"A $250 million mixed-use development at the northeast corner of State Highway 121 and Alma Road in McKinney, District 121 will feature standalone restaurant anchors and retail. I learned that Bob’s Steak & Chop House and Mi Cocina will each take standalone locations there, and two additional restaurants — the gastropub Common Table and Italian restaurant 400 Gradi — are also signed on.
