Tried Discount Moto Gear for the first time to buy my second helmet. My experience with Discount Moto Gear was night and day better than my experience at the first store. Bryan was extremely helpful and offered benefits of one helmet over another. They didn’t have the model and size I needed so Bryan offered to order two sizes I might need as I was between sizes. Then he would text message me when the helmets were in so I could try them on. I received the text message when he thought they would be in and I went in and tried them on. The experience was great. I was also surprised that the price I thought I was going to pay was discounted, less than, the online manufacturer price. I highly recommend Discount Moto Gear.

Jennifer was amazing with showing the gear and helping me find the perfect size with helpful sizing tips. I honestly wasn’t planning on purchasing anything yet and just wanted to window shop and figure out my sizes but with how great the customer service was I would of felt guilty to leave empty handed. I was able to get the brand that I wanted for really affordable prices. Honestly, they were top 3 for best customer service I’ve experienced. Probably will go to them to buy the rest of my gear and any future needs. Beginner rider friendly 11/10 recommend!

Went in yesterday to pick up a jacket for a friend. I was greeted by Brian who took the time to make recommendations for me when the jacket I came for was no longer available. I appreciated the fact that he showed me several other options that were in my budget and not once did I feel like I was being sold to, instead I felt like his only intention was to help/educate me. They don’t make customer service like that anymore. I ended up coming back later and had the pleasure of meeting his wife as well. The vibes were immaculate, and I felt like I was visiting with friends. I highly recommend supporting this small business! 💜

Bryan and Jennifer are the best! I had come in to look at some gear, and they told me I could request anything from the website stock, since I couldn't find my sizes in store. Jennifer helped me out on the phone picking out the best jacket and gloves for my experience and interests as well as answering all my questions. I have bought all my gear from here and the prices + service are unbeatable. It's owned by Jen and Bryan who are the nicest people you will meet and will help you with anything you need gear wise! Feels good coming here to support a local business, they even give out free drinks if you want.

Really cool shop and bigger than expected, drove down and stopped in today was greeted by two very friendly staff. Mainly went to try on some Merlin motorcycle jackets and while they did have a few styles they didn't have anything above size xl to try on. It was a bit odd as before I went to the store their site said and still says they have two different styles of Merlin jackets in 2xl. So I was only able to try on XL in store. Hoping they get more sizes down the line and get the site sizes updated, May have saved me a trip.

Team has been absolutely great. I'm new to Riding and they have done nothing but help with all my gear and bike questions. They have a great selection of gear and if they don't have it in store they can order it for you to try with no obligation to buy. The priority is to make sure you leave happy. Also they always have great deals on a lot of their gear. Great value for what you pay for.

This store is awesome! My husband and I randomly dropped by and have been coming back for the awesome deals and service. The owners, Bryan and Jenn, are great! They are so informative, friendly, patient, and just awesome people to talk to about bike related stuff! My husband loves to visit them whenever he gets the chance to visit the area and prefers to support local businesses. Too bad they are a bit far from us, otherwise, we'd be here every week! Prices are great and they also have an online store too with a wider selection. As a woman, I would say there's a good amount of items that they have in stock to try on such as their jackets and pants. I got myself an XS Z1R leather jacket (I'm 5'4") for less than $100 and it fits perfectly. Also I can use it for non-riding. There's a good selection of gloves and helmets as well (please see my photos) and range from budget friendly to the more pricier ones. Additionally, they have other items such as tank bags, suits, back support, cleaning products, headphones, etc. Fitting room/bathroom is also very clean, I mean, the whole store is clean! And there's plenty of parking. The store is located in a business park and can be a teeny bit difficult to find since the sign out front is a bit small, but definitely spacious when you walk in! Overall, highly recommended if you're in the area and need some new gear for good prices!

I needed to buy my first Motocycle Helmet. Service was excellent! Bryan took the time to explain my options and important information about what to look for in a helmet. Bonus he installed my Pinlock on the spot! They had an outstanding selection of helmets is a big price range. Shop looks small on the outside but they have lots of gear... from my starter LS2 helmet to super cool Arai helmets. Price was as good as I found anywhere else and the service makes this a GO TO shop.

