The 12 Best Mexican Restaurants In Miami - Miami - The Infatuation

"Don Maguey’s mole is so thick, you could use it to lay bricks. But then you’d have people licking your walls all day. So let Don Maguey layer it on their enmoladas and enjoy it on a plate like a civilized person. Start with the aguachile first. There are sweet pops of pomegranate dispersed between big chunks of shrimp and fish. You can skip the tacos. The housemade tortillas hold up as well as your excuses for why you smelled like cigarettes when you got home from high school house parties. Not well." - virginia otazo, mariana trabanino, ryan pfeffer

Google
We came with huge expectations from the Guga Food review and all were met. The food was superb (especially the quessabirra tacos and mole). The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Overall an excellent restaurant that is miles above the more well-known restaurants in Miami. World class. Well done!

Andrea G.

Google
The servers were both super nice and attentive. The food was disappointing. Please note, I do have a Mexican background so I may be biased here. As an appetizer we started with queso with chorizo. That was delicious, no real way to mess that up with the exception of the store bought tortillas. We ordered multiple dishes to share which included a the cecina Tlayuda, the molcajete, and the birria tacos. Overall, the food taste was quite bland and the meat quality was subpar. I think what bothered me the most was the quality of the meat which is not meant to be greasy at all but the one served here was all fat. I ended up adding salt to all my dishes to intensify the flavor. I think that for someone who is not familiar with real Mexican food, this could be a good introduction but for those who are, you’ll be disappointed.

Google
If you would like authentic Mexican food - this is the place ! A hole in the wall type restaurant; but once you go inside you have entered into a true authentic Mexican cuisine restaurant! I ordered Quesadillas de Chorizos as an appetizer as per our waiter Kelly … Well she was right , they were huge! For our entree we ordered Chicken Mole ( chocolate mole ) it was unbelievably delicious and we also ordered the Combination platter - it was also delicious ! The sangria was wonderful and so was their margaritas !!!! Give this place a try ; you won’t regret it if you are seeking true authentic Mexican cuisine !

Google
If you are looking for good Mexican food in an informal setting, this is your place. Parking is limited so plan accordingly! Flavors are good and fresh and the service is friendly and prompt. We will be back.

Google
First time here and honestly blown away! The food was amazing — every single dish Dario recommended was delicious. He was super friendly and gave great suggestions without being pushy, which made the whole experience really chill and enjoyable. Probably the best Mexican food I’ve had in Miami. If you’re craving real, flavorful Mexican dishes, you have to try this place!!!

Alfonso V.

Google
Excellent authentic Mexican restaurant. The short rib tacos are delicious and super tender, the presentation in a molcajete is a very nice touch. The quesabirria tacos were excellent, flavorful birria, perfectly melted cheese and crispy corn tortillas. As a Mexican food lover, I highly recommend this place.

Veronica M.

Google
This place not only cozy, it’s full of flavor as well. The food is delicious and the drinks were perfectly made. Atmosphere is very comfortable I would definitely go again to try more food items… the only thing I didn’t care for was the automatic gratuity. I guess I’m old fashioned in that sense and believe I should tip what I want. But that just my personal preference.

Rick H.

Google
Came in with 2 of my friends who'd never experienced Miami's Magic, special thank you to the bar tender and the amazing woman who took care of the three of us the evening of Sept 25. You two were awesome, the food was awesome so shout out to the cook/s that night, you all are heros. Much love.

Arianna E.

Yelp
Throughly enjoyed. Fast service, great food, good space and ambiance was cool. Saw some reviews about the guac and had to try. Did not disappoint at all, it was so good

Yelp
OMG FINALLY A REAL AGUACHILES IN MIAMI! I love Mexican food, but here in Miami it's been very difficult to find authentic Mexican flavors. I've searched several restaurants for aguachiles and Mole, but none of them are close to the real ones. But OMG, finally, the aguachiles de camarón and Mole at Don Maguey are DIVINE! The flavor, the consistency, Wow! My new favorite restaurant!! Anyone who loves the real taste of Mexican food will understand!

Yelp
Finding Mexican food in Miami, isn't the easiest thing to do. The city is bombarded with Cuban restaurants on every corner. Had a nice Steak Tampqueña, that was flavorful along with rice and beans and guacamole. The service was friendly and attentive, and prices were reasonable. The only drawback is the parking was very frustrating. in this strip center. It is very crowded, and this was on a Wednesday afternoon. We had to circle the building several times until a customer left, and we were lucky enough to grab their spot. The surrounding neighborhood is full of no parking signs on the side streets.

