Very, very poor experience of the Blackwood branch. Sat in the house waiting for the pizza to be delivered, called the store to check after an hour had passed and was told it hasn’t been delivered yet. Called back 20 minutes later for an update as it still hadn’t arrived to be told that the driver had left it by my back garden gate half an hour before and was now freezing cold. When I asked why he didn’t just knock my front door I got no sense and a terrible attitude back… no apology… seems it’s my own fault somehow. I asked for my money back as I didn’t trust them to deliver another one properly and was told the “man” that does the refunds only works a Monday and a Thursday so who knows if I will actually get one…. £25 down the drain

Absolutely shocking. Audio for intercom for entry barely works. Arrive on time to tip and sat on a bay for an hour before they even come out to you if you lucky enough to even get on a bay. Then take 2 hours to tip half a fully loaded trailer before they go on off on their own break with zero urgencies about getting the job done and finished.

Would give 0 if I could! Dominoes Gillingham sent an item with an incorrect sauce (which looked like the sauce thats meant to be on it) and chilli (meant to be gherkins). Didnt eat the chilli, however when eating the sauce it become apparent the sauce wasnt right. Since this, ive been in hospital with a serious allergic reaction where I needed medication to help me as I was going into anaphalaxis. Not happy!

I was delivered cold food and for the inconvenience was sent vouchers which were invalid. I have been pursuing this matter for some time but the customer service staff have been unresponsive and unhelpful. The service is poor and there is no consideration for customer loyalty.
