Domino’s and Papa John’s Want You to Smell Like Pizza for Valentine’s Day | Eater
"Released as a Valentine’s Day promotional stunt in the UK and Ireland, a pepperoni-inspired fragrance called Eau de Passion was offered as a giveaway rather than a retail product. Marketed as evoking an “pepperoni passion,” it features notes of spice and pepper over a warm, woody base and arrives in a pyramid-shaped bottle decorated to resemble pizza slices; interested fans could enter a website form between February 10–17 for a chance to win. The item taps into the broader craze for food-inspired scents, but the coverage treats it as a gimmicky, borderline absurd novelty—appealing in concept but likely only desirable when actual pizza is involved." - Jaya Saxena
I placed an order on 3rd Aug 1.11am through under the guy from store called and asked me to collect the order as there were no drivers i said I can't collect it and asked how long its gonna take he said 50 min and later on he called again and said it will take 1hr 30 min to deliver the order so I requested him to cancel the order he said yes mam u r order cancelled and I called him again to confirm whether my order was cancelled or not he said yes mam u r order cancelled and refund initiated today I checked my statements it shows the amount not refunded I called uber they can't refund now as after 2days I am reporting and contacted dominos who were saying that they haven't found my order in the system then I disconnected the call and walked in store showed them the order invoice they were saying me to contact uber as the order placed from uber and they were very rude...if the guy at very first place asks me to go through uber I would have gone though that even after I called back for confirmation he misguided me and the store people were very rude and not even ready to listen my concern

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, which arrived as a normal crust. I raised it with customer service as I thought it was no big deal (mistakes happen), but then the level of customer service was just vile !!! I was told by a person called Farheen that without taking a photo, they wouldn't even investigate it. They were rude, obnoxious and essentially calling me a liar. They've just lost another customer, as I will never order from them again.

I unsubscribed 3 times from their marketing, they continued to harass and spam me with marketing, which caused me undue stress due to to my mental health.
Contacted them, they couldn’t care less!
Awful company!!!
Update: two weeks on and two complaints in, they’re still harassing me with marketing emails!

Like lots of other reviews on here I wish I could give no stars
Pizza prices are a joke as is the pizzas, the £2 increase for the classic & premium is pathetic (on the app) contacted customer service only to be told it is a franchise & set by individual stores.
Reading about 20 reviews I am surprised dominos has ANY CUSTOMERS, I have now deleted my account/app.

We live in a village between Chester and Wrexham, I called 3 branches in the area to enquire if they would deliver to us , we where told in rather brusk language by two of the branches that they would nt deliver to our address; one lady even said try KFC . When you consider that we are regularly bombarded with your menus and promotional blurb, via our postman, this situation is totally unsatisfactory and is not a good look for your company.

Garlic and cheese bread without the cheese. Domino’s Little Sutton demanded I send them proof my £5.99 cheese garlic bread has no cheese on it. Shocking food and even worse that they are effectively calling me a liar!

These only accept card. No cash transactions. These are part of the problem. I won't be coming in again.

Unfortunately I ordered from their Milton Keynes store (Oldbrook) nearly a month ago. The pizzas arrived and the dough was still gooey as if it was undercooked and the sides were also cold.
I decided not to mention this as I assumed they’d be busy on a Friday night. We then gave them another chance on the Saturday night. We ordered the same order and it said it would be delivered to our hotel in 30 Minutes.
45 Minutes went by and I tried to call the store over 10 times and there was no answer. Even though I paid for delivery I went to the store and they then said the driver had just left, by the time I get back to the hotel the driver would be waiting for me. I got back to the hotel and there was no sign of anyone, so I went back to the store again! On my way back to the store the driver called me to say he was at the delivery location. He wasn’t, but I eventually tracked him down to a random car park.
I complained to Dominos Head Office and unfortunately got left in the hands of Azwin. Azwin thought it would be acceptable to offer me a free pizza for the inconvenience. I declined this as I have spent over £500 with them this year and then he gave me a voucher for 2 free pizzas. I reluctantly accepted even though this is still poor for having to chase so many times and requesting to speak to a manager. This weekend we was away and I went to use the voucher to be told aggressively by a store member that the voucher was only for the Milton Keynes store and that domino’s stores don’t take vouchers over the phone even though it says this on the voucher!
Absolute shambles of a company and you’ll be expecting to hear from environmental health.
