious. The French onion soup mac was good but I wish the flavor of French onion nature came out more. It was still a crowd pleaser but there were some bites that felt like regular mac and cheese and others that were the fusion. The fusion works for the bites you get. The Schnitzel was good... lightly breaded, good balance of hot sauce without overpowering. I wish they had given more celery and blue cheese as the schnitzel was a hearty portion but the veggies got skimped on. Nothing wrong with what they are doing maybe some more greens =). The funnel cake was massive and delicious. Standard eats. I kinda was hoping the funnel cake would be warm and gooey (lol maybe greasy in typical standard) but it was cold albeit it still good. Still no complaints enjoyed. All in all, this is a fun joint. I was excited by the vibes but left satisfied with the food. They are a relatively new entrant in the market so I am sure they will tweak up the menu more and they are not far from a 5 in my mind. This is a solid 4.5 (slightly rounded down) but don't let that fool the need to check this joint out and give it a proper nod. I'll be back soon.

How ya gonna go see Spiegelworld's Disco Show and not grub out at Diner Ross? If you're wondering if you should, I recommend you do! Full disclosure I love Spiegelworld, the shows, Superfrico, I always have a great time and Diner Ross was no exception. It's a fun 60s themed diner that you'll feel comfortable at if you go all out disco or wear your comfy jeans and a shirt. I'm an omnivore who likes to eat vegetables and I tend to eat vegetarian 90% of the time. A true vegetarian/ vegan might not have a great time eating here but I didn't ask to see if there were off menu or vegetarian options for meals so I can't say for certain. We started with a beer and a canned midori sour. Canned cocktails can be hit and miss and midori sour is typically so sweet and tart to me but the recipe included Thai basil so I hoped it'd be less tart than a traditional midori sour and thankfully it was! The pibbies and potato croquettes kicked off our dinner, we enjoyed both! My husband had the meatloaf and I had the French onion soup mac- there wasn't a scrap left on either of our plates. I tried his meatloaf and I swear I've never had a better meatloaf in my whole life! We ended a very filling meal with the mind eraser cocktail and funnel cake. Even though we were " so full we couldn't eat another bite" we cleaned house on both items! We had a friendly, funny and efficient waiter and got to talk to the manager Anna who seemed to make an effort to connect with all patrons. She made us feel like stars and made it an extra special experience . If you are looking for fine diner dining in a fun flashback ambience- this is it! You've found it, now go enjoy

This place was pretty darn cool! From the check in being a hot dog cart to all the fun outfits the staff were wearing, this place makes you feel like you're in a 80s diner. Our waitress was very nice and informative. I got almost everything on the menu, and almost everything was good. The only 2 things I didn't love were the martini salad (it was A LOT). I couldn't figure out how to eat it. It was too much. Also, I wasn't a fan of the lobster hot dog. I was pretty disappointed by it to be honest. Everything else was good- from the drinks to the yummy milkshakes! Also, I will be coming back for the chocolate mousse dessert! It was perfect!!

Where to begin! My husband and I were thinking of canceling this reservation because we had never heard of this place! And it was recommended when we bought our atomic saloon show tickets. We are beyond happy we didn't cancel this! The potato croquettes with caviar was so good! Then I got the most tender filet I have ever had! I am snob when it comes to food. That filet was well seasoned and just phenomenal! My husband got the ribeye and it was so good! We picked to have his cooked chefs choice. So glad that is what he picked! Mashed potatoes were creamy and yummy! Then let me tell you about that French onion soup Mac and cheese! Out of this world without a doubt! For dessert we got the Peanut butter cheesecake and the mango sticky rice pudding! And our server is Brisa is nothing but amazing! Knowledgeable on all the food and drinks! 100 out of 100 recommend this place! Telling all of my friends about this place! The vibe and ambiance is so freaking cool! Love this place!

I have some good things and some not so good things to say about Diner Ross. 4 stars because the food and experience was so cool - but the surcharges were a put off. Good things: We loved the food. Had the popovers, shrimp on the rocks, the steak tartare and the meatloaf. All were wonderful and tasty. Loved the sauces with the shrimp and the firecracker saltines with the steak tartare. A fantastic meal. Service was attentive and good, and the ambiance very cool. The not-so-good: Where the popovers were good, they were lukewarm. I think popovers should come piping hot with a steamy inside. The drinks. Ugh. I ordered 2 well gin martinis, (straight up) asked for 3 blue cheese olives but only got 2 each time. For the first martini (well gin) I was charged $23 with an extra dollar surcharge no idea why... The second martini - exactly the same order as the first was $22 with an extra $4 surcharge - no idea what for? The waitress said the surcharges were possibly for mixed drinks but she didn't really know why... but a straight up gin martini is not really a mixed drink (no vermouth). And even if so why were two of the exact same drinks charged differently? We were going to argue but didn't want to miss the show (which was great btw). So beware! If you order drinks order straight ones not mixed unless you want to pay at least $4 more. If a an establishment wants to charge $26 for a well drink put it on the menu - please don't hide it.

