"Disney’s new, slightly deranged hotel experience is the most fun you’ll have at Disney World. After disembarking, I made up for the vitamin D I’d sacrificed onboard by visiting the Magic Kingdom, where Cinderella Castle and Fantasyland felt banal and pedestrian compared to the ship’s intricately designed interiors; even Dole Whip was bland and uninspired after days of biting into sweet orbs with surprise centers. There’s some kind of magic in a bottle happening within that cruise-hotel’s walls and I, a middling Star Wars fan, somehow left inexplicably changed by it. It’s nothing if not aggressively inventive, which is remarkable for a franchise with this many corporate cooks in the kitchen. Despite some necessary story retooling that could streamline the experience, Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is delightfully unhinged — the highest compliment I can give the biggest entertainment corporation in the galaxy." - Carlye Wisel

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff throughout were more than helpful. Check in quick and easy. Phone as a room key we thought was a good idea. Early park entry is always a plus. Food was good and reasonably priced. I found the shuttles were in high demand and I was shocked how far the hotels are from the parks, but this wasn’t an issue. Fantastic stay and would book again.

We had a fantastic experience at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay feel extra special. There was a scavenger hunt that kids loved. We were celebrating my family member’s birthday. After we requested it, the resort displayed name on the TV screen with birthday wishes — such a magical and thoughtful touch! They also gave us a birthday bag that included birthday pin and a sweet note, which made the celebration even more special. Disney’s attention to detail and kindness made this trip really unforgettable. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for fun, comfort, and a bit of Disney magic!

Google
The room was very clean, besides dead flies in the floor. Room was pretty tight for three people would not recommend more than that. The service- check in line went extremely slow only a couple workers. Our encounter with Kayla made up for it. She was very professional, thorough and helpful. Location was great we use the bus for majority of everything. We had a great time at the pool, plenty of chairs, towels, and great service.

Google
We have never stayed at a Disney resort but chose All Star Sports Resort for the value. We are so glad we did!! The room was perfect, the staff was super friendly, and the restaurant was just wonderful! So, no the rooms are not huge, but honestly, who goes to Disney to stay in the hotel? Not anyone I know. We go to visit the parks and use the hotels to sleep and shower which is what made this hotel perfect!! The decor was great too! We stayed in building 7 room 7362. We had a view of the "football field" so it was fun seeing everyone playing outside! There are 2 pools on the resort, an arcade, a restaurant, a gift shop, a bar area, big chess board, so many things to do!! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Google
Enjoyed the ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort – Fun Vibe, But Long Wait We recently stayed at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, and while the overall vibe was fun and budget-friendly, we did run into a pretty frustrating issue – we had to wait two hours for our room to be ready after check-in time. After a long travel day, that was not the best way to start the trip. The cast members were polite, but the delay definitely took away from the Disney magic. Once we finally got into the room, everything was clean and as expected. The theming is cute, especially for kids – lots of bright colors, oversized sports icons, and a fun pool area. The food court was decent, with solid quick-service options that worked well for our busy park days. The resort is large, so be prepared to walk a bit depending on where your room is. Buses to the parks were reliable but could get crowded, especially during peak hours. If you’re looking for a value resort with Disney perks and don’t mind a more basic setup, All-Star Sports is a decent option. But keep in mind the room wait and crowds – it’s a popular spot, especially with groups.

Google
We enjoyed our stay. Our room was exactly how we thought it would be. We had no complaints. Staff at the hotels are always super friendly. It's a nice bonus being allowed to go to one of the water parks on check in day. Free parking is a huge bonus too. We will definitely be back next year.

Google
Stayed here with my family of 4 last week. It is newly renovated. That staff is excellent. Everything was super clean. Busses were reliable. My only complaint is the food. Most things are really over cooked. It's cafeteria style so I wasn't expecting gourmet food but even for cafeteria food I found it bad. I would still absolutely stay here. I would just plan more dinner at the parks.

Google
Hotel wasn't cleaned. Their was also a roach in our room. They did change our room but the next room had dead bugs on the ceiling. It didn't seem like I was staying at Disney, even though this resort is 3 star I would've thought better

Allie G.

Yelp
Don't sleep on the value resorts! Hotel room was clean, housekeeping attentive. Bus service is so convenient. On our last day, our car battery died and they came out and jumped it for us! Pool was great, complimentary life jackets included.

Janae W.

Yelp
Gave 1 star because a housekeeping staff member stole my phone. We really enjoyed our time here in Orlando other than housekeeping stealing my iPhone I use for work from our room while we were away. The property was nice, clean, front desk staff was welcoming & we loved the amenities. With all the great things said about this place, we will still never come back here, nor recommend this establishment to our friends/family. I can't stand a thief! 1 bad employee offsets the 100 good employees here on site The phone was left on the bed before we left around 7am Saturday morning. We returned around 3pm & the room had been cleaned & the phone missing. The phone was fully charged prior to leaving that morning.... When we returned, it was going to VM as if had been powered off. We have been unable to track the location of the device as it has been disabled somehow. We were here w/our football team. We had 10 rooms booked within our group. We ate lunch & dinner at the cafe on site. We spent a looooot of money collectively here at the Disney establishment. All for us to experience a janky housekeeper. One bad staff member ruined the entire experience for us. We were able to file a claim with the resort manager & I filed a police report. The manager of the housekeeping staff contacted me less than 24hrs after I reported the incident (which I appreciate) saying no she was going to investigate & follow protocols for situations of this nature. I'm pending a follow up call from her as the crew who cleaned my room that day had not been questioned yet due to scheduling. Apparently the person(s) were off at the time the housekeeping manager was made aware. Leadership has been so apologetic but an apology does not change the fact that property was stolen. Disney, your employees are a reflection of you. AirB&B next time FOR SURE.

