The food was yummy! My pink starburst martini was delicious! Our server was great! Vibe was good! Would come back for sure! Everyone liked their food and drinks.

Our servicer Lala was amazing! We informed her we were kinda in a hurry but would love to support still! She made sure we got our drinks and food in a timely fashion and my buffalo wings were good it wasn’t typical Buffalo flavor but with a sweet taste with it that I was surprised that it worked! Our drinks were superb and again Lala was so sweet and helpful with our order.

On October 17th, I was in town from Chicago for the Detroit Free Press Marathon and had dinner reservations with friends at this restaurant. We arrived for our 9 p.m. reservation and were seated promptly. Our waitress was attentive—she took our orders and brought our drinks right away. I ordered the seafood quesadilla, while my friends chose the Rasta Pasta, a burger, and the po’ boy catfish sandwich. My food arrived about 15 minutes later, but it was lukewarm—and I was the only one served. After waiting over an hour, we asked our waitress about the rest of the meals, and she seemed unaware of the delay. Another 15 minutes passed before my friends received their food, which, unfortunately, was cold. At that point, we sent everything back. One friend decided not to reorder, while the burger and catfish sandwich were remade and brought out about 15 minutes later. To be clear, our waitress was kind and apologetic—the delays were not her fault. I’ve dined here before and always enjoyed the atmosphere and food, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I take both my money and meals seriously, so after this visit, I’m unlikely to return or recommend the restaurant.

Went here last night and had an absolute wonderful experience. Will our server was a complete gem he was honest and a pleasure talking to. The lamb was perfect, the Rasta pasta cooked to perfection. The drinks could’ve been better drinks I’d give a C-

Food wasn’t good. My husband’s fries were cold, his seafood grilled cheese was burnt. They were sold out of crab cakes with cover a couple of menu items. My scallops were very bad, tasted just like the sea and very salty. However, the manager was nice in a response to our rating of the food by providing 50% off meals and 2 free cocktails. The atmosphere is lit though with an awesome DJ to assist with the lively vibe.

When entering the restaurant the host Blossom was very pleasant. The vibe was 10/10, however the food was a disappointment. The Rockefeller oysters was 7/10, Bing bong shrimp 2/10 which had no signature sauce. It came with sweet chilli sauce. The fried cauliflower 2/10 (nothing special).Our server didnt have knowledge of the tap beer, neither the bartender. My husband order a dark beer and was given light instead. It was a place on the list to visit but more than likely won't return for the food.

New server in training Chelsea and her trainer Betty were amazing! The ambiance is ok. Drink took a little long to come out and the food was served cold. Lamb chops were charred and burnt. Easy and quick seating. We had reservations and it was a monday. Probably wouldnt come here again and i dont think the food was worth all the hype. The customer service for me is what gave the restaurant a higher rating.

We sat at the bar and had some drinks, they were really good! What made my experience was the WONDERFUL staff. Bam, Ashley, and Mr. Jimmy were so hospitable and good to us. We came here on a whim, but I’ll be here any time I come to Detroit for the service alone.

Upon walking in. The establishment has that louder than dinner music vibe of R&B it gives you that bar vibe with good mixed cocktails and good food. It's a little pricey. But, it's a good night out prior to any sporting event.

We had a great time eating here. We visited from CA and Philly and we were pleased with the vibe, food and service. Nish treating us amazingly and we love how they greet you and tell you to have a good night when you leave and essentially walk you out. Feels like a family environment. The drinks were mixed well, food was seasoned great. This was a nice place dine at.

Service was good.. Bartender was nice, fast, friendly and pleasant attitude. The food was good, i just had the calamari and fries... All the prices on the menu seem a little overpriced, but the vibe and ambience was good so i will definitely come back and visit. Valet parking is available.

I will definitely be back! This was an impromptu stop for some food on a Sunday evening as many of the restaurants near by were closed and I was pleasantly pleased. Due to it being impromptu I was looking for cheap eats which this is not however I didn't mind spending the money as the food was very good. Our serve Jada was great and ensured everything came out to our liking also sent my original oyster back because of the presentation wasn't to her standard which I appreciated. My only complaint was the size of the oysters for price and how stacked they were the oyster its self was lost in all of the cheese. I would also love if they offered a fresh oyster versus Rockefeller. The wings were so good I didn't know what to expect and I am very particular about my wings but they surpassed any of my expectations! We also had a spicy chicken sandwich not pictured which was flavorful and packed a punch with spice. The garlic Aioli that comes with the fries added a nice sauce to aid in cooling of the mouth from the siracha mayo. This place is great weather it's a date night or a night out with the girls. The music and vibes are there however not to loud or crazy like some places in the city can be with similar vibes. I enjoyed not having to yell to talk but also being able to sing to the music that's being played and sip my drink. I was saddened to hear they were out of calamari, charred lamb ribs and scallops but that just means on my next visit home I have to go back and check those out now that I am prepared for the menu. They are doing it right for sure and can't wait to return for some different eats!