Yelp
We came late on Sunday. This restaurant is located in a very rundown strip mall. The place itself is small but it has very festive decorations. The attention was on point by Edelso, he was very attentive and gave us great recommendations. We ordered the fish tacos and the shrimp tacos. Both were delicious. Fresh fish and seafood plus the tortilla is clearly homemade and was delicious. The seasoning was on point too. Overall it was a nice experience!
google avatar

Yelp
Best Birria Tacos & Chicken Mole I have ever in Miami hands down!!! The service was phenomenal quick and the atmosphere was personal and felt like I was in Mexico. The prices are a bit expensive compared to other Mexican restaurants but the quality is definitely there without a doubt. Delicious, friendly staff, and even complimentary chips and salsa. P.S- get the horchata it wasn't too sweet but very refreshing. Highly recommend to anyone!
google avatar

Kelly R.

Yelp
pretty decent spot for mexican food. The guacamole was good and the chicken enchiladas were great! I also tried the steak tacos which I thought were just ok. The service was excellent, very attentive and welcoming staff.

Yelp
Food was very tasty. Service was very good by the owner's wife, Angelica. Ambiance was very family oriented, small quaint place. Definitely recommend visiting. We were party of 3. We had 4 margaritas on the rocks which were very good. Ordered one guacamole Classico which was small, but tasty. My wife and I shared the Tlayuda Al Pastor. The size of a medium pizza. Again, very tasty, but did not care for the toasted base dough. Hard to handle, delivered without being cut. Difficult to eat. Half chicken and half beef. My sister had the agua chile which we highly recommend. She also had 2 beef tacos en costra, carne asada, that were very good! Not a chain restaurant. Definitely authentic experience.

Yelp
Came here for lunch with my co-workers. I love Mexican food and I love the complexity of a good mole. I have to say this is the best mole I have had and I have been to Mexico. Making mole is a labor of love and you can really taste the love in this dish. The rice and beans were also good. I can't wait to check out the rest of the menu!

Yelp
The BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN ALL OF MIAMI, WHY? I'll make it easy for me and you. WATCH GUGA'S VIDEO ON YOUTUBE https://youtu.be/jrAJaI-CbQ0?si=6SVQOTFy1iaeyVHi I've been in EVERY STATE OF MEXICO & come from a family that knows how to cook for our parties of more than 1000 people 3 or 4 times mes per year for more than 80 years in MEXICO and USA. ONE THING ASK about every dish to learn all of it, waitresses KNOW all about it or the CHEF will come out and teach you. I was there just 1 day ago(10/04/2025) I visited my daughter & took her there she was super IMPRESSED! (She manages restaurants, NOT Mexican food ones) but she was taught to eat well by our family. SHE IS A FAN NOW OF DON MAGUEY.

Yelp
This place was very underwhelming. I saw a lot of hype on IG reels and Yelp reviews which had me excited to try it. The nachos and queso fundido was decent but both entrees the burrito and birria tacos were bad. Also what really did it for me was how horrible the service was. From the beginning our server had an attitude the whole time. Didn't really acknowledge us at all and finally when the bill came we realized why. The tip was already included at 18%, overall I would not recommend this restaurant as there's plenty others nearby that are way better.

Yelp
BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN MIAMI! I don't live close to here but I always make sure to eat here when my son has a baseball game nearby and it NEVER disappoints! I brought my mom for the first time (who is difficult to please) and even she was wowed by how good and fresh the food was. We arrived right at opening and were warmly greeted and sat with a fresh basket of chips and salsa. I love the vibe of this spot, it's always so chill and the decor matches the energy. We ordered margaritas and they are always so delicious and strong, you definitely don't have to question if there's booze or not lol. We got the aguachile with shrimp which was SO delicious and fresh. For meals, we ordered chicken tacos, combinancion with chicken and chicken tostadas. We inquired to see if a location would soon open in Kendall and the owner came over to warmly meet us, tell his story and plans for the future. He was very kind and humble! A lady sitting beside us told us to try the short rib tacos and mentioned she comes once a week for them and luckily we were able to try them just then and they were out of this world - full of flavor and cooked just right! I will always recommend coming here and honestly it's worth the drive! Wish I took more pics but everything looked so good I couldn't help but dive in

Yelp
We were traveling to Miami to board a cruise and decided to try the food here based on other reviews. The food was delicious, loved the chicken, tortillas, guacamole, rice and beans.

