We came with my fiancé to get some donuts and they were nothing but amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly! The donuts are heavenly fluffy and we loved every single bite of them! 100/10 would come again. Definitely going to be our go to donut shop from now on! 👏

Still one of my favorite donut shops! I lived down the street from this place for the majority of my life so I went there quite often growing up. I happened to be dropping off something at USPS so I stopped by. So glad I did! I'm so happy to say their quality has not changed; their donuts are still amazing! ❤️ I got their Glazed Cronut and a Maple Old Fashioned; they were absolutely delicious 😋 They stepped up their package too; super cute!

Fun donuts. Flavors are pretty tasty. Really liked the peanut butter Oreo, it's sliced open and filled with cream too! The donut is the same across the board, just with different flavored toppings. I had never had a donut with a hard shell chocolate coating- and I loved it! Location kinda sucks with the parking. And the entire stand outside to look at the donuts. I like to go into a store. I found them to be a little expensive, but since it's not an every day habit, it's okay. Anyway. Good donuts.

My bf and I were doing Uber eats late at night and we had to stop right before closing to get him a donut because his sugar was low (Type 1 diabetic). A nice lady helped him. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much for your kindness!!

I went here with my family and we all ended up loving the food we got. Of course it was only my fiance and my first time there, whereas everyone else had been there numerous times. The coffee wasn't bad either. The condiments are outside along with the napkins making it easy to fix the coffee to your liking.

Donut Emergency? This is the go to place! The staff is super friendly and the donuts are beyond heavenly delicious. There’s always a line, but it’s really short. The only downside is that the shop is near a busy street and sometimes the cars can be very loud.

The quality is lacking freshness and the donuts just don't do it for me. From the day old apple fritter to the dryness of a chocolate bar or the non-friendly staff at the counter...please go elsewhere to find the right donut and service.

Who doesn't love donuts?! It's notoriously bad for us but it's so satisfyingly gooood. A donut is so much more than I thinks! I have the fondest memories of coming here since I was in elementary school! My mom would take my brother and I here early in the morning to pick up a dozen variety of donuts in their signature pink box. So fresh, so delish! Now we can get donuts during anytime of the day (during their working hours)! Love grabbing some of our classic favs: donut holes, glazed old fashion, sugar donuts and maple bars! They got cronuts but I haven't yet tried but will one of these upcoming visits. Other than the sweet stuff we do like their savory as well - especially the breakfast croissants. The staff has been very courteous and helpful. Parking spots are kind of limited in this tiny lil run-down plaza. But if you don't go during the busy times you'll be ok! I didn't even know DK stood for Donut King until I recently watched The Donut King documentary (an immigrant story with a twist) on Netflix. it gave us quite an insight into an overlooked Cambodian community and the touching story of Ted Ngoy's journey of becoming the Donut King. I was surprised to know that I grew up where he started the business here in Orange/Tustin!! Oh, and I don't want to spoil it if you haven't watched it. But I will say the documentary has an excellent moral teaching about the importance of contentment and not falling for temptation. It is a powerful film that is certainly worth the 1.5 hour investment of time.

Daughter chose the emoji poop doughnut! Lol it was funny looking with eyes. The custard chocolate was spot on. Perfect balance of sweetness, custardy goodness, DK seems to consistently provide delicious donuts! This location had a really cool outside window spot. One could see the donuts through the glass, & you don't have to go inside a store, because there's like a walk up window. Very fun to use this. Service, fast and convenient.

donuts were stale and hard as bricks, also unknown thing on the glazed donut. Customer service was whatever but the donut is crazy work

I love donuts it's an addiction. Dk has the best around orange and Tustin. Tustin being my fav of the two. Always warm donuts. But orange is closer to me so they get the stars. Super nice people and the service is quick!

Great spot for donuts in Orange! I got 2 dozen donuts here and after tip, it was only $26 -- such a good deal. The donuts all smelled amazing and the one I had was fluffy, not too sweet, and fresh. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a classic donut. They also have a selection of coffee and boba drinks.

Cool dude working the night shift. They were cleaning windows when we arrived, we were greeted right away and helped. Hazelnut milk tea was absolutely delicious! Must try! I really want to try the salmon croissant but I just wasn't hungry for it. My Mochi donut was so fresh considering it was the end of the night. The spot is small with a few tables in front no inside dining available.

