Chung Chun Rice Dog Opens Its First Seattle Location - Eater Seattle

"German Turkish street food has arrived on Second Avenue with Doner Box, a fast casual spot serving up lamb, chicken, and other doner kebab dishes (meat slow-cooked on a vertical rotisserie), topped with a variety of housemade sauces. Vegetarian options include falafel and fried tofu, while the drinks list features German and Czech beer. Founder and chef Vaness Vu grew up in a small town in the Czech Republic, near the eastern border of Germany, and has developed a menu that reflects that region’s mix of European and Middle Eastern influences." - Megan Hill

Google
Döner Box has quickly become one of my go to spots for lunch in the area. The meat is always tender and flavorful. The speed of service is great and the price feels right for the portion and quality of the food.

We were so exhausted and hungry and this place was PERFECT! Delicious food, fast service. Clean and chill. I got the lamb and beef in a wrap and my friend got the chicken in a sandwich and both were sooooooo good. Highly recommend!!!

Google
Taste was ok. - .5 for missing mayo - .5 for meat not freshly cut - .5 for restroom experience - .5 for sauce should be between bread and meat, not dumped on top. I know how hard it is to make a good/decent and authentic doener sandwich in the us. The meat is a big factor and hard to get here. If you get decent quality one, it is expensive. But seeing it not freshly cut from tho rotating grill is heartbreaking. My recommendation is to not dump the sauce ontop after everything is finished. Use it as layer between the bread, meat and veggies and put a little bit ontop. And it would be nice if the employees take a little bit extra effort to explain, that you can actually choose different sauces.

Google
German Turkish style authentic Doner! There’s sharma and gyro and Mediterranean-like food all over but no place does it like this with the pretty vegetables and more going on. Nice place for quick bite or take out. Service was fairly prompt and food was delicious. If you want the German Turkish style you better go here.

Ordered the chicken Dòner Plate, saffron rice, standard sides. First thing I notice is the dòner racks aren’t actively being used. When I got to eating my food, the chicken tasted old and looked more boil in a bag than shaven. The taste was not good. The dreamy tahini sauce was watery and bitter. The feta cheese for the Greek fries smelled more fungal than most feta cheese I have eaten. The “marinated cabbage” tasted like there was no real effort or flavor put into it. The other cabbage was saturated in dill . For claiming German Dòner Kebab, it lacked any real German essence and I ate Dòner in Germany for 7 years.

Google
Stopped here because it was close to hotel and my son wanted something different he can't find or get at home in Texas. He loves burritos so this was close enough. He wound up liking his plain Jane chicken doner wrap better than burritos he said. (He's 10). He got lettuce and chicken only with Greek dill sauce. He ate all but 3 bites or so. I had the rest and even I really did like it. Great sauce and super tender and flavorful chicken. The only catch was the $14.35 price for a single wrap. Maybe that's just the Seattle area prices standing out to me? Took about 7-8 minutes wait time to get the wrap after ordering also. Was several orders in the group ahead of us it seemed. Not much seating space inside. We took it to go for back at hotel.

Google
Definitely best for takeout. I lived in Germany for a year, and this and a place in Vegas are the only 2 places in this country where I've found anything even close to what I fell in love with in Germany. The bread could be a little denser. Or maybe toasted longer. Between that and the döner being over filled, it was just falling apart. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Google
Best döner I’ve had in the states. Beef and lamb sandwich with all the standard fixing with garlic white sauce. Mmm!

Yelp
We were starving after a delayed flight into Seattle and this place hit the spot!!! The lamb & beef wrap with all veggies and tahini was delicious!! Bites of fresh veggies with creamy sauce and flavorful meats...yum!

Yelp
*Pick up* I tried the doner sandwich with carved chicken, garlic yogurt, and chili sauce, along with the standard fillings. The hot sauce wasn't spicy at all; it was actually a bit sweet, which felt strange. Overall, the sandwich was just okay--it gave a bit of a healthy vibe. I might not return specifically for this, but if I were very hungry and had no other options, I wouldn't mind eating it again. The service was quick though as there wasn't a line

Yelp
Came here for lunch and ordered what seemed to be their recommended meat (carved chicken) in a wrap, with all the standard toppings. The wrap was basically a burrito (they used a large flour tortilla like Chipotle) and the carved chicken was quite bland - it was just slightly spiced & chopped chicken thighs. The marinated cabbage topping and garlic yogurt sauce overpowered most of the flavor, so it just ended up tasting like a soggy, yogurt-y, cabbage burrito with some chicken. The lamb and beef doner look delicious and their pita looks pretty standard, so maybe I just happened to order the worst combo of carb and protein? I'm not sure why the chicken was their recommended protein though, because it was very mediocre.

