Good hamburgers! They came in small buns. The chilly one is very good, we didn’t order it but they gave it as a mistake and was delicious. They have fritters and french fries, both good! The waiters were really nice.

You guys I just got a breakfast burrito and let me tell you it’s huge and one of the best ones I’ve ever had, I woke up at 9 AM and I was starved and it’s down the street from me. Oh my god this breakfast burrito is out of this world.

If you gonna eat here, better get it delivered because that’s the only way the staff are going to care about your order. We’ve delivered from here a few times and it’s been pretty decent — at least the food was warm. But for the love of god, don’t go in person or else you’ll stand at the counter for 10 minutes while delivery drivers get helped before you, and then after waiting over 30 minutes for two burritos and two sides, you’ll get cold burritos. Such a shame.

Do not recommend. Have eaten here a few times to give it multiple chances. The prices at this location are somehow different than other locations. No big deal - but why? Decent atmosphere. Service was lacking - employees seemed out of it - misinformation, couldn’t answer questions accurately… and when I finally had my order - I was disappointed… I didn’t even bother taking photos because I was so upset I just threw it away. The burgers are “ok”… but the chicken tenders were TERRIBLE. The amount of breading I pulled off because it was just hard, deep fried flour - was excessive. Just huge CHUNKS of HARD, OVER COOKED breading stuck to VERY SALTY chicken. I was literally picking it off and tossing it back in the box - and it sounded like throwing rocks. Ate like half of 1 tender before I gave up because I was concerned it would damage my teeth - ridiculous.

This place was an unexpected surprise. I had a bratwurst with sauerkraut. Quite good and a fair price. About $10. I ate around 9 pm on a weeknight. Not crowded. Fast service. Nice interior. Really highly recommend.

2020.01-01/1836: This place NEVER disappoints. Food quality is outstanding and so delicious. For folks on special dietary restrictions, you can eat here! We had our burgers without buns and wrapped in lettuce...holy moly. The staff they have on board also shows us that management is good and it's a well-ran establishment. We ordered the Holy Aioli burger, added a fried egg and made it wrapped in lettuce. Wowsers. Just as gorgeous as I thought it would be. The burger was well-constructed and packaged for a take away order! When we opened it up, heavenly. No sloppy tower of mess to eat. It was PERFECTLY put together. Same thing with The Mensch. Gorgeous, well-constructed burger with pastrami which was also wrapped in lettuce. This also came out perfect and did not require a fork and knife to eat it. Their packaging for take way orders is awesome. You receive your food just like it's advertised. Gorgeous towers of patties and toppings. We ordered a side of coleslaw which blew our taste buds. It's delicous AND we received it's just how we liked it. The coleslaw isn't overly sweet and complimented our burgers so well. All in all, can't wait to visit again!!

I came here and got my free dog haus classic dog. It was their birthday and if you texted happy birthday they gave you a coupon for a free dog to use by Oct 31st. I got a chili the kid dog and my son got the cowboy dog. Both were delicious! I would definitely return. One dog will fill you up! They use the sweet Hawaiian rolls as the bun and beef dogs! Sooo good! Service was quick and the ladies there were helpful when I had any questions about the dogs and using my coupons.

Clean. Organized. Staff was very professional. The presentation was great! Love the tongue-in-cheek dude humor of the brand. I had the "Wurst" Corn dog. A full-beef,beer battered hot dog. Classy🤧👌

Big hot dog fan here. I initially didn't think much of Dog Haus, preferring small mom and pop shops over slick chains. But after several visits, I've become a fan. There's a great variety of hot dogs, but I stick to my usual - chili, cheese, onions and mustard. This location has friendly servers who keep the place clean and the orders delivered fresh, hot and quick. A few tiny parking spaces in back.

Pretty disappointed. First of all, we only chose this place because they're supposed to accept In Kind as payment. we get there, try to pay, and they say they don't accept it. so the entire purpose of going there was immediately defeated. we try to make the best of it and pay $48 for two hot dogs and two beers -- really expensive. we sat there on a thursday night and we were the only customers dining in. i instantly could tell why. the seating was SO UNCOMFORTABLE- hard little stools with no backs to them. plus, the lighting was a harsh white LED light and the art was really corny. They need to work on their vibe and seating to draw more customers in. Interior just looked sterile. On top of all that, I found a hair in my hot dog. They quickly swapped it for a new one, but didn't offer anything above just swapping it out for the inconvenience. Also, beware that the meatless option is for some unexplained reason like half the size of the regular hot dog. They don't put that on the menu anywhere.