Yelp
Zero complaints. I've stayed here a few times while visiting Disney or going on Disney Cruise. Rooms have recently been remodeled and will comfortably sleep 4 (a preferred room). I had a room on ground level, right by the pool. Room was very clean and all was in working order. I do wish they had mini fridges though (no pun intended "Minnie"). Pools are very well maintained with lots of seating. I think I paid like $8 or $9 for a high noon. Food prices are reasonable but alcohol is expensive. Shuttles run on time about every 12 minutes or so. It's very close to AK and about 10-15 min to Disney Springs. Rooms are extremely inexpensive. This is a great hotel for families on a budget.

Linda R.

Yelp
This is an affordable, on property, fun place that is perfect for kids! I loved the enormous football helmet and astroturf field that even had a field goal. Perfect for kids to run around. Outside, they also had a giant chess board, a Connect 4 game, and a pool. Also, on location, they have a game room and a food court with plenty of seating and kid friendly food, including burgers, pizza, and pasta. One of my favorite things is that they show Disney cartoons. Also, you can buy a refillable drink cup. Because they are located on Disney property, the Disney buses will pick you up and take you to and from the parks, which is super convenient!! One of my favorite experiences was early in the morning we went out to wait for the bus and were greeted by dancing and singing All Star Resort employees!!

Cristin G.

Yelp
Rooms are a great size, convenient shuttle to the parks and Disney Springs, and yummy food options.

Yelp
I'm sorry but this resort needs to be $25 a night - the rooms are dirty and the walls are thin! In our first room, their was a long hair hanging off the clean towels in the bathroom, at night it was awful b/c I could hear chairs moving in other rooms, the air conditioning clanking on and off and I could even hear the toilets being flushed in the room next door. I asked for a new room, somewhere more quiet and I was provided with one but that room was also dirty - hair on the phone and coffee stains on the table, at 6am I could hear someone actually using the restroom in the room next to us and the toilet flushing! I thought it was odd that the rooms were roughly $100 a night but now I understand why. I was impressed that the room did include a pull out bed, that was nice to have but other than that...I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have multiple children and are on a budget.

Damon W.

Yelp
I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms aren't very big, but for the two of us it was perfect. The different themes of the hotel were nice, from the football field to the baseball field to the tennis courts.

Danielle V.

Yelp
A value resort but of course with the Disney magic. The rooms are spacious and super clean and have Disney feel. The pool was great and the quick service for breakfast had good food. Everything about this hotel is great, the only downfall it is far away from most of the parks and Disney springs. The location isn't the best, but for the price I will come back!

Jamie F.

Yelp
This is always a moderate priced hotel for what it is worth and this was our 6th time staying here but this time I think was by far our worst stay. I always ask if we can get a room with a king sized bed because my husbands height being 6'8 but our request was ignored and that's find but the AC in our room hardly ran, between our bathtub not draining while we attempted to take a shower. The food was decent, and it was great for the pricing but will prefer one of other resorts in the future.

Jessica P.

Yelp
10/10. This resort was amazing. The cast members were all incredibly friendly from the front desk, room service, food court, poolside and to the bar. I will come back and recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast was really good and the portions are great. I forgot to take pictures of the room but everything was clean and nice and perfect for four people (two full beds). The shuttles to the park run every 15-30 minutes and sometimes they will come ahead of schedule so you're never waiting too long!

Holly And T.

Yelp
So this is a great place to stay but it is losing a star for two reasons: Price. So this is supposed to be the place where you find value.... It at $260 a night you will find this to be extreme. The housekeeping is every other day (still with the Covid clause....) and then there is the distance. It is pretty much the furthest from anything else disney. You will find that you will either drive yourself or take a 45 min ride minimum to get anywhere. Rooms are nice and beds are firm. It's clean and you can skip the lobby with the check in online.

Brenda R.

Yelp
The convenience is hands down the best part of staying at one of the Disney's resorts. This is one of the more economical resorts so the rooms are very small. The coziness did give us more family time so that's a positive, and the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly from the moment we stepped in their doors. Transportation to each park from the resort was easy and fast! The food was repetitive and not many clean eating options so by the end of the week we didn't feel our best. Nice pools with a lifeguard always on duty and they stayed very vigilant. The resorts look was awesome and super creative and immediately felt like we were in a magical world. The pictures you find of the report are exactly what they look like in person so you do not have anything to worry about.

Scotty L.

Yelp
I stayed here over the summer, and I chose this place because it the cheaper of the Disney hotels. I enjoyed your stay as you get some of the same amenities like the bus ride to all the parks. The pool is nice in the Florida heat. You do get the out country cheer teams but they don't really bother you except for the noise. The preferred room was close to the entrance and had a microwave. This was my 4th time staying here and I do truly enjoy the theme of sports

Nghet N.

Yelp
I have traveled all around the world and this place has the worst customer service. From the rooms not ready at check in to horrible customer service at the bar. As a parent that is spending all this money for their child to enjoy themselves. We should be able to get a drink and not have to wait 20 mins to be served because the system that these two Bartenders have in place just doesn't make any sense. It wasn't busy. I am a bartender my sled. U am very understanding. Disney I really expected better than this. The experience that you display on ads. This isn't it. You fooled me. From the moment I step out of the taxi. I didn't feel the magic. I felt it when I first saw the welcome to walt Disney sign but that was it. Going to make the best of this trip. But never again.