Yelp
The falafel sandwich and fries was delicious. Be sure to get the baklava also. The service was super quick as well!

Yelp
Doner plate is where it's at. Garlic Yogurt and Spict Cilantro sauce. Hefty portions, great lunch option in Belltown for $15.

Yelp
This is the only place I think of when I want to have a doner sandwich. Love the spicy cilantro sauce. Service: great, friendly, quick.
google avatar

Arnab K.

Yelp
It was a fair place for a quick grab. The meat was tasty though. One should not look out for a good ambiance there for the price it offers. It's a quick place to grab a nice meal overall.
google avatar

Yelp
I always like meat on a spit and it's a good way to draw people in. The doner sandwich is basically a gyro and the meat has pretty good flavor. It's good but not too different than any other place.

Yelp
Doner Box offered me a really affordable lunch wrap near the Seattle Center that was perfect to enjoy on a sunny Seattle afternoon. I came here after seeing they had some really good vegan options on the menu. They offer falafels and marinated spicy tofu as your vegan protein of choice, and you can top it off with their tahini sauce to complete the meal. I ended up doing the former for my gigantic wrap - crispy chunks of falafel snugged inside warm pita with all the fixings. Veggies were pretty good as well but nothing too noteworthy. Together with the sauce, it was a really portable and tasty lunch. Their shop is quite small with limited counter seating that faces the street, so you could dine inside and do a bit of people watching. However, I'd recommend just grabbing and going somewhere nearby (like Olympic Sculpture Park) to enjoy your food.

Yelp
Was in Belltown and Doner Box popped up in the area as a good option to visit with the positive reviews, and as a person who enjoys Mediterranean cuisine, we decided to swing by and give this place a try! We went on a Saturday around 12:30pm, ordered and got our food within 5 minutes. I got the Doner Box with Carved chicken, and I thought that this box of food was only alright in terms of quality. Although the chicken was lukewarm, it was soft and soaked up the garlic yogurt sauce that I got nicely - There was a decent amount of spices on the chicken as well. If I were to return, I would probably try and get the plate next time, as the box wasn't very filling - it basically acted as a chicken salad for $13. We also had to remind the cashier that we ordered a baklava as it didn't come out till after we had completely finished eating our boxes. I wouldn't fault the workers for getting this out to us as we ordered it with our meals if the restaurant was busy, but there was only like two other customers at the time and it feels like they just forgot about that part of our order and would have never received it unless reminded. Overall, I would say that Doner Box is only alright in terms of quality and price. As mentioned above, the Doner box with chicken was like $13 for chicken over mostly salad, which to me personally isn't as worth it. I'm not sure if I would revisit, but if these are only my thoughts - feel free to stop by if you want to give this place a try.

Yelp
First review of 2023!!! I have heard a lot of good things about this place so I was excited to check them out. We ordered the carved chicken plate as takeout but ended up eating there to eat anyway since we had time. The plate gives you an option of salad, fries, or rice as a base. We chose a salad. It also came with a variety of sauce options in which we got the spicy cilantro. The food was pretty good. The portion was generous. I like that the salad was spinach base on not salad base. The chicken had good flavoring but was a little dry. I was eyeing the couple next to us and their sandwich looks so I might have to go back to give that a try as well :) Space is small and can fir maybe 4-6 people so definitely cater to mostly take out.