The food was good. I ordered the vegetarian pasta and added shrimp. The waitress tried to warn me that the dish would be bland in taste which had me a little worried but I wanted something healthy so I stuck with my option. I was pleasantly surprise to find the dish had great flavor. It's covered in a garlic oil and had some sort of vinegar on it to give a nice flavor. They had way too much oil in the dish but that didn't stop me from eating it because it was healthy oil. I would definitely recommend this dish to someone trying to eat healthy. It's a very a large, filing dish with lots of veggies. I took the rest home and ate it for lunch the next day. I would get this again but after I come back and explore the rest of the menu. They have a lot of good looking options. It is pricey so make room In your budget. Everyone in my party devoured their dish so clearly they're doing something right in the kitchen, although one person did say their steak bites were a little on the salty side. Nevertheless the plate was cleared. My mocktail was absolutely tasty. I'd come back just for that. They have a good selection of mocktails and cocktails. This place is not wheelchair friendly. You have to go downstairs to use the restrooms and there weren't any elevators. The ambience is nice. The restaurant is spacious so you don't feel over crowded. I would love to come back.

Service & food were great! Kind of dim on the inside. I enjoyed everything about this place.

We were sat at a table Tuesday night by the host. We waited 10mins before a server came to the table. We left! It was a nice crowd of ppl but it was not busy. There was no sense of urgency from the staff. No one greeted us or brought water.

Food was mediocre at best and service was fast and friendly. My app was cooked so well the wing were like little rocks, but the server replaced them promptly. My steak was severely under seasoned and so much char on the under side that I couldn't eat it. The items we wanted to try (the reason we even came to this restaurant) they were out of, a couple hours into their dinner service... it just wasn't a pleasant experience wouldn't recommend

Went to District Seventy8 with a group of business associates. We had a reservation. It's a beautiful space. However, the service and general operations of this place is so bad, I wouldn't trust a return visit. Our server was nice and apologetic, but things were so bad, she couldn't do much to help. The place was out of so many items. Not just one or two entrees, but everything from beer, wines, appetizers and entrees. It was so bad, it was comical. We were told that they sold out of everything on the prior Sunday due to football watching crowds. Seems like a stretch, but ok. Beyond that, plates, waters and utensils came out piece meal. Food came out randomly. Like I said, the operation was terrible. Now I will say that everything we did have was excellent. That's the frustrating thing. Great food, but extremely frustrating operation. Don't think the risk is worth it for a return trip. Lots of good food in downtown Detroit.

This place is okay to me. Parking is horrible ambiance is decent. Staff seem to talk to each other a lot rather than tending to tables is my only complaint. Drinks are good . I ordered the lamb chops and two drinks spent under 200. Worth it. If you don't mind kind of loud crowd this is a okay place for okay food -bar. My cousin ordered the lobster on her birthday she said it was ok.

Ambiance is perfect for dressed up date night, the service can be slow depending on the night but the food is where it's AT. The Chicken Alfredo is my personal favorite , make sure you give this place a try! They have MARTINI TOWERS Check them out for brunch & to watch the lions games on Sundays

The hospitality was at its most high, the restaurant is beautiful the food was so good the service was 5 stars and the drink was cute , music was good for a Sunday not loud it was cool. If u want to go to watch the game it's a perfect spot as well. I did want to add i think a manager walked to my table and not only said good morning but ask is everything good and did we need anything. It definitely made a really big impact on my mood, my experience and i did appreciate that little detail. I would recommend this spot if your in the downtown area

Restaurant is freezing cold. The ambience is nice but I can't enjoy my meal or my company due to the freezing cold temperature. The staff indicated that the heat was out and was being worked on. Since it is the middle of January and 19 degrees outside the restaurant should be closed until the heat is restored.

