It lives up to the hype. It was first recommended to me by a local, but I didn’t hesitate at all having seen the 4.8 star rating. Ordered the torta de cabrito, and it was amazing. Finally a restaurant that devotes as much attention to their coffee operation as a speciality shop does. Coffee from Oaxaca roasted in Monterrey. Amazing espresso. As a solo diner I didn’t get to try as many things as I would have liked.

This place is absolutely FANTASTIC!
Great mexican cuisine in all forms. From the regional dishes from the area to some of the most sophisticated dishes including Wayou beef stake.
The staff is clean cut and absurdly nice! I have to say one of the best services I have received in all of my travels. Our waiting staff was Juan de la Cruz and Osvaldo Montoya. If you happen to get them too, you will have a 5 star experience without a doubt.
If you are in the area, I strongly suggest you stay here. Then restaurant atmosphere is also pretty elegant and tasteful.
Highly recommend!!

No words, that's the best description of the place. The food was amazing, the service was beyond great and the Mezcal, wow!!!
One of the best restaurants I have ever been. We were a party of 6 and all of us order different plates from the menu and I can say that entire group was 1000000% satisfied. My complete respect to the chef!!

Excellent service, drinks and food. The dry aged rib eye was the favorite of the steaks and the fried ceviche and bone marrow with escamoles were my favorite of the appetizers.

Yelp
The food is excellent, especially the steaks.
Don't miss the fried cactus as an appetizer.
The place has very little tourists and lots of repeat locals, a good sign of quality.

Yelp
Its pretty old school in saltillo, but its outdated now... nothing new in the menu, the steaks are pretty meh.. plus pretty thin cut.. not what I expect spending 50 bucks per person
