"Located at 5 Market Square SW and slated to open first in early spring 2025, this family-owned operation — founded in 2015 by culinary couple Amanda Pizarro-Rodriguez and Andy Rodriguez, who opened the shop in a vintage camping trailer in Wynwood — is built around a 24-hour brioche dough recipe, brightly colored glazes, and complex flavor profiles.