We had a really good time! The service was pretty good! Steph was out weather he was great, kitchen was a bit slow on the condiment refills but overall great service! The ambiance was the lightening, decor, music and then live music! DJ was fire, she was playing all the 90/00 jams!! I had to go give her her props! Now the food! Ohhhhweeee the food was delicious!!! The lamb ribs were tender and full of flavor! The fried cauliflower was full of spice, heat and a great crunch, the wings with that FIG BBQ sauce!! Wowzaaaa Just a hint, get your own basket of wings!! The charred Caesar with chicken was delicious and salmon burgers tasty. Oh my girl loved the lobster bisque too! Just a wonderful evening that did not disappoint!! Oh and how could I forget the drinks! My strawberry margarita with blanco tequila! Best drink I had all night! The Paloma was tasty too!

The Brussel sprout appetizer was uniquely delicious. The Parmesan cheese and beef bacon topping made for a culinary delight. The restaurant had a bar vibe. The server was nice.

This place gives me night club vibes but an upscale nightclub, the space is so nice. The service was good the server was really nice, there is a 20% gratuity added to all bills no matter the size. It's a little on the expensive side it because none of the brunch items came together. The food was okay, I didn't really care for it. I would go back but only if it's on a date or invited out with friends. The drink was pretty good but expensive $15 for that little thing lol

Food was good. The dry rub seasoning has a very uniques taste, it's a sweet and tangy with zesty feel to it. The chicken just falls apart in your mouth. The mash potatoes were thick and flavorable, they definitely southern style mashed potatoes. Asparagus were also very well seasoned! Service was slow, it wasn't busy so I don't understand why it took so long to get our food. The waitress took forever to check on us, we saw her like maybe twice and had to get another waitress to get her because she was MIA. The creamy chicken Alfredo was decent just a little watery. Ambiance was very lacking, it was 30 degrees outside and it was 20 degrees inside the restaurant. Food was get but service was a reason why I wouldn't go back. I might do a pickup for the food and take it to go.

My friends and I decided to try this place last minute. There is no parking lot nearby just street parking. The place was nice, music was good and not too loud where you couldn't hear your conversations. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. We asked her what was good food wise on the menu and she said everything was good. The tenderloin was very tender and good. The drinks were good however I wished my Belle Isle Beach had a little more kick to it.

The vibe is really nice at night! It's like a club/lounge type of restaurant. It was very busy so I feel like that may be the reason for the extended wait time regarding food. The cocktails are tasty! I tried the strawberry lemon drop and the strawberry margarita. The food falls flat for the price and wait. It's not terrible but could be a bit better in some areas. Customer service was ok keeping in mind that it was pretty busy.

Paige was an amazing server! Knew the menu inside and out. First visit and won't be the last! Very cool and chill atmosphere and ambiance.

Went here after a lions game and it was very busy (excepted). One of the four orders came out very quick, but took another 15 for the rest of the food. The chicken sliders were delicious with a good amount of spice.

Came here for dinner with reservations. Music was 100 the entire night! Black Excellence was definitely in the building! The managers go around checking in on tables which is a great sign of customer service. They seem very organized, no chaos noted. The ambiance was beautiful. The food was delicious, yet quite on the expensive side. I had the salmon entree with a salad and my bill was close to $50 It appears as though the bathrooms and the kitchen are downstairs. I felt kind of bad for the food runner because for hours, he was carrying trays of food up and down those stairs from the kitchen to the dining room tables. He was definitely getting his steps in. I hope he keep those knees oiled up. The bill payment is completed on their hand-held device but you can't see your bill details. They have to get another device in order for you to see your ordered items, which we didn't care for because I'm not just going to pay a price you give me, allow me to review exactly what I'm paying for. Don't worry, the amount was correct, and overall it was money well spent.

Ended up at this place with my husband and father-in-law while in town visiting. We didn't have reservations and although they were busy we were able to get a table. The inside was really cute (great for a date night or dinner with the girls). The waitress was very attentive and provided good suggestions on what to order. I had the fried cauliflower and the wings both of which were very good. I really enjoyed the flavor of the wings. I would for sure come back when visiting again.