Yelp
Great food and quick service! Pulling up it seemed like a hole in the wall type of place but their food, decor, and service are all outstanding. They sat our party of 6 within 5 minutes right at dinner rush hour. You could smell the good eats as soon as you walked in, and their drinks are great as well. We looked at a good handful of different underwhelming Mexican food spots before we found this place and no one in our group has any complaints!

Yelp
We came to this small yet cozy little restaurant to try Oaxacan traditionally food. We were sat right away and giving a menu and promptly are orders were taken. If you are looking into authentic Mexican food this place really brings the flavors of Mexico. Main dishes range anywhere from $12-36 depending on your preference, we choose to go with the burrito and La Combinacion but everything on the menu looked amazing. Definitely a place to go if you are on the area for good Mexican food. Service was also great and fast. No reservations are needed.

Yelp
Best Mexican food I have ever had in my Miami. Really authentic, great service and very clean. Prices are wonderful quality. I am sure this restaurant will soon Prices are wonderful quality. I am sure this restaurant will soon receive a Bib Gourmand award.....it is that good

Yelp
Came here on a weekday for lunch. Appreciated the complimentary chips and the two salsas it came with--they didn't skimp on the spice for sure. Excited to try the molcajete ($36) for the first time. Loved the variety of meats (beef, chicken, pork, chorizo, shrimp) that came out piping hot and they were all super flavorful. Definitely filling as there was also roasted queso blanco, rice & beans, tortillas. I can see why it's for 2-3 people--for 2 people we had leftovers. The service was friendly and attentive. My one concern was parking. Even though I came on a weekday, parking was limited since the parking lot is shared with all the other businesses in that same strip. The lot was full and we waited for 5 minutes before luckily someone left. Overall would consider coming back to try their other menu items!

Yelp
I came for the mole and it did not disappoint. The shopping center that it's in does not give you much confidence as you park. However, all of that melts away as you are greeted by the host and see all of the smiling guests sitting around enjoying their food as it's an extension of their home. It's not a big place - so be prepared to wait. I came on a Sunday evening around 6:30 pm and just missed the dinner rush crowd. You would not expect such deliciousness in this neighborhood south of MIA airport, east of Westchester. I found out about this place from a video on social media. Their table salsa game is pretty strong and a good pre-amble to what else was coming. I laser focused on the chicken mole enchiladas and they were quite good. The black mole was semi sweet and slightly smoky and make for a great dipping sauce as well. The entree came with rice and beans. Not sure the sides were authentic Mexican recipes - but it was still good. Next time I try the enchiladas suizas! #YUM

Yelp
Chill vibe, amazing service, the food is next level! Had the Don Maguey Aguachiles, Chicken Enmoladas, Queso fundido and Passion fruit Margarita. They served a Chicharon Aguachiles on the house and it was amazing! Great place !

Yelp
Food was so good. The tacos came filled to the top with meat. The chorizo was fresh and yummy. And as always the rice and beans hit ! Oh and the homemade chips and salsa are a nice welcome gift ! And the staff welcome you home like family. This stays on my return to list !

Yelp
I'm always on the lookout for a good, authentic Mexican restaurant. This is the place! I came here on a Saturday night. It was busy. I had to park on the street where it said NO PARKING. But everyone was parked there, as their parking lot is very small. There was a 25 minute wait, even though it was only for one person. It was about 6pm. They called my cell phone, as I went to sit in my car. There's nowhere to wait. Sadly, they told me that there was "no TO-Go service as they were full"! That was very disappointing as I had told my kids I'd bring them all back something and they'd all chosen things off of the menu. Once I was sat, however, the lady asked me if I was there for dine in, or to-go?!? So I guess they could have done take away? ‍ They sat me at the bar. I ordered the Don elotes and the mole chicken enchiladas. They brought me a basket of chips with red and green salsa. Both salsas were pretty spicy. The red was more spicy. The chips are pretty bland, but something to hold you off while you wait for your food. The elotes arrived very hot. I had to wait a while to be able to eat them. They were pretty good. The mole chicken enchiladas came out shortly after. They came with a side of rice and refried beans. Everything was delicious! I was only able to eat half of everything and I was stuffed! They have beer, wine, sangria, and margaritas. BUT, the margaritas are just from a bottle of premixed stuff that you can buy in Publix. They just shake it in a shaker and pour it into a salted rim glass. They are NOT handmade margaritas. So, I just had water. I was happily surprised that everyone spoke perfect English. The waitress who took care of me was great! Very helpful and professional! The reviews all say that people spend $10-20 a person. I don't know how. My bill was $32 before tax or tip. I would definitely love to go back and try some other menu items. Everything looks good. I would go on a day that's not so busy though.