Updating my review because there was a hard piece of...something in today's delivery order. It looks like a tooth, but my teeth are fine and it's bigger than a piece of broken tooth. Stone? Bone? I nearly broke my jaw chomping down on it. The fries were awful - cold, hard, flavour-free. We asked for ketchup because we didn't have any on hand, and received Heinz mustard. Yellow mustard with grody ass cold fries...yummy! Cherry on the sundae, the delivery fee is exorbitant - $7.50? They're literally down the street. Melting face emoji.

Food was so good. The kinda good that's hard to put down while ur eating it. Chicken was tender and seasoned really well and very unique flavors. To many sauce choices which was great. The staff super friendly , everything was clean. I wish I saw more pictures of the food ... sorta felt overwhelmed with the choices but they had a special with a picture of it and so I chose that and it ended up being amazing. I want to come back and actually try the hots dogs Btw the monster in the pic is actually sparkling water ... which was also super unique and good

Doggone Good! OMG! Dog Haus dogs are delicious, but it seems like they're getting a little smaller. Usually, I go to the Burbank location, but recently I went to the Lankershim one for the first time. It was nice and cool. There's plenty of street parking on Morrison as well as parking in the back. Since there was only one person in line, I was taken care of quickly by a friendly woman. Once I ordered, she gave me a number to bring to any table I wanted to sit at and a glass to fill with water at the beverage station. It wasn't long before an amiable guy delivered my Cowboy - a smoked, bacon wrapped dog with cheese sauce, crispy onions and BBQ sauce on a sweet Kings Hawaiian role for $8.99. It just didn't look as chubby as it used to, but I could be wrong. It was messy and yummy like all of the Dog Haus dogs I've tried. Kudos for serving hormone and antibiotic free beef dogs! Hot diggity dog, I'll be back!

First timer and the loved the unique hot dog options on the menu! The food was surprisingly really good considering all of the different toppings you would never think to put on a hot dog. Fries and tots were pretty average but overall would definitely return. The aioli sauce is to die for!!

My second Sunday in a row. Their new breakfast burritos are really good. I have had the impossible breakfast burrito and it has been perfect both times. The staff has been great and easy parking.

A fat bratwurst with sauerkraut, onions and brown mustard on a perfectly toasted buttered fresh roll. Divine. Das Brat. My brother had their famous chili dog with a cold root beer chaser. Very satisfying and oh so delish. You want a good hot dog with a bunch of options and cheerful service? Dog Haus.

The best burger I've ever had, hands down! This has been my go to spot when I'm in the mood for one and I always get it on the hawaiin rolls. 10/10 highly recommend! The service is always great and fast as well.

Had a Impossible Cali Burrito and it was sooo good! Glad I took a a chance on this place. They also serve the breakfast burritos all day. I noticed the Beyond Breakfast Burrito isn't an option for placing an order online for pick up. Will this be added soon?

Really liked this place. I typically prefer hot links, which they didn't have. I like how u can customize the ingredients. The costumer service was great. Being a first time costumer she offered great insight, did recommendations, and also offered to put on the football game while we sat and ate. I only gave it a 4 because the restroom smelled pretty bad. But besides that, the food was great, well cooked and the costumer service was lovely. Thank you

Came here for the first time and wasn't expecting to pay $55 for 2 people. Also the restaurant smells like sewage so imagine what that's like eating your over priced food and smelling that. Barely any cheese or chilli on my food. Also why is it $1.08 for ranch. I could have gone to Cheesecake Factory or a sit down restaurant for $55. I don't know that's just me.

I placed an order for two breakfast burritos and waited longer than I wanted (about 20 mins). By the time I received my order, new customers were being told that their orders would take 35 mins. That's crazy for this type of business. That said, holy smokes does this place have great food! Corner Cottage in Burbank has some competition for breakfast burritos. I guess I'll try to phone in my orders in the future but if this location can get its wait times down, they'll be a huge success!

Came here for breakfast burritos. We ordered the sausage burrito and the bacon burrito and a side of onion rings. We arrived around 11 am and there were a few people but the service was fast and the place was clean. Customer service is a 10/10. As a person with food allergies and sensitivity, the kind girl that took my order was very understanding. I asked for everything that was inside of the bacon burrito on the side and I got exactly that. Food is delicious and came out exactly as ordered. My burrito was delicious and exactly as I mentioned (everything on the side). The sausage burrito was also delicious. The onion rings were crispy and perfect.

I ordered a breakfast burrito through the website. It was ready very quickly and tasted amazing! I would definitely get one again!