10/10 I will be back again! At first I was skeptical about this place, but they redeemed themselves, and have earned a lifetime a customer in me LOL. I came there with a group of 11 people, and we called beforehand to reserve a table. On the phone, we were told to just walk in and we would be seated, because they do not reserve tables. Low and behold, that was not the case, like we assumed. But the crazy thing is, the staff then tried to act like we were crazy and couldn't have talked to anyone there. Saying they would have never told us that, as if we have any reason to lie on them... That aside, eventually the manager secured us a table long enough for our party to enjoy our food together. The food was amazing! I had the salmon burger, with broccolini on the side. Everything was cooked to perfection. Kisses to the chef. I also had a Long-Island Ice Tea and it got me just right LOL! The alcohol was alcohol-ing. So that was definitely a plus. Also, the vibes of the place was great. The DJ, at least the night we went, was consistently playing good songs. I never stopped bopping my shoulders, for one minute. Overall, beside the seating incident, everything else was a success. Definitely will be back again, when given the chance.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. We came for lunch and we had the place to ourselves the entire time. The service was terrible. Our server hung out at the bar and after about 15 mins and some commotion from my group, she begrudgingly headed over with an attitude. We all order our meals and cocktails. After another 20 our cocktails showed up. One member of our party was informed they couldn't make her drink due to not having the key ingredient and another was made without an ingredient. The server got an attitude when she was questioned about the poorly crafted beverage stating the ingredient was upon request but it was listed as an ingredient in the menu. The final straw was waiting 45 minutes when our food came out to tell us they no longer served one of the entrees we ordered. We had high hopes and chose to ignore the recent poor reviews. We honestly felt like we were at a place that should be featured on bar rescue.

The place is a mess. We had a group of 6 come for lunch. After waiting for 10 minutes to be seated, we went to the bartender to ask to be seated. She told us where to sit, and while sitting down, my hand got cut by a piece of glass. We saw a large piece of broken glass on the bench and several little shards of glass all over the table and bench. When telling staff that my hand got cut, we waited 15 minutes for some help and were completely ignored. The staff told us the manager was too busy to come to our table. What a waste of our time.

Service was awesome we had a large party minimal to no wait to be seated! Food was very good! Drinks were great as well.

the food was soooo good!! we were fresh off the road from nyc and stopped in for some food & drinks. we got crab cake sliders, truffle fries, & calamari and they were all fresh and so so good. our server was so cool and helpful and the ambience is club like. we also got a margarita which was pretty strong but we liked it that way.

Horrible customer service. Would never return. My table had problems with our food and that resulted in the manager smoking a breeze in the basement while I was having trouble with my food! Smh 0/10 never again. And it's super cold and they kept playing hustle music like my food not burnt... don't come here to eat

My group was here on a Tuesday night, celebrating me and a friend's birthday. Our waiter was nice . It was four of us. Our appetizers were good and hot. We ordered wings, truffle fries, shrimp and crab cakes. My friend said the wings could have been cooked longer. Our entrees were different. I ordered salmon and it was dry. It came with sautéed spinach. The spinach was too oily. My friend had the snapper. She said it had too many bones in it. My other friend had the lamb chops and they were too tough but the flavor was okay. Two people said the house tequila wasn't strong enough so they had to order top shelf. The steak bites were good. No complaints there. Nice atmosphere but entrees should be better for the prices. Gratuities are already included. One special thing our waiter did was bring us the flower martini flower without charging us for it.

This dish was amazing!! The Mac and cheese was so creamy and a side of cheese sauce came on the side if you wanted it creamier. All the seafood that came along with it was cooked to perfection! Definitely recommend

We arrived at 4pm reservations and got seated immediately, it had just opened and immediately was greeted by our server/bar tender CoCo, she was a whole vibe by herself! She was very personable and gave us drink recommendations which I ordered something she had just put together, I never got the name of it but it was really good, my date ordered something off the drink menu which he also liked! Then came the appetizer the 78 wings which was really good with the sauce they had on them ( would definitely order them again) then we ordered the main course which I had the vegetarian angel hair pasta (OMG it was good) but it had a lil too much oil in the bottom of the plate but otherwise really good with all the toppings from the artichoke, mushrooms, red pepper, onions, the works!!! My date ordered the Salmon sandwich with truffle fries both really good, I started eating his fries !! The ombiance was good, music playing in the background but not overpowering, you could still here your self talk amongst yourselves, all the ppl that worked there were really friendly, would come by and check to make sure we was ok! Even CoCo would come and check on us despite handing the customers at the bar!! Love her whole vibe! We were fine with dinner and didn't feel rushed because we was done! We went to a concert after dinner, so we stayed and had a few drinks and just chilled until we left for the concert! We was there about 2.5 hrs or so!! Would definitely come back!! Oh to top off the service of everything, NOTHING took that long to get to us, not the drinks, not the appetizers nor the main course!! Definitely A+