Scott C.

Yelp
First time staying here since the update. The rooms are really nice, as nice as all the others. Big improvement and definitely the best value resort.

Miya J.

Yelp
My first time staying at a Disney property and my visit was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. They offer buses to and from the parks however it does take a while to get one coming back from the parks to plan accordingly. My biggest complaint is having housekeep knock on my door @ 8:30am to ask what time I was checking out when check out if scheduled for 11am.

Vicki M.

Yelp
This moderate budget hotel is perfect for the price and for the amount of time you plan to spend in the hotel. The hotel rooms have been renovated since I last stayed here in 2016. Our room had one double bed and one double trundle bed that pulls out from the wall. So basically 2 double beds in the room. Both beds we very comfortable & we had no trouble sleeping after long walking days at the parks. The rooms were clean and adequately stocked with towels. There's a hairdryer and an iron. Huge screen tv and a dresser with 3 drawers. There is a coffee bar with lots of cups, sugars, teas & coffees. There is a refrigerator & a room safe to lock up your valuables. For the amount of time spent in this room, it was a great value! We were pleased.

Jono B.

Yelp
This is a very good hotel when trying to save a few dollars for your Disney trip. The positives are as usual the bus service to and from the parks and Disney Springs. There's a cool digital photo op available in the hotel lobby. All Star Sports is the first of the moderate hotels along the All Star resorts (Sports + Music + Movies) so consider that if you want a "quicker" arrival and return to and from the parks. It's not a 4 star hotel in comparison to legit 4 star hotels but given the context of the hotel you know you're getting, this is a 4 star for its value. Preventing it from a 5 is the fact that A/C is motion sensored. Meaning when you're sleeping, the AC and/or fan is liable to cut off since it's not sensing motion. A pet peeve of mine. Even moreso in the summer when the temps are blazing. It's not fun to have the ac cut off while you're sleeping. I found a hack for this though (just search on YouTube "how to bypass air conditioner motion sensor) and was able to sleep like a baby the rest of my trip after the first night. Also another negative is the walls are a bit thin, meaning if you have a noisy family or neighbor next to you, you're likely to hear them. Those are my only two grievances though. There is no microwave in the rooms. Only a pretty small fridge. You'll have to walk to the food court to warm any food and you will have to be cerebral in any food you need refrigerated since the room fridge isn't exactly spacious. The rest of the resort was great. If you're like me, you are spending your day mainly at the parks anyway so this hotel does it's job in that it feeds you and sleeps you. The food court is typical standard food that Disney has been serving for decades now. If you are a foodie and want great experiences, you're better off looking elsewhere to eat. If you just need something to satisfy your appetite, it's a good food court. The hotel's wifi was pretty good throughout my duration as well. Nice pool area (not as nice as some of the higher priced Disney hotel pools but a pool is a pool). Gift shop has good Disney merch and trip necessities. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and so long as I'm not rich, I'll always utilize the moderate Disney hotels for my Disney trips. Especially when staying at a moderate Disney hotel gets you early morning access to the park just like the higher resort hotels do.

Yelp
I was unfortunately not very enamored with our recent stay at this resort - I have stayed at the other 2 All Star resort options and generally had a better experience. Maybe this one was a bit of a perfect storm of nuisances. After-COVID measures are still in place including limited (if at all) cleaning of the rooms. We were there for 5 nights and they came by every-other day to empty the garbage/replace towels, but beds weren't touched...prices don't match reduced cleaning frequency or thoroughness. Our bathroom had a couple of bugs (spiders/wormy things) in it, which ok, Orlando is basically in a swamp. Still creepy. Add to that a clump of hair that was clearly missed in cleaning...just felt icky. The nearby ice machine for our building was down the entire stay. The whole place just felt on the neglected side. However, in its defense, it has one of the better layouts when compared to the other All Stars, especially for us penny pinchers that don't spring for a premium room - their standard rooms aren't as far away from the main building as they are at Movies or Music. All in all, this was our first resort stay since COVID and since Disney has gotten rid of many of the magical extras that used to be free (fast passes, bus transportation from airport, ability to have merchandise purchased in-park sent directly to your room, regular thorough room cleanings...). I think my impression was certainly tainted by that, but add those other things mentioned above to it and it became a 2-star stay. Will I stay here again? Sure, especially if I am looking for an affordable option. Will I look forward to staying here? Not really.

Lindsay M.

Yelp
perfect hotel for little ones and adults so much to do arcades ,pools, food court bars. transportation to the parks. gift shops friendly staff. walking distance to the other hotels . you can check into your hotel room on the phone with your Disney app . the rooms can be a little small for the family but super cute inside the have two beds one that flips out from the wall . comfy beds friendly staff and more

Jonathan W.

Yelp
Amazing place to stay at. Good food selection, good gift shop and comfortable room. Amazing overall.

Cat H.

Yelp
What's not to love! Very family friendly. The kiddie pool was amazing my youngest daughter loved it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt safe being there. Rooms were so nice and clean. I will definitely be back!!

Daniel A.

