Domino's Pizza

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service they delivered my order to the wrong address, i called and spoke to the manager Mario who was aware they delivered it to the wrong address and refused to replace my order. Poor customer service.

Domino’s pizza in Sherman Oaks is my favorite place for my lunch break. Ordering online is quick, simple and always have a variety of carry out specials.

I ordered NY STYLE PIZZA but they gave regular hand tosed. When i called they convincing me that is new york style. Here is the pic you can see what is the Ny style. Manager by name Mario was rude

Always tasty. Mushroom Pepperoni is my go to pie. I also been dabbling with Pineapple and green bell peppers... pretty good combo. That picture shows what was left... looked alot better when fresh. 🤷‍♂️... still good. Lol

Omg! I’m so upset I bought a Hawaiian pizza and I specifically asked for NO GARLIC and guess what they cover it with butter garlic the box are so greasy 😡😡😡😡😡

We get pizza here often Unfortunately, lately the the quality has been inconsistent. We pay more for extra toppings and extra cheese but still arrives with mostly dough and sauce. 2 stars for the friendly staff otherwise would give a 1 star for the pizza. Going to try a different pizza place.

Driver wouldn’t accept my bill when according to the law you are allowed to accept the bill if three-quarters of the bill is intact. I called the store and the driver lied and said the bill was halfway torn. Does this look halfway torn??? Manager was just as useless. He kept asking me the same questions in which I have already answered multiple times and when I spoke louder he said I was raising my voice! Maybe if you were listening I wouldn’t have to speak this loud. The most RIDICULOUS encounter I’ve ever had with dominos. Waste of time and resources in my opinion.

My son and I come every Friday when he gets off work, Friday is pizza night! The entire crew is wonderful; we have been doing this for about 2 and a half years and have always been treated well. The employees know us and are very friendly yet on point (even as the staff changes). The pizza and pastas are tasty and consistent, we order upon arrival and the wait time is consistent, too. (If you come in and order it is about 15-20 minutes, I mean, come on, they have to make it, be patient, people!) Shot out to Kelvin, thanks for taking the time to make sure our orders are right and for your patience and professionalism. This Dominos rocks!

I ordered a medium stuffed crust with Philly steak, cheddar blend and jalepenos. I basically got a regular cheese and jalepeno.

Mario needs to get fired, so called "manager". They gave me the wrong pizza last time and wrote down a credit for me and when I called all the manager could say is I don't see a credit without doing any investigation, asking for a receipt or anything. He then cursed at me and to me to go f myself. This is insane, I will be calling corporate.

This location sent their driver - Henry Mantilla- to deliver at our apartment building. He proceeded to crash into my car, damaging it and then leave the scene as if nothing happened. I know who he is as I have him on video with his license plate clearly showing. I called the manager of the Dominos, and he has been completely uncooperative. Won't put me in contact with the driver, or give me insurance information. Not a good look - employing hit and run drivers and then taking no responsibility. This kind of mentality is everything wrong with LA. Shouldn't even be allowed to run a business.

So you can always park in the back here. I go when I have a huge party I need something that I can walk to and get a decent deal which they do have. The service is always nice. Everyone is always nice when you go in. However, this last time I decided to get wings because I have more people over and I didn't have time to go to where I probably would've normally gotten wings and I spent $41 and some change and it was definitely not worth it. They were tiny little rat wings. I don't even know how to describe them lol. In addition to that, my pizza was room temperature and I was there a few minutes before it was ready so it should've been hot, but it was not. I live close enough to walk however I drove, which means from the time I left my house, parked the car got my food got to my garage. I went back upstairs. It was a total of max seven minutes, and my food was room temperature with these little bitty wings while I was still in the restaurant I had to ask them to put more sauce on the wings because there was hardly any they looked bare. This will be my last time ordering from this location, I'd rather drive a little further and plan more ahead to get better pizza, wings, and deals.

Worst customer service I have experienced from all the dominos locations this one is the worst one stay away the manager is an idiot doesn't know how to run the business sent my pizza to a wrong address and I had waited over an hour and his solution was I will remake it and send you another one . Like my time is not worth anything . The manager does not know what he is doing, wish there was someone who knew how to run this pizza spot so I can order frequently but the new management sucks !!!

Will NEVER go again. Poor customer service. Food blah at best. Angry customer called me a f*ggot and tossed my pizza right outside their door and they refused to replace though they saw everything.