The words "beyond" and "impossible" are the way to my heart! A lot of the time, restaurants will only offer one or two plant based options, which is still awesome, but Dog Haus literally has a veggie option for everything on their menu! Breakfast burritos, sausage dogs, corn dogs, chicken sandwiches, burgers, and tons of sides- PLANT BASED!!! Stop I can't handle the excitement! I had the burger, tots, and veggie dog and cannot wait to go back and try more. The vibe is casual but trendy- so perfect for the NoHo arts district! I also met the owner while I was there and she was LOVELY. Staff is fabulous too. 5/5!!!

Gave us burnt hot dogs/buns, I called the same night and the young man said he couldn't issue a refund but would have someone call me to handle it. No one called and we went in this evening for a separate order, we mention the refund, show pics of the burnt food and the woman's reply is "that's how it looks". No desire to help us or address the call made the same night. There's many places around to get a hot dog, this place is no longer one of them.

I'm a fan of Dog Haus! I've enjoyed everything that I've ordered here. I'm particularly a fan of the chili dogs with fries. You samtand in line and order at the counter, then find a place to sit. They have a good selection of beers and sodas to drink. There are a variety of options for hot dogs and burgers and, as I said, they are all good (at least the ones I've tried). The staff here is super friendly and helpful, and always does a good job. The food is always prepared well. So what brings it down from five to four stars? Two things. The first is a big deal, the second is a slight issue, but when you pair it with the first it brings it down. The first issue is parking. They have a TINY lot in the back, and so other than that you're looking for street parking, or parking in a structure. We've wanted to come here for dinner in the past, and turned off because we can't find parking. It's great if you're going to a movie, or doing something else in the arts district, but if your just coming for dinner it turns into a hassle very quickly. The second (less important) reason for the four stars is the prices. The prices are... A little steep. By the time you order everyone's food, sides, and drinks it is just a little more expensive than it feels it should be. But, we really like this place overall.

Ordered a Breakfast Burrito off the Grubhub App under Bad-Ass Breakfast Burrito and it was DEEE-LICIOUS! I got the brekkie burrito with extra bacon, totally unnecessary but I was glutinous. The consistency was great, flavor amazing and size was massive! Anyhow! It was delicious and the driver was quick and nice.

Said it before and will always say that excellent customer service coupled with immaculate food is the true winner of all hearts. A spacious environment and we were checked on frequently by staff to make sure all was well. Food may take some time but that's because it's all fresh making the flavor unique and unforgettable

I have been to the location in Thousand Oaks more, but this location is clean and it's quick and efficient when you walk-in to place a takeout order. I particularly like their sliders and and order of tater tots. Their tots are crispy but not overly greasy. I recently tried their Sooo Cali dog and I was surprised it was flat in taste. Bland. It needed salt. It was loaded with some tasty toppings but it was a flavorless concoction. Street parking available out front of the location.

For a place specializing in hot dogs, sausages and burgers, DogHaus has a fabulous plant-based selection. Always really good craft beers as well. The outdoor area in this location was a bit smaller than Northridge/Reseda's, but a larger indoor area. Super clean, friendly, and fast as well.

I love Dog Haus but this location has essentially become a hub for Uber Eats and other delivery services. I waited 20 min for two hot dogs in an otherwise empty restaurant while a never-ending flow of drivers came in, picked up orders, and left. Not sure I will come back and maybe "fine in" is simply dead.

For a chain, they serve pretty consistent food Hot dogs 10/10, had a Cajun seasonal one, really fire Fries 9/10, a bit small Burgers 8/10, on Hawaiian rolls Plenty of seating, parking in the back is a nice touch

Unaccommodating. Even McDonald's has variables to their menu. Don't eat McD's but the principle remains. Franchise or mom-and-pop. Their "fixed" menu is a joke. Too bad. Would have been a loyal customer.

Do you realize we went to a restaurant where it was seat yourself, use technology to scan the menu, go through rigamorole to put in your order, insert your private credit card info, make you pay before your order goes through, insist on a 20÷ tip, wait forever just for your drinks to arrive, slam dunk your entrees not in unison, and make you have to ask for utensils. I apologize for being Gen X. But what the actual fuck???