Yelp
This is my favorite take out spot in downtown Seattle. As someone who lived in Europe for a few years, it reminds me exactly of the cheap but delicious kebab shops we would always go to late night. Everything I've had has been phenomenal but my favorite is the chicken wrap but adding falafel to it. I typically get the garlic yogurt and chili sauce but have also tried the curry sauce which is good as a side with fries. The fries are perfectly cooked and the Greek fries come with a ton of feta. Usually it is pretty fast service - overall highly recommend! @main_guy_eats

Yelp
Came here for a quick bite. Staff was super friendly and helpful! I ended up getting the wrap. For protein I got lamb and beef and garlic sauce. I was surprised by how crunchy the salad was still considering it was mixed with sauce and meat! Usually wraps I've had the salad veggies were soggy! So I was glad they still had the crunch. There was a good ratio of meat and veggies in the wrap! Would come here again :)

Yelp
TLDR: Doner box is a delicious place, perfect for lunch. They have flavorful meats in good portions wishing you had space for more! I randomly stumbled across this place in downtown Seattle since another restaurant I frequent was closed, and boy am I happy that I discovered this little gem. I ordered a doner plate with beef and lamb gyro, which came with a light green creamy sauce. The highlight of the dish, as you would expect, was the gyro which was bustling with flavor. It was super tender and had a strong peppery flavor which would usually be overpowering, but I actually quite enjoyed the super strong peppery flavor which I thought balanced well with the really rich meat flavor. My only reservation would be that I wish that the gyro was a bit juicier, as it came off as a bit dry. The supporters of the gyro were surprisingly also stars on their own. I was pleasantly surprised at how crunchy the fries were, and the side salad was actually pretty tasty too, sporting juicy cherry tomatoes and fresh crunchy lettuce. Overall, doner box is a super underrated place which I will most definitely be going back to!

Yelp
A hit everytime we got it. Big portions with great flavor. Sandwich comes with soft buns that compliment the meat well. Rice is well seasoned and veggies are always fresh with amazing dressing!

Yelp
I haven't had a good doner kebab since Germany, 2001, so I was so excited to find this place nearby. I went in looking for authenticity. First, I was looking for the vertical spit of magical meat. The spit was there, but it was empty. The meat came out of warming dishes. The fries came out of the freezer. The wraps were wrapped in tortillas. The prep area was disheveled. I took home an assortment of sandwiches, wraps and plates for the family. The food was acceptable, but it didn't quite fulfill my expectations, let alone my cravings.

Yelp
Looking for a sandwich - but with extra flavor & a pile of tasty veg? Here. Eat here. The American brain thinks meat on a stick when we hear "kebab" but in Europe & Australia it means Sandwich! And here the spicy rotating grilled meat (or veggie options!!!) are presented with a German accent. The stuff that's familiar from gyros is there, but you can also get curry sauce (British curry powder type - the yellow stuff thats spicy/earthy/sweet) which pairs perfectly with the German contribution of quick pickled cabbage. Instead of the pita we usually get - you can get it on a grilled bun. (Also comes wrap style - or just the fillings - "Box Style") Anyway - super tasty. Excellent for takeout or a quick lunch/dinner there. Plenty of seats for a quick eat-in. Good drink selection. Will have to try the baklava next time. A very satisfying quick bite.

Yelp
Damn good food! Very nice young man helped us and prepared everything with great skill and care. High quality ingredients too!

Yelp
First meal in Seattle after our flight. Literally next to our Airbnb. Lots of vegan options! I ended up with French fries, falafel and greens. Omnivores got Greek fries and a gyro. The person who took our order was kind and helpful in figuring out what to get based on hunger levels and dietary restrictions. Definitely coming back! Note- only a few seats in the place that are bar style (high single long table with stools)

Yelp
Doner Box is a great, fast food place for lunch or a light dinner. I have ordered from here a few times and typically just order to-go. When you go here, you need to decide a few things: how you want to eat your food, meat, side, and sauce. I have tried their plate meals, which come with rice. Their plates, to me, are just okay because I think the rice tends to be dry and not flavorful. I would recommend ordering a Doner Wrap. I enjoy their lamb & beef with the wrap. The best sauces I have had includes the curry sauce and spicy cilantro sauce. Overall, Doner Box is a great place to order an inexpensive meal if you're not starving. Pro tip: you can add french fries to your wrap.
google avatar

Gene W.

Yelp
3 stars earned mostly for prompt service and affordable pricing. The flavors were typical gyro meat and per pix, not actually much meat. Rice was plentiful yet lacking flavor. A small cup of sauce did little to add flavor or moisture to this dry dish. The house special was chicken meat and maybe fries would've been a better choice than rice. Limited menu but you'll get filled up at a good price.
google avatar

Kyle W.