Well, let's see... this Dominos is really small on Van Nuys blvd, its hidden with all the surrounding businesses and across from an intersection. However, if your order online there's some good deals. The pizza is really good for the price, they have wings, deserts, sodas etc. the Dominos tracker is normally really accurate, but today had some glitches. It shows your order being placed, when its prepared, cooked, and checking for freshness before it notifies you its ready. For some reason, I wasn't getting no notifications, then all of a sudden my pizza was ready? Very strange, but normally the Dominos tracker is accurate and speedy service. Theres only street parking near the intersection, it gets very busy with traffic, park and exit with caution.

Domino's used to be terrible. Now they're surprisingly good! As well as efficient and fast. O ordered the supreme pepperoni pizza with asiago cheese. The crust was good, the pepperoni lightly spicy, it was well baked and ready for pickup in the lot behind their store at exactly the time they promised. If you're not sure, wait for one of their man specials, 20-50% off and give 'em a try.

Ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich. The sandwich that was delivered had NO CHICKEN. I repeat. The sandwich had NO CHICKEN. RIP OFF. When I called to complain the clown that answered pretended like he was surprised. It was clear he was not. His foreign accent was so heavy, i could barely understand him.

10 out of 10 out of 10. My man and I just ordered from this specific Dominos and the pizzas we had were made perfectly, delivered and served hot, and the whole process was seamless. We both ordered extra sauce, got extra sauce & the undercarriage was perfectly crisp to handle the extra sauce. No sloppy and floppy pizza from this Dominos! Got the gluten free crust for myself and my man had the pan and everything was just...phenomenal. Thank you to this Dominos!

Good service and good pizza. Food was ready quickly. The cashier was polite and friendly.

I ordered a pizza here. When we opened the box there was a wad of hair in the box. My drunk friends ate around it as kids do. When I called to complain the manager just laughed and me and asked why I would do that. I asked why they deliver hairy pizza. He had no answer. Thanks dominos

You have to double check your order before you leave. On one occasion they forgot to add the bacon topping. But my last order was ridiculous. The "tracker" said that my order was complete but they had me sit for 10 minutes to wait for it. Then when I got the pizza and took it home, it was missing both the chicken and bacon topping. The two main ingredients. Very disappointing. The two stars are for the guy at the checkout who was personable.

I am extremely disappointed as it took over an hour to receive 3 items. My food sat in "quality check" for an hour! I finally called and the store said my food would be next once the driver got back the food finally said out for delivery but then it took over 30 mins to get here when the store is 6 minutes away...The driver looked like they were sitting in the same spot for a very long time near some businesses... I have kids that needed to eat and we had to stay up and eat room temp pizza

Dominos increased their wings price from $7.99 to 12 bucks for an 8 piece. Wing stop will give a 10 piece, fries and a drink at that price. And the wings aren't soggy like dominos

My pizza was super delicious and super fresh!!! DOMINOS is truly changing the pizza game. I will say location isn't ideal for me because there is only street parking on a busy street. Overall, great service

Late last night (Monday 12/12/2022) I went to pick up my carry-out order from my local Domino's (4467 Van Nuys Blvd) and my order had accidentally been taken by a delivery driver. This would normally be really upsetting, but the employee I talked to, Leilani, apologized for the situation, and offered to re-make my pizzas right then, and said she would throw in a free order of cinnamon twists to make up for the inconvenience of having to wait. I appreciated her friendly demeanor and willingness to make sure I was taken care of. Leilani turned a negative experience into a positive experience, and I want to thank her!

I'm so pissed off. I ordered from here. Delivery guy called saying he can't find parking please come down. Which there was when I went down. I said okay and came down to get pizza. He left it on the FLOOR!! I understand if I didn't pick up the phone and I picked up phone on first call and went down. He couldn't wait one minute to give us pizza. Unacceptable!!!!

I was waiting what seemed like an eternity as my order sat out of the oven and a fat lady with red hair and her coworker talked over my food, I watched the TV as it said my order would be read 1-5 minutes for 10 whole minutes as they cover sated over my food. And to take it a step further she argued with me when I advised her that I was missing one Item from my order, and to top it off She Refused ton give me my receipt, and crumbled it up in front of me and through it in the trash.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Very very bad customer service and rude staff especially the manager. Do not go or order from here if you want a bad experience.

Pizza is always good from this location. And just recently I placed the order and I'm not sure if it was a computer glitch or a mistake on my part but either way Kelvin was very quick to fix the problem. This is definitely my favorite dominoes!