Yelp
I have never stayed on the property of Disney. I decided to due to a travel discount I had and because I wanted to see what the difference would be. Walking into the hotel, I saw a nice big open lobby and cast members with tablets walking around, not the typical standing behind a desk to check in. I was greeted by a cast member named Justin who was friendly and walked me through the check-in process. They give you the choice if you want to add a credit card to the reservation for room charges throughout the parks ( I would recommend this) I added $100 to my room so I could use it at the food and wine fest when visiting EPCOT. I was put in the surfside building, and when walking out, I saw the pool and other cool little features. There is a giant chess set, Ping-Pong, and checkers. However, I was a little disappointed in the checkers. Some of the black pieces were missing. We walked into our room and only saw 1 bed, plus there was a horrible smell, a musty and moldy smell. I also saw a table and some chairs but no second bed. I called down to the front desk and was told the room comes with a Murphy bed ha-ha one that pulls down from the wall, and there are instructions on top of the table. This is pretty neat when we pulled it down it had a cute picture of the famous Disney ducks. This was a neat surprise. While we didn't do much for the air smell because we didn't think it could be fixed, we sprayed some body spray and were not in the room a lot as we went to Disney springs and did some exploring. In order to get to Disney springs your only free option is the Disney springs transfer bus and there is a screen that tells you when it is supposed to arrive and well we saw it would arrive in 10 minutes that changed to 20 and then 30 finally I asked the driver of the Animal Kingdom bus to call and see what's going on, he did and said that it was close but never figured out why it was so delayed and waiting in the heat 30 minutes for a bus that is supposed to run every 15 to 20 minutes was not a great start.  I will come back to that later. There is also a review of Disney springs in general and the attractions we decided to try. When we came back, we were hungry and decided based on the app and the pictures we would eat at the quick service food court at the hotel. This I would not recommend that the prices are insane and the food quality is dismal. My friend wanted the Adobo Chicken Nachos and I thought we might share them but the chips were stale, the person serving them said that the cheese was not really cheese it was something pumpkin, there were no beans and the chicken was not fresh it was a disaster for $15 I ordered the Grilled chicken sandwich and instead of only grilled fillet it was 2 small ones he pulled from a holding bin, The fries were ok but the sun was not fresh either I was just extremely disappointed in the food and would not and did not use the food court anymore. Here is a tip if you want bottled water, wait till you are in one of the parks. One here is $6 when it is $3.25 in most places in the park. After our food, we saw they were showing a movie at the pool, and the pool was still pretty busy at 9 pm. The pool closes at 10 pm, just a little tip. We did not sleep well and woke up with a slightly sore throat that morning due to the air. I decided to filter the smell and air with coffee pods as I have used those before when I was a flight attendant, another tip coffee bag filter, and contain wet smells. We slept way better the second night. The shower was nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean, with the exception of the smell. Unless you stay more than 2 days you do not get a cleaning service which I thought was a little strange but whatever. I felt safe and secure so for a lower budget this is a good place to stay all the rooms are accessed from outside and the property sets the minimum temp to not be controlled past 68 degrees that makes me pretty mad normally, but the place stayed just cool enough if we were in a room that faced the sun more I might have been more bothered by that. On our last day we were told we could leave our bags with the front bell kiosk and then come back and use the "Bath house" lockers and showers plus have charging ability till 11:59pm on the day you leave which is fantastic and very convenient. My companion had to leave earlier, and she tried to get in with the key, but she told me it didn't work. When I got there, I didn't need a key it was just unlocked. I did have a special experience while I was doing some final pics for my review I was approached in the Arcade by a nice female cast member asking me if I wanted to play a game and I told her I was just looking around and she said she would even cover the payment I just needed to pick out a game so I did I played this boat racing game and it was fun. I thought this was pretty special and nice since she had no clue who I was or why I was in the Arcade. All in all, I thought it was a good stay.

J T.

Yelp
It's the Chapek 6 The overpriced park and loss of services is killing this place Charged 6 bux to receive a package we ordered No magic bands included Water smells like swamp Water is slimy Charged for the bus from airport Buses from hotel to park few and slow Pay to park No room service Towels every other day No clean beds Oh and the genie app is trash What is going on Disney used to be great This sucks Don't think we will be back again

Street S.

Yelp
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel cause it's a sports themed hotel on the Walt disney world resort which is my favorite. Although I'm currently in my hotel room right now preparing for my last night here, I wanna say I had a lot of fun at this Disney hotel and I totally recommend this hotel to any huge sports fans like me. My rooms was nice, and I really enjoyed the pool. I'd come back and stay here again if I could.

Mary N.

Yelp
I wish I could go with no stars, I checked in online and finished paying my bill to go directly to room, my bank was charged 3 times and double the amount each time no help from Renee up front beware of her she doesn't care gives manager's a bad name also no usbs worked in room and tv was old Ethernet and couldn't stream yet everything else was updated, they even had an alexa, I've stayed at all Disney resorts and this has been the worst by far.

Chris B.

Yelp
Great resort to stay. The room is spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable . Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Plenty of towels. Very close to the buses. Also, close to the food court. An absolutely great room and resort. Great service. Highly recommend!

Christy T.

Yelp
First time at Disney all star sports The room is tiny. They advertise two double beds one is a Murphy bed and the other is a normal bed. Not as pictured from the website. The air conditioner barely worked, for the first two nights it was hot, even thought the ac was on 68f. They came to "fix" it and it only goes down to 65F feels the same. Housekeeping came to clean the room did a great job but for got to put towels, shampoo or conditioner. The fridge they advertised online in reality is a cooler. If you need to leave medications or food you'll need to walk to lobby to leave it there. There recommendation was to use an ice bucket. Overall, I have called the front desk multiple times through the Disney app and no one answers. For the amount you pay it isn't worth it. It's like a run down motel 6.

