A Massive Bob’s Steak & Chop House Will Open in a New McKinney Development | Eater Dallas
"A $250 million mixed-use development at the northeast corner of State Highway 121 and Alma Road in McKinney, District 121 will feature standalone restaurant anchors and retail. I learned that Bob’s Steak & Chop House and Mi Cocina will each take standalone locations there, and two additional restaurants — the gastropub Common Table and Italian restaurant 400 Gradi — are also signed on. The development allocates sizable footprints to its anchors and is slated to see its first restaurants open in the spring of 2023." - Adele Chapin

Fun venue for mini concerts and dinner. My only complaint is that the sound system for Friday night's concert seemed to experience a lot of problems. Oh, and they really need to either have dessert food trucks for big events or recruit some sort of dessert themed restaurant into the district!

Went to see the Vintage Yell play. This place is cool but needs way more restaurants and bar options. Mi cocina was the only option. The band was great as always. I'll wait till they have more options built as this place is brand new.

Cool place to hang out. I was there visiting one of the restaurants. I am looking forward to visiting the outdoor facility where there will be live music when it’s a bit cooler outside.

Enjoyed the opening of District 121. Perfect place for music or to watch sports. Common table has a great brunch. Mi Cocina has an adult bar and Balcony as well patio perfect for drinks Mexican food. Bobs is open for more formal steak date night. The green space feature a stage within a large tv, games seating and play spaces. Parking garage nearby. Great night out.

Great concerts. Free and getting there early for good seats are recommended.
Bring lawn chairs as the restaurant outdoor seating is good but can get limited if arriving close to concert time. We like to go by Elwood B.F.D. for drinks and an appetizer prior to concert.

Super cute quad outdoor area and stage. Tiered terrace. No shade on the quad.
Great concept. Not much going on yet.
Many signs say no balls of any kind but so many balls flying around. Bad parents.
No alcohol is allowed on the quad so if you aren't at a restaurant this is a bummer. If you are waiting 45 minutes to get into a busy restaurant this is also a bummer.
So I think this is super cute and lots of potential but we will come back after they mature the space.