Domino's pizza is always good for fast results. Sometimes they get strict when picking up pizza n others tines they ask no questions

Worst delivery. 2 times in a row, they forgot to bring the ranch that I ordered and paid for. When I called them back today, the Assitant Manager said the driver will be back in 10-20 minutes. When I explained that the pizza will get cold and that we can't wait that long, he is like he will be there in 1 minute. I then said ok I am counting now to see if he will be here in 1 minute and then he is like I didn't say 1 minute, 10 to 20 mins. Lol what a joke. They should have their delivering drivers double check the orders and have different dressings in their cars

I just had the best pizza ordering experience because of Arnold. Which I was pleasantly surprised due to covid-19 and with everyone being so cautious anxious and on edge. He surpassed my expectations beyond any 5 star restaurant that I have been to. You would think he was the CEO of dominoes just by his demeanor. I called unsure of what the specials were and I half expected an impatient but polite tone. To my surprise Arnold went over everything they had and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and that I was getting the best deals possible . It might've not seemed like a lot to him but his patience, kindness and professionalism went a long way. I hardly ever post reviews even if it's a bad experience but when someone goes above and beyond like Arnold did I just wanted to share with people who might be doubtful ordering with this dominoes. To ask for Arnold . Service like this doesn't really exist these days anymore. People generally treat each other like business transactions as opposed to having a humanly transaction and it felt good to not only witness but to be a part of it. I would not be surprised if a few years down the road he became part of the empire! It's people like him why I will continue to order from Dominoes .

When the manager tells you the brownies, that we order all the time, are supposed to be that doughy, when clearly they aren't, well it's time to give a bad review. Onward to the many other pizza delivery places.

Best Domino's pizza! My order is always hot and ready. The staff is always friendly whether it's pick up or delivery. My # 1 place to go to satisfy my pizza craving.

This store when Sabrina is managing Is beyond horrific she takes zero responsibility if you're upset at all when you answer the phone she hangs up on you does not listen at all and her only solution is to call corporate this woman should not be an assistant manager she should not even be an employee there she has zero customer service skills no decorum no understanding of why people are demanding to speak to a manager because they may be upset about something what I just had to deal with tonight is bordering on a lawsuit of personal damages between her and the driver and what do I get call corporate which closes at 4 PM Pacific standard time so if you order after that and you have a problem you can't get any help to next day as far as I'm concerned shut down the whole location or completely re-staff it with no one to temper worked there before or has ever worked there together at all they are Beyond horrid they have no idea of customer service at all I could've gotten gotten better customer service from a 10-year-old child then I could from so-called adults

I just picked up an order from this specific location and a kid in an orange hoodie was standing at the cash register without a mask. He wiped his nose and used that exact hand on the computer screen he was touching. Presumably to check out for the day. This is unacceptable and for the sake of being a Karen I'm going to call this location too... even if the kid is/was vaccinated he could still be asymptomatic or even worse he could have the delta variant and it could be all over our pizza... Also, really sucky that we're in a time where I leave a bad review for something that wouldn't even be a bother in the past... but here we are. Lives are at risk and it's really important to hold up the standards that are imperative for people's safety.

I've been a customer for years here and I've always had a good experience until now. As I was buying my food the line cook started throwing up. I asked if That cook made my pizza and this trash yelled at me " NO I didn't make your food!! Who are you??? Let's go out back (n word). He use the n word multiple times with an African American sister in the store. He told me he'd "F me up" and "let's go out back". Little does kid know i was a pro fighter. The young man Desmond helping me was very nice and this situation brought him to tears. Fire that foo and foo I'm happy to accommodate your request. I'm sorry this once highly busy store has fallen this far. Desmond needs a raise and a vacation.

I'm leaving right now with my pick up and just wanted to say that the girl with the curly red hair put in a ponytail was super friendly. She just seemed like she was in a really good mood. So if any manager sees this just let her know that her kindness did not go unnoticed. Unless of course she is the manager in which case... friendly management! Also, pizza delicious as usually.

Great delivery service and employees! I've had had any issues with time to get my order or missing / incorrect order. The one time my order was messed up (pineapple was only supposed to be on half and jalapeños were not ordered but all Over the pizza. They brought me the Correct l Order ASAP and encouraged me to keep the messed up pizza which my. BF was happy about

Great pizza, wings, delivery and always is consistent!! we order from here probably once a week. People here are always friendly. I have actually always had a good experience here. I can even call and the person will tell Me about the specials and is very patient with me. Love this location!

It's our go to when we crave pizza, they make it good here , done right ! You cant beat the carry out pizza with 2 toppings for 7.99. That's a deal!!! Dominos pizza are in front right now, better deal, better taste!

my bro art just picked up this burnt pizza , called the store the cashier said its not possible that its burnt??? how look at the picture attached we dont care about the free pizza its just the principal of it , you just need to apologize thats all

This location needs to fire delivery driver, Saeed. The man complains every single time he delivers to an apartment complex. He expects the customer to leave their residence, and meet in the front of the building to retrieve the pizza. Isn't the entire point of having pizza delivered to enjoy the convenience of not having to leave your home? We pay a pricy delivery fee with a tip. Every other driver before him never had a problem.

