I posted an *honest* review on Google and the OWNER replied in an attempt to save face while tainting/devaluing my original review. They made a point to mention irrelevant details/information that paints me as incompetent, when in reality their links weren't working. Very childish. If that alone isn't enough for you to base an opinion from, here is the original review:
I inquired about a vehicle on Facebook Marketplace. There was a very wordy and lengthy description written in the original ad, but it did NOT mention the vehicle had a rebuilt salvage title. I only found this out after having to go to their website and view the CarFax.
The person claimed they have a 3rd party company write their ads - this was their response to pointing out they should be more transparent and mention these things right away in the ad, as to not waste people's time. I wouldn't do business with a company that doesn't look over their own ads before listing vehicles, leading to misinformation, deceit and wasted time.