Yelp
I have had this little Mexican fare gem bookmarked for a while now and finally had the opportunity to stop in, and I'm glad I did! It sits in an unassuming shopping plaza that definitely looked a little... tired. But don't let the outside appearance deter you. Inside was adorable!! When we arrived it was quiet with only 1 other table seated. Things definitely picked up though, and by the time we left it was full. We arrived early, around 5. My bestie ordered 3 steak tacos, and I ordered the chicken fajitas. Complimentary chips and 2 types of salsa were brought to the table while we waited. I lovedddd my fajitas. The chicken and veggies were really tasty. The rice and beans that it came with were pretty good, as well. My bestie had some trouble with her tacos. They came with the corn tortillas, but the tortilla broke in half the minute she lifted it. She tried the other two and the same thing happened. We then asked if they could bring flour tortillas for her instead, and that was much better. She did like the flavor of the meat and it came with lots of meat. No skimping there, which was nice. Service was pretty good. Parking looks like it could be problematic during a busy time. The lot and plaza were small. Overall, the food was delicious and service was good, and my friend and I will definitely return.

Yelp
Let me tell you this place has a small parking lot. There are 11 tables inside the restaurant with some photo selfie spots inside. It was nice looking inside and the waitress helped explain some of the food we had never heard of. So we placed an order for Esquite and Queso Fundido for appetizers. excellent taste and decent size. My entree was something I had never heard of. Tlayuda which appeared to be a Mexican pizza was a little hard to eat and if I were to describe what it was. I guess would call it a very large tostada with a slightly crunchy tortilla covered with protein, black beans, cheese, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, and avocado. It was made for two people. the waitress gave me a small taste of the short-rib tacos. Try this, it was so good. food was good but make sure you go early parking lot parking becomes a nightmare
google avatar

Joseph R.

Yelp
This spot is tiny but feels legit. Started with the queso fundido with chorizo which was fire. Elote and esquites were decent but nothing to write home about. Tacos al pastor were solid. The quesa birria was a hit. Loved the fresh in-house tortillas. Now let's talk pricing $195 for a few tacos and corn. I get it, Miami, but between the 18% service charge and 3% credit card fee my wallet took a bigger hit than my taste buds. 45 minute wait no reservations and premium pricing. Good food but plenty of great Mexican spots around South Florida that won't break the bank.
google avatar

Yelp
This restaurant is good for a quick meal. I visited for lunch during the week with work associates and the service was good and food was fresh and tasty. The ambiance is quaint and family friendly.
google avatar

Olivia S.

Yelp
We've been back a few times and this is our spot now! But we had the short rib tacos and that is one for the record books! Everything we've tried had been good but this was excellent. My only dislike is the quality of the rice. The flavor is okay, but the quality is starchy and lots of broken grains. Service as usual is excellent and Luis is amazing; of course the ambiance goes well with the food!
google avatar

Dave C.

Yelp
Don Maguey has the best Mexican food around the area. Specially the plates from Oaxaca are solid and authentic. Service is fast, and precise. Usually you will have to wait to be seated, so be prepared by that. Once inside enjoy, you cannot go wrong, no mather what you ask. Tlayudas, sampler, molcajete. WlEveryting is licking good.
google avatar

Jeannette V.

Yelp
Everything they say about this place is true!!! Run to the best most authentic Mexican food in town!!! Excellent service, thank you!

Yelp
Authentic Mexican Cuisine with good portions and very reasonably priced. Cute decor. Pretty tasty Passion Fruit Margaritas.

Yelp
Was driving down Flagler and saw this spot. It had the look from the outside. I knew this was going to be authentic Mexican food. I live in Miami Beach, and that doesn't exist there. Hit a u turn a pulled in. I ordered the enchiladas and an al pastor taco. Taco was good but there are a lot of people doing really good pastor tacos these days. Their stand out was those enchiladas. So good. Service was also great. Server was telling me about their mole sauce and brought some out for me to try. Need to come back just for that. That sauce is insane. Will be back

Yelp
Drove here because of their reviews at 7pm. Doors shuttered and locked. Drove to Sr. De los tacos instead.