Our child's nursery school uses this location weekly so the kids can have a pizza day. The service and food is always great. Kelvin took my order and he was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful! Thank you guys for your hard work!

Had an order delivered from this location. Food came in prompt time, and was still warm. Order was completed as made, with no mistakes. Driver was polite. I'm very happy, and will definitely order again in the future.

For a franchise that makes a decent hunk of pizza, I'm only giving it 2 stars because of their lame customer service. I ordered pizza for 50 people... about a dozen pizzas. Being a bargain hunter, I utilized all the online special deals I could and saved about 30% off the regular prices. The pizza was decent, nothing special and it arrived hot and right on time as I specified it to be delivered at a certain time and it did. I'm only giving it 2 stars because, they would not supply plates or forks with my order. They wanted to charge me 25 cents for each packet of crushed red peppers and Parmasean cheese. You gotta be kidding me!!! a 12 pizza order and they want to nickel and dime me like that? I asked to speak to the supervisor (central ordering system) and they agreed to give me 10 free packs of each of the peppers and cheese. Otherwise, I'd give it at least 3 stars but I'd still rate it ahead of Casa Bianca's pizza as far as taste, which is bizarre but true. I won't be ordering from Domino's anytime soon, unless I was forced to do so.

They have zero parking which is inconvenient, also their shop is very hidden I had to drive by it three times to find it. I originally wanted an order delivered to my apartment located less than a 4 minute drive up Van Nuys but for some reason no dominoes in the world can go that far for delivery. Pizza itself is super delicious as always, I'm just sad I have to drive myself to get it and risk getting a parking ticket to pick it up by parking in the red on the account there is only one parking spot in front of their store and it's mostly used for people who go by next door to fill a marijuana prescription.

Marco the manager has the worst attitude along with his assistant manager! They have zero care for customers and seems like the hygienic value is missing at this place. Gross!

I am newer to the valley and this Dominos is very close by where I live so the location is perfect. I will agree there is NO parking which is kind of inconvenient. The pizza is pretty good! I don't know why I am surprised, but its delicious. the hand tossed crust is so crispy and good. I like the pepperoni and olives.., and I am a new fan of Dominos. I know there are many pizza places you could choose from. I think Dominos has the best deals for your money. You can't beat that!

WOW! Ruined Dominos for sure. Never again ! Extremely disappointed with the pizza delivered. I don't think anyone inspected the pizza before leaving the store. The pizza literally looked like a mess when I opened the box! The cheese was not melted all the way, way too much sauce and the dough was not cooked all the way. So gross!!!

Came here to pick up a carry out order. told the person my name, they came back about a minute later with order. noticed that the sauce was wrong but ignored it. paid. went to the car and check the pizza. it was not my order. went back in to tell them. saw a guy waiting for his pizza. realized they gave me his order. the manager was trying to figure it out then asked me to pay for another pizza. i asked do i get my money back for paying for the first pizza. he proceeded to type. then said he was going to make my pizza. asked me about the toppings. then came back to ask me again. waited. the manager came back and handed me the pizza. went to the car to check. he forgot a topping. decided to leave bc it wasn't worth it anymore. got home and tried to grab a slice and it was not sliced. had to rip it apart to eat. only giving 2 stars because i like food.

I ordered 3 pizzas on Sunday and they arrived kind of worm and cut very poorly!! This location is super close to my house and no reason why my pizzas should have arrived the way it did.

I know it sounds very generic, but all in all this dominoes is excellent! They are drivers and customer service always gets my order right and I order from here at least once a week!

So here goes the consistent low rating. I was going to give it only two stars but the server, Anthony was very friendly and courteous. I ordered the large pizza with two toppings (olives and pineapple.. I know, hate me all you want but pineapple on pizza is next best thing after soap) and two of the slices didn't have any pineapple chunks on it. The olives were loosely scattered and the sauce wasn't enough either. The service was however really fast!

We've ordered from the Sherman Oaks Domino's for several years but now you'd better check the prices for a 3 topping medium garlic pizza and a coke. I was quoted $ 19.49. Delivery charge $ 3.49, coke 20 liter $ 3.49, ( should be $ 1.99 ) pizza medium 3 topping ( supposed to or used to be $ 5.99 for 3 toppings ) not any more, it's closer to $ 12.49 Total almost $ 20.00 not including $ 3.00 tip. No more Domino's

Worst customer service, my order was saying ready on the monitor but I had to wait extra 25 min, and the assistant manager Jose couldn't even apologize for forgetting to put in my order 8/28/2020 8:30 pm

There was virtually no chicken in my buffalo chicken sandwich. I'm very disappointed. And still hungry.