Gregory G.

Yelp
This is just one of the many Disney World Resort hotels. This is the third installment of their prior hotels (All Star Music and Al Star Movies) get the theme?!? This place is focused in the sports and athletes that have become successful throughout the years. Each building has it's own theme sport. I stayed in building 5 (Tennis Themed). It kinda feels like a college dorm room, where you can get and go as you please and they have a cafeteria style quick service for food and drinks. Plus, you do get a lot of college universities visiting as Disney has several sport competitions (as Disney is the parent company of ESPN Wide World of Sports). The rooms are clean and hotel cleaning comes by everyday, sometimes twice a day. Next time you plan a Disney vacation, stop by and check this place out. Their price is pretty reasonable and you do get a lot of value for the amenities and services they offer.

Anita S.

Yelp
I booked a preferred room at the ASR last minute, after deciding on a short trip to Disney with my younger kids. I was looking at rooms around the same price range but higher end that were off property but nearby. On property is great for some things, but mostly if you're at those close enough to go back and forth from parks or if you don't have transportation. However, my son asked me if we could please stay at the "place with the huge football and the field" so I did. Pros: Regular busses to parks and Disney Springs Good for groups and teams there for competitions Fun themes Disney customer service Lower priced than other resorts on property Micro fridge and table w/two chairs Cons: Food Court. Awful. And no other food options on site. Groups are common. And loud. Rooms open to outside Expensive compared to off site options Pools are basic, no slides or splash areas. The beds were comfortable and room was clean, but the AC was weak and stopper on the tub didn't work. However, I was given a credit to help with that frustration. All in all, it's basic and isn't where I'd stay for anything other than a place to sleep. If you want a resort feel for spending time at, pick another.

Yelp
Having recently stayed here and at Pop, I'd say that this hotel was my least favorite of the two. You know the rumors that you read about on Trip Advisor or Disney message boards? The ones about the large groups of teens roaming the resort? That was TRUE! Well, at least on my visit. This place was much noisier than Pop. Tons of shrieking teens in the pool at 9 PM. Other kids running around in unsupervised packs on the grounds. I paid $85 a night, I either had an annual pass holder or FL resident discount, can't remember. No gripes about the rate I paid, that's good for being on WDW property. The room could use a refresh, but the beds were comfy. The room had a bit of a funky smell to it. Carpets in the room looked a little old and worn. Again, the bathrooms looked dated, just like at POP. I have yet to see any of the renovated All Star rooms yet, but Disney DESPERATELY needs to install more places to charge your electronic devices. I'd avoid the rooms facing the pool based off of my short stay, I feel like they wouldn't be quiet enough. The employees here all seemed a little grumpy compared to the rest of WDW. I don't blame them. The food court was kind of meh and it was about a five minute walk from my non-preferred room. There is a McDonald's about a half mile walk from here, that could help those on a budget that are staying here. I stayed in the hoops building and faced the woods. The first night was fine, but the second night got noisy. I had some boozy adults partying outside my door. I'd try to stay at one of the other Disney All Star resorts over this one. For what I paid though, this was ok enough. I wouldn't want to stay here for more than 2-3 nights. I'd like to say it's fine if you just need a place to sleep, but it is so NOISY! Overall, I'd give this place a 2.5 star rating.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here on NYE. We were attending a New Years Eve event on property and did not want to drive home afterwards. We made our NYE plans sort of late and there were not many options, but All Star Sports was available and in our budget. They offered bus transportation to and from Disney Springs where our event was so that worked out perfect for us. Normally we do advanced check in, but we booked this 2 days before so that was not possible. The wait to check in was about 15 minutes, but it could be much worse and in fact that is my memory from staying here 10 years ago was the 45+ wait to check in. So I definitely recommend online check in if possible. The cast member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. She directed us where to park for our room, where to catch the bus to Disney Springs, and how late the buses would run. We had to drive around to park by building 5,6,7, and 8. It seemed like a long drive, but when we walked to the bus later that evening and came out of the other side of our building it was actually a short walk to the food court, shops, pool, and buses. We had a "preferred room" which seems to mean a short walk to the aforementioned locations. If you don't get a preferred room it could be quite the trek as this resort is large and very spread out. Our room was on the second floor. We were by a stairwell which we utilized, but there was an elevator in the center of the building if you needed it. The rooms have exterior doors which can create a bit of a privacy issue. Our room had two double beds, a sink, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combination. . I was happy to see there was small refrigerator. There was also a small table with two chairs. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked well. The room was clean and perfectly adequate. The fan in the bathroom was a bit loud and the tile in the bathroom and around the sink definitely felt dated. The room could use a bit of updating for sure, but there was nothing wrong with it. It definitely worked for our purposes. There were two of us and we stayed one night. It would be a small room for 4 people to stay in for any significant length of time. All Star is one of the most economical ways to stay on Disney property and there are lots of benefits to staying at a Disney resort like transportation, Magical express, and 60 day out fast pass booking. When possible I would choose a deluxe resort for the larger room, larger bed, better amenities and more premium locations, but I thought this resort was perfectly nice for the price.

