"Dmitri’s is a mini-chain that has one tiny Greek BYOB in Queen Village, and another, almost identical one in Northern Liberties. Neither take credit cards or accept reservations, but if you’re willing to wait a few minutes for a table, you won’t be disappointed. The menu consists of a lot of seafood, with dishes like grilled octopus and the shrimp pil pil, and it’s all the kind of stuff that turns a casual weeknight dinner into one you’ll be broadcasting the next morning to all your coworkers (who didn’t ask, by the way)." - Sydney McElwee

"After a refresh, Greek seafood specialist Dmitri’s is back up and running in Northern Liberties with a menu of spanakopita, grilled octopus, shrimp pil pil, and crispy lamb. It’s BYOB and doesn’t take credit cards or reservations. (The original Dmitri’s in Queen Village is closed permanently.)" - Sarah Maiellano, Rachel Vigoda

This place was great! Super nice people, classy decor, good food. A huge warning, they are cash only! The only reason they didn't get five stars from me was the unfortunate choice to douse everything in red wine vinegar. Otherwise, delicious, definitely a date night kind of restaurant.

I am usually not a fan of Mediterranean but this place had great food. We sat at the bar and watching the cooks cooking added to the experience. The grilled cheese, platter of some sort and this shrimp dish all were perfect to drink with a glass of wine. This place is BYOB so don't forget to bring a bottle of wine to go with this wonderful food.

I LOVE THIS PLACE - it is great for a group of 4-6. The dishes are all family style... we always leave super full and end up gasping at the low bill! I am a vegetarian and I really love their menu there are tons of options! GO and enjoy! They dont take reservations so just keep that in mind!

My husband and I went here tonight and I'm disappointed to say that we didn't have the best experience. The food was good and consistent like always, but the service really lacked. We had to sit at the bar because there was a long wait for a table and servers were constantly bumping into our chairs and at one point a server ran by and spilled wine on my husband's hand and my coat without an apology. The waitress barely checked in with us at all and at the end of the night I asked for sugar with my coffee and the server acted like that was an inconvenience to bring it. We also asked her to wrap up our calamari and shrimp because we still had plenty left and she threw it out instead of wrapping it or bringing a box. I understand it's busy, but there is no excuse for the service we received tonight. Pretty disappointed because I love the food here.

The atmosphere was nice. Service was not the best. Specials weren't offered to us, but were offered to everyone sitting within earshot of our table. The fettuccini seafood was okay...my wife's salmon was dry. We were only offered the dinner specials, AFTER I heard everyone else being offered the specials. There were no sides offered with my wife's dinner. It would have been nice to know that, beforehand. First time there, and last time....and I spend a great deal of money in the Northern Liberties restaurants.

This used to be my favorite restaurant but the last two times I’ve been there, food has done a complete 180. Ordered the bluefish special which was fishy and bland and grilled octopus that tasted so fishy it was barely edible. Not sure if their quality of fish has gone down but this is not what it used to be. Also, the whole staff is new, all very nice, but thought it was odd after so many years of seeing the same servers it seems they all left. I am highly disappointed and hope they bring back the quality It used to be!

Great food, horrible service. I used to come here at least twice a month with my boyfriend. They have the best scallops and grilled octopus. Reasonably priced and byob. But the past 3 times we went the servers were rude and seemed annoyed the whole time. The last time we went we had just finished dinner & were finishing our glasses of wine when the server came up to us and asked us if we could leave since they had people waiting for tables. It was extremely unprofessional. We have not been back since.

This place is super cute. Small plates kind of place. BYOB. Inside and outside seating. If you have a few in your group, try sitting at the counter you can watch the chefs make your meals. It’s very busy every single time I have come, but that doesn’t deter me from coming. Mediterranean food with a flare.
