When you arrive at the hotel a smile reaches your face, and it stays all the visit. The building and gardens are perfect maintained. The rooms spacious, the bed very big and comfortable, and the equipement and products in the room and bathroom very good. The breakfast excellent and the dinner in the restaurant very good.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. I went on a trip with my mother and mother in law, and we all felt this is one of our favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms|are modern, large, clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is delicious with breads, smoked salmon, eggs, fruits, baked goods, and so on. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful too and spoke perfect English. House cleaning made the room spotless every night, including refilling the coffee pot and water by the bed. And as others have noted, the property itself is incredible.||A few tips- you need to rent a car, or as we did, hire a driver. We highly, highly recommend hiring Marc, who was recommended by the hotel as a private driver. He had a Tesla that was extremely clean and stocked with water and snacks, he was incredibly professional and flexible, and drove us for two days around the Luberon valley and down to the Mediterranean. Definitely ask the hotel about using his services!||Also, the hotel is ten minutes from Lourmarin, a very cute town where you can eat at restaurants, but it is about 40 minutes away from other towns in the Luberon, which is something to consider in terms of location, though we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely stunning hotel, vineyard, and location. Service and food is excellent and the staff are friendly, attentive and professional. You could wander around the exquisite building and grounds for ages, while if you have a car, it is incredibly convenient to explore nearby towns. It is peaceful and relaxing, and somewhere you'll wish to keep returning to.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and a birthday at the Domaine. The property is stunning and our room was huge. We loved the breakfast and the winery. The GM Janine (sp?) went above and beyond to recognize our special occasion and came to our rescue when we had an issue with our rental car. She went above and beyond to translate on our behalf to the roadside assistance and organized a taxi. She even remembered our coffee orders each day. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and spa. Will make our way back eventually. Thank you to all of the staff for the memorable holiday.

Fantastic views and landscape at Domaine de Fontinelle. What a place to be on a sunny afternoon for lunch. The dining menu is fantastic and well priced. Their wine selection includes many of their own which are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend a visit.

My wife and I have just spent three glorious nights at this delightful hotel. It is difficult to add to all the previous glowing reports.|The professionalism of the staff started when I booked our stay (Emma) and it continued during our stay from the guys waiting to the girl looking after the pool and the hotel manager |We ate in the restaurant on three nights, the food being excellent but a limited menu which didn’t change during our stay, so staying a week one’s choice would be limited ( if the menu didn’t change but perhaps it does).|The whole ambience of the hotel oozes style and class, the grounds are a delight and very well kept. Our suite (17) was amazing. My only tiny complaint would be the Wi-Fi connection which was not brilliant. Would I stay here again YES MOST DEFINITELY. If in the area it is a treat not to be missed

Bedbugs!!! And rude attitude. Our child was covered in bedbug bites from the child bed and the hotels only response was to contact the health services and offer to change our room. Their front desk staff was rude and dismissive indicating it wasn't their fault and that we probably had brought the bedbugs with us (after a lifetime of global travels without ever experiencing bedbugs). Their idea of compensation was to cover the cost of one breakfast and two drinks. Two weeks later, our child is still not totally recovered from the welts on his body. It's a real pity as it is a beautiful property but our negative experience not only impacted our whole trip, but also ensures we will never stay in the properties of this group again.

Wow - what a stunning hotel in the Luberon Region. We stayed three nights at the Domaine de Fontenille. The property is breathtaking and we felt like a king/queen in this beautiful Domaine. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the terrasse in the park where we had a bottle of Rosé. The staff is great, breakfast amazing and the service overall was just great.