January 2023, I found myself at El Modena high school for my son's water polo tournament. Having never been there before, I dropped him off for warm-ups, and not wanting to sit around in the cold of the morning, decided to take a walk around the neighborhood. Nothing lost by trying to get my 10,000 steps in early for a day. About halfway into my long rectangular walk around the high school, I passed DK donut, and then went back, knowing that a little bit of fried dough and sugar is actually really good for water polo players. At least that's what I believe. I ordered up his usual: chocolate, old fashion, maple bar, half a dozen donut holes... And I got myself a nice black coffee. Aside: you never know getting coffee at a mom and Pop donut shop. Sometimes it's the most amazing fresh thing you've ever had, other times it tastes, like it has been slowly burning on the carafe heater since the Carter administration. Thankfully, the former was true, and I enjoyed a very nice warm cup of coffee on a chilly winter morning, walk in the mean streets of Orange. The donuts were fresh, served quickly from the outside window, and reasonably priced. Nice people on the other side of the counter, even threw in an extra donut hole or two. Not that the kid needed it, but free is free. If I ever find myself in the area again, I would certainly stop in here for donuts.

I've been wanting to try their cronuts, but never make it before they sell out. But today I got lucky and finally got to try them. They were all that plus some! The donut shop is at the end of the strip mall facing Chapman with two windows to order from. The line goes quick and the staff is friendly. I tried the original glazed cronut and a cruffin. Both super flakey and yummy! The cruffin had a custard filling and sugar on the sides. I cut it in half to make it a bit easier to eat - I did the same with the cronut. Every bite was like heaven and oh so good!! These things made my Sunday morning and I'll be back for more!

Love this place! I can see why they have so many good reviews, the food and donuts are high quality ingredients and taste amazing. This is a favorite spot of mine you can't go wrong with any of their items! Friendly and affordable

Much love for this little donut shop. Every time I've needed custom donuts for parties and favors they come through and my guests love them! Heads up don't email your order, go old school and call them. And for all the Vietnamese iced coffee lovers out there...theirs is delicious and not watered down. And priced reasonably. PS - be patient with the parking cause the lot is tiny.

Amazing donut shop. The donuts tasted fresh and their drink menu is extensive. I recommend the Peach Iced Tea with a glazed donut.

Planned to stop by my sister and her fam's place in OC before driving back to NorCal and I decided to arrive with a surprise donut haul (having a few of the donuts reserved just for me of course hehe). The customer area of this donut shop is all outdoor: the display cases and the line to order. Seems like some donut flavors are available on rotation because there were some donuts that I saw that weren't on any of the photos uploaded here and vice versa. The donuts here remind me a lot of Krispy Kreme ones in that they are airy, melt-in-your-mouth, and have a really similar very-sweet glaze (for the donuts that do have a glaze). The donuts that I got that did have the glaze were a little too sweet for me (as are Krispy Kreme donuts for me), but if you love Krispy Kreme donuts you'll definitely have a kick out of this place especially with the special-flavor donuts.

Dount's Heaven... The most delicious and fresh donut that I got in recent years... Kudos to this donut shop. Definitely, i'll stop by again. Dont forget to order their low fat milk chocolate with your donut...

Breakfast sandwiches are great staff is friendly that's all I can really say the ham and cheese croissant is loaded so be a ham lover

this is our go-to donut spot because it's close to our house and we know the owner. anyway, the donuts are delicious but the reason i give it a 3 is because the online menu is completely wrong . one day my mom and i looked at the online menu and had it fully planned out on what we were going to get, but when my mom walked in there, the lady said "oh we don't have that" so pretty much everything we ordered. it caught my mom off guard so she said "do you know a location that has that stuff?" and the lady replied with "no." now that i'm looking back at it i realized how odd that is to treat your customers. i ended up getting a smoothie and a croissant which was mid.

DK's is my absolute favorite spot for fresh and delicious donuts! They're so creative with their offerings and continuously make their donuts throughout the day. They have anything from original plain, glazed, sprinkle, tiger tails to cronuts (croissant donuts) and specialty seasonal items like creme brûlée, banana pudding, Halloween, Christmas, Super Bowl, Easter, etc. They're always adding something new and delicious. I follow their Instagram and tiktok accounts to be kept up to date with their latest offerings. Highly highly recommend driving over to DK's to pick up some donuts for yourself or for a get together you're attending. They make a great dessert or offering to the host.

I went close to closing time and bought three donuts but they gave us seven. The donuts were really good too

Been coming here since I was a kid in the 90s, always fresh donuts and good coffee drinks. The Vietnamese coffee is pretty good, and their croissants are to die for.

9/2/24 about 4pm Had a total craving for donuts and decided to go to our usual go to place! The girl (didn't get her name) working had no personality. They were out of custard and I said oh darn! Well gives us a reason to come back again! I laughed, she did not...just really had zero personality, not inviting, not friendly at all. I have to say the last couple times we came to DKs it's been like this. I told my hubby that we need to go to Friendly Donuts (just down the street from DKs) from now on! Friendly Donuts really are friendly and very welcoming. They truly show they appreciate their customers. Their donuts and drinks are amazing! In this economy, this is a splurge to get these treats. Trust, go to FRIENDLY DONUTS where they appreciate you and your business! Gave 3 stars as the donuts are fresh and tasted good. Our hard earned money will not be spent here any longer. We will move on to where our business is appreciated.