Yelp
This place is called Doner Box so I just ordered a lamb and beef doner box with rice and garlic yogurt sauce. The fixings are pretty much similar to the plate, just that the portions are a bit smaller. While the rice is not flavorful like what other reviews mentioned, the lamb and beef are quite delicious and is just the right amount of food for a meal. The lack of flavor is not something bad as it gives a nice contrast to the richness of the garlic yogurt sauce and the It's a quick place to get food to eat in or take out, and you don't need to pick one or the other. Prices here are about on par with other similar Mediterranean-like quick places, but it's sad to see that the prices are 1.5x what it used to be just a year ago
google avatar

Michelle X.

Yelp
I got a lamb and beef doner sandwich and I was really excited for how this quick pick-up would hit the spot. But the meat was tasteless and nothing like the doner kebab or gyro meat I've had. The other parts of the sandwich were dry and bland. It felt like just eating calories at that point. You can spend your money better elsewhere.
google avatar

Marissa W.

Yelp
Did not enjoy any of the food here although the service was good. Falafel has no flavor and the rice was horrible - I could make better rice at home and I'm not good at it. Would not recommend.
google avatar

Cianna B.

Yelp
Great Belltown lunch spot with fast service and fresh food. We stumbled upon here on a hot summer weekday looking for a quick lunch and were not disappointed. Everyone is hustling in the kitchen to make the sandwiches and get everyone fed. The sandwich was had was quite large and pretty satisfying to split between two people. Bread had a great flavor and texture, garlic sauce was tasty, and lots of fresh veggies to fill it out. Would happily return.
google avatar

Catkidz R.

Yelp
Mediocre food at best. I ordered 3 lamb beef doners sandwiches and the Greek fries. The meat was definitely nothing special, and tasted like the pre made/ frozen types you just heat up. Not much meat, mostly veggies. The bread was meh, very light. The spicy cilantro sauce was great, tahini and the garlic yogurt weren't that good. Fries were not good. McDs fries are better, fresher, crunchier. These were pretty soft. Service was just met too. I did pick up and that guy just pointed to my food, didn't hand it. Not a huge deal, but given how the food didn't turn out good either, it just wasn't shocking looking back. If you want cheap quality food that's just meh, then this is fine. This place has nothing on Berliner, which unfortunately was closed when i went.

Yelp
The loveliest people you will meet! To surprise my husband for Valentines, I jokingly asked Doner Box management if they would set us up a table so that I could surprise by husband. To a gyro? I hear you say. Yes, in the UK, we would go to a lot of places be it fish and chips shops and for sure for a cheeky kebab. So i wanted to do something sweet. They MORE than accommodated and even bought us a Valentine's Day Card!!! Food was awesome!
google avatar

Yelp
I used to eat Doner Kabobs weekly when I lived in Germany. Sadly, this culinary delight isn't super easy to find in the Denver area where we live. Today the hubs and I were walking by and it smelled so amazing that we decided to split a wrap as we weren't terribly hungry. This is something you make room for! We shared the chicken wrap, minus onions with the spicy cilantro sauce. I forgot to ask them to cut it in half and when they saw us pull it out of the bag, the staff immediately offered to cut it in half. It should be mentioned that the staff was exceptional and so friendly. This wrap took me right back to being overseas and was so delicious. I was literally wiping the sauce off the paper and licking my fingers.

Yelp
If you've ever been to Germany then you know! Döners are some of the best fast food/ healthy options. So when I was looking for a vegan inclusive quick meal and this popped up I was excited to give Doner Box a try. There's limited seating and the menu isn't too intensive but you can make it your own. From the traditional Döner to your Döner wrap, plate and Döner box there's literally something for everybody. With the traditional lamb and beef meat to chicken and falafel and even tofu and then different sauces from tahini to a yogurt sauce this is a place you can truly customize your order to your liking and leave feeling happy and satisfied. We came here the other afternoon with my 2 boys and my brothers vegan girlfriend- everyone found something that sounded good. For the vegan in the group she went with the Döner wrap with falafel and the tahini sauce and was thoroughly impressed, my boys also went with a wrap but got the lamb/ beef and sauce on the side because kids love to dip anything, my husband and I both opted for their döner box with fries- I picked the falafel and my husband went with the lamb and beef and let me tell you this was delicious! And I surprisingly finished my whole box though I can partially blame it on pregnancy because my husband who typically eats more than me didn't finish his. Prices are fair and the portions are a good size. If you mention the ilovedöner code you even get a discount off of your meal! The only thing I think could be changed is seasoning the fries a little better. Again, if you've been to Germany you know they don't play with their fries and you typically find them seasoned with salt/ paprika. But everything else was so close to authentic as I remember, I'd definitely go back.
google avatar

Alex N.