On August 11, 24 we stopped by this Dog Haus on Lankershim Bl. to have the dinner. We ordered two burgers, fries and beers at the counter and paid $70.87 via CC including 15% tips. When I looked on my receipt I saw that they charged me for 3 burgers instead of 2. When I asked Melinda, the Server who charged me for an additional burger to reimburse me this extra charge, she marked extra burger and put the amount that will be credited to me, said that she already contacted the owner and only owner can credit back to my account, and I should wait 3-4 days until I will see credit on my CC...., never happened. On Friday 16, 24 after I did not saw the credit, I called to restaurant and spoke with Tyler. He told that I need to stop by and bring the receipt that he could send the receipt to the owners and they will credit back to my CC...., it never happened again. It is not about money, It had nothing to do with the food, but this is about dishonesty. They could give me the cash to cover the mistake and get over with the issue, but instead they choose to give me run around. Felix Z I am attaching the receipt.

For this delivered order, I wanted an all-beef hot dog with sauerkraut and mustard. What I got was a beyond hotdog without sauerkraut. It was disgusting and had no flavor. I ended up tossing the whole thing in the trash. Won't order from this store again.

Honestly their food is delicious. I've had lots of different things so I can say with certainty. Their breakfast burritos are out of this world yummy. They probably have the best corn dog I have ever had. Their Nashville chicken strips are delicious. Beer on draft! Chili cheese fries legit. Owners and staff are really nice. Quality always on point. With Raising Caines opening on the corner there is no doubt DH has better tenders and fries. Love having DH in the neighborhood! Giving an extra star for the sheer amount of hangovers this place has save me and my buddies from.

I appreciate a good hot dog, but this place was kind of a let down. The quality of the meat wasn't that good and if I'm paying for an upscale hot dog I was expecting more. The server didn't want to help me and they just directed me to the self service checkout. I asked for ranch and they said it was extra which is fine, but the self service didn't have that option to buy it.

I've been meaning to update my review (way long over due) because Ashley reached out to us and totally made up for the original subpar experience. I really appreciate when management or a company in general are willing to right their wrongs! Thank you so much Ashley and Dog Haus! We love this place and is a regular stop for us :)

Ambiance - nope. Come on now. Really?! I've never been here before or been to another, but this joint always seems to be busy when I go by. Service - ummm - they were nice. And slow. Food - I'll know more when I get it home and eat it. Although we've been here for a good while. 30 minutes and the place is empty. An hour later - Okay, out of the two of us only I liked the food we ordered. I had the chicken fingers on Hawaiian rolls with coleslaw. They were not bad at all. The paper towels for napkins were hysterical and creepy. My buddy had a burrito and tater tots which were left pretty much uneaten. So, fast food doesn't have to mean bad food, but...

The is what i received today for my guests and my dog to eat. RAW meat very disgusting.How can they be so irresponsible. You are dealing with people's lives. I was so embarrassed that my guests had to stay hungry because they witnessed such a horrible experience. The Health Department is aware and Im not regretting a single second writing this review. You dont deserve a star.

Came for a free hot dog day and though the line was packed close to closing, they were able to take everyone's order until they sold out. Great customer service from all team members! The seating is plentiful at this location but parking is sparse. Thanks for the hot dog!

That's funny that you want to comment a month later? Was the power out? It was the manager on duty that took the correct actions and refunded my money. You had my phone number. You never tried to contact me again. Doesn't dismiss the fact that you don't have any customer service skills. Your response proves that clearly. Don't act like you did the right thing. I'm gonna do exactly what you said "If you don't like it don't come back." Class act right there!

They put love in the food had the chipotle honey not not to spicy. Thick juicy pieces with sliders was just great overall experience also colors where soft if you into that. also waiter was awesome great customer service

Since moving out of the area, it's been a good minute that I last visited Dog Haus. Last week my boyfriend and I decided to catch up with a friend and we met at this location. It's always mind-blowing to me to see how a restaurant can stay consistent with taste and quality after we didn't visit it in so long. My favorites have always been the LITTLE MULE and THE HANGOVER burgers. It's always a treat, and I'm never disappointed. One thing I am not a fan of, is that they charge for a side of ranch dressing. I thought McDonald's was the only place that did that, hehe. Staff was friendly. Parking was available on the street, although they do have a small parking lot in the back. I recommend coming here. I think you will enjoy the food as well!

Love a good late night eat and especially a late night dog! Blessed to have these guys around and open past 9pm. The cheese tots are always a winner here and their dogs are lit. Loved the hot dog with chili on it. Very nice employees here.

Go for the hot dogs and burgers but STAY AWAY FROM THE CHICKEN"!!! I ordered the hot chicken slider combo for lunch delivery. When it arrived, I opened the box to discover that it didn't come with a bun or any toppings. I was hungry so I ate the strips which were dry as jerky. My lunch partner, who did get a bun and toppings, also commented on how dry it was.