Yelp
We decided to book one of Disney's value resort hotels for our 2-day trip to Disney world. All-star sports is one of the 3 "All-Star" resorts. The other 2 are music and movie themed. This resort is perfect if you want to save some money, but still have the convenience of staying at a Disney resort. Yes, it does need some updating, but it was clean and comfortable. Disney makes the check -in and check- out process super easy. Download the Disney world app and you can check into your room and unlock the door using your cellphone. That was a big plus because the check-in line looked insane! Disney has a complimentary shuttle bus called the magical express that will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. There are also shuttles that constantly run to take you to all the parks and other Disney resorts. This resort has a restaurant/cafe that is reminiscent of the a high school cafeteria. We only ate here one time because we spent all our time at the parks. The food is not that great and pricey for what you get. I recommend skipping the food here and just eat at the park. When we come back to visit Disney world, I would definitely stay here again! If you plan on being at the parks from open till close, stay here. If you just want to hang out at the resort, you might want to opt for the more expensive Disney resorts. One of the things that I didn't like is you can only book a room with 2 full size beds instead of only 1 king or queen bed.

Yelp
I will give All-Star Sports 5 stars, simply on the basis of their customer service. I stayed a few days at another resort followed by a single night at All-Star sports before heading back to the airport. Due to a reservation error, my reservation was cancelled shortly before check in. The Guest Service Cast Member went above and beyond to get this sorted out for me (I truly wish I could remember his name so I could give him a shout-out -- but hey, guy that used to work at Cirque, you know who you are). We got checked in and everything went smoothly. The room was lovely for what it was - All Stars are Disney's value hotels, and they are just that - value. Go in knowing what to expect - a no-frills place to sleep with Disney touches. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food court was super yummy (crab cakes Monday? yes!), the pool was big and had plenty of chairs. The following morning we checked out and hopped our Magical Express to the airport without issue.

Yelp
We just stayed at this resort for a week. The ONLY reason I gave it only 3 stars is because it definitely is in need of some updating. Otherwise we got a preferred room in the first building to the right. The food court was decent and have pretty good options for quick service. They also have a gift shop and arcade. They do other things around the hotel in the evenings for kids that are back from the parks early. Examples include movies by the pool at 8pm and marshmallow roasting at 7pm. Out of all of the all star resorts it's the first one all of the buses stop at so it's usually empty when you board. I would continue staying at this hotel in the future!

Yelp
I have stayed here twice now and can say this is your best value for a hotel at Disney. Although you can stay at nearby (non-Disney hotels) for a fraction of the price, you still have to consider transportation. Yes, other hotels do provide transportation to Disney but buses provided by Disney hotels are direct and run every 20-40 minutes. They go straight to a specific Disney location and don't make multiple stops at various theme parks throughout the Orlando area like non-Disney hotels do. As for the room itself it is basically a no-frills experience. There is a little bit of Disney theme decor but they are not elaborate by any means. The shower/tub/toilet is in a separate room from the sink and is small.A curtain separates the sink from the room for early risers that do not want the light to wake up those who sleep in. Plenty of towels are provided along with an iron, safe and fridge. There is no microwave. In the middle of the night the sprinklers outside came on during two different occasions and were EXTREMELY loud. How loud could they be? Well when they went off my husband and I jumped because it sounded as though the sprinkler system in the hotel room (should there be a fire) came on. Also, two days in a row there was a utility or some type of work truck that came at 4 in the morning and had their truck beeping for a good 20+ minutes). As for the amenities they do have a large (main) pool where all the entertainment takes place. Entertainment includes karaoke, a movie under the stars, bingo, trivia games, games like ping pong, etc. The schedule varies each day. Near the main pool is a large toddlers pool. You could easily fit 10+ people comfortably. There is also a smaller pool in a different area of the resort but it is away from the entertainment. We went in the month of March and the pool is heated to 82 degrees. Near the main pool is a "bath house." You can do your laundry or use the restrooms that have showers along with soap in a dispenser. There are two showers, however in the one shower I used it did not have a bench to put your clothes on nor a hook to hang your towel on. They do have a restaurant, however if you are trying to catch the 7/7:15 bus for early magic hours and are trying to eat around 6:20/6:30 there is only one line open (v.s. the 2 or 3 lines they have) in the hot breakfast department. With this in mind and everyone else trying to eat at the same time to catch the early bus the line was extremely long for food...at least a 20-30 minute wait in line.We had to skip a hot breakfast and just grab a donut from their bakery. We arrived at the hotel early on both trips and one time we were able to check in around 1 and at our most recent visit we didn't get our hotel room until 3:30. We arrived around 11:30 and used the pool while we waited for our room. We had a dinner reservation at 5 and as we approached 3:00 (normal check-in time) and heard nothing we were grateful to find that at least there were showers by the pool with soap in them. If you are staying 2 or more days they ask you at the front desk if you would like to opt out of house keeping. By that I mean daily room cleaning. If you choose to do this they will give you a $10 gift card which you will receive via email within 4 hours of being asked this. Note that I checked in in person. Last year I checked in via online and stayed 2 nights and was not asked this via any check in service online. Also, by choosing this option you can still have things brought to your room like extra shampoo, towels or room service. If you are coming to the Disney parks mainly to wake up and go to the parks all day and just need a place to rest your head, this is a good choice. You will also get early park hours.