Yelp
Come with me to Don Maguey, located in West Flagler. They offer delicious authentic Mexican dishes. Their menu had so many tasty options that it was hard for us to decide. We ended up ordering the dishes that piqued our interest the most. To start, we had margaritas. My friend had a classic one, and I had a passion fruit one. Both were great. For our appetizer, we had esquites; they serve a generous portion, great for sharing. We also had their Enmoladas and La Combinacion. The Enmoladas were rich in flavor and delicious, but a bit spicy for me. I Loved "La Combinacion" is perfect for when you are unsure what to get. We also tried their Horchata. It was excellent. We had their Choco Flan; it was rich, fluffy, and a dream dessert. Overall, Don Maguey was excellent. I will be back again. The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. All the dishes had a fresh taste and came out promptly. Our waitress, Kelly, was very personable and gave great suggestions when asked.

Yelp
Ok I was told to come here and that the food was good. Being a California born girl it's been extremely hard to find a good Mexican food in Miami. They greeted us with chips and salsa. They gave us a red and green sauce that came with cute little wooden spoons. The reason for this trip was a craving for a molcajete, just as I remember eating when I was in Cali. I would say it was my least favorite dish here. I would say the meat and chicken & shrimp were good quality but it was mainly the sauce that took me off guard. I would say that perhaps it didn't have enough variety of dried red chillies and tomatoes because all the molcajetes I do remember having had a much thicker, richer and redder sauce so I would say more love needs to be put into that end. It wasn't anything memorable that I would order again. We also got the birra soup which was tasty. The show stopper here the mole chicken enchiladas. The Oaxacan style mole was rich and bold in flavor. For those who don't know it is a blacker mole that is sweet but it's worth trying. That dish alone made the food that much more tasty so I would recommend coming back just for that. The service was good and the ambiance is very traditional.

Yelp
Hey Foodies, just had award winning quesibirria and I think my life is forever changed. Dish after dish it speaks to the mastery and authenticity of the restaurant. I can see why they have the reputation as Miami's favorite Mexican Restaurant. We started off with passion fruit margarita, and their michelada that was bigger than my head. To start off we had the aguachiles, with fish and shrimp bathed in lime juice, red onion and serrano chile ($22) and so heavy you are going to need to work out to carry this stone that keeps it at a cool temperature. This dish is a must as it refreshes the entire meal. The guacamole was a classic and so perfect. But my favorite dish of the day was quesabirria, lamn with cheese and a birria sauce that makes you want to dip everything into. the esquites oxaca style had a great contrast of flavors between the tajin, valentina sauce and cotija cheese. Another star player was the enmoladas, three corn tortillas stuffed with chicken and bathed in a oaxacan black mole sauce. This sauce needs to be on everything which is why I am so happy to learn that they are now serving tacos with chicken and black mole sauce. the perfect quick bite to the amazing mole sauce. The flautas is the protein bar of my freams, corn stuffed with fried chicken, and when I say stuffed, I MEAN STUFFED and so perfectly crispy. We ended the night with some tostadas de al pastor, which were corn tortillas with beans, onion, cotija and sour cream, I challenge you to fit it all in one bite! Such a phenomenal spot, visit so you can see why they're the best.

Yelp
Delicious food, great hole in the wall serving authentic Mexican food. Everything was so good that between 5 of us we split a little of each plate and really glad we did. Not pictured here we also had queso fundido, birria quesadillas and esquites

Yelp
Don Maguey is an amazing Mexican restaurant in the Little Havana area. The parking situation is a little difficult due to its proximity to other businesses and a busy street but street parking is a viable option. Chips and the salsa are amazing. I wish they gave a LITTLE more salsa but the quality is amazing nonetheless. They have the best birria tacos I've ever had, hands down. It's not even close. The staff is very friendly and in the two times I've been there, it's been an amazing experience.

Yelp
the food is excellent if you like mexican food this is the best place the service was very good too is a very small place but the flavor is big

Yelp
Delicious and authentic mexican food. Nice ambiance. Courteous service and reasonable prices. I called ahead to place my order and I received a text message announcing that my food was ready for pick up. I will be coming back to try more of their options!