Delicious donuts, quick and friendly service, and I'm a happy camper. What's there not to like? I usually grab an assortment of their croissant donuts and whatever specialty donuts they have that I haven't tried yet (they get creative with their specialty offerings. The Cookie Monster donut is my latest discovery. It's not only cute, but it's tasty too!) anyhow- Everything I've picked up from this spot has been fresh and delicious. No complaints about the quality service and food. I Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area & have a craving for donuts. Just FYI: the parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare when the shopping center is busy, but that is completely out of their control.

Hands down, the best and freshest donuts in town! We have been coming here for almost 15 years. Conveniently located on Chapman in the post office parking lot. Limited parking. (fyi Orange Blossom is a Chinese restaurant in this same parking lot - delicious Chinese food)!! There are two walk up windows. No indoor seating. So many fresh options to choose from. They also take credit cards which is a bonus when I buy dozens for work. The donut holes are always a pleasure. Served on a cute paperbag, so soft and fresh. And not too sweet. Definitely my favorite donut shop in all of Orange County!

I've always been a fan of good Belly Bullets, and DK's is an excellent place to head for when you get that kind of craving. The place is open 24/7, and they bake their donuts fresh as needed around the clock. Tip: When you check-in on Yelp, you'll be rewarded with your choice of a free blueberry cake or red velvet donut; the former are my preference The selection here is surprisingly broad - they have pretty much every kind of Belly Bullet you've ever drooled over. There's free parking in the lot right next door, and they have two windows to serve their patrons. Honorable mention goes to their original glazed donuts. The glaze has just the right level of sweetness, and when they're fresh they're just the thing to pair with piping hot cup of Java. To be fair, they don't measure up to the heavenly glazed donuts baked at Stan's Donuts in Santa Clara, but you can say that about donuts everywhere ;-)

Just as amazingly delicious as the first time I went to DK's Donuts ! I love the s'more and Unicorn donuts and you've got to try their Taro purple tea drink with boba and I had mine with Almond milk. This time I called ahead and my donuts were waiting for me to pickup YUMMY YUMMY FOR MY TUMMY!!!! Thank you.

The definition of Yummy-licious!!! Run don't walk to this fabulous place that I found by accident. Was at the DelTaco next door and was curious so I meandered over to check it out...glad I did. Breakfast bagel sandwiches and donuts were delicious. Had a hard time deciding what to order but between the 5 in my family we had a variety of items and all did not disappoint. I live in NorCal but stop by when I'm in town for fast friendly service and yummy food.

There were too many good options to choose from. I went with a strawberry donut, per usual lol. It was nice and moist.

I had the chocolate donut with sprinkles and the regular donut with sprinkles. Both were delicious and reasonably priced. If I was in the area, I'd go back and get more donuts.

I order a cinnamon roll and got something else. I told the person at the counter that my order was wrong and she told me she already put it in the bag and I couldn't change it. I will never go back to this place again! What a waste!

Delicious donuts. My favorite thing about this place is that they're open extremely early. It's hard to find something quick to eat when you start your day so early. Cronuts are kind of expensive for what they are but definitely should not deter you from trying at least one.

Don't bother using your check in donut they don't honor it. The ladies today acted like we were an a convenience when ordering. Plus they over charged for a donut and said nothing they could do but could exchange it for one I want... what the!? We won't be back.. mostly cake donuts, drinks, sandwiches and typical donuts with fancies. They are tasty but with with the customer service we won't be back.

Good donuts. Great service and love that they have two windows to order from. Parking is not the greatest but early morning isn't a problem. Their coffee is really strong. Not bad as my new local donut shop. Maple Bar is my favorite :)

My wife is a donut snob, she grew up in a family that donuts were almost a religion, anyway we stopped in there one morning while we were in town the donuts were amazing. the cronuts very good and even the breakfast sandwiches were excellent and much fresher compared to most fast food offerings and competitively priced, I like the place next time we're in town will go back

Fast & friendly service, delicious donuts, need I say more? As an East coaster, DK's was a nice change from the usual Dunkin. The texture of DK donuts is cake-like and so they don't get stale as quickly. In fact, we picked up donuts in the afternoon and they hadn't dried up even when we ate them later that night. Blueberry is my go-to at Dunkin so I decided to try both blueberry options at DKs and they both exceeded my expectations! The crumb topping in particular was my favorite. It wasn't until we opened the box at home that we realized the gentleman behind the counter threw in a generous handful of donut holes so s/o to him for the bonus surprise! Note: don't forget to check in for a bonus treat!

Nice and easy and yummy donut! I want to come back when they are freshly made in the morning but even though it wasn't freshly made it was good !