Definitely check this place out! Diner Ross brings the 70s disco vibe to life with walls covered in 70's memorabilia and classic 70's hits playing throughout. We were celebrating my friends birthday so we decided to check this place out before the show. We shared the ham cheese and brown butter. Literally that, a plate of ham, cheese and covered in a brown butter sauce and the Tuna tartare. Worth it for the price as you get a heaping pile of tuna with wonton chips to load the tuna onto. It was crunchy, yummy, and everything we wanted. Dessert was the highlight of our meal. The banana milkshake was a banger of a shake - every sip was a delight. Honestly I think their drink menu is where they really shine. I forgot the name of the drink but it was a bubbly cocktail with rum, pineapple juice, topped with shaved coconut - it was like a party in a glass. I also tried one called the LSD which was a tangy, yogurty, almost earl grey kind of drink. Not like anything I've had before! It was well-balanced and refreshing! Our server, Mikayla, was attentive and had a great attitude. She made sure we were well taken care of and even joined us for a quick dance when our favorite song came on. Definitely a guaranteed night of fun!

I had a great time here during its first week of operation. The employees I spoke with said it was their first day. The downstairs bartender at the subway bar highly recommended the burger, and that turned out to be a great suggestion - the burger was really fantastic, with great flavors and well constructed. The other people at the bar next to me were having a great time trying lots of the specialty drinks and most of the menu. They mentioned the mac and cheese was great. This is a full bar and can make anything you can imagine. This restaurant was built to compliment the DiscoShow next door, and it focuses more on the diner feel than the look of a disco, but they do have old albums from the 1970s all over the walls. Highly recommend you check out this place - it's worth a detour, even if you're not seeing the DiscoShow!

Ambience was great - music was on point! Food was off the charts fantastic. Service was top notch. Would return and bring a bunch of friends. Recommend!

First, kuddos to the designers of the interior- totally nailed the 80's vibe to a tee! Very authentic. Cocktails looked super unique, great names but elected for Cab which was OK especially at $29/glass. Menu items a little eclectic and some not on par with the dining theme . Food order - 4 stars. Fried olives w sausage - such great flavor/sauce too - so we ordered 2x. Surftartar - ahi was fresh, enjoyed. Steelhead Trout - excellent, well portioned, cooked perfectly, caper almond rice was light but delicious. Croquettes - Ok. Not true croquettes, fried mashed potatoes curds topped with bacon, chives, sour cream. Mildly flavorful. Popovers - Big bread portion but not light, fluffy, butter or warm. We didn't try the jam. Dirty Martini Salad - definitely tasted like a dirty martini. Too salty, not enough blue cheese, vinegar heavy - just missed the mark. Chocolate Malt - the glass and metal mixer cup must have been warm because the malt was not cold and way too runny. Meal plus 3 wines $242, tip $50. Service 3-5 stars. All staff were super friendly, attentive and never felt rushed. We spent about 2.5 hours enjoying our experience. Two improvement suggestions, our main waitress was sweet but young and needs more training on the menu, flavors, customer recommendations. Second, luckily we were in a booth for 4ppl but only 2 of us because not one plate or cup was ever picked up! Dirty dishes and empty wine, soda, seltzer water glasses sat in the table until we stacked them up and asked for the check. Removing used tableware as new dishes rare served is pretty basic. I would recommend however, overall a fun dining experience. And the music playlist really elevated the mood.

Avoid going here! There are so many good places to eat in Vegas and this place is terrible! Food is bad. Terribly overpriced even if it was good. Bad service and I was sick middle of the night after eating here.

LOVED this whole 70's experience! My husband and I came here for our anniversary and loved every bit of it. The service was great and our anniversary was acknowledged in a special way by the restaurant. Food was good, definitely get the French onion mac n' cheese and the funnel cake! For drinks, we tried the cherry paloma and the mind eraser, both very tasty.

Such a cool spot! The decor and vibes are so much fun, it's very unique. The food is amazing - don't miss the steak frites (especially that au poivre sauce) or the baked potato croquettes. I'm not a huge Mac and cheese person, but the French onion soup Mac and cheese is insanely good. The mango sticky rice pudding is so unique and so yummy, don't miss it. The service is so great! Everyone is so friendly and nice.

To get to this restaurant you have to go through a very fun 60s New York subway themed bar, and I'd definitely suggest stopping in there and getting some cute photos in the phone booth. The restaurant itself is also very cute, and our server was very accommodating and helped get us through in a short amount of time so we could see the Disco show in the same area. We had a couple cocktails, and the flavors were phenomenal and well balanced, but of course, the cocktails were all in the $20 range because you're on the strip. We shared the disco fries and the French onion Mac and cheese, and both were phenomenal! I don't even like onions but I loved the Mac and cheese. The fries were shoestring and had cheese and caramelized onions and gravy. We had to eat a little faster than I would have preferred, and at the end with one fry, the small Mac and cheese, 2 cocktails, and 1 tequila shot, the bill was almost $100, so be prepared for that if you end up eating a meal there. Overall, I'd say this is a fun experience and I hope the show continues to do well!

