Dog Daze finally fills a much needed gap in the DC restaurant market. Great dog park with license and vaccination checks at the door, but with Italian inspired menu options you actually want to eat. The restaurant is separated, so you can enjoy a seated meal in a relaxed atmosphere, or you can order a cold beverage from the walk up bar on the dog park side and enjoy at a picnic table. The staff was friendly, the food and drinks were great, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend.

Had the best time at Dog Daze this weekend with my best friend and her dog Vie! The cocktails were on point, the pizza was crispy and packed with flavor, and the vibe was just right—good music, great people. This place is definitely about to be my new neighborhood favorite!

Dog Daze is a welcome addition to the neighborhood (even as someone without an actual dog). I went for dinner this past weekend with a group so we got to try a lot on the menu. The pizzas are thin and crispy and enough to have leftovers. Pictures are the P.E.P. and the Sweet 100 - don't forget to order some of the dipping sauces (the dill ranch and chili oil were awesome). We also tried the white pizza which was one of our favs. They have a great drink list and the cocktails were refreshing and paired well with the food. We started with some of their dips and focaccia which are also not to be missed and ended with their dessert (fior di latte) which I'm still thinking about. I can't wait for their walkup window to open so I can go grab some ice cream even when I'm not hanging out there!

So I show up to DD, had to wait in a line (bc POPPIN) even during their soft opening weekend. It was bc of the dog limit, which I heard it reached quickly so I recommend getting there early if you’re bringing your pup! Although it was packed, it was still such a vibe and could feel the sense of community it brought to the neighborhood. Didn’t mind waiting in line, got to talk to the owners who are super friendly and kind. The entrance for the dogs has extra layer of safety to make sure no sneaky pups get out. Once in, leashes off and hung up on the designated leash hooks. So many fun cute dogs, me and my pup had a blast! For food I had to get the Bella Sando for myself (soooo fresh) and then shared the Butter leaf Ranch salad, Sweet 100 (with the Calabrian chili dip to spice it up) and the P.E.P! Perfect meal for 2. I was told even if I was full I NEEDED to try the ice cream. So glad I did. The fior de latte with lemon crumble. Holy moly. Also, wait until you see the fun bathrooms!!! Such a vibe.

This restaurant bar offers a unique and much-needed space where dog owners can relax and enjoy great food and drinks while their furry companions have just as much fun. The concept is brilliant – finally, a place that caters to both dogs and their humans! The vibe is laid-back and welcoming, with a cool, modern decor that feels stylish without being pretentious. The staff is incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make sure both the dogs and their owners feel comfortable. The menu is equally impressive, with delicious pizza and sandwiches. What I loved most was the sense of community. You can meet fellow dog lovers, let your pup socialize, and enjoy a relaxed, dog-friendly atmosphere that’s truly hard to find in most places.

I live in the Logan area and wasn't sure what to expect when a year ago I heard the property would be a dog park bar. I don't have a dog and have no interest in being around a ton of dogs while dining. However, I was highly impressed by the food and the ability to eat without be bothered by dogs. First, the food was much better than expected. It's top notch pizza and small plate dishes. I was expect average pizza, but their pizza was some of the best I've had. Second, the staff was friendly and seem to make sure the dogs outside were behaving. Add in the spaced out seating and relaxing environment I can easily see being here for a few hours. The drinks are great as well and not just beer. As a neighbor I'm happy to see this place open here.
