Doce Donut Co. Bellevue - Review - Bellevue - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Doce brings brioche donuts to the Eastside, with a third location in Bellevue. And much like their Fremont and SLU outposts, here you’ll find dozens of flavors like tres leches, guava con queso, and tiramisu. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Kayla Sager-Riley

Well look at you Bellevue, you got yourself another donut place!! Doce Donuts takes its place were a little coffee place was and it doesn't seem like they did much with the spot but we are here about food so let's get to it Churro Donuts 4/5 Cinnamon sugar goodness, you cannot go wrong... well unless you have caramel on top that didn't have to be there and just took away from this beauty of a donut. Order it but do yourself a favor and remove the ribbon on top Tiramisu Donut 5/5 oh heck yes!! It’s full of chocolate coffee yumminess and beautiful mascarpone but guys when I say chocolate these brilliant ppl put a crisp chocolate bottom to keep that moist donut in tact and truly make it decadent 100% would order this again So my mini issues, the noise from the kitchen is a lot, not an oopsie that fell, nope, just a constant clang clang clang. The decor is beyond basic I don’t know when this industrial chic is going to end but wow I wish it would. FYI yes the donuts are pricy BUT you do make a choice coming here so… Will come back for the tiramisu!

Hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had. The guava and cheese is probably my all time favorite pastry. We brought a box of Doce Donuts with to my in laws house, and now they ask for them all the time haha we always bring them with when we visit. The new flavors are always fun every month. The passion fruit and tres leches are classic favorites we get over and over. Idk how they do their fruit topping but they are incredible. I’ve had strawberry and mango glazed that were so vibrant and flavorful, blew my mind! Thrilled to have a location on east side so I don’t have to drive over so far to get them. I’ve always had an easy time finding street parking to run in and grab a box.

Stopped by Doce Donuts for a little treat and was instantly charmed by the small, cute shop and friendly vibe. I tried the passion fruit crème brûlée donut and the strawberry shortcake—both were absolutely delicious. The donuts were incredibly fresh, with a perfect balance of sweetness and creativity in each bite. The brûlée top on the passion fruit donut had that satisfying crunch, and the filling was tangy and smooth. The strawberry shortcake was light, fruity, and full of flavor. You can tell they put real care into each creation. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in Seattle and craving something unique and indulgent! Will be back to try more.

The Eastside needed this!! I’m so excited to see what other flavors roll around in the coming months. We tried Passionfruit Crème Brûlée, Blackberry Lemon, and their Boston Crème! All delicious, and reasonably priced. We also ordered an iced dirty chai, and it could have been the brand of oatmilk they used but we found it to taste quite watered down. Overall— will be back for donuts!

Loved Doce! I am glad that they have a location in Bellevue so I don’t have to go all the way to Seattle to get these delicious donuts. You can find free parking on the street or there’s a free parking garage just around the corner. We drove around several times looking for a parking spot, luckily a friend told me that there was free parking around the corner. Wish there was a sign for it… or maybe there was and I didn’t pay close attention to it? Anyways, love love all the donuts, being the piggy that I am, I got all flavors and ate almost all of them (I also shared!)…. My favorite was the passion fruit ones - just bought sweetness and tartness. Yum! Friendly service and clean space. Will definitely come back. I recommended everyone I know about this place.

This was a total letdown. Never in our life have we tasted donuts this bad. We ordered the Churros and Crème Brûlée donuts—both were a huge miss. The texture was so dense and dry, it felt like we were eating a sponge. The filling was way too sweet. The decorations looked nice, but that’s about it. We won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely obsessed with Doce Donuts in Bellevue! We started with the tres leches l, guava and cheese and strawberry shortcake donuts, and they were next-level good — soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgent. The tres leches, in particular, was perfectly soaked without being soggy (how do they even do that?!), and the strawberry shortcake was bursting with fresh flavor. We couldn’t leave without taking more home — another tres leches (because obviously), The OG, and a chocolate crumble, and even hours later they were still incredibly fresh and delicious. Honestly, these might be some of the best gourmet donuts we’ve ever had. Doce is a must-visit for anyone in the area or even remotely close. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back.

OMG. My favorite donut shop in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Don’t pass up on their Lemon donut even though it is listed as vegan. The dough is airy, flavorful and the lemon frosting is balanced between sweet and sour. Perfection!