The atmosphere alone is enough to make you visit this spot! The food is delicious the staff is nice and the portions are more than enough! Yes! I will return

The restraint was empty. Plenty of servers but they were inexperienced. Our waitress was friendly. The menu items have to much sauce. The salmon had no flavor, they ran out of rice. The Russell sprouts and scallops were good. The rest of the items were not good. The q code instead of providing a menu was annoying. No greeting upon entering or exiting in spite of having three people just hanging around by the door. The set up of the restaurant isn't inviting. Not impressed. I won't go back. They have to do a lot of work on service, food and ambiance.

First mistake I read reviews elsewhere. Where do I start? Upon arriving our table wasn't set. Apparently the bus boy called off. It took forever for anybody to come and wait on us even to say hi. The drinks were decent way overpriced for the place. They are trying to build themselves as high-end when it's just a nightclub bar. If you make a reservation on OpenTable, you have to put a credit card in! I had the salmon, sliders they were dry, salty, and barely dressed. Oh, and we had to eat with plastic silverware, because apparently something went wrong in the dishroom ! The interior was like they just walked in ripped off the trunk wall, barely updated the decor threw up neon lights, and never did any updating since rusted crow left. One positive was that our waitress was wonderful. However, it is mandatory 20% tip!

Worst Dinning experience ever !! My salmon was not cooked, red snappper was oozing fluids, still had all the guts inside in the fish. This food made me very sick and now I have food poisoning and in a lot of pain. DO NOT EAT HERE!! The owner was also present during my visit 3/31 and didn't want to come to our table instead sent a waitress who tried to tell us that the snapper was normal and its suppose to look like that!! WRONG. After she realize she couldn't tell us that and I showed her the salmon she was speechless. Worst restaurant downtown Detroit !!!!

Initially I was not feeling this place at all. The water glasses were filthy, they looked cloudy like cups that have been at a restaurant for years...but this place has only been open for a month or two. We let that go and proceeded to order after a wait of 20 minutes or so. They unfortunately were out of several items (no crab cakes, crabby Pattie's, calamari etc.) which the waitress said was due to the Mother's Day brunch they had earlier. I ordered the Pink Starbursts martini, my sister ordered a strawberry mojito, mom and aunt ordered Long Island and Moscow mule respectively. Everybody was pleased with their drinks, they were very delicious but presentation was a bit lacking. My drink was supposed to come with a freeze dried rim, as you see in the pics it is rimless with an actual starburst just plopped in the glass. My sister and I also ordered a split of champagne each and initially were given these HUGE wine glasses in which to pour them. We also ordered the martini tree/tower which is o cute and perfect for pictures. It came with four martinis of your choice . We had the pink starburst, lemon drop, strawberry lemon drop and French 75. French 75 stated it came with sparkling wine but the amount had to be minimal because there was no kind of bubbles or effervescence in the drink. We ordered a variety of appetizers, the fried chicken sliders, truffle fries and the fig bbq wings. Portions were small; the wings you only get 5 per order and the chicken sliders, two . I ordered the lamb chops for my entree and everybody else ordered the chicken Alfredo. We waited about 40 minutes for our appetizers and had to pause on my birthday drinks cuz my stomach was empty and no food in sight. This place has fine dining prices with none of the service, decor or accoutrements . The fig wings were huge but very good, the sauce was delicious. Truffle fries were hot crispy and tasty. I'm going to be honest the service was super slow here and we waited forever for our appetizers. They took so long that our entrees came out shortly after our apps. HOWEVER..the food was very much worth the wait. My lamb chops were flavorful and cooked perfectly. I was a little unsure about the description of the sauce that accompanied the lamb chops but it was delicious. My asparagus were enormous and cooked perfectly, I don't think I've ever had any that big (that's what she said) and they were seasoned to perfection. I honestly think I would go back to District Seventy8 but definitely will have my expectations at the proper level for the service they provide

I will be returning! Attended for a group outing. The food was excellent. I had the stuffed salmon, but I tried both the snapper, tenderloin tips, and the sea bass. I most definitely will be going back to order one of the two. Our server was great, handling a group of 15, the food came out fast.