Wow, prices are way too expensive for drinks and food. Be prepared to pay $100 for 4 drinks and $140 for 2 entrees and appetizers, bill was $240!!! Dam! Eat before you come to Disco Show anywhere else but there. Otherwise my stars are for service, ambiance and flavor of food. Don't order the champagne colada it is just a block of ice with shaved coconut with very little drink. Paloma was good I would recommend if you do drink there. Although it is convenient to be next door to Disco Show, I would not eat there again unless someone else is paying lmao.

Wow...what a disappointment. The vibe is not anywhere near the Disco Days. Songs from the 60's playing (Age of Aquarius). Absolutely NO disco over the course of 2 hours. The drinks are pricey, which would be ok if they were delicious. The dirty martini salad was $17 and came complete with old lettuce. The patty melt was super peppery. The vibe was so dull that even the people who came in in disco attire sat silent next to us. Wow, did they miss the boat on this place. Atmosphere was dismal, food was below average and prices were way too high for the product. What a mess.

This place is so underrated. The food is awesome. Try the trout or meatloaf! The decor is so cool! Our server, Brisa was amazing.

A new shiny on The Strip! Seated at a booth. Ordered- $18 LSD cocktail: An easy sipper, lent a very brief buzz. $17 Dirty Martini Salad: Good balance of ingredients, strong and clean tasting. Filling. $16 Pibbies: Elevated pigs-in-a-blanket, perfect flaky pastry, probably heretical to transform wagyu into a hot dog though. $18 Chocolate Malt Shake: Great diner-style, including the leftover shaker which filled the glass again. Delicious. Value: Not bad for The Strip; up for the salad and shake, side-eye for the Pibbies (I felt the wagyu is used to justify the price); cocktail prices aren't too out of line but actual volume may not be wonderful. Atmosphere: Immersive. Went through a realistically decorated trashed subway station and up a service stairwell to reach Diner Ross' hot dog stand hostess podium. Restaurant itself had that 70s vibe, from harvest gold tile, orange and dark teal seats, formica tables, bakelite handled silverware, cheesy plastic-covered menus, and obligatory period knickknacks crammed into every available nook. Servers were decked out in hot pants, sequins, and glitter. Bathrooms on the other hand are outside the restaurant, into a part of the Linq which looked sad and abandoned; gave me a very creepy sensation. Service: Attentive and friendly from everyone.

Love this place! Great disco music vibe. Food really good! Cocktails are amazing! And staff are really friendly and attentive. If you want a fun American Diner in the centre of the Las Vegas strip, this is it. And the disco music vibe adds to the enjoyment as you can't help wanting to sing-a-long and dance!!

Great concept very poor execution. Given this is a themed restaurant and the prices we expected better service. We did not make it pass the appetizers. They were enough to show us we made a poor choice for our meal. The Boss is a plate of 6 grilled oysters, roasted bone marrow and steak tartare. How could you go wrong? RIGHT? Ordering it here is how. Four of the 6 mini oysters had bits of shell in them. The flavorless tartare was served on a hot bone. The Roasted bone marrow was blah. If you like a plate that is more toast points than anything else you can get better bread and save yourself $90. We also had the Popovers and added the Foie Gras. The pot of Pate was more hard fat than pate. The miniscule amount of pate was too cold and just crumbled instead of spreadable. The best appetizer we had was the deli sliced ham and cheese covered in brown butter. We did not venture any deeper into the menu. These dishes should have been no brainer hits. The Wallbanger cocktail was good but the Champagne Colada tasted like something you would have found on the floor in the 70's in a Time Square peep show booth. If you are looking for style over substance this is your place. Vegas has much better food at this price point on the strip and far better food and much less then you would spend here off the strip.

Like a step back to 1970's. The decor is amazing. Retro without being cheesy. Larger than expected. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. Not very strong but delicious. Fun place to get a bite before the show. However this is for tourist with tourist prices. If you're looking to have a retro fun night on the strip check it out. For locals it's a bit too pricey.

There's no where on the strip that you can walk into and feel like you've been transported back in time to the disco era. The drink menu is OUTSTANDING. Something for everyone. You can tell by the ambiance that everyone is having fun. Very instagramable as everything is worth taking a picture of. A must on the Vegas todo list

I visited Diner Ross last night to celebrate a close friend's promotion, and we had an amazing experience. The entire diner is 70s themed, and the employees are dressed on theme as well. We were served by Marciano, and he was just great! He helped explain all of the dishes to us and was overall really attentive all throughout our dinner. Though I could probably say all the food was a 10/10, I have to say my absolute favorites were the bone-in ribeye (aged 28 days I believe, according to Marciano) with foie gras, and the coconut sticky rice for dessert. We had a great time and I would definitely return!

Wow, those prices are crazy expensive. Who tf can afford $35 burgers and $40 to $100+ entrees? Only wealthy people, obviously. The food looks good and I'd like to try this place, but it's way out of the price range of most working class people.

Truly a unique dinner experience. Cocktails at the subway bar downstairs were delightful! The restaurant itself has such an amazing feel to it, and the food was to die for. You've GOT to try the burger and the banana shake! Order the cherry Paloma if you enjoy tequila!!