Yelp
Best AUTHENTIC Mexican spot in South Florida The taste you try to find in Miami is the taste of Mexico and it is what you get. 10/10! I will be recommending this spot to everyone I know. Service was incredible and every one was very friendly. Thank you.

Yelp
Checked out Don Maguey today, we were really on a mission for the Mexican restaurant experience we have back home (not formal, more authentic, super good food), and we were not disappointed! The staff works together for each table and you can feel their unity to bring you a great experience. Chips and salsa *immediately* upon sitting down; we ordered the queso fundido to add to the chips and it was so flavorful; I had the beef tacos which were served on perfectly fresh tortillas everything was so so good. My dining partner had a passionfruit marg which I had a taste of, great mixing and taste, I opted for a can of Coke (because I love Coca Cola). Loved the familial atmosphere and music, it's a quaint spot but worth coming inside. So glad we came here and will be coming back!!

Yelp
Visited Don Maguey after seeing it on IG. Well, it is not worth the hype. The parking situation is not very good. We parked across the street on someone's lawn. There was 1 table available when we arrived at 7pm. The place is small and had a TV with sports on. We quickly ordered a beer for my husband, guacamole, kids' chicken, and 2 entrees. The beer came out quickly along with chips and 2 small sauces. After about 15 minutes, I asked about the guacamole and my child's food (we asked for it to out as soon as possible). The waitress apologized and said it'd be right out. After another 15 minutes, I asked again and she apologized and said they'd remove the guacamole from our check because 30 minutes is a long time to wait. After about 45 minutes the three meals came out. My child's chicken was good but not worth that long of a wait. I had the special short rib tacos and my husband had the beef tacos. They were both okay. The tortillas, however, fell apart so we ate the tacos with utensils. The chef came out when I took my little one to the restroom and asked how everything was. My husband said the food was okay but the wait for it was too long. The chef apologized and that was it. We won't be back here. There's a small restaurant close by called No Manches that's a lot better.

Yelp
Yelp reviews for the win AGAIN! If you love authentic Mexican food, Don Maguey will definitely make your day. Fresh ingredients you can taste in every bite and nice portions to fill you up and give you something to take home. The queso with chorizo was our appetizer of choice. So delicious with the warm tortillas. The carnitas burritos was one of the best I've had. My husband ordered the carne asada tostadas and devoured them...the tostada was crisp and the topping delicious. The restaurant is small but has plenty of tables and a bar you can sit at as well. Great service and amazing food...a winning combination!

Yelp
This has become one of our favorites. Typical Mexican food makes you feel like you are in a restaurant in Mexico.

Yelp
Now this is really how Mexican food is supposed to taste! No Gringo crap here, folks. Fantastic tacos like I've never had in Miami! Simple small shop ambience. Going back soon, for sure.

Yelp
We wanted an authentic Mexican dinner on Cinco De Mayo and found Tacos La Potranca and they did not disappoint. Just tasting the salsa they give with the chips you can tell how authentic and fresh the food is going to be. We had the 3 tacos meal (two carnitas, one pollo) and the enchiladas divorciada. Both items were extremely delicious. Our waitress extremely attentive and fast considering it was a very busy day for them. The location is not huge but has ample seating as well as bar seats and some tables outside. I really enjoyed the food.

Yelp
If you are looking for an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant, this is the place to go. This restaurant offers fantastic and delicious Mexican dishes. You can't go wrong with anything you order. They have a great selection of Mexican beers as well. The best Michelada is made here. The husband and wife that own the restaurant are always there. The husband cooks and the wife oversees the front of the house.

Yelp
Highly recommended. Small, quaint location. Authentic, delicious food, and excellent service. We had the Don Maguey fajitas (only wish there was a little more protein), the Quesabirria tacos, and an AUTHENTIC delicious tamarind water (not that powder stuff). If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is a must!

Yelp
What an absolute gem! This little hole in the wall serves outstanding Mexican food with great service. Started out with the queso fundido with mushrooms. Our server Angelica suggested the Quesobirria tacos and the Short Rib tacos, OMG!! Espresso and flan to finish. Will definitely be back!!

Yelp
We've gone here a few times and the food is amazing!! The inside is simple and well put together. The service is great as well, everyone is very attentive. One time the chef had said hi to us too (everyone is super nice). Today we ordered a guacamole for appetizer, and for entrees got a chicken burrito, a chicken fajita, and a chicken torta. Everything tasted fresh Overall a great experience!