District Seventy8... let's go! Pros: 1. Nice scenery with a decent crowd. 2. Great drinks! 3. Able to do split checks, even with a larger group. (We had 6 people) 4. Parking surrounding the area (both parking structures and meters with a 4 hour maximum) Cons: 1. Appetizers must be ordered first, and then the server will place the order for the entrees - this is fine, but the rest of the table must wait for the others to get their apps. 2. The price point for the food doesn't match the quality of the food -- however the wings & fries were good. 3. Automatic 20% gratuity -- which isn't necessarily bad, but definitely something to keep in mind if you plan on spending a certain amount. 4. Service is on the slower side, but our waitress did check on us throughout to make sure we were good on any refills/add ons 5. Music was on the loud side -- a little difficult to hear each other talk or even the waitress SN: If you have a larger party, at least 70% of your party must be present in order to be seated. Overall: District Seventy8 definitely has potential and room to grow. Would be interested in coming back in a few months to see if anything has upgraded!

My overall experience wasn't anything short of amazing, the food was great, the atmosphere was over the top , We had the greatest bartender that you must see ( Jala). I would definitely recommend and say it was a 10/10 !

DO NOT ATTEND this establishment. A group of friends and I came here on a weeknight to get dinner. The moment we walked in they made it seem as we were not welcome. We asked if someone could guide to the restroom in which they said they did not have one on site. When we placed an order for an appetizer, we did not receive until until after we had finished our dinner. At one point we were asked to move tables because a party that was already seated needed more space. What kind of business wants customers to leave their establishment to use a restroom or move seats in the middle of getting dinner. Spend your money elsewhere because it seems like they don't want it there.

Drinks were great! Country Monday I loved the spicy! Bartender was terrific! Great music, lots of fun! Preferred when bathrooms were upstairs!!!!

Last night I had lamb chops with Redskin, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The lamb chops weren't bad there's only so much you can do with potatoes, so potatoes were potatoes. They had a live Dj that kept the music going. When it comes to service, I didn't have to wait too long for my food definitely came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Where do I begin...when we decided on appetizers, started on our order only to be told "we are out of calamari" ok then, definitely could have led with that but ok. Anyway, food arrived, I ordered the Alfredo pasta with chicken...they added shrimp instead. The pasta was overcooked and falling apart. Alfredo sauce was bland and minimal. The whole dish was kind of dry. I was so glad I didn't get a more complex meal. If you can't get a basic meal correct... Husband had the salmon, also flavorless and spinach, you guessed it, also not seasoned. We get our bill...and the audacity to add 20% gratuity to the total AFTER TAX. Ridiculous. So not only am I now paying for sub-par food, but also tipping for it and okay service. Needless to say we won't be back. If you enjoy food and have a somewhat refined palette, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

To whom this may concern: Food great! Ambiance great! Service sucked! I had a birthday dinner planned there that I was disappointed and a little embarrassed. I planned to come with 15 of my friends on party bus so that we would be on time with no issue. We get there on time after receiving serval text telling me to be on time 15min grace period. But we still had to wait almost an hour to be seated then we had to wait long periods to get our orders and some of the food was cold and not handled with care by the staff. It was my birthday but I didn't want to ruin it by complaining about service. So a few of my friends spoke up and that was embarrassing to me because I thought I picked a great place for us to go to. The food I had tasted great and drinks. They offered drinks for our wait but that still didn't help the fact that I couldn't even enjoy like I wanted because my party bus driver was pressed for time to leave. We were there from 7:30 to about 10:40ish. I really didn't know what to do because I liked the food the place but the service really sucked. Maybe it was just a bad day for me idk because the place has great potential

The staff at District Seventy8 went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our server, Skye, was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations on both food and drinks. We started our culinary journey with the crispy calamari and truffle fries, both of which were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. For our main course, we indulged in the perfectly cooked ribeye steak and the mouthwatering blackened salmon. Each dish showcased the chef's skill and creativity, leaving our taste buds dancing with delight. To top it all off, we enjoyed a scrumptious chocolate lava cake that was rich, gooey, and the perfect end to our meal. District Seventy8 is a must-visit for anyone in the Detroit area, offering delicious food, exceptional service, and a warm ambiance that you won't find anywhere else. I can't wait for my next visit! I was at the bar and it took so long for service once I was given a menu it was another long time before I ordered. The food came out on time but it took forever to get my check and leave the vibe was off it's was a welcoming exciting atmosphere I love across the street so I was gonna make this my go to spot but I don't think ill be going back.
