"Downtown Denver’s highest skyscraper now has a chic and modern lobby bar. The concept, one of many created by Chef Troy Guard, opened in January and only operates Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Like its hours suggest, Done Deal is an ideal meet up place for happy hour with your colleagues or for business meetings — it’s even located in the heart of the Central Business District, which is home to the State Capitol building, courthouse, government and municipal buildings, and offices galore. The bar itself is an enormous white curved structure lined with bucket seats and rods of lighting above it creating a minimalist, almost sculptural effect.