Yelp
First time here! It's my first time trying this food but I think it's similar to the food I had in the past at Greek/Mediterranean spots! The portion sizes are good for you the price. Lots of flavor but I think I would try a different sauce instead of the yogurt. The Greek fries weren't anything special so I'd pass on that. Good place overall.
google avatar

Christina C.

Yelp
I like shawarma wrap. I took one beef and one chicken with extra meat and me and my husband were eating this huge thing for 2 days lol The only one thing i got heartburn after garlic yogurt sauce i wish they had some other (not curry) options otherwise It was very good.
google avatar

Smrithi S.

Yelp
We have been to this place for lunch a couple of times now. I like that you have the option to customize the sandwiches and add the meat, fillings, and sauce of your choice. The first time I got the doner wrap, with chicken, all the standard fillings, halloumi, and spicy cilantro sauce. It was a great wrap. The second time I got the doner sandwich with chicken, standard fillings, avocado, feta cheese, and garlic yoghurt sauce(their recommended and most popular). It was a great sandwich, the bread and meat are great. I had to get the baklava the first time there, it was some of the best I have had.
google avatar

Nainy A.

Yelp
Doner Box with lamb & saffron rice and spicy cilantro. It was filling and worth the money. The service was fast. Gave 4 star as the box is little difficult to eat. Best would have been if mixed.
google avatar

Angel C.

Yelp
So I've never had doner kebabs before but every time I walk past here my partner suggests we try it out because he really likes it! We finally had a chance to try it out but unfortunately they got our order terribly wrong. And not only was the order off by a mile, but the food itself just wasn't that great. We were disappointed and he was very surprised! We called our order in for pick up but next time we're going to try to go in and order take out to see if that changes things a bit. I got the doner plate with falafel and salad but it literally came with a GIANT box, BOX, of leaves and five pieces of falafel lol. It was salad leaves and two pieces of tomatoes and 4 pieces of cucumber. Partner got a wrap with lamb and it was decent but didn't come with all the fillings and toppings that it usually comes with. Not sure what happened but we will try again.
google avatar

Eugene C.

Yelp
Not really impressed. Based on the reviews was expecting more. The doner sandwich was a lot of dry bread and cabbage with a little bit of chicken. The chicken had an interesting spice to it, but nothing mind-blowing. If I could do it all over again, I would have gone to Subway next door.

Diane L.

Yelp
I absolutely love the sandwiches. They have the best bread and are so tasty. The feta fries are always crisp and so delicious. Highly recommend. Super fast service too!
google avatar

Nina G.

Yelp
Fast and friendly service. The sauce is yummm, should've ordered sauce with fries on the side. Fries were kinda meh but I still ate every last one obviously ;)

Bryce G.

Yelp
A friend brought me over to this place I've never heard of and didn't think much of it until I finally took a bite of the several items we had. Great food and service

Yelp
Small casual lunch spot with delicious food. We had the falafel wraps With the spicy cilantro sauce and spicy curry sauce. We also ordered some french fries everything was serve nice and hot and it was full of flavor.

Yelp
I so wanted to love this place. My husband is a Döner enthusiast He basically lives off of Döner every time he travels to Berlin and one of his complaints is that there aren't any Döner places around seattle that make the German style Döners. I was excited to take him here. We got there after lunch time but they were very busy which is always a good sign. We saw that they have the Döner wrap; another good sign. At this point my husband was excited. The service was great and the gentleman who took our order was very friendly. He recommended the garlic sauce so that's what we got. Unfortunately the Döner was not that great. I think If you've never had the authentic döner (from Turkey) or the German version (mainly in Berlin) you'd like this but it really didn't do it for us. They also didn't put a lot of meet in the wrap. It was mostly vegetable. Call me crazy but if I'm paying $11 for a wrap I'd like to have a little more meet in it. The sauce was also very watered down and don't have a lot of flavor to it. I would say their service puts them on top but the food was not what I expected.

