Best East Boston Restaurants Delivering During COVID-19 - Eater Boston

"With locations in Back Bay and East Boston, this pizzeria is offering no-contact delivery around the area. Want to liven things up while trapped in a house with the same people for many months? Try ordering the aloha pizza — sliced prosciutto, pineapple, red sauce, mozzarella, Romano — for a fun game of “does pineapple belong on pizza?” Another option is the Fenway frank pizza: sliced Kayem all-beef franks, sauerkraut, sweet relish, white onions, and a drizzle of mustard. Order: Official Site" - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

Dirty Water Dough Company - Review - East Boston - Boston - The Infatuation

"The citizens of Boston used to consider the Charles River too polluted to drink from, so people drank beer at all hours of the day instead. Talk about a fun work week. If you are employed in a place with more stringent policies, you can still enjoy some IPA at lunch at this corner pizzeria, which utilizes beer instead of water for its outstanding thin crust. The Dirty Taco pizza - with chili ground beef, sour cream, and Dorito crumbles - is the ideal complement to any sports-related festivities. Dirty Water also has another location on Newbury street." - Joel Ang

We stumbled upon this small pizza place and were so glad we did! The quality of the pizza was excellent. We ordered a slice of cheese, a small veggie pizza, and one other small pizza (can’t remember the name!) , and each one was fantastic. The crust was perfect, the toppings were fresh, and the taste was incredible. Definitely a must-try for pizza lovers!

We had a gluten free pizza, and it was delicious. One of the best gluten free pizzas I've ever had. They were also super nice and opened the window for us. Excellent service.

Absolutely terrible experience — will never be coming back. My girlfriend and I decided to try this place today, and let me just say — it was a complete disappointment, all thanks to the cashier. From the moment we walked in, her attitude was cold and dismissive. When my girlfriend politely said “thank you,” the cashier didn’t even acknowledge it — not a nod, not a smile, not a word. Just blank indifference like she was doing us some huge favor by being there. It felt like she thought the front counter was a stage to satisfy her ego, not a job where basic courtesy matters. Everyone else working there was actually nice and friendly, so it’s a shame one person had to ruin the vibe for the whole place. We overheard her bragging about how she used to work at the Starbucks in Seaport — which happens to be my all-time favorite location. I know that store, and I can 100% understand why they probably let her go. With that attitude, it’s no wonder. I’m not taking this review down until she learns how to treat people with basic human decency. Nobody goes out to eat to be disrespected. Do better.

It was our first visit to DWD Co and we got 2 pizzas and a disco fries! All of us really loved the fries! Huge portion sizes too! The pizzas were good too, the dough was just thick enough to be perfect and not too doughy! Will definitely visit again! Also, my friends and I spent quite a lot of time in the restaurant and I would like to thank the hosts for being so accommodating and making are time there most enjoyable!

The gluten free crust was AMAZING! It does have dairy, incase you’re avoiding that. They also have dairy free cheese! I got a white sauce it was also amazing. I’d definitely eat here again! My husband loved his classic pepperoni pizza

Great take out spot, usually very fast but most recently took over an hour to be delivered and pizza was ice cold so probably won't order here again. The style also changed for the bbq chicken, the bbq sauce is now spiraled on top of the cheese instead of under it, and that's a major turn off and gross to me.

Had a quick pizza and wings dinner before our trip back home to Pittsburgh. Pizza is great, highly recommended. Thin and cooked perfectly, nice and greasy cheese. Was surprised how good the chicken wings are, far better than most places. Have a super thin crust on them and a nice fried flavor. Didn't realize the dining room is tiny, it's not a full size eat in restaurant as I thought it was, based on the Google maps details I saw.

I ordered food on door dash, it came quick and pizza was good no complaints really. I also ordered a caprese salad with turkey which I figured was cold turkey (deli meat) it was hot shredded turkey. It had good flavor but the salad came wilted and very warm. The container was soggy and salad was completely wilted and too warm to eat: no one wants to eat a warm soggy salad! I’d recommend putting the meat in a separate container instead of on top like they did mine and notating that the meat is warm and not cold. As it should be cold on a salad. The cardboard container was soft from the steam of the meat so maybe using a plastic container for the salad also.
