Notorious Houston Hospitality Company Cle Group Will Open Bisou in Dallas - Eater Dallas

"Cle Group’s club Spire continued to host packed-out parties because its liquor license allowed it to operate as a 'reception hall,' which meant that it wasn’t subject to the same rules that other clubs had to follow. Those parties, which featured rappers like Shad 'Bow Wow' Miller, drew ire from Houston hospitality professionals and elected officials alike." - Amy McCarthy

Houston Nightclub Spire Attracts Massive Crowds Even After Gov. Abbott Orders Texas Bars to Close - Eater Houston

"After Texas Gov. Greg Abbott ordered bars across the state to close, one Houston nightclub continued to operate this weekend, and it was totally packed. Screenshots from Downtown Houston nightclub Spire from over the weekend show massive crowds, little social distancing, and very few face masks. It’s the second time since the pandemic began that Cle Group, which operates Spire and Downtown pool club Cle, has obviously flouted the rules that required bars to close or minimize capacity." - Amy McCarthy

This is thus far the worse nightclub I ever attended in my whole life. I reached out to the establishment a month ago about a birthday celebration. I told them I need a table with 2-4 bottles to celebrate a friend birthday. I explicitly said we were coming from New York City and want no problem just wants no problem getting into the club. I inquire about dress code and I was told they is no dress code. My friends and I got to the club and we were wearing shorts because it was very hot outside. We got to the club and they said my name wasn’t on the list and they have to talk to the manager to let us in. Next as we were about to walk in they charged us an extra $20 because of the shorts. I explained to them that we wasn’t aware about the dress code and that I talked to someone and booked this awhile ago. Third, we got in they have sold the section I previous reserved . They put us outside of the dance floor where the main ambiance is happening , they put us on a table by the bar ! You can’t hear music nor dance because there’s people walking in and out ! It’s close to the bathroom and the main entrance of the club. I express how I felt and the manager didn’t care at all. He was very rude and nonchalant about it. I ended it up spending $1200 dollars there $900 for the section and $300 on hookah and Red Bull. I would not recommend this club for anyone coming from out of state. This is a 100% scam. They will scam you and make money from you .

★☆☆☆☆ This place is a mess—people smoking weed, cursing, and looking for fights. Completely unprofessional vibe. The waitresses are nice to look at, but that’s the only positive. You’re constantly on edge, checking your safety every 10 minutes with sketchy characters all around. Service is way overpriced for the awful experience. Avoid at all costs. .

If I could rate this club zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience on Saturday, April 5th, was hands down one of the worst club experiences I’ve ever had. Security was aggressive and completely out of line. One of the guards disrespected a female friend of mine, and when I called him out, he told me to meet him “at the corner” to handle it physically. Completely unacceptable behavior for any establishment. The entrance staff were rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. We purchased a section in advance, yet we were told we didn’t have enough wristbands. Despite already paying for entry, we were told we had to pay an extra $40 per person. One of my friends paid $350 for the section and wasn’t even allowed into the club due to the staff’s incompetence and disrespect. There was zero security enforcement inside. Anyone could walk in and out of our section. The staff made no effort to manage the crowd or ensure the experience we paid for was delivered. Bottom line: if you're visiting Houston, do NOT waste your time or money at this club. If you live in Houston, you already know better. This place is a complete scam and an absolute disgrace.

This nightclub is a perfect spot to celebrate your birthday. The people were friendly and kind. Only problem I had only with this nightclub was they didn’t give me all the information I need to book a table. One thing that they should have told me was if we didn’t have heels on it was an extra $20 per person. All women do not wear heels Because of medical condition of the foot.

We are here Labor Day weekend we booked a booth for a birthday 2 months ago for $900 over 1000 with tax and when booking we picked out our section!!! Now 2 months later we’re here they first gave us a section that cost $300 per the packet and then we were going to leave until we noticed it was wrong. We let them know they said “tables get moved all the time” they gave the option of sitting in the back by the dj which you can’t see NOTHING instead of telling the people that were in our section that it’s ours and they made a mistake they set us in the back!! 20 mins later they came and offered us another booth on the floor if we paid MORE MONEY!! This is absolutely a mess and really messed our night up!! Will NEVER VISIT AGAIN!!!

Google
Absolutely terrible service from the front entrance people down to the hookah guys. Waited 30 mins to get seated at the section just to wait another 45 whole mins for a bottle girl to come. For out of town people if you purchase the 300 min section just know you will be outside of the club (which they don’t advertise). On top of that they don’t even sale food. If you want to have an attitude all night this is the place to be!

Google
booked a section, bottle girl ignored us because it was 2 of us. little did she know we were about to throw money for them and buy multiple bottles lol we left but i won’t ever come back. even got one of the employees to get our bottle girl for the section & she turned around and ignored us just go somewhere worth spending money!

