Wow — this fried chicken was incredibly delicious! It was something truly special and unbelievably fresh. The meat was juicy, tender, and full of flavor, while the crispy coating on the outside was perfectly done — light, crunchy, and absolutely addictive. It’s one of the best fried chicken experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely be coming back for more. The prices were also very reasonable, making it a great value. If you’re nearby, don’t walk past — this place is worth a visit!

Google
A little bit hard to rate but I decided to put 5 for the chicken. Reasonable price with big portion. Great fried chicken with various flavors. (I do want to try teokbokki but it is pricy compared to chicken!) ❤️‍🔥🌶️🍗Spicy soybean sauce chicken was definitely my type! Great saltiness with spicy taste, crispy outside and juicy inside. Sprinkle was cheesy and sweet which I didn’t expect. I believe some would like it!

Google
Excellent fried chicken made to order. We visited at 4:30 PM on a Thursday and were not disappointed. K-pop was playing in the background as we ate. Note that limited in building dining is available. Groups of 3, max.

Google
Insanely delicious !!!!! my family and I were visiting nyc. we craved some sort of fried chicken, came across Don Chicken and decided to give it a try. it was literally the best fried chicken we have ever tried. so crispy yet tender, and the soy garlic sauce added an amazing sweet-tangy flavor. please consider opening one of these in puerto rico, i miss it already!!!

Google
The soy garlic chicken was my favorite the sweet and spicy was good but was expecting a little more spice. The French fries were crispy. I wish they supplied wet naps instead of a glove.

I originally found this place on TikTok, so I decided to give it a try, and I’m very happy I did. First off, the customer service was great, and the food didn’t take long to come out either. The chicken was very crispy and delicious, so were the fries. I got this sweet and spicy with Parmesan, and it was very good. 10/10. YOU NEED TO GO THERE!!!

Google
This is a solid Korean Fried Chicken spot in LES. The wings are crispy and cooked fresh. The soy garlic is the perfect balance of sweet n savory. The sweet & spicy has more of a thick sauce and has the perfect blend of both flavors. The sweet potato fries were fresh & crispy and tasted really good. The mozzarella sticks were okay I didn’t have the same experience as the other items in terms of the crisp. No cheese pull :(. The place is small but they bring out the food fast so service is on point. The guy at the register was definitely friendly and gave suggestions thanks to him.

Google
Great spot for Korean fried chicken, was recommended to try it out and it did not disappoint! Came during lunch so opted for the lunch special which includes a choice of either 8 pieces of wings or boneless wings, or 4 drumsticks, with fries and a soda. Ordered the wings in soy garlic and there’s so much flavor that I don’t know how they do it, the wings are perfectly crunchy and the fries are light and airy as well. Definitely coming back here next time to get my fix!

Yelp
The restaurant knows how to make customers truly happy. Their team makes ordinary food taste extraordinary. The food showcases seasonal ingredients. I plan to tell my family members about this restaurant with its rare combination of good food and service. This place should be experienced personally.

Yelp
Good price for Korean fried chicken! I had a large soy garlic boneless, and I think it's perfect to share for two people (20 pieces). The chicken was very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and they are pretty big pieces. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast. It feels very casual inside, with a few tables in a small space. Great for takeout.

Yelp
Now one of my favorite new Korean fried chicken places! Had the spicy soy garlic and regular soy garlic combo (wings and drumsticks) with the fries. Everything was delicious! The chicken was crispy, packed with flavor and juicy. The food was ready very quickly though everything tasted fresh. This is definitely more of a takeout place as the dining area was incredibly tiny causing you to frequently bump into other people. There were only 3 tiny tables inside. But the chicken is so good that the trip is totally worth it. Definitely plan to come back here when I'm back in the area!

Yelp
Hellishly bright box of a storefront. Two or three tables. The server was disinterested but performed her duties quickly. I ordered the soy garlic wings. The coating was craggy and crunchy. The flavor was sweet and savory. The meat was 8/10 but had some stringy chewiness.

Yelp
I love the Korean fried chicken from Don Chicken! Ordered it online and it was still crispy and delicious.

Yelp
Don Chicken is located right off the 2 Ave stop of the F train in the Lower East Side. This is a small restaurant with 3 tables and no public restrooms. I tried the large soy garlic flavored korean fried chicken which costs $29.95 not including tax. The restaurant charges the same price for credit card and cash payments. The fried chicken tastes good, but it tastes more like Kentucky fried chicken gently covered with soy garlic sauce.