Yelp
This is one of the many Disney resorts. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights and it was decent for what we needed which was a place to shower and sleep. It wasn't my first choice, but then again I wasn't about to pay an arm and a leg for a room at another resort I was hardly going to be in. The rooms are small and need some serious remodeling, I'm not going to lie, the room was pretty ugly. However, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. Staff members were very friendly. Housekeeping wasn't that good, they came in, made our bed...emptied out trash but left empty water bottles lying around. The bus system going to parks was annoying because you stop at the other two All-Star resorts before going to the park. Room service was ok... they deliver until 1am. The food court didn't have great food and it looked more like a cafeteria than anything.

Yelp
I stayed at the All-Star Sports Resort during Disney marathon weekend. It was my first time staying at a Disney property, as I wanted to take advantage of the shuttles that go to and from the race. Overall, it was a fine place to rest my head for the night, but I probably wouldn't opt to stay here again. As others say, this is a "value" resort and the cheapest of all Disney hotels. It has a very motel like feel to me. The room was stuffy, dim, and looked like it hasn't been updated in many, many years. The sheets were stiff, TV was small, and overall room amenities sparse. Even though it's a "value" resort, you're still paying nearly $200, so I would expect a little more from Disney. I was impressed by the pool and other programming that is going on, despite being a lower end resort. There's also a food court and bar that was open throughout our stay, although I only stopped in for some coffee and snacks. Parking was also convenient and free in the large lot, but it takes a little navigating to find the right building to park by since the resort is so large. Checking in was easy because I did it on my phone beforehand and we already had Magic Bands which open the door. When it came time to check out, the lobby was packed and I ended up calling while waiting in line and checking out over the phone instead. The convenience of the buses to the park and Disney Springs is certainly nice! If you're planning on being out and about most of the day, and solely looking for a spot to rest your head, this is a good bet. If you want to spend a little more time relaxing in your room, I'd opt to spend a little more (or stay off property) at another spot.

Yelp
I do love me some Disney, but why don't any of the rooms I have stayed in have a bathtub? Not that the shower wasn't nice, but what if I want to soak??? Anyway, nice rooms, especially for being the "cheap resort," and this is our 3rd visit to one of these All-Stars, so it's a well informed recommendation! Ha ha ha, like I'm an expert on Disney...Petunia is, though, and she agrees. Disney is renovating these guys, too, so stay tuned for even better accommodations. Lot of cheer competitions going on this weekend and we were treated to pyramids and flips and fun. Service is always excellent; Disney hospitality is hard to beat and the buses were running on schedule and with safety in mind. All in all, a great visit, and if you haven't been to Pandora at night, you're missing out.

Yelp
Pretty good place to stay at a Disney hotel. The hotel lot is huge, if you're near the back end of the hotel, then good luck walking. Because after going to theme park walking, I kinda don't want to walk anymore when I'm heading to my hotel room. There is a little Disney convenient store and food court. The lobby can get a little crazy. Not enough workers and too many customers. Each customer takes like 5-10 min talking with the front desk personnel. The room is so so. It's big enough for 2-4 people, but the space of putting your luggage and things in the bathroom is not enough. We had to use the ironing table to make additional space. The provide face soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer. Their shampoo smells really good! It has a herbally smell to it that I like.

Yelp
I am giving this hotel 2 stars purely for the budget. However, it should be noted that if they are not running a special, it isn't worth it. Two full size beds, table for two, and a bathroom you can barely squeeze into makes this the worst on Disney property. I stayed at this location almost 20 years ago. The place is the exact same (we had to look back at the photos and laugh). Maybe a few upgrades and paint. Sheets, Towels, and pillows are definitely from 20 years ago and my group actually made friends in the cafeteria discussing how bad the pillows are. The cafeteria is just that with the basic options of school cafeteria food with Disney pricing. I personally think Walt Disney would be disappointed to see his guests sleeping in these conditions.

Yelp
Great budget friendly resort to stay at on your Disney adventure. The staff is friendly and will easily help and answer questions. It's easy to navigate to rooms, shuttle busses and food quart. The staff offers a map upon check in that will also tell you what you need to know. Pools are clean and rooms are clean. You don't spend much time in the room anyway. There's so many other things to do around here. But it's good to lay your head on the pillows at night.

Yelp
Even for a value resort, I found the All Star Sports to be lacking. We had stayed at another All Star Resort previously, and was expecting at least a similar experience. The sheets were low quality. Everytime someone moved at night it sounded like paper was being rustled. Towels were rough too. There was a layer of dust on top of the entertainment center. It was there when we checked in, and still there when we left. The biggest pro is that the All Star Sports is still on property. You have the same access to the trams, package pickup, a pool, and quick service restaurant. The chocolate peanut butter cupcake also deserves some attention. The best cupcake I have ever had. The peanut butter frosting was not overly sweet. The cake itself was soft and moist, and also not overly sweet. Fairly certain it is made by the central bakery. If so, it could be found at any location selling cupcakes.

Yelp
For our 5 day vacation at Disney, we stayed at this resort. For the prices that you pay at Disney this resort should have been a little better. First, let's talk rooms. They were small and for four people you start to feel claustrophobic. The bathroom entirely too small and then you have 2 beds. There's no room for a cot or a pallet on the floor unless you want to sleep under the front door and window even though it says the rooms sleep 4. Then we were here while there were sports events going on. Loud kids all hours of the night. I know we're here to have fun but the resort needs a quiet hour for guests that have been at the parks all day and are ready for some sleep at night to get up early and do it again the next day. Or they should have a resort designated for those kind of programs sponsoring the youth so they can yell and scream all night. Now the good...room service and the front desk were EXCELLENT. Very kind and courteous and when they sent someone to the room it was in a timely manner. Busses ran about every 20 minutes to the parks and the food here was GREAT. You gotta try the cheddar brisket burger for dinner and the eggs Benedict for breakfast. The beds were comfortable, free WiFi, and good selections to watch on tv. All in all, this resort was a good resort for the price.