Google
So, you're basically paying a premium to get into a glorified, overpriced room with zero culinary perks. And to add insult to injury, you're getting charged extra for wearing sandals while others in tennis shoes get a free pass? Sounds like a masterclass in inconsistent rules and disappointment. You're better off saving your money and finding somewhere that values its customers more than their footwear

Yelp
I went to Dome nightclub, formerly Spire, on the Friday of Valentine's Day weekend. I arrived around 11:30 pm, and I paid a 40.00 cover. The nightclub theme on Friday night is Bad B**ches Link Up, and they chose the correct name! There were attractive women everywhere, most local and some visiting from out of state. The lighting was dark, so if you wanted a solid photo opportunity, you had to use a photographer, which I did, and the photos cost 20.00. The DJ played a respectable set. The main room is essentially all sections with a small area in the center to stand or dance. I enjoyed myself. However, they allowed smoking, and the smoke was the worst part of my experience. The nightclub had so much smoke that the smoke in the air began to burn the back of my throat. It was not marijuana smoke, so I presume cigar smoke filled the air. The dress code consisted of anything goes. I found it funny that so many women wore dresses coupled with tennis shoes. The fellas wore predominantly ballcaps and casual clothes. I was the only man in the building dressed dapper in slacks, a vest, a dress shirt, and dress shoes. I felt safe, and security and a police officer patrolled around. I recommend Dome Nightclub, especially on a Friday night. Smoke fest aside, I would return in the future.

Yelp
DONT COME IN HERE EVER!!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND OVERPRICED! Bottle girls dressed like Aerobics instructors that extremely lazy!! They hold the line until 11:45 and then go up in prices in bottles and other amenities! Save your money.

Yelp
If I could give them zero stars I would . I booked a section 3 months in advance for my girls trip May 24 weekend , only to be refunded 2 hours before I was supposed to arrive for them to sell my table to highest bidder . Dont waste your time going here or booking with Iesha bottle service girl !!

Yelp
This place deserves 0 stars , if I could give individual ratings I would because the bartender was very nice. . Don't waste your time and money booking a section because they will not honor it. Gave this place another chance because it said laddies were free all night but was told at the door it was $40 per person. The drinks were diluted and did not taste authentic. This whole place seems like a scam and I'm not sure what the promoters and mangers have going on.

Yelp
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!! They are SCAMMERS On Sunday, October 13, 2024, I bought two tickets through EventBrite ((directly established by DOME) for Sign War Sundays @ The Dome. The event was scheduled for 10:00pm - 2:00am. Me and my friend arrived at 11pm and were very rudely denied entry with the two ladies taking payments at the door rejecting our paid tickets QR code and all and both seemed a little "out of it" demeanor wise with no explanation other than they were not taking them. We were instructed to pay $80 via Apple Pay on top of what we ALREADY PAID for the event to enter. We obliged due to us being from out of town on vacation and already invested money wise, and do to who was hosting (Big Boogie) whom we are big fans of. As we're on the side of the line pulling up Apple Pay for no more than one minute, a very irate and disrespectful security guard (who was present for the first conversation with the girls mind you), aggressively accused us being broke and told us we needed to leave if we were not going to pay the additional $80 on top of the money we already paid meanwhile we're actively pulling up Apple Pay (which I WISH we would have left after immediately noticing the vibe). We ended up paying the additional $80 and were COMPLETELY disappointed with the ENTIRE event. It was not fun, with very aggressive staff, wayyy too many people, with no dance floor AT ALL. We were essentially SCAMMED by Dome via EventBrite. I already sent a refund request to DOME almost a week ago and they are actively dodging me. SMH save your money and go to one of the MANY better venues in HTX.

Yelp
If I could leave zero stars I would! This place is a scam! Had a reservation for 10' people and they charged us $40 p/p after 5 people. When showed the text message everyone at the door stated they didn't know anything about it. We were also told that after 11 the fee kicked in. When does a fee kick in when you have a SECTION! The "promoter" stated he wasn't the promoter and just worked the door. While waiting we noticed him on his phone and escorting people to their sections. Clearly, he lied. They then proceed to sit us in the lobby even though we paid for a section inside the club. We ended up leaving and forfeiting the deposit because it wasn't worth the time. Please do better! Avoid this establishment at all costs.

Yelp
This place is scamming people out of their money. My sister purchased a section there and was literally placed in the LOBBY! The confirmation text that she received stated that her section came with 10 wrist bands and when we got there they only gave us 5 wrist bands. This establishment is really scamming ppl and sitting patrons in the LOBBY after purchasing a section! Don't waste time your time nor money!!! If I can give ZERO stars I would!!

Yelp
First off we paid for a section and had to wait outside in line while the regular line went smoothly. Once we were let in they moved our section from what we had reserved without telling us. When we asked why our section was moved they provided a poor ass excuse of the section you pay for is not guaranteed it's a request but when we confirmed our reservation they confirmed the section we would be in. The onsite manager tried to tell us that she moved our section because someone else offered them more money but how is that possible if we arrived early to prevent them from giving our section away. We choose the section under the DJ booth to make sure everyone would be comfortable and we could see everything but they moved us a small back section in the corner were we couldn't see anything and the section couldn't hold all of our guest. The manager did not try to resolve the issue she just wanted us to accept the Bull she was feeding us. The have very poor Customer skills but I guess they feel since they are dealing with a younger crowd that they can do whatever they want. If I could provide a 0 I would!!!!!!!!!
