Terrible parking for disabled people, way overpriced. No disabled veteran discount as required by state law. Uneven ground and potholes everywhere making it VERY difficult to navigate the half mile we had to trek to the ship from the parking spot. Train tracks caused a 1 hour delay just to get there once you're on the island. However... the people working to check in people for the cruise and the security folks, all very nice. Way nicer than Florida or California. Hideous ugly view of decrepit buildings and burned out industrial areas. Embarrassing. One guy came over to me in my wheelchair. He worked for the port, I wish I had gotten his name. He gave me a challenge coin and thanked me for my service. Very nice indeed. But the terminal... yuk.