Yelp
Homegirl is pinchin pennies and making plenties if you got that CHA-Ching! All Star Sports Resort is Disneys least expensive hotel option which is why I made my All Star appearance at the All Star Sports resort. Give me them black out shades and baseball cap because homegirl ain't takin autographs on her vacay in the USA. We gonna rate this establishment with my homegirl approved 4 H's. 1. Homegirl Happy? 2. Homegirl Hungry? 3. Homegirl Halted? 4. Did homegirl Hang Up. Was homegirl happy? yes. Homegirl loved the price that pinched an inch. One of my favorite offers was the chance to decline room service in exchange for a $10 Disney gift card per night of declined room service. Homegirl don't mind things smellin string cheesy and over easy for a few days. Was homegirl hungry? Homegirl may like staying trim, but she always buys a size up in the winter months. Homegirl stayed nifty and thrifty by makin waffles in her room instead of buying breakfast. However, for dinner time there were hunger pains. The chicken dinner was the best value in all of Dollar world, I mean, Disney World. Almost half a chicken , bread roll, and 2 sides for under $12. Homegirl halted? Homegirl knows the streets but she seen some new things in this high society livin. Halted fo sho by the 'beverage plan'. Dollar World wants you to buy a BPA loaded canister in which you then can use to get whatever fountain drinks they offer. For a price. Homegirl has her own version of BPA. "Baby PLEASE! Aw-no! " Just bring my own bottle and only get the water. Did homegirl have Hang Ups? No. She owned her stride and ain't lookin back. Homegirl is not troubled by chipped paint and mundane room colors. Homegirl Is enough color for the world. She is enough perfection in and of herself, that trivial mishaps just make her beauty shine amongst the ashes. Minor carpet stains? Homegirl sees a future president being born in a homeless shelter. Some tiny crumbs under a hard to reach spot? Homegirl sees a college student using reusable containers, saving 9 polar bears and the o-zone layer.

Yelp
I love Disney! I have stayed at the resort before. For whatever reason, a buddy and I shared a room here without actually going to the parks. I guess it's cheap..cheaper than anything else in the area. If you have kids this is a great way to experience the resort for first timers. It is themed and the pools are designed for kids. You also can purchase a $17 cup and get unlimited refills of soda pop for your entire stay. I guess the room was clean enough..except for the roach on the wall..no big woop. The carpet is older and the towels are paper thin. The shower is tiny and cheapy. However, if you are visiting the park, you obviously wont stay in your rooms very much. We just came here to sleep. As far as the other resorts a level up.. I definitely think it is worth while spending a little more for a nicer hotel on the property. It will definitely add to your experience. I just don't think I have seen a Disney name on something of this quality before...kinda like a Motel 4. Overall, I have had better

Justin L.

Yelp
The staff was awesome friendly and helpful if your not sure just ask. I just wish there was a better system for the busses. Seems like you spend more time riding around from resort to resort and backtracking before heading to the park. The food court food is ok not the greatest. The biscuits and gravy is not as popular as you think.FYI think first before you order food from the food court. The arcade games don't always work mainly rip off, the food ok be aware of cross contamination and food borne illness. Some food like the burgers, steak never get cooked all the way through (

Yelp
Do not come to this "motel", especially with your family, until you have researched thoroughly. If you care at all about your hotel experience, or having a clean room, this is not your place. First off, the beds are tiny, twin to full-size at best. Who knew that size of bed existed? The entire room is tiny. Bathroom is gross. Carpet, walls, curtains, disgusting. I promise I'm not a "diva". I typically stay at Holiday Inn Express. My standards are minimal. This place is gross. The food court is not a fresh, food court, & it's extraordinarily overpriced. I paid $4.83 for a bottle of Coke Zero. If you notice, I referred to this "resort" as a "motel" in the first paragraph. That's because that's what it is. It's an old school Motel 6 at best. I think Motel 6 was cleaner. They get away with this because people continue to show up. Our company moved several employees from this motel to the Holiday Inn. It was so much better. Don't come here. I'm not exaggerating...it's really this bad.

Clarise H.

Yelp
Stayed here for the first time as a guest who was in Kissimmee for the Special Olympics games. The room is pleasant and meets your basic needs. The bed was comfortable and shower was hot. However, the walls are thin and you can hear neighbors sneeze.

Nicole M.

Yelp
I'm giving this 5 stars for what it is and that is a good value resort at Disney. Anyone can complain about minor things like chipping paint or needing a remodel. However, this is a great deal for staying at Disney and if people want to complain about minuscule details then maybe pay more for a nicer hotel? My husband and I chose this hotel to stay at because we pretty much knew we would be gone from morning to night and decided to go for the value of just needing a place to sleep. Our kids LOVED the sports theme and to be totally honest I got a kick out of it as well. We stayed in the basketball area for a total of 5 nights. The employees were all friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there. We were only able to get to the pool area one night on our trip. It was pretty crowded even at night, but I didn't expect an empty pool at a Disney resort. By the way, I have to say thank you to the cleaning lady. Each day we would come back and our kids would have new stuffed toys from various games / stores. The kids slept with all of the toys and every day when we came back to our clean room the cleaning lady took the time to neatly arrange the toys on the kids bed.