Rarely you go to a place where the reviews of the staff and owners are actually true. Jenn and Brian hats off to you and how you run a premium store for a baller on budget prices! Highly HIGHLY recommend Discount Moto Gear if not for the whole sale discounted prices than for the wholesome service. ; )

I found what I had hoped for, with a little bit more. I am a new rider in SoCal, looking for safe footwear and a winter jacket with padding. I visited the shop on a Saturday afternoon, and a representative addressed my needs within appropriate time to entering and browsing the store. My biggest takeaways- being able to try on the gear, the patience and insight from the representative, Jennifer, and my stellar deal on a nice pair of dress/leather boots plus a leather winter jacket with top tier structural padding. Feeling confident and valued as a costumer at Discount Moto Gear. Cheer!

I found this place on Google maps and was so glad I did. The owners were so nice and helpful. I didn't find exactly what I wanted in stock, so they gave me a discount code to order online. The online selection is great. My order arrived within a few days. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Wandered into this place by complete accident. Spur of the moment e-scooter ride and I needed a helmet. I searched Helmet/ Moto shops in the area where we were meeting and found this place. I haven't ridden since I was a kid, so I def needed help figuring out my size and what exactly I needed. The staff was great from start to finish, from measuring my head to giving their recommendations. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on something I didn't need or want. They listened to my needs and gave honest answers. Ended up purchasing a really nice helmet at a good price. I later searched Amazon and other local retailers for the same helmet and this only made me happier with my decision. I will definitely be returning to grab some additional items I will need when I get my own e-bike.

I heard about this shop from someone I work with who strongly recommended it. I stopped in and was greeted by Bryan who gave me a quick tour of the shop. He showed me the different types of gear and accessories they have and let me know they can order pretty much anything they don't have in stock. They feature many brands and have gear for different riding needs. I found a cool pair of Kevlar riding jeans for a deeply discounted price. Beautiful new shop!! The owners were extremely friendly and honest, a rare find these days. Be sure to call and make an appointment as the hours are limited on weekdays. They are open longer on weekends I believe. They have a variety of very nice merchandise and go out of their way to make their customers happy.

My wife found this place and was blown away by the selection of moto gear here. She insisted I come and see for myself. I too was impressed with the selection, prices and quality of gear they have in stock. I ended up buying a leather jacket with included protection at an unbeatable price. Bryan and his wife are friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. My wife was looking for a moto hoodie, they didn't have any in stock so they offered to order a selection for her to choose from. We're thankful for finding and having their business locally and a superior competitor to Cycle Gear. We are telling anyone who will listen, to check this place out.

Do not waste your time going to cycle gear and spending that hard earned money on the same gear you can get at this spot. I have a young nephew who just started and had a 300 dollar budget for his new gear. Went to cycle gear and the it's either jacket or helmet because you cannot afford both here. Came to discount moto gear and got him a helmet, gloves jacket and even riding shoes for me for 315 . Check them out please. The couple that run the business are great people too!

Bryan and his wife gave me and my husband awesome service. When the boots and gloves I purchased last minute for my husband we're not precisely his favorite colors, Bryan helped us with the refund and ordered another color easily. Service was fast as well. The variety is great too.

I recently bought new gear after a big move and getting back on a bike. The owner instantly came right up to me ,greeted me and let me know about the selection/ the store. We spent most of my time there talking bikes, family, and he showed me his personal collection and gear which was a great time! I checked out and the price out the door was beyond cheap for what I bought! I walked out a very happy costumer and will definitely be coming back!

Don't let the hours of this business cause you to think twice about going here. They people inside are awesome and allowed me to try on any piece of gear with a fridge of drinks that they offered me. They took their time to show me the inventory that they had and measured my head for the correct helmet size. If they didn't have something you were looking for if they could order it they would. I am going to come back here for more gear I need in the future since their prices are very competitive.

IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!!!! I will be getting any and all of my future riding gear from here! The amazing and incredibly welcoming couple here at this spot are THE BEST! Along with being incredibly knowledgeable they were patient with the million questions I had for them on their products. They were not worried about getting me to spend the most money possible like every other store out there. They only wanted to give me as much information as possible as well as help me find the things I needed to feel completely protected on the road! They genuinely care about your safety while you are out there riding. Along side of their outstanding customer service and warm personalities they had such quality products at prices you would not believe until you go in yourself. DONT waste your time going to any other store out there even if you have to ride or drive hours away I promise it will be well worth your time! I can't thank them enough for truly being the nicest people I have ever come across especially in a merchandise setting. Not to mention they had a fully stocked fridge for anyone that came by which only shows how much they really do think of you as not just a customer but a guest in their home. I was even informed that they can order certain brands to their location so even if they do not have in stock they will make it happen! THANK YOU!!!!
