Interview: ‘No Meat Required’ Finds Abundance in Cooking Without Meat | Eater
"A Buenos Aires kitchen that cooks mushrooms and other vegan dishes as an ecological statement rather than purely as an expression of vegan ideology, prioritizing sustainability-driven flavors and messaging in its culinary approach." - Bettina Makalintal
This place is amazing. The food it very good.Everything is fungi based. We ordered 4 dishes with mushrooms and they all were tasty, my favourite one is with champions because the combination of sous and sour cream is very good. Oyster mushrooms were also great, they were dressed with lemon juice. The design of interior is cool. I would recommend them to make entry more obvious because everyone is struggling to find the entry. Also cooking time was longer than we expected.

Very funky spot with wonderful staff. Loved the vibe & the food was exquisite! We took the 8 course tasting menu & honestly it’s hard to chose a favorite. It is pricier than most places we ate at but definitely worth it for the experience. Long life to Donnet!

No other place like Donnet. Very pleasant spot to experience crazy flavors and dishes, most with mushrooms, even a fruity dessert which had champignones! Delicious but not so filling, would’ve probably had two salty dishes to be satisfied instead of one. Definitely recommendable.

Very cool vegan place, not a vegan myself but every dish was perfect. The attendance is also great, the waitress spoke English and was friendly and informative. The overall vibe is also extremely pleasant. Will visit again