Yelp
Very excited that Don Chicken has a Manhattan location now; previously had them in Jersey and am honestly kind of obsessed with their chicken- it's better than Bonchon for me. Ordered the lunch special for delivery- cheese snowing wings, fries, and a Diet Coke. Food came really fast and piping hot- the container has holes that allow venting to keep the chicken crisp. Excellent portion size- chicken was crispy and tasty. I feel like not enough people know about the wonders of Don Chicken.

Yelp
Good spot in SoHo for a quick and tasty snack/meal of Korean Fried Chicken. Ordered the large boneless soy garlic wings. They had the perfect amount of sauce that left every wing (or nugget ) with plenty of flavor but not too much where your wings end up soggy or too salty. They survived a public transit trip back up to the Bronx and still remained crispy! Excellent service for a small little chicken shop! I especially appreciated the holes they punch in the top of their togo boxes that help to make sure that as your hot food travels, the moisture doesn't affect the wing's crispy integrity Definitely saving Don Chicken in my list of good go tos in the city!

Yelp
A great place for Korean fried chicken. Though it has a small interior, Don Chicken has some great food. My friends and I shared the Soy Garlic wings and Cheese Snowing wings -- the wings were super flavorful and the texture was very crispy! We also ordered a tteokbokki, which was good. For the price and portion, I would say it's pretty solid. Overall, this is a casual restaurant that is worth checking out!

Yelp
I will start by describing how amazing the service is. First, the person helped choose carefully which option is best by proposing how Soy Garlic wings are one of the best sellers and it will be something I would enjoy. Then, something I never experienced in any fried chicken place, the guy offered gloves as I was dining in, which was really sweet and nice. The food itself was great, very juicy and soft meat, and with the sauce mix, it was a great combination. It was very filling, with pieces being big enough. I would recommend adding a smaller portion, like 6 or 8 pieces, for cheaper, of course.

Yelp
Now hold up. Where did this chicken franchise come from lol? I love me some soy garlic (Korean) chicken. We know of Bon chon and a spot that I like Wooga in nyc of course. But man, this chicken right here was soooo good. I definitely couldn't stop eating them and wanted more. They are nice and crispy and the sauce is definitely on them the way I like. Every part of the chicken coated. The shrimp was also good and fresh I also had their fries and it's good as well. If you get the sugar on top of the fries be ready it's quite overbearing. The customer service was great, I was standing outside and he brought my order to me. Definitely on point 10/10. Inside is small but clean and welcoming. I'm telling you chicken is really good that i went back the next day lol. I will be back..

Yelp
Tiny Korean chicken spot with two tables and a simple menu. I tried: - Large (20 pc) spicy soy garlic boneless wings ($29.95) - Small (10 pc) sweet and spicy wings ($15.95) The spicy soy garlic was too spicy for me but fine for others. The outside was crispy and thickly coated, but the chicken was a little dry. The sweet and spicy wings had a lot of sweet sauce, but I wish the chicken was a little juicier. Good chicken, but I wouldn't return. Too small for dine in. Best for takeout.

Yelp
For all those who know and love Don Chicken, this is their first Manhattan location, located near the East Village. Great food, the chicken delivers as always. I've always wondered what the meaning behind "Ppurings" was - but it's basically like a powdered seasoning with a hint of sweetness to it. This time I also picked up a Bulgogi Kimbap, but portion size seemed a bit small tbh. Not sure what was going on there.

Yelp
Small but cute place to dine in. Chicken was so crispy and delicious, might be my go-to places for Korean chicken now. I'm a Korean myself, and I can say that don chicken tastes Better than BBQ for sure. They also have very generous portions with great price points. Very nice staff. Hope it does well! Will be visiting here a lot

Yelp
The chicken is so crispy and tender and juicy on the inside. I loved their regular ones (I know I'm basic), but seasoning was on point

Yelp
Spicy soy garlic boneless chicken goes insane and the pickled radish smh love it there...

Yelp
Ate there on my last day in NYC and LOVED it. We were in NYC for a week, and the night before flying out, I made my family go there, because I had a feeling they would be very good from the happy customers leaving the restaurant. The soy garlic and sweet & spicy are my favorite. Food was well seasoned and packed a lot of flavor. The house spicy sauce is very delicious and compliments the food well. The restaurant is super cute and the service was great. I loved the melon milk. This LA girl ;-) will be back soon... (This is my dad's account.)

Yelp
Delicious food! We got the soy garlic and hot spicy garlic wings, they were soooo good. Decent prices for Manhattan as well. Very nice and attentive service. Will definitely be back!