Derick L.

Yelp
I recommend going here for the Doner sandwich With lamb and beef. It's filling and very fresh. The baklava desert is yummy also. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean and welcoming. Will definitely return for lunch again soon.

Ilona L.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to grab a Döner sandwich. I used to eat them in Munich when I needed something fast. This place is the closest to an authentic Döner I have found in the US. Fresh ingredients and you can choose from different sauces or mix them. They also have a choice of lamb/beef or chicken, or you can even put falafel in your sandwich. The only minor difference is the bread which is close but no one here in the US has cracked the secret of making beautiful Turkish pide. If you like sweets, their pistachio Baklava is good as well.

Yelp
Amazing halal spot we found on our first time visiting Seattle. Nestled right in downtown Seattle. Excellent Turkish food. I ordered the beef and lamb donor box. Came with meat, salad, amazing sauces (spicy cilantro, spicy chili, and garlic yogurt), and with fries, all in the box together for a delicious explosion of flavors. I will definitely come back for dinner, hopefully tomorrow before we leave Seattle! Highly recommend 10/10

Yelp
The most popular fast food in Germany isn't McDonald's or Burger King. It's Döner Kebab, a Turkish-German dish of meat, salads, and sauces served in Turkish bread, a wrap, or as a Döner box with salad, rice, or fries. This tasty dish is ubiquitous in Europe and hard to come by in the States, but Döner Box turned out a decent version, which made for a great option for a quick bite. I tried the Döner Sandwich with lamb/beef shaved from a rotating spit and served with marinated cabbage, cucumber, tomato, onions, and lettuce in a crusty, toasted, seeded Turkish bread. The best part of the sandwich was the sauces, and I couldn't help but try ALL of them including the garlic yogurt, spicy chili, creamy cilantro, "dreamy tahini," and my favorite, a creamy yellow curry sauce, made with a tasty mixture of spices. In addition to the sandwich, I also tried the namesake Döner Box with a simple salad of mixed greens, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, and vinaigrette, topped with their "house special" carved chicken, which was nicely marinated and grilled, dressed up with more of their creamy, colorful sauces.

Yelp
What a lovely little hole in the wall spot! This was my first time eating Doner - I was very pleased! You have the option of picking a sandwich, wrap, box, or plate. From there you select your protein (chicken, lamb n beef, falafel, garlic tofu, halloumi) and add your fillings (marinated cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, etc.). For the plate and box, you also select a side (rice, fries, or a salad). I personally ordered the plate with lamb n beef, standard fillings, and the house salad. The meet was very quality! The food was flavorful. I wasn't as big of a fan of the basic house salad, but it was a healthier option than the fries I wanted! ha! This little spot is clean and the employees are friendly. A great option for a quick bite.

Yelp
Döner macht schöner!! If this phrase means anything to you you know what you're talking about. This is hands down one of the best Döner I have had outside of Germany. Bread is delicious, sauce is amazing and the staff is incredible.

Kacy E.

Yelp
A little hole in the wall restaurant downtown that I wouldn't have noticed, but sure happy I did. Delicious sandwiches. Best falafel I've had in years. Only drawback is ambiance. Very loud and limited seating. I recommend takeout.

Yelp
This is the one - the one Döner spot to rule them all. Everything here is as close as you could get from your local corner Dönerbude in Berlin, the real game changers being the great chicken and the type of bread they use. Other places (COUGH BERLINER) use giant hunks of bread that get in the way of the tasty fillings, this place has the perfect, lightly toasted Brot that I remember fondly from drunken nights past. Not to be neglected is also the fresh crunch of the salad and the sauces - always do the garlic one and add pepper flakes. The salad is quite sizable and tasty as well, however having both the sauce and their dressing was a poor mix, I recommend skipping the dressing in favor of the garlic sauce - it's an oddly sweet vinaigrette. Will be back many many times - und mit Scharf bitte!

Our first lunch in Seattle, we were famished from our travel and Doner benefited from us walking by and and smelling the wonderfulness waiting out the door, even in the rain if beckoned us in. We have a "no chain restaurant" rule while traveling and so we took a chance. It hit the spot, we did not know what a Doner was, but I would put it in a Mediterranean type of space. We loved the lamb and beef and the choice of sauces. I had the tahini and hubs had the spicy cilantro (very spicy).
